I recently ordered the pillows from pepperfry, after checking found the quality of pillows highly poor, not worth the price. I decided to return given the poor quality and when tried to do so, could not find the option of return in case the quality is poor. The options given for the return are 1) incorrect/incomplete product, 2) damaged product 3) infected one and no option for poor quality which could always be the case than the other three. After contacting the customer care, the executive completely denied to return and refund as the policy doesn't do so for poor quality. This is totally insane, there is every chance that the product quality could be poor and for the same pepperfry doesn't have a policy, looks like violating the basic right of a consumer not to like a product.
