Case reference number-wr[protected].. Recieved a bunk bed from pepperfy, with bad substandard quality, also a king size bed which is not too big for room, they refuse to replace it with a smaller one, though showing in advertisement that they take back what doesn't fit, endless being put on hold with no solutions.
Need a solution for what does a customer do if the products does not fit the space, they are misleading people by showing fake ads and not delivering as per that..

    I have ordered a sofa chair from pepperfry online shopping order no[protected]days ago. Now i want to cancel this order due to dislike about the product i have ordered. But there is no cancel option in website. Or thier customer support team is canceling the order. What do i have to do now i want this order to be canceled. The customer service representative is too harsh on me on canceling the order

      Description : i have purchased kitchen chimney on pepperfry and after few months o[censored]sage it stopped working. I have raised the complaint with pepperfry and sent the pics of the chimney to them. I was told to reach out to the following numbers to raise a complaint with [protected] - elegant customer care (It is a fake number which will automatically disconnect your call), [protected] - vendor poc from elegant (He takes the details like address, order id, model every time i call. But no response post that).

      Issue 1) the customer care nos listed on elegant website http://www.eleganthomeappliances.com/contactus.html doesn't work. They are fooling people by giving wrong numbers there

      Issue 2) since i purchased the item from pepperfry, they are responsible to close this. Everytime i reachout to them they will say that issue will be resolved today. But no progress. Complaint numbers for your reference (Ch[protected], ch[protected], ch[protected], ch[protected], ch-[protected], ch-[protected]. Everyday i am following up multiple times and all that pepperfry is doing is loggin new tickets and closing old ones for no reason.

        This is in reference with order number[protected] I purchased 1 heart shaped mould which was delivered on 30th of August. The very same day I registered a complain to Pepper fry that its damaged, the very next day I got an Email from Mr Vipul that it will be taken care of and somebody will call me in 24 to 48 hours of time. nobody called for good 5 days. I sent the email again saying that nobody has called, its been over 5 days but Pepper fry was sleeping on it. Nobody even bothered to call. I escalated the complaint finally after almost 10 days Vipul called and he said that he is arranging for replacement or refund and after that it's been over 15 days there is no communication from Pepperfry. I must have contacted Pepper fry at least 6 times in these 15 days and there is absolutely no response from them. and every complaint gets closed without any resolution.

          Unfortunately, i placed order for disha round 1.5l easy flow containers on 2nd spetember. By mistake the address of pune is selected. I was supposed to select the address of chandigarh. After few minutes i requested customer care to change the address or to cancel the order but they did not change the address and cancel the order.

          After my request and mail they ignored all and shipped product on 4th september to pune. They told me to place the new order parallel to old order. Means money for one order is already stuck with pepperfry and they want me to go for another order.

          No one is available in pune address, it was also informed them not to ship as no one is there but still they went for delivery. Then i informed them to deliver the product to neighbor. Till on 14th september the product is not delivered. Even i have not received any call for this concern from the customer care.

          Very pathetic and disappointing experience. Please do not purchase any product from pepperfry. You can purchase anything from amazon, flipkart blindly. At least your refund will be 100% sure. This pepperfry case is eye opener for all who rely in e - commerce sites.

          I have used amazon, flipkart, snapdeal, shopclues, paytm, voonik, limeroad, ebay.in. But this is my worst experience ever. If you want to purchase you can go for any of the site blindly.

          Pepperfry is never ever be recommended by me.

          Dear Priti, Apology for the inconvenience and hassle which has caused, request you to please help us with you order number to investigate and provide resolution on the same.
          I ordered one three seater sofa (order #[protected] on august 14 2017 and the delivery date given as 6th sep 2017 but till now have not received the delivery . Tried multiple times the customer care but even more pathetic experience they have no clue about when it would be delivered and never call back about the status.

            The product was delivered defective initially. After 2 weeks they delivered and again, defective. We asked them to take back the item and their delivery team asked us to contact pepperfry and they have procedures for refund. Contacted pepperfry team for refund and take back of item. They (Mr. Yogesh) keep apologizing every day and that he has given the matter to refund team to take care (Mr. Swapnil) and he will call. We wait for his call every other day and he never calls neither refunds!!

              I bought dinning set from them & as per the promo code terms & conditions i have applied during the booking, i should get partial cashback. But when i have checked the status of cashback after the product delivered they denied any such cashback offer. Then i have shared their website promo code terms & conditions snapshot to give the proof, then they said that we have changed the policy of cashback & now they are not giving. Then i asked that howcome it changed, then they said that we they have all the rights to change it anytime. Then i asked why they have not updated on website, on this they said that it was our marketing team mistake & they can't do for it.

              We should stop buying products from these people as they are spoiling & putting negative impact on india's digital era. Very bad

              For the received item, quality of cushion is very poor and it doesn't serve the purpose. I never expected such a poor quality from pepperfry. I have requested them to do a return. But it's not happening. Really worst customer centric behavior from pepperfry.

                Pathetic service! Have placed the order tcs[protected] since nearly two months at the local property studio and have made the entire payment for offline order with all necessary formalities and we came to know before 4 days that the order wasn't even placed. No internal communication. For these 1.5/ 1.75 months or so we were promised different delivery dates 4 times and it has not yet arrived even worse, they hadn't even placed the order with entire amount in their pockets. Absolutely horrible and frustrating. And every time we had to keep calling they never called back or provided correct information. Worf experience ever. Would never recommend anyone this torture.

