Pepperfry Complaints & Reviews

Pepperfry delayed the delivery of my order number above (Guetamala Solid Wood Bar Cabinet in Provencial Teak Finish) and sent an email on February 18th explaining a delay of 5 days. Even on or after February 23rd nobody contacted me. When I raised the issue on Feb 29th morning, they promised delivery next day (March 1st). On March 1st, their delivery executive called me from this number +91-[protected] and promised delivery the same evening....

I'm a regular customer buying products from pepperfry.com. The thing that drives me to buy the product is the 30 day return policy that the website promises. As they say, order and if you dont like we take it back. But this time it was not the case.

Website in large letters claims 30 day refund policy and customer service says fine print claims no return policy. That is clearly cheating the customer into a false belief.

They do not understand that keeping customers does not happen by blackmailing them into keeping items they do NOT want!

Please refrain yourself from buying products from pepperfry.
I have bought 4 different furniture from pepperfry. Out of the 4 product one was absolutely wrongly delivered with order id as[protected]. The clock given to me is in complete shabby condition. It have spot marks all over the clock. It is not new clock. There was no packing done during supply. we have not received the original cover of clock.

I purchased a double king bed and dining table from pepperfry. Since 19th Jan, 2016 I am getting call about delivery of the product but nothing got delivered till today.I scheduled delivery atleast 10 times, i was promised atlest 10 times that next day it is going to be delivered but no use. They do not deliver before 10 am. they do not deliver after 6 pm. They do not deliver on scheduled date/weekend/holidays....

I have ordered a book case which cost 4700 from pepperfry on Jan 6, 2016. They have assured delivery before Jan 27, 2016. Now its Feb 3 and still they say it will be delivered soon.
