I had place an order for an office chair on pepper fry on 11th march. It showed the delivery day as 7th april. I called and asked them why do you need a month to deliver a chair which i can buy off the shelf in a furniture store locally. They said that the seller has to ship to them and they'll do a quality check, then send it to bangalore and send to my residence. 7th april is worst case scenario, usually its much earlier.

We had ordered 3 door wardrobe on 27.03.2016vide order no[protected], at the time of purchase we were suppose to get the same on 6.04.2016, but as the date passed we called them & got the reply that the product couldn't not pass their quality check process so they returned the same to vendor.After that were told to receive the product on 10.04.2016, but calling them i got the reply that they missed the delivery so will get the same on 11.04.2016...

When i called customer care on 6th they said it will be reached by 7th April, when I called 7th evening they have disconnected my phone twice. Got a two door wardrobe a month ago. The wardrobe came damaged. Asked to retun the product. I specifically asked them to not to come on 3/20 to take the return. The came on that day!!!

I ordered lock&lock Cereal dispenser from pepperfry. Upon receiving the product, I realized the product label didn't seem very original as it had multiple spelling mistakes and no information on batch number, head office etc. I find it hard to believe a brand like Lock&Lock would have such an unprofessional label but I gave them the benefit of doubt, there is another problem however.

This is horrible...it's almost a month and I have been trying to get a bed and a shoe rack delivered at my place.They ask me when to come...and when I tell them a particular time..they are never coming..it's always coming today, coming tomorrow n all.

When trying to reach the customer care of pepperfry...it is never avaiable...highly annoyed by this bad service...

I have clicked unsubscribe in my email from pepperfry 10 to 15 times in last 3 to 4 months and I still receive mails from pepperfry....

i ordered a shoe rack (order no.[protected] in the month of Feb i.e. on 9th, but till today not received the order. the order was reached bangalore warehouse on 16th feb but delivery was not happened till today, now they are forcing me to cancel the order and book another order because the product is got damaged and other is not in stock. that is bull after i told them that we are going to lodge a police complaint against pepperfry...

Had purchase Euroline hand blender in sept with one year warranty, the product has started giving problems, tried contacting pepperfry customer care but they shared euroline service centre number.

Nobody answers calls there and now feel cheated the product was a duplicate one...

I had ordered for a ladder but got 2 mirror cabinets delivered instead.To return the parcel Pepper fry is causing so much of trouble to the customer.I can't understand their policy which makes the customer go through trouble for their mistake.Horrible service and pathetic customer care they don't seem to have any remorse that it is their mistake...
