Pepperfry ads are misleading the customers and fooling them. I wanted to return/exchange one of the items in the order list but the customer care clearly refused saying that goods cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is damaged or there is a manufacturing defect. This is in total contrast to the Pepperfry ads where they highlight "Easy Returns" everywhere. No where during the booking process, the consumer is informed/warned that once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled. The main FAQs also does not state this. The "no cancelation policy" is somewhere hidden in their website which customer has to really dig through to locate. I am really surprised how Pepperfry does this so brazenly and is not being pulled out for it. This is a clear violation of consumer's trust. I demand that my request for return/exchange for product be fulfilled. Also, the misleading advertisements should be stopped.

    I had ordered three Bombay dyeing bed sheets. Order Number is[protected]FU1443785-S-PM9739. They cancelled one and they didn't tell any reason. I received the second one as I ordered. But they send the third unbranded bed sheet. This is not a Bombay dyeing brand and the quality is very poor. Immediately I send complaint, but their supporting staff refused the return telling this is Bombay dyeing product. But they are cheating, their ventor Bernina international sent different unbranded product.. I sent another mail with all the necessary photos. They are keeping silent and no reply.

      I have placed an order worth Rs. 13489 last night (14th October 2016) and paid in advance. I realized that I ordered wrong dimension after placing the order and noticed that I could not cancel the order. I called up the customer care as soon as I can ( after 9 am on 15th October 2016 )as per their timing. They said there is no way that the order can be cancelled even though it is less than 14 hours and even though the shipping is not yet initiated.
      This is exploitation and should be dealt with seriously.

      No cancellation policy is no where highlighted in the product description page. Instead pepperfry mentions this to misguide customers.
      "Furniture bought on Pepperfry.com is shipped for free, we also offer you a 7-Day Easy Return window. So go ahead and buy with confidence."
      I want cancellation and refund.

        I have placed an order worth 6000rs and paid fr it in advance.
        I realised that i ordered wrong size of the product just after placing the order and noticed i cant cancel the order;
        I called up customer care and thy said there is no way the order can be cancelled or returned.
        This is sheer exploitation of customers and should eb dealt with seriousy

          I want to return/ cancel my order of dining chairs with order no[protected] because of size issues. Your team is repeatedly saying that they cannot help us in this matter. I have been Watching your TV ads in which you clearly depict that you take the product back if we have size problem and now you are refusing this. Why do you show false advertisement and fool the public. I am stuck up because I paid in advance and you people can harass us because you have my hard earned money. I am being forced to keep the product which is a total waste for me . This is not done and I will fight for my rights

            Exactly a year back i purchased "gloria three seater sofa in brown colour by home city" and received a product of different color. When i contacted them about this they said it will charge us around 8k for take it back and if i keep it back then 8k will be paid to me. But i was never informed that they will void the warranty also. The entire process took 3-4 days and i kept the product unused till then.

            From last couple of months i am facing an issue with the product and when i called them they informed me that the product warranty has been voided as they have given some compensation.

            How can they do it without informing?

            Just before this order i ordered another product (Order no:[protected]fn1350540-p-od9624) which they them self cancelled after one month saying that it cannot be delivered and refunded my money with no compensation or at least a sorry for making me to wait.

            When i talked to the customer care i was informed very rudely that your warranty has been voided as they have given compensation for delivering a wrong product.

            So i want them to change the conditions and inform everything to customer so that the customer will decide whether to keep it or return it.

            Worst service... Selling cheap products and finally cheating customers with wrong commitments.

              I have ordered a faber kitchen chimney model 3d good 90 cm from pepper fry... Order number[protected]., delivered in reis magos, goa... Before placing an order i confirmed with pepper fry team if the installation will be initaited by them when i contacted first time while pre ordering on 12th sep 2016 during the conversation i have been given a contact person one mr. Mandeep +[protected] by pepper fry customer care executive... When i called mr. Mandeep thinking that he is from faber company.. He confirmed the installation would be done by faber company directly and it covers all the warranty as under... After the product got delivered when i called pepper fry for installation they clearly deny that installation is not their part and it has to be done by customer himself.. When i called faber directly they simply deny they will not cater online purchases... My question is... Why on earth they market their products on all the web sites if they don't provide service... Now i'm stuck in a situation where i don't know what to do with the product... After struggling a lot i've been told by mr. Mandeep who i believe now is only a supplier that someone from his contacts would install the product.. Now i do not have any idea if i am covered under warranty or not... I strictly convey to all the consumers that pepper fry does not have any consumer friendly policies... They say one thing while pre ordering and after sales they are of any help hence be aware... I learnt my lesson hard way... Amazon is & will be more professional in dealing these kind of issues

                Good day,
                I had ordered for memphis end table by woodsworth via order no[protected] on 2nd oct 2359 hrs.

