Till date I have been a major shopper on Pepperfry as I didnt face an issue of having to return a product in case I didnt like the product!

PLEASE BE WARNED WHILE BUYING THE PRODUCT THE TERMS SAYS EASY 7 DAYS RETURNS BUT ACTUALLY THEY DO NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED / EATEN BY TERMITES /DEFECTIVE ETC

I ordered for a mexican king size bed in which was delivered in dec 2015 - order no:[protected]fm1353855-p-wh2305.

But within a couple of months the 2 inch thick side panel developed a huge crack basically because of the inferior quality wood used in making of the bed.

I got a dining table set from pepperfry.com on 5th may (Order #[protected]. It took me one day to figure out that i needed to put an on-line assembly request. So on 6th i put the request on-line, and the automated voice message for me was that someone will visit for assembling within 24 hr. That did not happen. A 4-seater dining table was delivered to me on 30.11.2015 by the pepperfry. Had ordered a couple of drawers from pepper fry on the basis of feedback from one of my colleague. First upheaval which would be required would be of the tracking system. If the company isnt confident of delivering a product in 2 weeks time, the tracking system should not reflect the same. The ordered product a delivery time of a good 2 weeks after which there was no notification from the company's side on the whereabouts of the product....

It's most disappointed and horrible experience ever in my life to associate
with Pepperfry. I have
purchased poster bed from pune studio by 5th February 2016.

First bad thing was product not delivered properly to my home. One box was
missing. So to make it arrange Pepperfry took in total almost two and half months.
Here I was testing my patience. Once i receive replaced bed it got
