Order No:[protected] I ordered "Basket Flower 5-Frame Wall Painting". The order was made on 29 Aug 2015, it was supposed to be delivered on 08 Sep 2015 but no order has been delivered till date. Even if you try to track your order, it tells you that order is in trans-ship period. On 09 Sep 2015, When i called the customer care of Pepperfry, they are clueless about my order, they dont know where my order is. They told that we will contact the courier department and will let me know in 48 hrs. I again called them on 13 Sep 2015 (after 04 days), they still dont know where is my order. They have pathetic service which can not trace my order after more than two weeks from the date it was placed. Moreover, the customer executives are not well trained ...some them says that its in diplomatic area (How can the Nashik be a diplomatic area???) ...some says it is being delivered by Gati (whereas website is showing DTDC). They dont understand the urgency of situation and giving only mental harassment to customers. i am repenting why i placed my order on this stupid site. I have already paid the money even then i have not got my order. Poor work

      I have ordered a clothing Dry Stand through Pepperfry.com on 28th July. The cost was Rs. 852/- and it was supposed to delivered to me on or before 10th of August. Before I ordered I was asked to put PIN number to ensure the delivery location is available in their list or not. It was showed that they could deliver in the location of PIN I put and I was diverted into the next step of order. Since I didn't get any message or call from them till 10th Aug, I thought to give them a call to find out what was happened to the item I ordered. I was informed by them that the could not deliver the item since there is no Blue Dart Office near my location. I was stunned to hear this as there is a Blue Dart Office near my home, hardly 3 minutes walking distance from my home. They said the item returned back to them and could not deliver again and the money i paid them will be refunded within 48 hours. I have been constantly following up and calling them to get back my money and they are not giving me any proper answer other than giving the assurance that within 24hrs to 48hrs I would get my money back. But till the date the money is holding by them and unnecessarily my valuable time is wasting for this everyday. Finally I thought to put a complaint in this forum so that others will not suffer such problem through Pepperfry.com. Kindly assist me

        I m fed up of complaining the same thing agn & agn. Order No.[protected]. Complaint 00913438, it is now 1 month that i didnt received my product nor i was given any refund. everytime the same lame excuses whenever i contact CS. Is this some kind of joke. i[censored] cant resolved issue, y on earth, u guys sell product. i want my money back. JUST REFUND THE AMOUNT.

            I had ordered a Wall Lamp vide Order id 00929525 . The order was placed on 14th August and delivery was assured for 25th August . Till date there is no communication on my shipment and the company is not answering to my complaints and mails . I have asked for refund for which they are not processing . I have raised multiple complaints with their Call Center (complaint no[protected] and written mails to their customer care but still no response from them . Pls help me to get my hard earned money back .

I had done the payment through debit card of Rs. 6313 on the same day. My order was to be delivered on or before 29th of August. But it was not delivered on 29th August.I contacted them on the consumer no, they said that order will be delivered after 2 days.After waiting for 2 days, when my order was not delivered I again contacted them by their helpline number. They said that my order will be be delivered on 2nd September. But my order was also not delivered on 2nd September.I contacted them again, then they said that my order will be delivered on 4th September.Today, I waited for their message about delivery because they had said that 1 hour before delivery they will call me.So I contacted them again and they said that my order will be delivered on 6th of September. I requested them to cancel my order and deposit my Rs.6313 with interest in my account.               I ORDERED a tv wall unit on 14th august from pepperfry.com which was delayed.I had complaint about it on your website.my order was delivered very very late at 6 september and i was told that a carpenter will visit to my house within 48 hours to assemble my furniture but the carpenter never came. today is 16 september and the furniture is still lying in the box in my house and i am still waiting for the carpenter. i am contacting the customer care service daily, but their service is very bad, they never tell me properly that wheather the carpenter will come or not, instead they say me to keep the phone on hold and keep the phone hold for at least 10 minutes, then they assure that the carpenter will come on the same day by 6 pm. even my phone bill has increased by contacting the customer care again and again. i have also complained about it on their website but no response is given from there also. every time i call the customercare service, they say that the carpenter will reach today by 6 pm, but he never comes. today also i was told that the carpenter will come today(16 september) but he didn''t came today also. i want that if the carpenter is not coming, they should return my money back with interst and take this furniture back as early as possible. i also want money for my phone bill and the mental stress given to me by pepperfry.com

