Order placed for double bed sheet against order ID[protected] dated 15-Aug-15. Item FU1258661-S-PM5159 is being shown delivered however the items is actually delivered to some wrong place not as specified in the order. I enquired many a times with your customer care but receive no positive response. I have been asking them from last 2-3 week to return the money but pepperfry is not taking any positive step, they are unnecessarily delaying the activities. I wish to get the money back.
Pepperfry customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    My order number is[protected]. I had rejected the delivery of this trunk as it was damaged. However, despite my several calls, they have not yet started the processing of my credit request for Rs 7663. When I call the pepperfry team, they give me a time frame, but never act accordingly. I am too disappointed with pepperfry.

      I have ordered 2 led blubs form pepperfry on 14th August-2015 Order No[protected] and delivery supposed to be done on 26th August-2015, now almost a month completed they are not delivered my order neither refunded my cash, and several times contacted to their customer centres all false commitment given by them. Cheating & fraud they are doing.

        I have received a set of 6 cups and saucers ordered online at pepperfry on sep 7. I received one of the tea cups broken. I could see it without openeing the pack since the plastic covering was transparent. I immediately caled pepper fry and complained. They asked me to send the images. I sent them several images of the unopened pack and also thr broken teacup. Its been 2 weeks and their standard response is that they are unable to see the broken cup.           Second time they cheated me.They have refund amount of Rs.154 and what amount i got is Only Rs.69.They never told you that Payumoney cuts their money from Refunded amount.Pepperfry is cheater company so never buy anything from this site.They will send you worst products ever.And at the time of Refund they will Cheat you.This is not first time.They always sent you useless product in high price.

          So it is Request to the Peoples that never purchase anything from Pepperfry.com

            On 3rd sept i ordered Coffee Table in Wenge Finish by Crystal Furnitech & its Sku: FN1359479-P-OD9978. But on sunday i.e on 13th sept i have received wrong product Central Table in Wenge Colour by Crystal Furnitech that ur service person not even could for assembly. So after 2 days i thought of opening it & i was shocked to know that i have received the wrong one. You people have gone crazy & making fool of innocent people. i have uploaded the wrong product images please gothrough it & get back to me.

            Crystal furnitech uses the cheapest quality wood. There is a reason why their product is so cheap. It is extremely week and their capability is lacking in miles compared to other manufacturers

            Stay away from such items . Also they have the worst designs, a baniya company copying other designs

            Sadly PepperFry doesnt allow users to rate the product, else noone would ever buy from CRYSTALFurnitech

              I ordered King size bed on 13th Aug 2015 & paid the full amount. I was told that the bed will be delivered on 28th Aug. But on 28th they delivered only head & foot frames. The side frames & central frame were missing. I immediately took the photo & sent mail to customer care. I also called up customer care & raised the complaint on 28th Aug itself. From then till now that is 21st Sept I regularly following up via phone & email but they are not proving me the delivery date of missing parts. My humble request to them is to complete my order as early as possible. The frames are of no use & they are occupying my room. It is now almost 24 days & i am not getting any reply from Pepperfry team.

              Hi Team,

              I got a call today but it is mentioned to me that the vendor is preparing new bed & bed will be ready by 27th of Sep in Rajasthan. After 27th Sep it will be shipped from Rajasthan to Mumbai & then from Mumbai to Pune. So the exact date is still not clear. It is mentioned that approximately 1st week of Oct the bed will be made available in Pune but still they are not sure. So lets say if it is shipped on 3 or 4 Oct then it is almost 38 days delay + numbers of phone calls + number of emails + 38 days my bedroom space was consumed by the partial frames of the bed & mattress. This is the most unprofessional way of serving customer & worst customer support ever expected from company like Pepperfry. I did choose pepperfry after watching TV commercial ads & thought it will be genuine. But looks like my expectation & analysis were wrong.

                I placed an order for a table lamp with lamp shade at Pepperfry on the 10th of September, the order number being[protected]. The cost of the same was 900re. I received a parcel on the 15th September from Pepperfry, but the item that was handed to me was completely different. I called them right away and was assured that it was a human error and they would get back to me soon. When I did not hear from them, I marked them a mail stating that a wrong product has been delivered, and to look into the matter. There was no response from the customer care. I personally called each day to track the status of my order, and each day I am told that the escalation team shall call me. I have still not heard from them. All I requested them was to replace my product. Most irresponsible and unprofessional attitude of the company.

                  Carpenter not arrived to assemble the furniture

                  I ORDERED a tv wall unit on 14th august from pepperfry.com which was delayed.I had complained about it on ur website.my order was delivered very very late at 6 september and i was told that a carpenter will visit to my house within 48 hours to assemble my furniture but the carpenter never came. today is 16 september and the furniture is still lying in the box in my house and i am still waiting for the carpenter. i am contacting the customer...

