I bought Lays Magic Masala today. It had no chips inside when I opened the packet. Details of the packet is as follows:

There are so many people who have lodged the same complaint but no actions have been taken from your end.

I would also like to lodge a complaint under the Food and Drink- Consumer Court Forum. But I am giving you a chance to fix this issue.

Sir i am a customer of pepsi since 3 years, , i purchase pepsi products near about 10 lakhs per year, , but when i ask about refrigerator they promised me to give me a refrigerator but still they do not gave me, ,

I brought tropicana juice new half Litre bottles from grofer but when I opened the bottle it had fungus inside it it was really horrible to see that even it's not expired
Then I opened others same issue
This is highly careless behaviour from such a renowned company

Sir main sitapur up ke neemsar area se hu .yahan ke distributor kamal saini ke dwara 10 10 din tak call karne par bhi stock nahi diya ja raha hai..jab bhi call karo ek naya bahana milta hai ...

I have shop In mumbai our has taken chq on August 2020 for fridge but I didn't receive the but directly rece on month of feb or March 2021 that also small fridge he sent .after telling him regularly. After ward he stop giving us Bill he said machine not working He is not providing us products on time and it is not about one time
He is doing this from past 4 times
not delivering products on time. air also going from fridge
In appropriate way of talking now today he started shouting on road said u will not buy the product will take fridge back
If this will continue we'll stop selling your products pincode 400014

I got an email from pepsico and they re giving me 1 crore 76 lakhs rupees.
and i have replied to that email and given all my details.
i made a mistake now what to do

from last 10 years i am selling your company products and i have a refridgerator provided by your company.
but from last 15 days when i switched on the fridge then ot creates a loudly noise.i requested to agyency owner of your company to repair for that but he didnot recognise the problem.
this is a peak time of selling your products but due to refridgerator problem i an unable to sell your products.

I had poured the last of the Orange juice from a 1 litre tetra pack of Tropicana Orange Juice 100%. On shaking the pack, something was moving, so I cut it open. There was an object, about 2” long, irregular and rubbery inside. There was also some fungus on the inside of the top of the pack....

We are having a shop in Phusro Dist-bokaro, Jharkhand and we have been dealing pepsico products for the past one year. There were no proper franchisee/ distributor for Phusro town region and the order was taken by pepsi co sales rep itself and the supply was provided by them. The stock supplied was 30 to 45 days old since the shelf life is three months only the product got expired. During the near expiry we informed the sales rep regarding the same. But he told that they pepsico has not any return policy so you dump this product in drain . More over there was no cooler supplied by pepsi co and hence we were using others cooler to serve the product. So we was wait with nearly a period of three months. The we communicate with the sales representative at phusro and he informed us that he dont do any think about this product . It was horrible to came to know that there is no expiry return policy with multinational company. Even a local suppliers have a return policy and the pepsi co persons are literally bluffing to sell his product with us. Due to this there was lot of loss bear my due to expiry of pepsoco products. We expect a near remedy for the compliant please.

This is Saptarshi from kolkata..I was a big fan of your product lehar karare peanuts from my childhood, but it os a long time that inspite of its huge demand this product is unavailable in kolkata..neither the online venders are intended to deliver it nor it is available in the local store.there by it is my humble request to you that, if you take look at it and kindly make sure about the distribution of karare peanuts, specially the large packets within our affordable price range, it will be really really appreciable..Thanks and regards.

We are using captioned product since 16 years, your dealer who used to deliver regularly before now looks he is not interested in delivering product as his response is not proper when we are calling them and most of the time they won't respond calls . All my attempts in reaching dealer, bottling unit head and customer care in vain.
