I purchased a katsu mintwud queen bed (order no[protected] from pepperfry and regret having purchased it now and getting screwed by trusting you. what is the use if the product starts to wobble, breaks down and is of substandard quality. i have spent a huge amount (~16k) for the product which is not for even 1k too. they have spent huge amounts of money on advertising and developed a brand without any substance or content. i called up the service representative several times to explain the product staus but they bluntly states that once they sell the product the job is done! the customer executive directly says that they dont have experienced carpenters too.

The only one wrong thing i did is showing some mercy on the carpenter who assembled it and not given complaint on him since he screwed the assembly and wrongly fitted and damaged the product. after 2 weeks, suddenly all parts of the product are coming out and we afraid even to sleep on it as we dont know when it will break. once i see the damage if i cal them, they say the return policy is finished and no warranty for the product.

I'm not sure what is the integrity of the company since they can't stand on what they deliver.

They will only say sorry and can't understand our pain or issue. all are routine customer executive responses.

Sorry to have trusted you guys a lot even though everyone critized you and teached me a very good lesson.

If you want to beg money, i would have given you but you cheated me by selling worst quality product for high cost.

Again i got cheated by "Prashant" (customer executive) for believing his words to dismantle the Bed and assemble it in my new home.

Once he arranged a person to dismantle, he has changed his words to assemble by own cost. What a integrity of the company and his executives.

I'm fed up with these guys dramas and will never listen or show humanity to talk to these guys. Why the company or his executives cant able to understand my pain on so much money wasted.

I need a clear saying and they have to stick to their words what they say instead of just relieving me in the dark.

    The order was placed on october 23, 2016 with a delivery date between november 4, 2016 and november 8, 2016. I also received a message that the order had reached bangalore on november 3, 2016. This order was supposed to be delivered by 8/11/2016. Its been more than 7 days and i am yet to get any update. When i contact their customer care, they are not able to provide a solution.

    I want a compensation for delay in delivery to the extent of the amount of the product.

      I am also one of the victim of pepperfry.I have bought one table with order no[protected]. It was clearly mentioned that it is a easy return policy within 7 days.My table came on 12 Nov 2016 and I immediately called them as it was of poor quality totally not suitable for my house.I am calling them to return but now they are suddenly telling that it cannot be returned as there is no such policy.This is ridiculous as that they are cheating people with open messages clearly indicating that return is one of the option in case of dislike.
      How can this be possible that an e commerce online shopping doesn't have return policy and they know this fanda that is why they are just writing about 7 days easy return otherwise consumer will not buy or use pepperfry for big orders.
      Kindly please help me to return this product otherwise let's block this website and not to use in case of any doubt on product.Let them know that consumers are not fool and can teach them good lessons.

          I had ordered a dressing table from this site and had payed the full amount through netbanking on October-5th.
          Delivery date was mentioned as October-24th, however there was no deliver of the product.
          on 27th Oct, I got an email from Pepperfry stating that the earlier order has arrived in damaged condition so they offered me to give another product in dressing table.
          Upon accepting the same, again I have waited for 12 days and finally cancelled it as it was not at all processed from there end.

          Now on initiating the refund, they haven't come back with any updates and also amount is not refunded.

          Kindly take a strict against them and for others please refrain from ordering anything from this site.

          P.S.
          The Chat support guys and the call support guys will always insist you to cancel the order and wont provide any proper updates.

            I ordered this item for my sister who is. residing in Chandigarh and I am a resident of Vizag. She has received this item in the poor condition. Kindly see the attached picture. On asking their executive she said it can not be accepted as it's against their policies. As nobody else reported such complaint for the same lamp. Kindly look into this matter.

              I purchased a four seating dining set from Pepperfry and regret having purchased it now. What is the use if the product starts to wobble, breaks down and is of substandard quality. They have spent huge amounts of money on advertising and developed a brand WITHOUT any substance or content. I called up the service representative who bluntly states that once they sell the product the job is done! I could have returned the product in 7 days but when I complained first time, the representative who came said that my floor was not properly levelled. So you see who they buy time? And then...they say that there is No warranty and the product cannot be returned too.
              And yes, they did say they were "sorry".

                I had placed an order for Dining set & received defective product (Dining Set). I registered return request for product with images clearly showing manufacturing defect, cracks on product.

                I received an email, mentioning that unable to reach you, please call back.

