i have purchased a floor mop of SKI HOMEWARE( SPINMOP 360 VOILET COLOUR) a couple of months back.After subjecting it to proper use the mop stick broke in the middle which has ghastly surprised me as the product was so undurable.I request you to register my compliant & take appropriate action as early as you could attend to it.     I had ordered a Art Street Multi 9 Black Photo Frame Collage, at first it seemed good and when I hung it on wall, all of sudden with in 5 days it falls down and broken into pieces, actually their was no nail to the hanger it was just pasted with glue and tape and now when I ask Pepperfry for any action no reply from them. In fact the email's to them are also getting bounced Product Order number is #[protected].

      I have ordered (Order No:[protected] wall clock (Nextime Houdini Wall Clock - DE1236450-S-PM2495) on[protected] through online of Pepperfry website Company, I have received product on[protected] in good condition from S.T.Unicom Pvt. Ltd, Kolkata, the description of the clock is round shape as per product description of the website, but they send me oval shape wall clock instead of the round shape wall clock, picture is showing as round because of manufacturers great art, but actual shape of the picture is oval, on[protected] i called pepperfry customer care and given complaint, they promised to refund my money due to incorrect item send by them, later on they asked me to send pictures of the product, i send it by email, but they are not responding properly, so i request you please lodge the complaint against them and do the justice.

        I had purchased a floortu casa floor lamp order no[protected] on 27 th june 2015 from the online furtniture webesite pepper fry.com. It was to be delivered via shipment de1136204-p-od2018 awb no[protected]Safexpress) between 3rd july to 8th july 2015.
        I have made two levels of customer enquiries on the 2nd july and one on the 8th july, to my utter dismay there is no system of compliant logging also the customer service executive was absolutely lax and very candidly replied my shipment hadnt reached mumbai hence will be delivered the next day.
        When asked for a senior officeal i was told that they would arrange for a call back by 24 hours which i think is ridiculous.
        My opinion if the senior officials are too busy to attend to customer especially if there has been a default at their end they have no reason to be in the market

          I ordered a brown colour wall clock for which they sent a pink colour one without any intimation or approval. I called them to replace it since I wanted the wall clock and not my money back. But according to them they dont have a replacement policy so I said okay then refund my money for which the customer care lady said yes will refund within 48 hours and took my complaint online with photo proof etc. After one week I called them and chatted with their customer care since I din't get any response and they tell me that it's in our policy that if the colour is not available then the vendor can send whatever he likes to send and we will have to keep it. In their website they claim that they have easy refund and 100% satisfaction policy and what not all. Sending a wrong colour in home decor is not acceptable. I'm adding photos for the conversation and order. What cheats!! I am a genuine customer who was ready to take a replacement if they had sent a wrong colour but what did I know that they just wanted to shove the product down my throat. This is not the way you do business and make loyal customers.

But, still do not received the product even no mail or sms was dropped to me about the intimation of delay and the details of the vendor/service provider(Phone No, ) I reported this to customer care of peeperfry yesterday and even today. So look in the matter and complete the delivery of product to me as early as possible up to tomorrow only.

              Order #[protected]AK1274844-S-PM7100. I have ordered a 3 Burner Gas Stove and they delivered it only on April 23, 2015 but as per their records they are claiming that they delivered it on April 16, 2015 itself. The Switches of the Gas Stove started to Melt within 20 days of installation. When I contacted them they said the complaint was raised only after 30 days so they cannot refund any amount. When I asked for the Vendor Contact details to check for Guarantee / Warranty they have provided a mobile # which is always Switched Off. I raised this concern and followed up with them for more than a month to find out alternate contact details of the vendor. They have even asked me to send the photocopy of the product. After a months time, they came up with their same old response as it is one odd case and they cannot help to get refund as the complaint was registered only after 30 days. Again they have provided the same contact # of the Vendor and closed the complaint as Resolved. How can they allow a Vendor to sell products in their website without having proper contact details?? Are they not worried about their credibility? At the end of the day consumer buy a product based on his trust over pepperfry. These king of acts will actually spoil the trust.

