Ordered online black Sui solar lights but got not properly working pest control solar lights. Also ordered 3 mudda cane chairs and a matching stool but was delivered only 2 chairs and sign taken for delivery of 3 chairs. The stool never came. Now have asked for return and refund of money. They are saying stool will be delivered when 3 chairs order is cancelled. On persisting they agreed to cancel order and refund. Now billing and delivery address is not same. Am forced to take products back to delivery address which is tedious and also have lost out on Diwali offer from some other company.

    I have placed an order and wanted to cancel few products in the order with in one hour. Reached out to customer care team, and they cannot cacel the item once its placed/approved.

    The same products we are getting it very lesser price in other vendors like amazon or flipkart, why the consumer simply have to be at loss end because of this stupid policies. They have not cutdown the wood based on this order, its simply they have the readymade item, and there is no manpower involved at all at the time of cancelling the order.

    Customer care team is very rude and stupids in resolving my query and simply they disconnected my call saying that its resolved as per their ends. This is not the service which we are expecting from Pepper-fry. Also why the cancelation policy not there for pepperfry?

    Pepperfry is not interested to return the items which are delivering late than they mentioned. When i spoke to the customer care team on the same, they simply said 'you have to wait', and we cant return. If not one to collect items, we will keep them in warehouse, but we wont return. why this has to bare by customter for Pepperfry problems.

    This is regarding Order#[protected].

    Worst part is that customer care team simply kept my call on mute and not even talking anyting for 34 minutes.

      I bought a bed from Pepperfry for my teenage kid. They did not furnish the detail of the material of the base of the bed. It is so weak that it will break anyday. I told them to refund my money but they flatly refused. How can I accept a bed worth 40000 rupees having cardboard at its base. It's very shocking. I even offered them to exchange the product with some other product of the same value or give me a credit note so that I can use it for some other product on Pepperfry but they still refused.
      Now that bed is lying at my home as a garbage worth 40000. They should either provide full details of the product or exchange it if the customer is not satisfied with it.

        Hi i have purchased one ceiling light from peppery fry. This product cost is 4099 after the 15% diwali offer.in the website it was look good and rich quality. But after received this product it is not that much worth for 4000 inr.
        Actually i have purchased this product to place it on my hall. But now this product i can't even place it in my pooja room. Its really worst product.

        After i have contacted the customer care they said damaged product only will get refund. Its really worst system. Eventhough i am not satisfied with this product they are forced me to use this useless product.

        Previously i have planned to purchase more product from pepperfry like cot, beds.. But now i can understand their worst quality and worst customer support and worst policy.
        Please don't buy any thing from pepperyfry and i won't recommend it to anyone in future.

          My order no. On pepperfry is[protected]. I ordered a telephone which had an antique look and it said telephone. But it turned out to be non functional just for show telephone and it was not mentioned on site. Upon my request to them to return and refund they said its not in their policy.
          Pepperfry is a deceiving company and they don't value customers complains, they don't want to pay back that's it.

            I was supplied with the defective product and even after chasing for 20 days no return has been arranged. Whatever I could do at my end I have done including lodging a complaint online on their website, calling customer services and still nothing has been done to resolve my issue. I have called several times and each time they assure me that they will do something about the complaint but nothing has been done.

            I can neither buy a new product nor can I use the defective product that they have provided me as I am hoping this should be returned. I have provided all the documentary evidence of the defect on the very next day of my delivery.

              Pepperfry services are highly disappointing and their casual attitude has just ruined our diwali. We ordered a cupboard from pepperfry and it was supposed to be delivered on friday 21st october, 2016.in afternoon approximately 1300 hrs pepperfry team delivered cupboard and showed us the assembly and said they have already raised a carpenter request. The supervisor mr praveen thakre, ph number [protected] asked us that he should keep the assembly in thermocol and other cardboard boxes or unpack it. I asked can carpenter do it alone. He said two carpenters are coming and they can easily unpack the assembly. After they left till 1700 hours i received no information about carpenter and when i called he said he has kept my work at the last so he will only come after 1900 hours. Furious by this (I had requested mr thakre that due to medical condition we had to travel out to mumbai and he said the carpenter will come within two hours) i asked pepperfry to shift the assembling of my cupboard on monday 24th october, 2016. Today the carpenter mr ansari ph number [protected] came to my flat and assembled the cupboard and refused to take any garbage or even clean the area after assembling. He shrewdly threw all thermocol boxes in my kitchen are ruining the entire kitchen area. When i called mr praveen about it he said it is my responsibly to take care of garbage.

