    I ordered a furniture product wall unit for stand my 42 inch Plasma
    television on 31st August 2016 . The dimension of this product as
    mentioned on website is H 56.2 x W 61.6 x D 15.7.
    I have assumed this would be suitable for my Plasma while ordering.
    After 30 minutes of order, I called customer care just confirmation
    about dimensions and ask for 42 inch plasma TV, at this time
    they didnot not confirm me. After 1-2 days of order, they told me
    that this product is for up to 32 inch TV only. After many requests
    and followup, they didnot cancel my order while they already mentioned
    on website, "We also offer you a 7 days easy return window, In case you
    are not satisfied with your purchase. So go ahead and buy
    ith confidence". My complaint is that they didnot the mention the
    product dimension clearly on website.
    For this reason, Customer can easily be cheated.

    I placed an order furniture product wall unit for stand my 42 inch Plasma
    television on 31st August 2016 and realized that, the wall unit was short
    and wanted to cancel the order and look for the suitable TV wall unit.
    But they refused to cancel the order, even while the order was not processed.
    They have no ethics and it is said the way they act.

    They need to learn, if they need to survive.I will not buy from pepperfry and
    will ensure, that i will tell others too and ensure they dont buy from this site.

      I can't trust property because I purchase a dinning set on 21 August 2016 from there but till now they did not delivered my product and when I called them so tell me that your product is damaged but still they didn't call me back and didn't refund my amount. When I called them they only say I refund you amount but didn't resolve my problem that's why I want my amount with interest because of there fault.

        We have ordered this book case in February 2016 from Pepperfry. But product was defective as non of its drawers are working. Pepperfry sent a team of carpenters to correct it but product could not be corrected instead damaged by them. I then requested a replacement. But Pepperfry said product could not be replaced but returned only. Though it was difficult for me to buy a similar product now with same cost. I agreed to return as there was no option they gave me. But ideally it should be replaced with a defective free similar product which is available.. All the books and things are kept scattered in my home because of this. After facing this inconvenience I am thinking of going to the consumer court. Please do not buy from Pepperfry.

          This is in reference to my order no.[protected] which has been done on
          13.07.2016.

          The delivery was scheduled to be delivered by 1.8.16 - 4.8.16.

          Since i didn't get the delivery of the order which i have duly paid, i have
          Called pepper fry at least 4-5 times in between 3.8.16 to 19.8.16.

          On all the occasions the customer representative has told me that the goods
          Have been damaged in the warehouse at kolkata and the refund process has
          Been generated and i should get back the "refund" within the next 7 working
          Days.

          I have once again called on the 19.8.2016 and spoke to ruchita poojari and
          Was shocked to know that the "refund process" has still not been generated,
          Neither has any confirmation been received by me till date.

          In the meanwhile i have spoken to mr sanal nair, anuradha verma and numerous others and yet no positive action has been taken by pepperfry.
          Such kind of service provided by a reputed online brand is uncalled for and
          I am lodging my protest.

          Kindly note that in the event of not receiving any proper positive action, i would have to approach proper forums to ensure that such bad services dont go unnoticed and i reserve my rights to take action as deemed necessary.

          Immediate action is solicited.

            I have bought 2 chest of drawers from pepperfry, which were delivered and assembled on time, but after only a few days/weeks the drawers have been falling apart literally and despite getting it fixed a few times the shoddy furniture pieces continue to fall apart. The drawer bottoms are made of cardboard and keep falling out, runners at the side are not proper so pulling the drawers in and out is also a nightmare. These pieces of furniture are now just occupying precious space and are completely useless.

            I placed an order and bought an Avighna Deepak Wall Hanging Diya in Brown by Mudramark on Pepperfry.com by accident. I immediately called the customer care to cancel the order and told that I am not interested in buying the thing and it happened by mistake. But the man didn't listen. According to him, once I've bought I can't cancel. Such thugs!!!

                  I have bought The Yellow Door Silver Wood & Aluminium Table Mirror. As per the site, it looked something else, but when I had received the product it was very small and did not meet my expectation.So, I had asked pepperfry to take it back and refund my amount for this product but they are not ready to do so. Please find me a resolution for this. Why am I forced to keep something which I do not intend to have and also, they have their return policy as I have seen advertesments for the same. Now they have suddenly ceased this policy.

