I have ordered a product on 16th August 2015, It seems the product is mistakenly shipped to Chennai Hub instead sending to Bangalore. I have clearly mentioned my shipping address to Bangalore. I don't know why the product is shipped to Chennai.
The delivery date of my product is 27th August. However, today is 3rd September 2015, it is almost 18 days. And till now the customer care people is repeatedly saying "The product is still in Chennai Hub, please give us 24-48 Hours to update the status on it". These words were repeated everyday since 27th August 2015. What can I do?
I am really pissed off, these guys are keeping me so frustrated.
I have contacted customer care people: Sunny Bhatia, Gaurav Mishra, Nakul, Mayank, Ashmita from pepper fry customer care, all are giving the same details stating the product is still in Chennai Hub.
It can be resolved in 2-3 days just in few calls. But none of the employee working at pepperfry taking initiative to get the work done.

Crystal furnitech uses the cheapest quality wood. There is a reason why their product is so cheap. It is extremely week and their capability is lacking in miles compared to other manufacturers
Stay away from such items . Also they have the worst designs, a baniya company copying other designs