                  Order #[protected] FN1232845-P-WH4378 Case #00931445 I have ordered a product on 16th August 2015, It seems the product is mistakenly shipped to Chennai Hub instead sending to Bangalore. I have clearly mentioned my shipping address to Bangalore. I don't know why the product is shipped to Chennai. The delivery date of my product is 27th August. However, today is 3rd September 2015, it is almost 18 days. And till now the customer care people is repeatedly saying "The product is still in Chennai Hub, please give us 24-48 Hours to update the status on it". These words were repeated everyday since 27th August 2015. What can I do? I am really pissed off, these guys are keeping me so frustrated. I have contacted customer care people: Sunny Bhatia, Gaurav Mishra, Nakul, Mayank, Ashmita from pepper fry customer care, all are giving the same details stating the product is still in Chennai Hub. It can be resolved in 2-3 days just in few calls. But none of the employee working at pepperfry taking initiative to get the work done. Pradeep.

                    Hi, I had placed an order with Pepperfry having the order #[protected]. The order was delivered damaged and hence the product has been returned immediately during the time of delivery. I have raised a request for refund of the amount and it has been promised by the company. It has been almost a month that I am following up the case with them but they are citing excuse of system upgrade. Why does a refund take too long for a company? This is a smart way of holding a customer's money and play around in the market. This practice is highly condemned and I urge consumer court to punish such companies for such illegal practice.

                    I received a call from Pepperfry customer support and they are asking my card details for refund. Well, I do have objection to share the details of a card over phone as this is a security threat involved with it. If I get an e-mail from Pepperfry, then I shall share the details. When the person says that they will initiate the refund now itself, then why it has not been done so far? This is a clear indication that they are holding a customer's money and invest in market.

                      I really wonder if company has any products to sell.I had ordered two corner cabinet and then waited for 20 days finally to find out that they have auto cancelled the order themselves on the last date.I took one more chance and ordered an 10ft wallpaper for kids bedroom, and Its been again more than 20 days I am waiting for these guys to deliver the product.I really feel its cheating from pepperfry.Being an on-line shopper for more than 7 years this has been my worst experience till date.

                        I placed an order for 2 floor lamps from peperfry.com on 26/07/15. I paid by debit card. The order number is 30135104. The estimated delivery date was 05/08/15. Today its 30/08/15, But the product is still not delivered. Another problem is that, the customer does not get any real-time info in tracking the product. I contacted customer support 3-4 times, even they don't know where the package is. How pathetic the service is, They show ads on TV constantly, make the customer order products, but won't deliver it and make us customers fools. I want my money back as soon as possible..

                          I ordered a bed from Pepperfry on 25th of July with order number[protected], they promised me that the bed will be shipped by 18th august and will be delivered to me by 28 August. But today on the night of 24th August they sent me a mail that my order is cancelled and money will be refunded in 5-7 days. My amount of 25 thousand was stuck with these guys for 1 month and after making me wait so long they unprofessionally cancelled it.

                            I placed an order for Gas Stove in Pepperfry.com. I paid by debit card, it was supposed to be shipped to Sunoj. The order number is[protected]. The estimated delivery date was 19/08/15. Today its 24/08/15, But the product is still not delivered. Another problem is that, the customer does not get any real-time info in tracking the product. I contacted customer support 3-4 times, even they don't know where the package is. How pathetic the service is, They show ads on TV constantly, make the customer order products, but won't deliver it and make us customers fools. The most irritating part is, I can't cancel the order ask a refund, because they will hold 20% as penalty charge. For there inability to deliver the product on time, why am I not even eligible to get full refund. The same product was available in Snapdeal for nearly the same price, But I went ahead with Pepperfry.com. I totally regret it, I have done online shopping from many sites, But this is my first worst experience.

