Batch no. 7467D11A22 Tropican gauva tetrapack was having slimy paper like substance. While pouring in glass it came out through opening. When pack was cut open it was clearly visible

Your local staff not delivered material time to time and misbehaving and your Coustmer camplent sections is not responding this mater so please do something about this because it's seasonal time so please do something

I am chasing you people since last two years to start new distribution, with 15 lakh + sale INR. with no area disturbance and totally committed with companies norms, but I am very disappointed with your false promises made in last two years. Now I pray to GOD please let the PepsiCo's lays and Kurkure business come to ZERO in INDIA.

This was next to worst experience with Team PepsiCo.

Now this is my strong believe that I will not get any positive response from Team PepsiCo.

May GOD let the company pepsico jobless in India.

Periviously we complained for having lays Stands but it was not resolved.
The same thing I am again placing complaint for getting Stands. Because it's dificult to store a huge amount of lays kurkere product in my shop.

The last time I am requesting you that if you are not considering then we will not keep your product.

This is vipin kesarwani and I am running a bakery shop (papa ji snacks and bakers) old name Rakesh general Store at 19/22d badshai mandi prayagraj near niranjan cinema ( civil line ). I am writing this because I don't have any option left, I am chasing your team since last 15 months however not got any positive response as such. I am looking for freeze for that I have requested numbers of time to respected area managers and they are not addressing the same. Though I have 6 deep freezer at my shop on that it's not possible me to kept the bottles inside. I am running a business at posh area and am getting a positive response to all others vendors, I failed to understand the gap between us.
So kindly look into this and issu a freeze at my shop if possible for u.
I am working with you from last 30 years and I am expecting a positive response from your end.

I bought and drank Pepsi at Poompuhar and only then did I realize that it was out of date. I do not have the right solution for this.

I found black bugs inside a packet. It was a newly purchased packet and not opened earlier, so, I believe there was a mishap while it was packed. This was a terrible incident and utterly disgusting.

Actually i am purchaised my energy drink sting but It didn't happen to me as it appears in the advertisement I took a drink but in its advertisement it is seen that after drinking the drink, instant energy is available and in 1 second it reaches the top floor. Which is not possible, my request is why such adversites are made after all and do not make people fool. Such advertisement should not be done at any cost.

First the taste was different, then I thought might be me. Then at the bottom I found some thing. Don't know what. This has happened for the 2nd time. 1st time(In Jan 2022 first week - Blue Lays the Masala ones) it was a big masala chunk and the person from lays who talked to me said that she will get the machine checked. Now this... Unacceptable...

Your company employees Mr Sanjay and vehicle driver Mr Matadeen Meena not delivered schemes and material at time to time they are demanding extra money and they are not delivered material but they are delivered any other shops near our outlet in all day so please do something about this because it's seasonal time so please do something about this

I purchased one sting bottle and by not seeing drank that because i was thirsty at that time.
And after i have searched for the date of manufactured and i had surprised that how the MNC company marketing the food product without coding.
And for the proof i have recorded the complete video of that bottle.
And also i had sent the mail to consumer feedback of pepsi for this reason and there is no reply.
If i find it again i will post that in the social media.

For the last one month (13-December-2021) I am followed up with company representatives Mr. Santosh ( [protected]), Mr. Mahadesh ([protected]) & from[protected] Mr. Bhuvaneshwar G[protected] Mr. Ravichandra Limgoji ([protected]), no one is responding they are telling me to take the material and arrange own fridge after highest sales we will give fridge,
I am requesting material along with the fridge but they are not responding

I am ready to give all related documents to company norms for providing fridge please suggest on this,

I bought rs 10 Spanish Tomato lays pack. Inside I found lump of masala with little chips. It is like a cookie of tomato masala. I can provide pictures for the same. Due to size limit pictures not getting uploaded

As mentioned above I have three children. As usual I purchased Lays from my nearby shop. But this time it became danger for my kids health. My three children consumed Lays manufactured by Pepsico India on Jan 14th, 2022 & they got sick. They were taken to the hospital for treatment. How irresponsible are this company? Why are they serving the spoilt things to the consumer? Already Lays like chips aren't good for kids including adult....

As mentioned above I have three children. As usual I purchased Lays from my nearby shop. But this time it became danger for my kids health. My three children consumed Lays manufactured by Pepsico India on Jan 16th, 2022 & they got sick. They were taken to the hospital for treatment. How irresponsible are this company? Why are they serving the spoilt things to the consumer? Already Lays like chips aren't good for kids including adult. But still kids are irritating parents to buy it for them. Parents like me occassionally buy Lays for their kids. But still due to bad food quality they got sick #BanLaysAndSaveLives

I'm purchasing and selling pepsi company product more than 15 yrs above.. but, last month before itself, my compressor will not work, and fridge is not operating..I complained so many times in our distributed agency area person, but yet now they are not solving..please try to solve it quickly..I want todo needful..

Your distributor in ajmer is not suplying lays chips at ajmer railway station as your brand is approved for selling by north western railway from last 2yars, but your distributor is not intrested to supply lays chips at ajmer railway station

I brought Lays west indies packet from supermarket, Kerala, Kannurpin code : 670106. Today i Am very much disappointment with Lays quality and quantity. I had saw the production quality testing in discovery multinational channel about the reject the raw once or green potato slice or removing burned or golden brown from packing.
Lays had always known for its qualities and product taste. I have been consuming it from my childhood.

But packet which I bought was very disappointing for me I came across slices which were burnt and roasted brown. I'm attaching the photos of the burnt ones in this mail.

Would request you to please maintain your quality it doesn’t suit and international brand manufacturing such eateries.

This surely is going to my dustbin and will think once again before spending money on lays.