                  Attached are the images for the everyone's reference. When i raised a return request stating a colour mis match, the customer support said that they have a disclaimer that colour may vary from the original product and denied my request. So does pepperfry have a right to send whatever they want to send regardless under the so called 'colour may vary' disclaimer? Honestly, i haven't seen the disclaimer on the product site.
                  The customer service executives are trained rather fed with only one statement that unfortunately we have denied the return request, they do not perhaps use their mind to really understand a customer's angle. All-in-all, a totally non-customer oriented company.

                    I have bought 2 products from pepperfry through order id[protected]. Both the products table and chair were defective. When i put in a request for return / replacement they have told they are looking for replacement. I am calling them since 3 weeks and getting same response. Now when i asked to return the money there customer care executive (Priya) is saying only returns team can take the decision and full returns team is not in office. R they a chai shop or a company. What a joke. Cheaters. Either replace the product or return my money, else action will be police complaint. Do not test my patience beyond limits.

                      I had ordered a nariko 4 door wardrobe from pepperfry. When the product was assembled i noticed that the backside of the wardrobe was just a thin sheet. There was no image of the backside of the product nor any description that the backside will be only a thin sheet. I contacted customer service and stated as the product is not as per description the same may be taken back. They refused. I had lodged 3 complaints escalating to the level of founders. There has been no response. Please don't buy from pepperfry. The worst products and even worse customer service

                          We bought a queen size double bed for our home in mumbai on 5th august and made the payment through card. We received the product on 27th of august and as their assembly carpenter opened up the sealed counter, we found patches and dent marks.

                          We decided to return the product and that was probably our worst decision as the policy is just not favorable to any customer. Their customer service associates are highly arrogant, non supportive and unprofessional.

                          They are neither calling/texting/mailing from their own end to know the depth of the issue, nor they are accepting any request from our end to resolve it. They deliberately dragged the pick up by 6 days and after numerous calls and mails, it was done on saturday, i. E 3rd september.

                          Today, i realize that they have not initiated the refund request and now they are not even bothered to talk to customers from their end.

                          Worst experience of my life to buy from this company. Not that this was my first order but yes, it was certainly the last. I will never ever recommend anyone to go for pepperfry.com.

                            I have received the delivery on 22.08.2017 and installed by the carpenter by two days after i. E 24.08.2017, we (Both o[censored]s) have noticed a scratch on the table and complainted thro customer care within 7 days from the date of installation.

                            Now, the company refuse to take up the matter for rectification and disobey from their responsibilities as we were busy life could not make a complaint within 2 or 3 days.

                            Technically speaking, after carpenter installation only we could able locate the damage as previous delivery boy told us not to touch until the installation takes place and it clearly shows the delivery boy did a mistake in handling the product
                            Pepperfry being a company simply escaping their liabilities inspite of huge cost
                            Whether the forum will guide what to do the next step to resolve the issue and could able to get the top management to escalate the matter

When i called customer care they said i've to arrange assembly myself. Nevertheless after this hassle when i open the package i was surprised to see they had not delivered not the colour i ordered.                               I got a call from Shoib Mansouri, CEOs Office and was asked about the issue. I was asked to reply with pictures of the product.They arranged for a reverse pickup.I'm told refund will happen within 7 working days.It needed some follow up and had to bear call charges for the customer care calls.otherwise it was okay.

                                I ordered a prestige sandwich maker with griller. They supplied me only sandwich maker and denied the return. I followed up n no. Of times but did not get any response. They have pathetic after sales service. They supply the faulty product and then deny return. They are big cheat. Never buy anything from them.

                                  refusing to take return of the product

                                  We bought a 2 door wardrobe for which 2 boxes containing the wooden planks (Before assembly) were sent to us. The same day a carpenter arrived for assembling the cupboard. He started assembly and after sometime he told us that the boxes contain mismatched pieces which is the fault of packaging.

                                  I bought cushion covers worth rs 4000 from this stupid site. While the quality was soo bad, they aren't willing to take it back because it isnt damaged or defective. I mean really?

                                  If your customer is not happy with product plus your product is not up to the mark, why would you force them to keep it?

                                  Shopping online is for convenience and not making people forcefully keep your product. Their 'easy return policy' is hidden under pages. Why do they think that a shopper would first do a full research on their site to understand the return policy and then buy it? The option that says - terms on every product page, simply talks about how easy it is to return any product bought from your site. It would have been really grateful of them to add a line stating - p. S, we wont take any product back, even if you don't like it. Sorry!

                                    Order number[protected]. Even after several requests and commitments by the customer support executives, carpenter is not coming to assemble the product. Never had such bad experience with any other online Marketing company, the support guys are number one liars, they have no ground knowledge and keeps on giving false commitments. Disgusting and lousy service. Should not have brought from pepperfry.

                                      They give wrong information before ordering the product. I ordered a product which was to be delivered after 5 weeks.in the mid, i had some requirements from my company to move to another city for 1 month.

                                      I talked with 2 customer executives to understand their process and they told me that if i am not available during delivery, they will keep the product in their store house for 10 days. Post which the product is returned and money will be refunded. Name of executives were gayatri sapariya (Ph[protected] and suzanne lobo (Ph[protected].

                                      Now that i am unable to receive the product, they are simply denying to refund, and say we cannot cancel and cannot refund. The customer care and escalation team is saying - it's your problem, not pepperfry's problem. An they agree that they will keep the money once order is placed, then they will not help in any manner.

                                      Who on earth can guarantee that there won't be any situation within next 4 weeks, where someone will not be available? This is the 1st company i see who will keep your money by all means - no refund, no cancellation.

                                      Never buy from their website. Better to buy from those who have cancellation and return policies. I brought something for 4k. But imagine some one placed an order for 40k.

                                      This is not a fake complain.
