Order id[protected]. Ordered a bench with storage. Once it reached i realized it's not even sturdy enough for one person to sit. Plus its a little wobbly. Emailed twice, called but they always say it's a separate team and someone wl call but no call received. I don't want the product and want it to be picked up asap. It's furniture. It obviously needs to be picked up as it occupies space!...

I bought wardrobe, its in warranty period and every now and then there is fungus inside wardrobe after complaining carpenter came and resolved the issue but the very next day again fungus ozzed out, really m tired of wiping fungus and as m pregnant i feel suffocated due to allergy of this fungus now they are telling they cannot send carpenter every now and then and will not return the product ....

Absolutely pathetic service from Pepperfry and Home Town in understanding customers situation and concern and response to requests on human ground. Multiple requests were made since morning today and each person who has handled the call only shows off the soft communication and not one request was fulfilled after explaining the situation that there is a pregnant lady and assembly people turning up when I am not home is not even listened....

Ordered 3 laundry baskets based on the picture shown and received 3 tiny bins instead of what i thought i wud get.
I have requested a exchange and they are refusing even after i offered to pay return costs.
In my opinion its a bad product delivered which is not suitable to my requirements and need to know what i can do.

I bought a sofa from pepperfry in December 2015. I was out of station so started using it only in Feb. In just 3 months o[censored]se all springs and belts are broken. Their carpenter himself told that it is a very bad product. It is under 1 year warranty, but these cheaters are not even responding to mails. They are cheating customers openly in daylights....

From pepper fry. The parts were broken when it was delivered. Due to some of reasons we were not able open the item with in 7 days since i was out of home and when i get chance to open the item the parts were broken.

I booked (Order No[protected] two door wardrobe (12 months warranty) in June and after 1 month lots of white patches and white powder started coming on the wardrobe and now its infected by Powderpost Beetles.

I called them 3-4 times and no positive response from them.

I think this is worst support and service from Pepperfry.

Have booked my wardrobe order on 10th of july and till 22nd july have not received my wardrobe. Such a pathetic service and tie ups with unprofessional merchant will earn a bad name in the market.
Adding to my surprise is that they are not following up with the customer instead of paying all the amount in advance. It implies that they are self centric not customer centric.

I want my entire amount back....

Recently i have purchased a tv unit in wenge finish by crystal furnitech.

Sun mica pasted on side of the tv furniture has become wavy which may come out after some days. Please send your representative to look into it and repair or replace the same.

On 07th july i purchased an item from pepperfry.com order no.[protected].
First of all its was too late in delivery of this product after complaining regarding late delivery they did notice of my product and after receiving the product i really got afraid of buying from this type of sites. The product is fake product which i received and meanwhile i initiated return the product but they told me companies policies and apologies soo much...

Please never buy anything from pepperfry. They cheat customers. I ordered a hanging light from this site. To my utter dismay, the size of the lamp turned out to be too too small and hence i immediately requested a return. I was asked to the send the picture of the product, and i could not logically understand why would they need the picture of the product when the picture was already available on their site. After a month long wait i got the table delivered on Friday (1st July) even though it was expected on 27th June.
there were two people came for Assembly, then they found that the hardware (Nuts and bolts) were missing. They confirmed us saying they will come tomorrow.
