Updated by Prafful.gouda I have bought a Hindware Nevio 90 cm chimney on Pepperfry.
The Vendor installation number provided on their website was wrong. But however the Hindware has provided the right number and I have called in and booked a Service request on 2nd sept 2016 to send a technician to install the chimney.
But till today no one has come to install the chimney.
When i called in Pepperfry customercare and asked for the same information.
They said they have complained to higher level management on this. There said they would come back to me with a solution on this in 24 to 48 hrs.
But they haven't come back to me.
It's been 9 days the product has been delivered but they couldn't arrange a technician from the Vendor side and they can't even answer me whats happening behind and when they can fix this issue.
I don't really understand why pepperfry sells those products where there is no proper vendor support.
i have keeped calling vendor and as well as pepperfry everyday to get this problem resolved. But till today the problem hasn't resolved. why Pepperfry couldn't resolve this issue. Don't sell the products if you can't provide proper vendor support. we are not buying the appliances just to keep them aside.
The funniest thing is that they haven't raise a complaint number for the first days when i have called them.