                I had ordered memphis end table in espresso walnut finish. However the order came as honey oak. Immediately within 10 minutes, i made a complain to them online.

                Kindly change the colour of the order to memphis end table in espresso walnut finish.

                I called them again on 3rd oct, and they are saying that they do not have a policy for change of colour or upgrade or cancel the order.

                This is very disgusting approach by pepperfry. I believe that they do not have the colour and on purpose are trying to sell me the colour that i have not ordered.

                I request supply of the item with colour, i ordered or cancellation with full refund.

                  I have booked one order and the item selelcted was wrong, i asked the repepsetative the proivde the opton to canceltheitem and place the same item with different colur of same price but they didnt not listen to it.                       I am trying to return a bedside table which i purchased from pepperfry but they are not taking the return because the product is not damaged.

                      These days they advertise that its easy retun if size of sofa is large then just call pepperfry they will come & pick it (We see this add on tv). It is lie this add should be stopped because they do not return the product just because the size of it is big for you or you did not like it. They will return it only if you fall under some conditions that they say, then i do not understand why such promotiom of easy return is there, when it is not at all easy.

                      I am really disappointed with the service its horrible, pepperfry advertise that we have easy return policy but its not easy, they will return it only if its damaged which they never agree because they have inspection team or incorrect product which again is not possible because of inspection team or items are missing again not possible or incase of termite infection again not possible, so in short they are saying that return is not possible. If they have strict inspection then that means we can never return a product its just saying easy returns.

                        I bought a piece of furniture, order i'd and picture attached.

                        But i am following with peppefry since one month but they are not helping.

                        Neither they are repairing the item not they are returning as i have already initiated return on peppefry app.

                        I will never shop from peppefry again.

                        Peppefry sells good looking furniture, but the quality is very poor. It furniture not ethical enough to support its return policy.

                        My experience has been horrible with peppefry.

                        Though you have sent carpenter to realign the piece, but a crack in glass was observed on one of the window .

                        I have ordered so many products from peppefry but this was a disappointing experience.. I request change of glass which is not broken by us, but just due to movement of furniture.

                        There is no fall or furniture was not hit, it just happened because of poor quality of make by peppefry.

                        I will never buy again from peppefry until issue is resolved.

                            I ordered two lamps from Pepperfry. I was very impressed initially by the website and had high hopes for my chosen products.
                            Both lamps were delayed by 1 week on arrival, which meant I waited 3 weeks in total from the order date. Both lamps were faulty on arrival. The metal base of one was severely crushed, and both shades were severely dented.
                            Pepperfry refused to replace the broken lamps, only offering to refund and collect items from my home. This was not satisfactory as I was again left without lamps!

                            Will not be shopping with them again!

                              I want to cancel two products since I have placed an incorrect order. I offered to place a fresh order too but they refuse to cancel the order. It has not been processed or shipped.
                              On another order, I order the wrong size cushion cover because when I filtered by 16 inch covers this one showed up. They are refusing to accept the return... Horrible!!

                                I ordered a bed from pepperfry (Order no.[protected] which i need to cancel due to some unforeseen reasons. I have an urgent travel planned and shall be returning after 3-4 months if not extended further, due to this i will not be in a position to receive the order and the house will bbe locked, and there are chances i might be relocating after my return. Due to this i asked pepperfry to please cancel my order as this is a fresh order and i assume no work might have started yet. This i escalated to their management as well, still they are not agreeing to it and disappointing now that after notifying and escalating even to management i am getting no help from pepperfry, i ordered the product on 8th september, and within 3 days i notified for a cancellation which can be done with ease, as they take about 20 days of waiting period minimum anyway for the product delivery.in my first experience with pepperfry my order was cancelled by pepperfry at the last moment which did put me under deep trouble as i had to purchase furniture urgently from other store. As this time it's a necessity from my end and i explained the requirement to pepperfry management, i have no clue why they cant cancel the order.
                                Requesting your help on this.