The order was made on 29 Aug 2015, it was supposed to be delivered on 08 Sep 2015 but no order has been delivered till date. Even if you try to track your order, it tells you that order is in trans-ship period. On 09 Sep 2015, When i called the customer care of Pepperfry, they are clueless about my order, they dont know where my order is. They told that we will contact the courier department and will let me know in 48 hrs. I again called them on 13 Sep 2015 (after 04 days), they still dont know where is my order. They have pathetic service which can not trace my order after more than two weeks from the date it was placed. Moreover, the customer executives are not well trained ...some them says that its in diplomatic area (How can the Nashik be a diplomatic area???) ...some says it is being delivered by Gati (whereas website is showing DTDC). They dont understand the urgency of situation and giving only mental harassment to customers. i am repenting why i placed my order on this stupid site. I have already paid the money even then i have not got my order. Poor work

                      I have ordered a clothing Dry Stand through Pepperfry.com on 28th July. The cost was Rs. 852/- and it was supposed to delivered to me on or before 10th of August. Before I ordered I was asked to put PIN number to ensure the delivery location is available in their list or not. It was showed that they could deliver in the location of PIN I put and I was diverted into the next step of order. Since I didn't get any message or call from them till 10th Aug, I thought to give them a call to find out what was happened to the item I ordered. I was informed by them that the could not deliver the item since there is no Blue Dart Office near my location. I was stunned to hear this as there is a Blue Dart Office near my home, hardly 3 minutes walking distance from my home. They said the item returned back to them and could not deliver again and the money i paid them will be refunded within 48 hours. I have been constantly following up and calling them to get back my money and they are not giving me any proper answer other than giving the assurance that within 24hrs to 48hrs I would get my money back. But till the date the money is holding by them and unnecessarily my valuable time is wasting for this everyday. Finally I thought to put a complaint in this forum so that others will not suffer such problem through Pepperfry.com. Kindly assist me

                            I had ordered a Wall Lamp vide Order id 00929525 . The order was placed on 14th August and delivery was assured for 25th August . Till date there is no communication on my shipment and the company is not answering to my complaints and mails . I have asked for refund for which they are not processing . Pls help me to get my hard earned money back .

                              I ORDERED a tv wall unit on 14th august from pepperfry.com which was delayed.I had complaint about it on your website.my order was delivered very very late at 6 september and i was told that a carpenter will visit to my house within 48 hours to assemble my furniture but the carpenter never came. today is 16 september and the furniture is still lying in the box in my house and i am still waiting for the carpenter. i am contacting the customer care service daily, but their service is very bad, they never tell me properly that wheather the carpenter will come or not, instead they say me to keep the phone on hold and keep the phone hold for at least 10 minutes, then they assure that the carpenter will come on the same day by 6 pm. even my phone bill has increased by contacting the customer care again and again. i have also complained about it on their website but no response is given from there also. every time i call the customercare service, they say that the carpenter will reach today by 6 pm, but he never comes. today also i was told that the carpenter will come today(16 september) but he didn''t came today also. i want that if the carpenter is not coming, they should return my money back with interst and take this furniture back as early as possible. i also want money for my phone bill and the mental stress given to me by pepperfry.com

One had been delivered while the other on the website shows 'delivered', it has not been received. This was the status two months back. Nothing has been done. After calling the people multiple times and having a new person to explain the problem to, I was promised a refund if it is not delivered within a day or two. Then when I asked for the same, a representative said that as per records the product has been delivered. Proof of delivery has been demanded repeatedly. Some 'concerned' people are to get back within the following 24 hours, every time I remind them that the previous window period has lapsed. Neither is the product being delivered nor any delivery effectuated.

                                  Order #[protected] FN1232845-P-WH4378 Case #00931445 I have ordered a product on 16th August 2015, It seems the product is mistakenly shipped to Chennai Hub instead sending to Bangalore. I have clearly mentioned my shipping address to Bangalore. I don't know why the product is shipped to Chennai. The delivery date of my product is 27th August. However, today is 3rd September 2015, it is almost 18 days. And till now the customer care people is repeatedly saying "The product is still in Chennai Hub, please give us 24-48 Hours to update the status on it". These words were repeated everyday since 27th August 2015. What can I do? I am really pissed off, these guys are keeping me so frustrated. I have contacted customer care people: Sunny Bhatia, Gaurav Mishra, Nakul, Mayank, Ashmita from pepper fry customer care, all are giving the same details stating the product is still in Chennai Hub. It can be resolved in 2-3 days just in few calls. But none of the employee working at pepperfry taking initiative to get the work done. Pradeep.

                                    Hi, I had placed an order with Pepperfry having the order #[protected]. The order was delivered damaged and hence the product has been returned immediately during the time of delivery. I have raised a request for refund of the amount and it has been promised by the company. It has been almost a month that I am following up the case with them but they are citing excuse of system upgrade. Why does a refund take too long for a company? This is a smart way of holding a customer's money and play around in the market. This practice is highly condemned and I urge consumer court to punish such companies for such illegal practice.

                                    I have received an e-mail which confirms that the refund as been initiated from them and would be credited to the same account by 5 working days. Appreciate this Pepperfry but in future, please be customer friendly.

                                    I received a call from Pepperfry customer support and they are asking my card details for refund. Well, I do have objection to share the details of a card over phone as this is a security threat involved with it. If I get an e-mail from Pepperfry, then I shall share the details. When the person says that they will initiate the refund now itself, then why it has not been done so far? This is a clear indication that they are holding a customer's money and invest in market.

                                      I really wonder if company has any products to sell.I had ordered two corner cabinet and then waited for 20 days finally to find out that they have auto cancelled the order themselves on the last date.I took one more chance and ordered an 10ft wallpaper for kids bedroom, and Its been again more than 20 days I am waiting for these guys to deliver the product.I really feel its cheating from pepperfry.Being an on-line shopper for more than 7 years this has been my worst experience till date.
