Placed an order for queen size bed and king size bed along with shoe stand with order no:[protected] and today they delivered queen size bed and information was misguided in the website regarding the sitting size of the product. I requested them regarding the sizes where is information is not available and so I asked them to cancel the king size bed which is order confirmation status only. they refused to do so. if product was delivered then I can understand the issues but why a product can't be cancelled which is not even shipped and when I call there customer care they is no solution or answer from them. I finally asked them to give a credit note where I can buy some other product also which they refused do so. pepper fry customer care people are telling you can write down a mail if you want to speak anything. how to take it forward

    I bought had a disgusting experience with Pepperfry customer care today wherein they blamed us for the information your site concealed. Raj ( your rep) gave me a anxiety attack as he was rude and was verbally harassing me; due to which I had to visit a doctor.

    I am denied to speak with management and you have sold my floorspace to me in the name of storage. This is unacceptable and against work ethics of any organization (provided you have any left).

    I did not know that the talent Pepperfry had to deceive it's customers until now. First of all you sell a cot (order#[protected] with storage to me and then there are holes in the cabinet (which is rough and chipped) to injure anyone. Best part was unfolded in the end where the carpenter mentioned that your room flooring is the storage sold.

    Amused with your strategy for mis-selling and fooling customer in the name of sale!

    Please take the #crap back and return my money you stole from me.

      I ordered a Chair [order No[protected] ] from Pepperfry on 2nd July 2017
      11:04:AM IST

      on 4th July 2017 i changed my mind and tried to cancel the order from site, but there was no option to cancel the order so When I called the customer care, they are saying there is no policy for cancellation
      when I check the delivery date is 1 month and shipment from warehouse not yet done

      And also there is no policy been mentioned in the site

      Order I'd for bedsheet is[protected] my husband was not sure about the quality of the product so we want to cancel the order and make another one . But I couldn't not find any option to cancel so called up customer care he was so rude and said once the order is placed it's placed and it can neither be cancelled nor can be returned. So cheap response. I will never order from this site what should I do with the product which I dint liked. Keep it with you only . Don't send the product also I feel I donated money to road side pepperfry team. I will go to consumer court as well. Very disgusting and disappointed.

        I still haven't received my wardrobe, long past delivery date, duly paid for. No feedback on this is available after a mail on 23rd.
        The order update says it will be delivered before 18th June!
        The customer service people, shubham, Nilesh and a few dozen others are clueless. They arrange call backs from this Shubham, but this shubham doesnt bother to call .
        I call up daily, they put me on long holds and the call gets cut.

        I am totally frustrated and would like to cancel and have a refund, but there is nobody to help

          Respectfully i request to say that bombay dying is a famous company in in clothe's quality matter. Specially in bed sheets. I have given a order of three bed sheets. But delivered order on 28 june 2017. I received old poor quality bed sheets perhaps fourth and fifth class people also will not like to use at their bed so inferior and sub standard quality bedsheets. Peoples do buy goods from online that no any hearing for their problems & sold duplicate goods, it is possible in world.in india it is common. Perhaps these bed sheets are also may be. I do not blame any one. My request is to say only that really bedsheet's quality is low substandard.
          Another thing is that description on website written so seems three bedsheets except of one, written bedsheet - set of 3 by bombay dyeing. It means it is a case of wrong description.
          Now you are requeted to look in the matter. Thanks!

          I request to consider my case again because suddenly i had been fevering, images sending as you have said to me. This is duplicate, rough, inferior looks old, expired. It seems old lot has been sent to me. Supplier wants to sale out old goods. You can check the it bedsheets, if you will say or anybody will say this is ok then i promise you, i will not claim.           I have not received the product as expected on time as delivery was delayed and as delivery done the product was damaged and defective and guidelines for the product policy was fake update and as per promise no resolution provided

            I have ordered three items from pepperfry. I realized that by mistake i have included a wardrobe also in the order which i forgot to remove from cart. I wanted to remove that wardrobe from my order.I called them within 10 hours of placing order and the order have not even shipped or dispatch still they wont allow me to cancel it.               I placed an order 30 mins back and after placing realized that it wont get delivered in time. Now the customer service cant expedite the order, and they wont cancel the order because its against company policies.

              The order is not even shipped and they wont cancel or change the delivery address at an additional charge. Very poor service. Highly not recommend. Stay away

                Pepperfry is nothing but cheaters!

                Without sending a email that the complaint has been closed, allegedly the complaint has been closed that it cannot be repaired.

                The bunk bed has been broken due to manufacturing defect.
                To naked eye it can be seen that there is an ordinary quality joining of the load bearing wooden frame of the bed.

                Product is still under warranty.

                When the carpenter visited our house, he admitted that is a manufacturing damage and it cannot be fixed and asked me to write to pepperfry which i did.

                Carpenter did not mention anything that it is due to wear and tear etc.

                After waiting for so many days, today a back dated email is shared (which did not even reach my inbox) that the complaint is closed as the defect cannot be rectified.

                This was not even communicated to me not did the carpenter say this to me. Further when asked to share the report of the carpenter, it is not being shared with me. Such a shame on you pepperfry.

                It has caused so much inconvenience to my young children without the bunk bed.

                When i call pepperfry customer care no. They keep me on hold for 20 minutes and then abruptly hang up the phone. This has happened to me 4 times repeatedly. I kept trying for 5 times when finally it was answered. Toll free no. Does not work.

                Thus it is clear that the intention of pepperfry is to cheat and nothing but to cheat its customers.

                I have also seen the reviews of pepperfry on mouthshut where people have complained about defective products, being damaged in no time, etc. Nevertheless the ratings of pepperfry is so very low, people should have given zero star if that was available.