                    Order no.:[protected] we have order the subjected alto 3 seater sofa on 22nd july'16, delivery timeline mentioned was 7 days. We started calling and mailing customer service for a status update since our order was not delivered after 10 days on processing. But we were been told that because of rainy season it has not been dispatch. Than recently after one month of placing order we were been told that sofa was found damaged and so was not delivered and on the contrary our order status of website was showing qc cleared. We asked them to dispatch a good one but we have been told that they need to process the refund and than we can order something else. And to this day neither we have received our refund amount not any update from customer care. Just a status on our order shows ' refund initiated on 17th aug'16. Does it take so many days for a refund. We are just been fooled. Pathetic brand and unprofessional people. Didnt expected this from them. We just want our refund so that we can order what we want from other professional people out there in the industry.

                      Pepper fry is one of the pathetic ecommerce site. I have been waiting for my products from last 16 days everyday a new delivery date is given to me. Customer service sucks.., people have no clue what to say what not to say... It seems bunch of highly unprofessional people are managing pepper fry... Never buy anything from pepper fry... Fake commitments..,

                        My son has ordered the above chair for me for a special occasion to be delivered on 19.08.2016. You are failed to deliver the product even after persistent complaints. Lost lot of money on telephone calls. A stubborn company gives false promises. All are assuring blatant false promises but nothing happens. Most unfortunate fact is we are unable to cancel the order, caught in your cruel clutches. I am afraid i may have to move legally for a solution to get rid of from agony faced by us.

                          My product for order no[protected]was to be delivered by one GAURAV moblie no [protected] today 27 Aug. He has behaved in a highly irresponsible manner bringing bad name to Pepperfry. Although he informed in the morning that he would deliver the product by 3pm today, he did not turn up till 3:30 pm. He did not even care to inform that he will not be able to reach on time. When I called him he had an excuse that his vehicle has broken down near Saket. Had his vehicle broken down he should have been near my place around that time from where I could have picked up the article.
                          I have waited at home for the delivery and in the process lost an entire day due to his irresponsible behavior and I am afraid Pepperfry will be losing customer due to such persons. I found his approach to be highly unprofessional and lacking in commitment. Action as deemed for be taken against this person.

                            Hi Team, I had ordered a 2 seater sofa and got it delivered on 31st of july. I got a call from the carpenter after 1days for the assembly request. I had informed the carpenter that there is a small gap in the sofa. He told me that he will update it to pepperfry and he said ill get a call. since i haven't got any call i had to raise a new case.
                            Now i am getting a response that this product is delivered on 31 and issue was raised on 15th of Aug which is 15 days after delivery and it is not covered under return policy and this product cannot be replaced.
                            If that is the case Why Pepperfry sent carpenter to repair. and if it is not covered under 7 days return policy, why did carpenter come and damaged the product.
                            I also got a call from the manager and he is saying that complaint raised via carpenter will not be considered as he do not work for pepperfry and for me He is part of pepperfry company .Could you please fix this issue.

                                One of the worst online shopping sites to deal with!Pathetic customer service.
                                Please don't buy from Pepperfry. Fraudstersss. They don't accept cancellation even within 2 mins of placing the order. Neither have they considered taking exceptions for genuine customers.
                                Delivery time is super delayed. Estimated delivery time appears after placing the order. I will highly recommend people not to buy from this worst fraud online shopping website called "Pepperfry". They only believe in ruining customers experience, time and money.
                                They are so rigid and blunt about their so called policies.Being such so called huge brand they can sometime make an exception

                                  Placed an order for sutlej six seater solid wood dining set finish by @home from Pepperfry. com paid Rs 15645 by debit card on 3Aug 16.Item order no. is[protected].Item Received on 12th Aug 16 Assembler came on 13th Aug 16.He found item defective.I Complained on 13th aug 16.They messged me so many times that they will contact me within 24 hours but no one contacted me .I have complained online as well as Telephonically but all the time i get only assurances and Till now no action.I have sent photographs of the defective parts also.It seems they don't want to refund my money as they have dumped a defective item .I wanted a Dining table for a function but now have no money to purchase. Please matterlise the return and refund of money

                                    Its highly frustrating that my product was not delivered till now and i was not informed too. Is this pepperfry or customerfry? I really don't understand.
                                    Poor service from such a big dealer. I didn't expect this from them. I was not even called and informed about the delay/breakdown of delivery vehicle. Are they treating me as a customer because for everything i have to call them and get updated. Shame on them!