                            This is with regard to the above order[protected]. The product was at-last delivered on 27/08/15. But unfortunately, a stove without auto ignition was delivered to me, whereas I ordered for a stove with auto-ignition. I raised a complaint with Pepperfry, They told they will be giving a replacement as soon as possible and asked me images of the product to be sent. I have given them the images, but after this there has been no response from their end.


                            Totally worst service, they even promised a % refund with the product. Till now there is no info regarding the product replacement status or the refund.

                              I placed an order for Gas Stove in Pepperfry.com. I paid by debit card. The order number is[protected]. The estimated delivery date was 19/08/15. Today its 24/08/15, But the product is still not delivered. Another problem is that, the customer does not get any real-time info in tracking the product. I contacted customer support 3-4 times, even they don't know where the package is. How pathetic the service is, They show ads on TV constantly, make the customer order products, but won't deliver it and make us customers fools. The most irritating part is, I can't cancel the order ask a refund, because they will hold 20% as penalty charge. For there inability to deliver the product on time, why am I not even eligible to get full refund. The same product was available in Snapdeal for nearly the same price, But I went ahead with Pepperfry.com. I totally regret it, I have done online shopping from many sites, But this is my first worst experience.

                                OUR BIGGEST MISTAKE We ordered a double bed from pepperfry (order num.[protected]. First of all their delivery boys came suddenly without any prior information. I was in office that time, I asked them to deliver in evening but they told they cannot deliver in evening so, i had to come running from the office. After that, we have been calling them from 3 days for sending the carpenter to assemble the bed but every time they tell same thing that the carpenter will come today by this time. Everytime, we just end up wasting our time waiting for their carpenter to come but their carpenters dont even bother to call us!! We were told that today, i.e. n saturday, the carpenter will definitely come by 12 pm but as always, the carpenter still didnt turn up. When I fought up for the same and asked the supervisor to take the bed back, she assured me that by 1 pm the carpeneter will definitely arrive. Leaving all my work, I wasted my 3 days just to wait for the carpenter to come but on saturday at 1 pm, I received a call from carpenter telling that he is in Whitefield and cannot come atleast before 5pm.. Now, should I just keep n waiting for the carpenter to come day and night?? If pepperfry cannot arrange a carpenter, then they should have told us straight away on the first day itself. WHY IS PEPPERFRY WASTING CUSTOMER'S TIME & MONEY AND MAKING FOOL OUT O[censored]S??? I just ended up wasting my time in ordering the bed, waiting for the bed and waiting for the carpenter to come and yes, I wasted my money that I spent in ordering the bed which is still refundable but I guess more then 100 rupees that I wasted calling their, not so responsive, customer care executives!! PATHETIC SERVICE BY PEPPERFRY!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!

                                    Order no.[protected]. They say that they refunded money on 31 Aug.2015. But money has not been credited to my bank account. When I ask for transaction I'd for money refunded. They denied. All the allegations against the pepperfry are true.they are the cheaters.

                                      Hi I had placed my first time order on Pepperfry, 2 step Bathla aluminium ladder under order number[protected]. When I received the order I realised that 2 step is small & does not meet my requirement. I immediately called them back & asked them to exchange it for a 3 step ladder. The service team mentioned that they cannot do the same as the "30 days return policy" is only for furniture & not home appliances. As a first time user of this website I feel completely cheated as they have some hidden T&Cs which deny clients their rights. Visual representation on some of these products do not help you to make decisions & such inflexible policies will lead these companies to closure. In this case I'm not even asking my money back but ready to pay them more for a 3 step ladder however they have done rule book thrown at me to deny the same. For sure I'm not coming back in their website & will advise all to ponder before falling to their lure of gimmick advertising.

                                        Non delivery of the 100% upfront payment bed for 1 month. Inspite of the extension requested with assurance that by 6th we will receive our sku's they failed. Wrong and defected sku delivery seems to be a trend other than non delivery. I had ordered a bed order no[protected] along with several other stuff.The bed is delayed indefinitely and nobody is giving a definite answer. 4th July to 27th july and no news of the upfront payment order we have placed. All this ado for sitting in the convenience of your home and ordering.