                I called customer care & i was told to get it repaired locally since it is manufacturing defect verified by Pepperfry basis photographs shared by me & in return Pepperfry will provide cashback of Rs 7000/-.

                When i mentioned that it can not be repaired locally, i was told that a call back will be arranged for providing solution.

                I received a call back and i have been informed that since the complaint has been registered post 10 days of receipt of material instead of 7 days, Pepperfry is not responsible for any manufacturing defects.

                Upon challenging that i have received different communication earlier, they apologized for wrong communication.
                Pepperfry customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                Have been cheated on 4 orders so far from Pepperfry.com:
                1. False Advertising.
                2. Received wrong product.
                3. Received damaged product multiple times.
                4. Delay in delivery upto 2 months.
                5. Delay in pickup of damaged items.
                6. Delay in refund.

                  Hi,

                  I had bought an LED strip fairy lights from Pepperfry. First of all they take almost a month to deliver. On checking the lights i found that not a single bulb lights up. The customer service person is unable to initiate the refund is what he says. This is not done. Pepperfry takes a long time to deliver and then delivers damaged products with no return.

                    I ordered a 15 oct 16 1 nos ideale graacio appo glass 2 burner manual ignition gas stove order no.[protected]. delivered date committed in 27 oct 16,
                    But till now product not delivery more then 3 days yet to shipped in bangalore warehouse. i contact customer care there is no proper response again and again asking time.
                    I am totally dissatisfied in 2nd times..

                      First of all i would like to begin with saying that this product, a laundry basket, i ordered was defective. The lid doesn't close. So i had to return it. I went online immediately to initiate a return but the product was showing as undelivered so cannot return. I thought it takes time for the status to change to deliver so decided to try again later. One or two days later i went online to return the item but status still showed as undelivered. Hence i cannot return. I decided to wait for 1 or 2 days more to see if the product status would change to delivered. But it never changed. So i decided to call up pepperfry to sort this out. I called pepperfry and they told me they would collect my order and refund my money. And so waited for another few days. After waiting about a week i decided to call them back and this time they said since it has been more than 7 days they cannot accept the return.

                      Now, this came as a shock to me as pepperfry were the ones that were responsible for the delay in the return. Their site never showed the item as delivered in the first place which delayed the return. And they tell me that i have delayed the return.

                      I am absolutely infuriated by the service i have received from pepperfry and completely lost trust in them due to this. I don't even want my money back now i'm so appalled by them i will never deal with pepperfry again. Its not about the 800 rupees i spent. Its about losing the trust i had in them and they have made me doubt online shopping all together.

                        Ordered online black Sui solar lights but got not properly working pest control solar lights. Also ordered 3 mudda cane chairs and a matching stool but was delivered only 2 chairs and sign taken for delivery of 3 chairs. The stool never came. Now have asked for return and refund of money. They are saying stool will be delivered when 3 chairs order is cancelled. On persisting they agreed to cancel order and refund. Now billing and delivery address is not same. Am forced to take products back to delivery address which is tedious and also have lost out on Diwali offer from some other company.

                          I have placed an order and wanted to cancel few products in the order with in one hour. Reached out to customer care team, and they cannot cacel the item once its placed/approved.

                          The same products we are getting it very lesser price in other vendors like amazon or flipkart, why the consumer simply have to be at loss end because of this stupid policies. They have not cutdown the wood based on this order, its simply they have the readymade item, and there is no manpower involved at all at the time of cancelling the order.

                          Customer care team is very rude and stupids in resolving my query and simply they disconnected my call saying that its resolved as per their ends. This is not the service which we are expecting from Pepper-fry. Also why the cancelation policy not there for pepperfry?

                          Pepperfry is not interested to return the items which are delivering late than they mentioned. When i spoke to the customer care team on the same, they simply said 'you have to wait', and we cant return. If not one to collect items, we will keep them in warehouse, but we wont return. why this has to bare by customter for Pepperfry problems.

                          This is regarding Order#[protected].

                          Worst part is that customer care team simply kept my call on mute and not even talking anyting for 34 minutes.

                            I bought a bed from Pepperfry for my teenage kid. They did not furnish the detail of the material of the base of the bed. It is so weak that it will break anyday. I told them to refund my money but they flatly refused. How can I accept a bed worth 40000 rupees having cardboard at its base. It's very shocking. I even offered them to exchange the product with some other product of the same value or give me a credit note so that I can use it for some other product on Pepperfry but they still refused.
                            Now that bed is lying at my home as a garbage worth 40000. They should either provide full details of the product or exchange it if the customer is not satisfied with it.