                                    I have ordered furniture from pepperfry. After making payment they are saying to deliver it in 20-25 days. And also very bad return policies and customer support.
                                    You can not cancle the item after making the payment.

                                      Few observations about pepperfry:
                                      1) very low standard product.
                                      2) unprofessional approach & pathetic customer support.
                                      3) no sense of responsibility.
                                      4) for pepperfry, customers are fools.

                                      My experience:-
                                      2 months ago i bought a bookshelf from pepperfry.
                                      After a few days it started catching fungus.
                                      I informed the customer care & asked for a solution.
                                      A person from pepperfry visited my place & polished the shelf.
                                      In couple of days it again stated catching fungus.
                                      This time i asked for a long term solution or take the shelf back (through mail).
                                      Note: i have more furniture in the same room which is doing fine.
                                      The customer service executive "saral", was unable to solve the issues. her only answer was "wipe it with a dry cloth".
                                      I asked her for a long term solution, which she failed to provide.
                                      The issue is still pending.
                                      The bookshelf has completely caught fungus.
                                      I have sent about 8 mails & the only response i got was "wipe it with a dry cloth".
                                      The executive also assured that they will call me. i gave them my mobile number & also an alternate number.
                                      I never received a call from pepperfry.
                                      I asked them to give me a number so i can call.
                                      The number which i got from executive was never attended by anybody. no one ever received that phone.
                                      When i mailed about this, the only response i got was:-

                                      "i tried calling you on the registered phone number which is [protected] this number is unreachable also tried calling on [protected] even this number is unreachable."

                                      According to them both of my mobile phones were switched off for continuous 15 days.
                                      My phone is never switched off.

                                      Such a lousy customer support from pepperfry. you guys can't even face your customers. rather you are lying so confidently.
                                      The behaviour of customer care is forcing me to take harsh steps against pepperfry.
                                      I want my issue resolved.

                                        From your website pepperfry.com for a consid~ration of rs 6239 paid through sbi credit card of my father.
                                        That at the time of booking the following were the terms and conditions
                                        In case of any concerns, please send us photographs of the items to ascertain the reason for return which can be initiated from "my account" section. Once the return is accepted for refund, you would be contacted by our customer care team for product collection. You will need to retain the item with all its seals and trappings (Boxes, bags, tags, stickers etc.) intact along with the original invoice. You can retain a copy of the invoice for reference and future correspondence. For any further clarifications do get in touch with our friendly customer care folks.
                                        Cancellations: customer can cancel the order placed with the below mentioned charges

                                        That, the said goods are suffering from the following defects:-
                                        (I) bad quality
                                        That in the home page of your website you falsely represented with an ill intention to cheat public at large that easy returns without any conditions apply symbol which means you are deliberately defrauding public at large by mis representation of facts.
                                        I have reported the above matter to you several times on chat on your website in respect o[censored]nfair trade practices if any) but despite all my pleadings you have not made good the defect in the goods (Or deficiency in services) which is indeed regrettable and highly unbusiness like. When i request you to return you refused giving me flame excuses. On account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same i have suffered losses of rs.6236 as well as i am mentally harassed which tune to rs. Rs.5 lakhs, which you are liable to compensate to me.
                                        You are hereby finally called upon to
                                        (Hi) return the price/charges paid
                                        (Iv) pay compensation for financial loss/injury/interest suffered due to your
                                        Negligence.
                                        In the sum of rs 5, 06, 236/-with interest @ 24% per annum within 15. Days of the receipt of this notice failing which i shall be constrained to initiate against you for redressal of my aforesaid grievances and recovery of the aforesaid amount such. Proceedings, both civil and criminal as are warranted by law, besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of the consumer 'protection act, 1986 exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences which please note.
