1 month - no delivery - ready to use office chair

I had place an order for an office chair on pepper fry on 11th march. It showed the delivery day as 7th april. I called and asked them why do you need a month to deliver a chair which i can buy off the shelf in a furniture store locally. They said that the seller has to ship to them and they'll do a quality check, then send it to bangalore and send to my residence. 7th april is worst case scenario, usually its much earlier.

Worst service ever faced from any other e-retail site.

Horrible service and refund policy

Got a two door wardrobe a month ago. The wardrobe came damaged. Asked to retun the product. I specifically asked them to not to come on 3/20 to take the return. The came on that day!!!

Bad quality, possibly counterfeit product delivered, no resolution

Unable to contact customer care

This is horrible...it's almost a month and I have been trying to get a bed and a shoe rack delivered at my place.They ask me when to come...and when I tell them a particular time..they are never coming..it's always coming today, coming tomorrow n all.

When trying to reach the customer care of pepperfry...it is never avaiable...highly annoyed by this bad service...
