I placed an order for 2 floor lamps from peperfry.com on 26/07/15. I paid by debit card. The order number is 30135104. The estimated delivery date was 05/08/15. Today its 30/08/15, But the product is still not delivered. Another problem is that, the customer does not get any real-time info in tracking the product. I contacted customer support 3-4 times, even they don't know where the package is. How pathetic the service is, They show ads on TV constantly, make the customer order products, but won't deliver it and make us customers fools. I want my money back as soon as possible..

    I ordered a bed from Pepperfry on 25th of July with order number[protected], they promised me that the bed will be shipped by 18th august and will be delivered to me by 28 August. But today on the night of 24th August they sent me a mail that my order is cancelled and money will be refunded in 5-7 days. My amount of 25 thousand was stuck with these guys for 1 month and after making me wait so long they unprofessionally cancelled it.

      I placed an order for Gas Stove in Pepperfry.com. I paid by debit card, it was supposed to be shipped to Sunoj. The order number is[protected]. The estimated delivery date was 19/08/15. Today its 24/08/15, But the product is still not delivered. Another problem is that, the customer does not get any real-time info in tracking the product. I contacted customer support 3-4 times, even they don't know where the package is. How pathetic the service is, They show ads on TV constantly, make the customer order products, but won't deliver it and make us customers fools. The most irritating part is, I can't cancel the order ask a refund, because they will hold 20% as penalty charge. For there inability to deliver the product on time, why am I not even eligible to get full refund. The same product was available in Snapdeal for nearly the same price, But I went ahead with Pepperfry.com. I totally regret it, I have done online shopping from many sites, But this is my first worst experience.

      This is with regard to the above order[protected]. The product was at-last delivered on 27/08/15. But unfortunately, a stove without auto ignition was delivered to me, whereas I ordered for a stove with auto-ignition. I raised a complaint with Pepperfry, They told they will be giving a replacement as soon as possible and asked me images of the product to be sent. I have given them the images, but after this there has been no response from their end.


      Totally worst service, they even promised a % refund with the product. Till now there is no info regarding the product replacement status or the refund.

          OUR BIGGEST MISTAKE We ordered a double bed from pepperfry (order num.[protected]. First of all their delivery boys came suddenly without any prior information. I was in office that time, I asked them to deliver in evening but they told they cannot deliver in evening so, i had to come running from the office. After that, we have been calling them from 3 days for sending the carpenter to assemble the bed but every time they tell same thing that the carpenter will come today by this time. Everytime, we just end up wasting our time waiting for their carpenter to come but their carpenters dont even bother to call us!! We were told that today, i.e. n saturday, the carpenter will definitely come by 12 pm but as always, the carpenter still didnt turn up. When I fought up for the same and asked the supervisor to take the bed back, she assured me that by 1 pm the carpeneter will definitely arrive. Leaving all my work, I wasted my 3 days just to wait for the carpenter to come but on saturday at 1 pm, I received a call from carpenter telling that he is in Whitefield and cannot come atleast before 5pm.. Now, should I just keep n waiting for the carpenter to come day and night?? If pepperfry cannot arrange a carpenter, then they should have told us straight away on the first day itself. WHY IS PEPPERFRY WASTING CUSTOMER'S TIME & MONEY AND MAKING FOOL OUT O[censored]S??? I just ended up wasting my time in ordering the bed, waiting for the bed and waiting for the carpenter to come and yes, I wasted my money that I spent in ordering the bed which is still refundable but I guess more then 100 rupees that I wasted calling their, not so responsive, customer care executives!! PATHETIC SERVICE BY PEPPERFRY!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!

              Order no.[protected]. They say that they refunded money on 31 Aug.2015. But money has not been credited to my bank account. When I ask for transaction I'd for money refunded. They denied. All the allegations against the pepperfry are true.they are the cheaters.

                Hi I had placed my first time order on Pepperfry, 2 step Bathla aluminium ladder under order number[protected]. When I received the order I realised that 2 step is small & does not meet my requirement. I immediately called them back & asked them to exchange it for a 3 step ladder. The service team mentioned that they cannot do the same as the "30 days return policy" is only for furniture & not home appliances. As a first time user of this website I feel completely cheated as they have some hidden T&Cs which deny clients their rights. Visual representation on some of these products do not help you to make decisions & such inflexible policies will lead these companies to closure. In this case I'm not even asking my money back but ready to pay them more for a 3 step ladder however they have done rule book thrown at me to deny the same. For sure I'm not coming back in their website & will advise all to ponder before falling to their lure of gimmick advertising.

                  Non delivery of the 100% upfront payment bed for 1 month. Inspite of the extension requested with assurance that by 6th we will receive our sku's they failed. Wrong and defected sku delivery seems to be a trend other than non delivery. I had ordered a bed order no[protected] along with several other stuff.The bed is delayed indefinitely and nobody is giving a definite answer. 4th July to 27th july and no news of the upfront payment order we have placed. All this ado for sitting in the convenience of your home and ordering.