But due to the big size, I wanted to return this product.Through online, when I checked, in the reason of return, there was option, placed by mistake. When I contacted customer care people, they were saying they cant take these products as there is no damage. These people have launched fake site which has filter option, but will never work. Though in the return policy, it is written you can return if you place by by mistake, their website will not allow to process 'SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST'. They will force you to call but they will never take those products. Please assist me in returning these products.

                  Order no[protected], the mintwud queen sized bed has been delivered on 20th june and till today ie 23rd june noone has turned up yet after making repeated calls and the people receiving the calls would keep the call kn hold for 10-15 minutes and make us wait. There are two more products yet to be delivered and with this kind of poor service, our last.

                    Pepperfry is doing pure foul - cheating and charging customers if they do not like furniture. .

                    If you order from pepperfry and you do not like furniture or any item because the put fascinating pics but quality of furniture is bad - they will charge 20% of item cost in return. .
                    I found this very embarrassing and shameful act, so sharing it as a complaint / blog, , ,

                    Never buy from pepperfry. . They are cheaters

                          Dear Pepperfry, I had placed an order (Order ID:[protected] on 16th May 2015 and it was supposed to be shipped on 4th June and delivered on or before 15th June. While buying the product, we informed the Customer executive who was with us on the call to get ordered completed that this Bed needs to be delivered on time as we are expecting guest who has gone through the Hip replacement and she ensured that the product will be delivered within the time frame. Surprisingly got a mail from Customer care on 4th June, that the Bed will be delayed by 7 Days. After waiting for the 7th Day call the customer support on 10th June-15 to check the status. I was informed that there is no update on the procurement and no time line can be provided. I feel it’s a habit of Pepperfry not to deliver product on time and cancel it at the last minute. We have faced the similar issue with the other product we indented to purchase. I strongly condemn this kind of irresponsible behavior from Pepperfry and suggest that the order needs to be Processed ASAP and update related to to be provided. If this issue is not resolved as per my satisfaction, I will be forced to used the legal route and send my complaint to Consumer Court.

There is no mail acknowledgement. Some unidentified voice calls up to say "you order has been shipped by express delivery service..." What service!

                                  I had Ordered All Time 3 Pcs Container Set 750ml - Pink of 20 pieces and made a payment online when ordering on 8th May as per the order the products have to be delivered by 19 May, but it was failed to be delivered when contacted the pepper fry they gave just one response that they are trying to reach to their logistics partner and no response from them the only option they give is just cancel the order and refund which was not acceptable as I have no time to go buy the products outside in the market and also this was ordered to give as return gifts for the party being hosted by me when the call gets disconnected due to my mobile or network issue without my confirmation the team is going ahead and cancelling the order rather than solving the issue and delivering the product. this order was been tried to cancel by the Pepper fry team twice without my consent and confirmation Finally I myself contacted the safeexpress where the products was courired through to get an update. When a customer can contact their logistic partner why can their team contact them and get an update. This clearly seems to be case of negligence towards the customer and I demand a compensation from the team for all the inconvinenec caused as I had made multiple calls to them without any luck of the issue being resolved

                                    Hi Everybody, I have ordered a coffee table in the month march'2015, which was suppose to get delivered in the last week of April'15, but they came for delivery today (i.e 16th may'2015). Person who came for delivery unable to fit the glass, also the finishing is pathetic. They were consistently insisted me to keep the product and sign on a delivery slip, which I have refused and returned the product. In between someone called me from Mumbai and told that they will not able to deliver the product and they are processing the refund. After 8-10 days when I called their customer care, they said they doesn't have any clue and product is in transit. Now I want to get refund with interest as I have have taken the product on EMI. They will not deliver in time and If you want to cancel the order, they will not allow to cancel. Button will be disabled. From support team no proper response will get.