                For cheating the customer, i am lodging a police complaint with the concerned police, followed by consumer complaint. Face it.

                Pepperfry customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                They are pathetic. Never buy costly items from them. My 17k cot broke down within a year of purchase. Even though it's under warranty they are saying it's wear and tear. How does a cot break within a year o[censored]sage specially when used by a single person??? This is absolutely outrageous. They don't value people's hard earned money.

                  My fairly expensive solid wood dining table started cracking within 2 months...no resolution offered as they had once given a refund for a chair that was despatched broken...they have some policy that customer can't complain twice about the same product...howsoever they can ship products with multiple defects...50k wasted.

                    Have placed the order in the midnight and early in the morning wanted to cancel it but the site didn't had an option. When I called up the customer care they refused to cancel the order. Do not understand when the order is not shipped why it cant be cancelled. Order no[protected]. Most of the reputed companies they have an option of cancellation. This is too much. Who will buy from Pepperfry next time if they will behave like this.

                      Bought an office chair for my home from pepperfry. One years time of very moderate use, the leg collapsed and broke away injuring me in the process. Extremely dangerous product.

                      Pepper fry is washing of hands, they are blaming the seller whom they have no control-be warned when you buy from them as they assume no responsibility and blame the seller.

                        I had placed an order for brown solid wood jharokha on 8 june, 2017. My order was delivered on 22 june, 2017. Highly disappointed to see what was displayed on the website and what has been delivered are two different things. Extremely poor quality product delivered. I have been repeatedly contacting customer care for return of order no.[protected] which has been delivered as incorrect product but every time their representative assures of an action and then nothing happens after that. This is a clear case of cheating and then being insensitive to customer grievances.

                          I have bought a sofa 5 months back and now i can see a white formation in the sofa. When we bought the sofa their sales executive has advised us if there is any issues since it would be within warranty you dont have to worry on anythngs. Now when i raised my complaint they just advised us that it is no possible to do anything from their end. I totally agree if it is our mistake but this is happened since the quality is not good

                            I ordered 'mango wood room divider' which price was over rs.14000 through pepperfry website.
                            Delivery man sent the message, 'delivery will be done on thursday'.
                            So i replied to him by sending the message, 'please delivery it on saturday'.
                            So delivery man said that he would do.
                            But after that day, on friday, i got one message that 'delivery is completed on friday morning' from pepperfry.
                            I was so embarrassed and called pepperfry cs team.
                            That team said delivery was done on friday morning on the sw even though client said "i didn't get any product!".
                            People can do mistake. They should have said "sorry to give you inconvenience. Delivery mistake is all our fault".
                            Delivery is pepperfry's fault not customers!

                            The one thing i made mistake to pepperfry was paying the money to them in advance.
                            Don't use pepperfry.
                            From now, i didn't get back any product and my money at all.
                            They just said again "did you get your product? I can see that record on my sw".
                            What a ridiculous mention from them!

                                Yesterday night at 11:30 pm, i ordered a queen size bed in the online shopping portal www.pepperfry.com (Order no.[protected]. When i checked my order section, found wrong purchase.

                                No 'cancel order' button available in the site. Today when i called pepperfry customer support to cancel my order, they informed there is no cancellation process available in pepperfry against any of the purchases. I am really surprised to know that if anybody wrongly orders anything on the portal, he/she will not be able to cancel the same even within 24 hrs.

                                www.pepperfry.com is doing its business by not offering a minimum time of order cancellation. There is no cancellation process available.

                                Please support.

                                    We bought 2 items (Shoe rack and sideboard) order no.[protected] but the sideboard was complete defective and none of the drawers were opening. We informed the issue to customer care and uploaded the pictures. Subsequently a carpenter came from pepperfry and cut the sides of all the drawer to make it open and by doing that he has already damaged the product more (The videos of the carpenter also has been shared with the customer care). Then again the carpenter came to colour the same and then also the drawyers were not opening which he again cut, by now the 15 days old sideboard has been cut multiple times. Then again after 2 fays the drawyers were not opening and few hook of the drawyers also broken which we have informed pepper fry multiple times but not resolved.

                                      I ordered "white mdf apollo set top box tv/dvd player shelf by aymh".
                                      Order#[protected] on 15th may2017 and received on 24th may 2017.
                                      The size as mentioned in the website was 24x10x1.5 inch (Link below).

                                      The package i received was smaller in size and the dimension mentioned is 16.19x12.97x3.97 inch (Attached). And when i measured the size is even smaller than this (Approximately 12x10x1.5 inch).

                                      I raised a return request quoting the reason. I received a sms that i will be contacted within 48hrs. I expected a call but received a mail asking to upload the image (A call would have been quicker).

                                      I uploaded the image through the pepperfry app. Following this no response from pepperfry. When i called back there customer care i was told they did not receive the image due to some issues in the app and said i should have uploaded on a web browser, i was told there manger will get back to me in 24hours but no response yet.

                                      I haven't opened the package as anyways i could measure even without opening it. And its evident that the product is not of dimension that i ordered.

                                      At least i expect that take back the product check the facts and then come to conclusion for refund.

                                      It is unacceptable that pepperyfry says that they cannot take the request because of their app issue. No reply to my repeated emails. Please help!

                                        I ordered a cupboard with 4 doors and 2 drawers for my sister. Since no one lives there, my 80 year old father opened the apartment and took the delivery. I went there when I found a few days later to find my Order #[protected] was completely wrong. They sent a 3 door cupboard.
                                        The call center just tells me that 7 day policy is lapsed, good luck with your purchase.
                                        Cheapsters! really. Carpenter said he will come " tomorrow " with locks. It has been two weeks i have not heard from him either.
                                        I paid for a product by seeing the image, I should get it. Simple as that.
                                        Pepperfry customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