They have shipped the product with the courier partner GATI on 21-07-15. but the courier partner GATI is not delivering the product to me. I have called GATI several times and also contacted Pepperfry customer care. but nothing has happened. It is already 15 days over, the product reached my home town, but they are not delivering the product to me. It is the lacklustered attitude and irresponsibility of both GATI and Pepperfry.com.                       Order #[protected] dated 17/July/2015 still undelivered and robotic customer care passes the buck to the courier company. Below is the complaint posted using the Write To Us section on PepperFry.com . Worst e-commerce experience ever in 10+ years. Absolutely PATHETIC. The person interacting with me told me that she was a manager, but if you look at her signature, she is a CS Specialist. A bunch of liars. [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] Please see the email trail below. I have called 18 times over the last 2 weeks for this. Can someone at Pepperfry act a little responsibly and get my stuff, that I have paid for, to me. In short, Order #[protected] shows Delivered on your site, but it has still not been delivered to me. Your service, support and operations are the worst that I have experienced in my life with e- commerce platforms. I will take this matter online and on social media if this is not resolved immediately. Apparently, I am not the only one who has had this kind o[censored]tterly pathetic experience with Pepperfry.                       ORDER #[protected] I have been facing the exact same problem. They say they have filed a case. The authorities will let me know. Then after a month of prodding they tell me it has been delivered. On asking for proof of delivery, they keep saying 'relevent' people will get back to me. That has not yet happened. It has already been paid for.

                        Firstly shipping itself is a pain. They take awefully long to courier items. Secondly when the item came it was defective. The duvet cover had stains all over it. When asked to exchange they simply refused at first and then all at repetively messaging them they asked for pictures. Twice I sent them pictures but after every email they would ignore the request. Hate the site and don't recommend them to anyone.

                          After placing order on 9th July the expected delivery date for bed was 20th July. When I got no confirmation mail for delivery I called up call center and they said it is cancelled however they are not ready to refund and cancel rest of order which is related item. Despite of my daily calls and follow ups, I haven't got refund.

The product was unfinished not less than 20 or new threads were left hanging here n there ... Pepperfry is such a big brand and such negligence would not b right... In fact u shud have sent scissors also with it to cut the threads ... I hope the matter is looked into

                              I had placed a order of 20 items ranging from Home furnishings to kitchen appliances from Pepperfry on 3rd July 2015 (Order No.[protected] I received 2 towel set Eurospa Deluxe Jacquard Green (Set of 4) SKU: FU1251356-S-PM4179 & Eurospa Deluxe Jacquard Red (Set of 4) SKU: FU1251353-S-PM4179 which looked good as per the design. I did a pre use wash and was shocked to find the towel badly shredding its wool and millions of tiny thread particles were all over my house and even it could be easily pulled out by bare hand without much effort. Now this was seriously dangerous as my husband has a severe case of dust allergy and if inhaled these small tiny particles he would need medication. I called the pepperfry team and they outrightly refused any take back or exchange stating it was not in their policy. They said that this was a good quality product from their seller and they will not refund the product as its of standard quality. I threatened them i will write to the consumer forum and they cancelled my EMI option with citibank as a give back from their side. This behaviour from the customer care team was a shocker let alone the bad bad quality towels. After spending 2000rs of these bad quality towels I am now sitting on a bunch of towels of no use. I feel cheated and abused from the pepperfry team. A bunch of Cheats for sure.

                                Undersigned had ordered a panama city solid wood queen bed in espresso walnut finish by woodsworth as well edmond solid wood chest but it is surprising that i hv recd only d invoice of bed nd recd only the bed. I hv paid Rs.35000/- considering purchase of the above two items but only one item has been received. Please check and revert. Even the invoice is not clear to me. Please clarify.

                                    I ordered Chest of dowers for Rs. 13000 from pepperfry Order No:[protected] on 8th of june the delivery date was 8th of july. Then i had to call them to ask for the status. after three day i was sent a mail asking for 7 to 10 day time. and today is the 7th day (15-July-20015) when i called them they told me they had no idea of the status of my order and they cannot give me a delivery date. This is absolute harassment from pepperfry. i paid them 13000 almost forty days back. I feel that company like pepperfry should not be allowed to do business in India. Please dont buy from pepperfry they cheat the public.

                                      I had bought a furniture from pepperfry.com (order number[protected] on 26th of June this year. One of the items, a sofa, was to be delivered on 10th of July of this year. I put an email on the same day night stating that it was not delivered. Through their online tracking I could see that the consignment was lying in their bangalore Hub from 2nd of July. There was no reply to the email. I tried calling them up after 3 days. The customer care official's reply was that they are doing an enquiry on that matter based on the email and will get back to me in 2 days time. I again called up after 2 days since i didn't get any reply from their side. This time they said it has left the warehouse the previous day and will take another 10-12 days to get delivered at my place. This sofa was supposed to be an express delivery item. One was the delay in delivery and second was there is no feedback about the status of the item once we enquire about it.
                                      Pepperfry customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
