Order delivered date was 28 oct 2015.I was regularly calling them and following up everday since that day and they giving me false commitment that it will deliver to you in within 24 hrs. Neither they are giving me my money back also. I request you to please look into this matter ASAP and help me....

We ordered a mintwud cupboard a week ago.
The carpenters came in today.
The package came safely.
However, the so called carpenters totally totally screwed the cuipboard.
Planks were joined in opposite directions.
Planks were nailed and then torn out to refix correctly.
Screws were slipped.
The quality and knowledge of their work was absolutely poor!!!
What a shame pepperfry!!! Sad! It...

I ordered on Pepperfry on 20th Oct 2015. Received the product of low quality and not complying to specifications.
Their executives deny any return of the product. Have initiated return of the product online but there is no information from them though they boast that you will get a call in 24 Hours.
Horrifying experience.. will take further....

My Order No.[protected] and i received this order on12 August within one month wardrobe plywood is broken. The screws are loose and faling apart. Door allignment is lost and they do not close. I never expected such poor quality of work from pepperfry. they are selling cheap and poor quality product in website....

I had ordered a console table on 29th sept which after some 100 follow up calls was delivered on 31st oct.. Order number is[protected]. Around mid October I was told that the colour I ordered is not there and a different vendor can give it in a different colour if I want...to which I said NO. Next day I get a call and told that the colour I ordered is available now and I will get it in the same colour I ordered.

I order bombay dying blanket and I received low quality product.First they take 2 week to deliver your item then they refuse to return the item. Consider pepperfry only if you are ready your item not to get it return. Never buy from pepperfry....

Peeperfry is the worst e - commerce site they don't have any saying of their own commitments.
I booked an order against order no[protected] on 19 th oct 2015 which was to be delivered by 26th oct 2015 as per their track report.
I called them up on 27th oct 2015, customer care executive registered my conversation, complaint number texted 01015515 and promised that your goods will be delivered with in 48 hours, on 29th oct...

I had ordered two items from pepperfry on 26th & 27th October 2015 for the first time.
