OUR BIGGEST MISTAKE We ordered a double bed from pepperfry (order num.[protected].
First of all their delivery boys came suddenly without any prior information. I was in office that time, I asked them to deliver in evening but they told they cannot deliver in evening so, i had to come running from the office.
After that, we have been calling them from 3 days for sending the carpenter to assemble the bed but every time they tell same thing that the carpenter will come today by this time. Everytime, we just end up wasting our time waiting for their carpenter to come but their carpenters dont even bother to call us!!
We were told that today, i.e. n saturday, the carpenter will definitely come by 12 pm but as always, the carpenter still didnt turn up. When I fought up for the same and asked the supervisor to take the bed back, she assured me that by 1 pm the carpeneter will definitely arrive.
Leaving all my work, I wasted my 3 days just to wait for the carpenter to come but on saturday at 1 pm, I received a call from carpenter telling that he is in Whitefield and cannot come atleast before 5pm.. Now, should I just keep n waiting for the carpenter to come day and night??
If pepperfry cannot arrange a carpenter, then they should have told us straight away on the first day itself.
WHY IS PEPPERFRY WASTING CUSTOMER'S TIME & MONEY AND MAKING FOOL OUT O[censored]S???
I just ended up wasting my time in ordering the bed, waiting for the bed and waiting for the carpenter to come and yes, I wasted my money that I spent in ordering the bed which is still refundable but I guess more then 100 rupees that I wasted calling their, not so responsive, customer care executives!!
PATHETIC SERVICE BY PEPPERFRY!!

I ordered "Basket Flower 5-Frame Wall Painting". The order was made on 29 Aug 2015, it was supposed to be delivered on 08 Sep 2015 but no order has been delivered till date. Even if you try to track your order, it tells you that order is in trans-ship period. On 09 Sep 2015, When i called the customer care of Pepperfry, they are clueless about my order, they dont know where my order is. They told that we will contact the courier department and will let me know in 48 hrs. I again called them on 13 Sep 2015 (after 04 days), they still dont know where is my order. They have pathetic service which can not trace my order after more than two weeks from the date it was placed. Moreover, the customer executives are not well trained ...some them says that its in diplomatic area (How can the Nashik be a diplomatic area???) ...some says it is being delivered by Gati (whereas website is showing DTDC). They dont understand the urgency of situation and giving only mental harassment to customers