                              Hi i have purchased one ceiling light from peppery fry. This product cost is 4099 after the 15% diwali offer.in the website it was look good and rich quality. But after received this product it is not that much worth for 4000 inr.
                              Actually i have purchased this product to place it on my hall. But now this product i can't even place it in my pooja room. Its really worst product.

                              After i have contacted the customer care they said damaged product only will get refund. Its really worst system. Eventhough i am not satisfied with this product they are forced me to use this useless product.

                              Previously i have planned to purchase more product from pepperfry like cot, beds.. But now i can understand their worst quality and worst customer support and worst policy.
                              Please don't buy any thing from pepperyfry and i won't recommend it to anyone in future.

                                My order no. On pepperfry is[protected]. I ordered a telephone which had an antique look and it said telephone. But it turned out to be non functional just for show telephone and it was not mentioned on site. Upon my request to them to return and refund they said its not in their policy.
                                Pepperfry is a deceiving company and they don't value customers complains, they don't want to pay back that's it.

                                  I was supplied with the defective product and even after chasing for 20 days no return has been arranged. Whatever I could do at my end I have done including lodging a complaint online on their website, calling customer services and still nothing has been done to resolve my issue. I have called several times and each time they assure me that they will do something about the complaint but nothing has been done.

                                  I can neither buy a new product nor can I use the defective product that they have provided me as I am hoping this should be returned. I have provided all the documentary evidence of the defect on the very next day of my delivery.

                                    Pepperfry services are highly disappointing and their casual attitude has just ruined our diwali. We ordered a cupboard from pepperfry and it was supposed to be delivered on friday 21st october, 2016.in afternoon approximately 1300 hrs pepperfry team delivered cupboard and showed us the assembly and said they have already raised a carpenter request. The supervisor mr praveen thakre, ph number [protected] asked us that he should keep the assembly in thermocol and other cardboard boxes or unpack it. I asked can carpenter do it alone. He said two carpenters are coming and they can easily unpack the assembly. After they left till 1700 hours i received no information about carpenter and when i called he said he has kept my work at the last so he will only come after 1900 hours. Furious by this (I had requested mr thakre that due to medical condition we had to travel out to mumbai and he said the carpenter will come within two hours) i asked pepperfry to shift the assembling of my cupboard on monday 24th october, 2016. Today the carpenter mr ansari ph number [protected] came to my flat and assembled the cupboard and refused to take any garbage or even clean the area after assembling. He shrewdly threw all thermocol boxes in my kitchen are ruining the entire kitchen area. When i called mr praveen about it he said it is my responsibly to take care of garbage.

                                    He never said if he will not unpack, we will have to do it ourselves. He was very rude while talking to me over the phone that i had to complain.

                                    I request pepperfry to take immediate actions on this. I feel mentally harassed at the time of festival. And i also demand an apology from mr praveen as this kind of language is not acceptable. He also mislewad and did not provide us complete information.

                                    I am highly disappointed by pepperfry and i will market it to friends and family to not to go by them for such attitude.

                                      I ordered one owl showpiece order no.[protected], it looked vintage but i thought that it is painted that way. When the order arrived: it was old tin just badly stuck together, full of rust, now the customer care is not ready to take it back and refund my amount for this product but they are not ready to do so. Please find me a resolution for this. Why am I forced to keep something which I do not find suitable and also, they have their return policy as I have seen advertisements for the same. Now they have suddenly ceased this policy.
                                      They mislead customers by showing return is so easy in ads . In reality, they are not at all understanding.

                                        I recently ordered the pillows from pepperfry, after checking found the quality of pillows highly poor, not worth the price. I decided to return given the poor quality and when tried to do so, could not find the option of return in case the quality is poor. The options given for the return are 1) incorrect/incomplete product, 2) damaged product 3) infected one and no option for poor quality which could always be the case than the other three. After contacting the customer care, the executive completely denied to return and refund as the policy doesn't do so for poor quality. This is totally insane, there is every chance that the product quality could be poor and for the same pepperfry doesn't have a policy, looks like violating the basic right of a consumer not to like a product.

                                        I have purchase sofa from pepperfry, but it looks very old, when I tried to return it, they are not accepting.

                                        They are telling some junk stories to convince.

                                        I have bad experience in returning an item to pepperfry.
                                        They are really cheaters.

                                        In future I will never buy anything from this site.