                                We bought almirah from pepper fry and it gets green fungus all over every week... unable to use it it was advertised it is very good and termite treatment done but in every week there is green fungus all over the almirah
                                I had ordered containers on the pepperfry online. I have not received any order number not the product. My amount is deducted for the same from my bank account. Please look into the same and please refund if you can't deliver the product. Any of your customer care numbers also can't be reached.

                                  I have purchased six seater dining table fro pepperfry.com on 25 August 2016. I have received on 31 August 2016. This dining table in disassemble condition it means it was packed in 4 boxes . 1 box of dining table and 3 boxes of dining chairs . in this 3 box 6 chairs material given in disassemble condition. i received this 4 box and sign received goods proper. now i am searching for carpenter for assemble it. after 7 days i found carpenter and he is try to assemble it. he assemble 1 table & 5 chairs when i asked him why one chair not assemble he said me one chair assembling material not available. when i contact pepperfy .com they said after 7 days we can not accept any complaint we did not provide any material. this material cost less than Rs.100 but without this full chair unusable. My town is small & pepperfy did not provide me assembly service . and can not find carpenter 7 days due to busy scheduled. i have purchased lots of item form pepperfry but pepperfry not ready to provide this materiel . i advice all people those live in small city never buy from pepperfry because they will not provide assembly service and we have no knowledge of it whats its parts.

                                    I placed an order with Pepperfry and by mistake I added 2 items. I realized my mistake and called them to cancel 1 of the items. This call was placed within 2 hours of placing the order.

                                    The items are scheduled for delivery sometime in October (a month from now). However, pepperfry flatly refused to cancel the order.

                                    I am surprised that when the item is not shipped, they not ready to cancel....

                                    I have purchased Hindware Nevio 90 cm chimney from Pepperfry.

                                    When i have purchased with product it was 60 months flat warranty of chimney. Just after the product getting delivered i have a call with hindware to raise a service request to send a technician to install the chimney. The same day i have crossed the warranty with them. Hindware gave me a information that the product has only 12 months warranty. When i crossed with them they said they will check and confirm.

                                    But there was no call back on this. After two days when i visited there website I have noticed there is a change in product warranty. It was showing 12 months on Chimney and 60 months on Motor.

                                    when i have called in they said they can't do anything on this. what i need is i want pepperfry to take ownership of warranty for 60 months on chimney and motor too.

                                    I have bought a Hindware Nevio 90 cm chimney on Pepperfry.

                                    The Vendor installation number provided on their website was wrong. But however the Hindware has provided the right number and I have called in and booked a Service request on 2nd sept 2016 to send a technician to install the chimney.

                                    But till today no one has come to install the chimney.

                                    When i called in Pepperfry customercare and asked for the same information.

                                    They said they have complained to higher level management on this. There said they would come back to me with a solution on this in 24 to 48 hrs.

                                    But they haven't come back to me.

                                    It's been 9 days the product has been delivered but they couldn't arrange a technician from the Vendor side and they can't even answer me whats happening behind and when they can fix this issue.

                                    I don't really understand why pepperfry sells those products where there is no proper vendor support.

                                    i have keeped calling vendor and as well as pepperfry everyday to get this problem resolved. But till today the problem hasn't resolved. why Pepperfry couldn't resolve this issue. Don't sell the products if you can't provide proper vendor support. we are not buying the appliances just to keep them aside.

                                    The funniest thing is that they haven't raise a complaint number for the first days when i have called them.

                                      Yesterday 9th Sept at 22:00 I placed an order. Today, 10th, I am calling and emailing Pepperfry to cancel the order before further inconveniences are there.

                                      They are saying that no cancellation is possible.

                                      But two days ago I received a called from them and they cancelled one of my orders!

                                      They only say that am executive will call me back in 24/48 hours. Which means that they are adding time to the issues.

                                      Before purchase, be very sure as they are cheaters!
                                      Pepperfry customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