              He never said if he will not unpack, we will have to do it ourselves. He was very rude while talking to me over the phone that i had to complain.

              I request pepperfry to take immediate actions on this. I feel mentally harassed at the time of festival. And i also demand an apology from mr praveen as this kind of language is not acceptable. He also mislewad and did not provide us complete information.

              I am highly disappointed by pepperfry and i will market it to friends and family to not to go by them for such attitude.

                I ordered one owl showpiece order no.[protected], it looked vintage but i thought that it is painted that way. When the order arrived: it was old tin just badly stuck together, full of rust, now the customer care is not ready to take it back and refund my amount for this product but they are not ready to do so. Please find me a resolution for this. Why am I forced to keep something which I do not find suitable and also, they have their return policy as I have seen advertisements for the same. Now they have suddenly ceased this policy.
                They mislead customers by showing return is so easy in ads . In reality, they are not at all understanding.

                  I recently ordered the pillows from pepperfry, after checking found the quality of pillows highly poor, not worth the price. I decided to return given the poor quality and when tried to do so, could not find the option of return in case the quality is poor. The options given for the return are 1) incorrect/incomplete product, 2) damaged product 3) infected one and no option for poor quality which could always be the case than the other three. After contacting the customer care, the executive completely denied to return and refund as the policy doesn't do so for poor quality. This is totally insane, there is every chance that the product quality could be poor and for the same pepperfry doesn't have a policy, looks like violating the basic right of a consumer not to like a product.

                  They are telling some junk stories to convince.

                  I have bad experience in returning an item to pepperfry.
                  They are really cheaters.

                  In future I will never buy anything from this site.

                    Pepperfry ads are misleading the customers and fooling them. I wanted to return/exchange one of the items in the order list but the customer care clearly refused saying that goods cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is damaged or there is a manufacturing defect. This is in total contrast to the Pepperfry ads where they highlight "Easy Returns" everywhere. No where during the booking process, the consumer is informed/warned that once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled. The main FAQs also does not state this. The "no cancelation policy" is somewhere hidden in their website which customer has to really dig through to locate. I am really surprised how Pepperfry does this so brazenly and is not being pulled out for it. This is a clear violation of consumer's trust. I demand that my request for return/exchange for product be fulfilled. Also, the misleading advertisements should be stopped.

                      I had ordered three Bombay dyeing bed sheets. Order Number is[protected]FU1443785-S-PM9739. They cancelled one and they didn't tell any reason. I received the second one as I ordered. But they send the third unbranded bed sheet. This is not a Bombay dyeing brand and the quality is very poor. Immediately I send complaint, but their supporting staff refused the return telling this is Bombay dyeing product. But they are cheating, their ventor Bernina international sent different unbranded product.. I sent another mail with all the necessary photos. They are keeping silent and no reply.

                        I have placed an order worth Rs. 13489 last night (14th October 2016) and paid in advance. I realized that I ordered wrong dimension after placing the order and noticed that I could not cancel the order. I called up the customer care as soon as I can ( after 9 am on 15th October 2016 )as per their timing. They said there is no way that the order can be cancelled even though it is less than 14 hours and even though the shipping is not yet initiated.
                        This is exploitation and should be dealt with seriously.

                        No cancellation policy is no where highlighted in the product description page. Instead pepperfry mentions this to misguide customers.
                        "Furniture bought on Pepperfry.com is shipped for free, we also offer you a 7-Day Easy Return window. So go ahead and buy with confidence."
                        I want cancellation and refund.

                              Exactly a year back i purchased "gloria three seater sofa in brown colour by home city" and received a product of different color. When i contacted them about this they said it will charge us around 8k for take it back and if i keep it back then 8k will be paid to me. But i was never informed that they will void the warranty also. The entire process took 3-4 days and i kept the product unused till then.

