Bought an office chair for my home from pepperfry. One years time of very moderate use, the leg collapsed and broke away injuring me in the process. Extremely dangerous product.

Pepper fry is washing of hands, they are blaming the seller whom they have no control-be warned when you buy from them as they assume no responsibility and blame the seller....

I have bought a sofa 5 months back and now i can see a white formation in the sofa. When we bought the sofa their sales executive has advised us if there is any issues since it would be within warranty you dont have to worry on anythngs. I ordered 'mango wood room divider' which price was over rs.14000 through pepperfry website.
Delivery man sent the message, 'delivery will be done on thursday'.
So i replied to him by sending the message, 'please delivery it on saturday'.
So delivery man said that he would do.
But after that day, on friday, i got one message that 'delivery is completed on friday morning' from pepperfry.
I was so embarrassed...

Hi I order a red color sofa and the color looks faded but pepperfry is not taking the return of the product its just today i have received the product and i have complained. I ordered kosmo 3 door wardrobe, which I received in damaged condition. Probably because of poor packaging. The person who came to assemble on behalf of pepperfry, assembled some parts and when he saw that backpanel is damaged, he didnt assemble the remaining parts like door and all. The lamp that I unfortunately got from Pepperfry came with a scratch and the lamp shade was torn and bent. However i received an item which was very different to the websites image as well as my expectations..