                              From last couple of months i am facing an issue with the product and when i called them they informed me that the product warranty has been voided as they have given some compensation.

                              How can they do it without informing?

                              Just before this order i ordered another product (Order no:[protected]fn1350540-p-od9624) which they them self cancelled after one month saying that it cannot be delivered and refunded my money with no compensation or at least a sorry for making me to wait.

                              When i talked to the customer care i was informed very rudely that your warranty has been voided as they have given compensation for delivering a wrong product.

                              So i want them to change the conditions and inform everything to customer so that the customer will decide whether to keep it or return it.

                              Worst service... Selling cheap products and finally cheating customers with wrong commitments.

                                I have ordered a faber kitchen chimney model 3d good 90 cm from pepper fry... Order number[protected]., delivered in reis magos, goa... Before placing an order i confirmed with pepper fry team if the installation will be initaited by them when i contacted first time while pre ordering on 12th sep 2016 during the conversation i have been given a contact person one mr. Mandeep +[protected] by pepper fry customer care executive... When i called mr. Mandeep thinking that he is from faber company.. He confirmed the installation would be done by faber company directly and it covers all the warranty as under... After the product got delivered when i called pepper fry for installation they clearly deny that installation is not their part and it has to be done by customer himself.. When i called faber directly they simply deny they will not cater online purchases... My question is... Why on earth they market their products on all the web sites if they don't provide service... Now i'm stuck in a situation where i don't know what to do with the product... After struggling a lot i've been told by mr. Mandeep who i believe now is only a supplier that someone from his contacts would install the product.. Now i do not have any idea if i am covered under warranty or not... I strictly convey to all the consumers that pepper fry does not have any consumer friendly policies... They say one thing while pre ordering and after sales they are of any help hence be aware... I learnt my lesson hard way... Amazon is & will be more professional in dealing these kind of issues

                                  I had ordered for memphis end table by woodsworth via order no[protected] on 2nd oct 2359 hrs.

                                  I had ordered memphis end table in espresso walnut finish. However the order came as honey oak. Immediately within 10 minutes, i made a complain to them online.

                                  Kindly change the colour of the order to memphis end table in espresso walnut finish.

                                  I called them again on 3rd oct, and they are saying that they do not have a policy for change of colour or upgrade or cancel the order.

                                  This is very disgusting approach by pepperfry. I believe that they do not have the colour and on purpose are trying to sell me the colour that i have not ordered.

                                  I request supply of the item with colour, i ordered or cancellation with full refund.

                                    I have booked one order and the item selelcted was wrong, i asked the repepsetative the proivde the opton to canceltheitem and place the same item with different colur of same price but they didnt not listen to it. The ordr was not even packed, on the same day of placing the roder after some time ifound the item was wrongly slelcted, but they didint evn thep to change thr order.

                                      I ordered a Sofa and single Chair which is Buff Colour and Leatherette. What I have received is Ivory Colour also the material looks like Rexine. When i asked for Return, Pepperfry Executive says its same colour and Material is also Leatherette, so they will not return this Product. I will attach Pictures of Sofa that i have received. Also in a pic i have put comparison on what i have received vs what is there in Website.

                                      I again got a call from Pepperfry. Her Name is Dhakshitha. She is a Case Manager(This is what she told me) in pepperfry. She turned Deaf ears to my concerns. What ever i spoke she was not ready to listen . She jus said she is not ready to get it returned.

                                        I am trying to return a bedside table which i purchased from pepperfry but they are not taking the return because the product is not damaged.

                                        These days they advertise that its easy retun if size of sofa is large then just call pepperfry they will come & pick it (We see this add on tv). It is lie this add should be stopped because they do not return the product just because the size of it is big for you or you did not like it. They will return it only if you fall under some conditions that they say, then i do not understand why such promotiom of easy return is there, when it is not at all easy.

                                        I am really disappointed with the service its horrible, pepperfry advertise that we have easy return policy but its not easy, they will return it only if its damaged which they never agree because they have inspection team or incorrect product which again is not possible because of inspection team or items are missing again not possible or incase of termite infection again not possible, so in short they are saying that return is not possible. If they have strict inspection then that means we can never return a product its just saying easy returns.
