DATE OF THE INCIDENT - 13 MARCH 2021

This is Aditya Sahare from Raipur, I happen to operate a Cafeteria in Raipur and have ordered a Pepsi Refrigerator. It's been 20 days and we haven't received it and I called the Sales Executive named Sheikh Shadab who wasn't picking up my call because my number was saved on his phone. I called the Executive today from a different number for an update on the matter and he started talking roughly and using slangs and he told me I don't wish to give an update to you, I told him I might complain for his behavior and he told me to complain wherever you want I won't give you the fridge no matter what.

I wanted Pepsi because people said the services are much better than others, but now I am doubting everything that's been said about you. Please resolve this issue ASAP and send us a fridge as we need a refrigerator soon and take care of the executive because i don't think that he make you guys look good and cool.

I am from A One Variety store, road no 8 jawahar nagar mango janshedpur jharkhand. I want to install pepsi fridge on my shop where cream bell ice cream fridge also installed. I approached pepsi sales person on november 2020, who visit my shop and took a picture of my shop. Now he said me that he will not give me friedge because i open a new shop. Without knowing my business nature how he decide? Is pepsi company authorised their employees to decide to whom they can give the fridge or not?

thus creating loss to the company.So i request you to please take necessary action against this distributor.

I bought a 500 ml bottle of tropicana mixed fruit juice from a nearby vendor few fays back...today, while drinking I saw a slimy black thing inside the bottle..which is pathetic. I also checked the expiry day of the pack bt its fine.

Our pepsico dealer not provide new fridge over old till date, i already contact him but still he was not response properly & not supply coldrinks to us.
It means sales not necessory to company.

Bad day dear Team today in my restaurant one of my customer received black rubber in inside the bottle of pepsi 200 ml this is second complaint in one week before also I got spoon in 7up bottle. That Custmer didn’t pay the bill and also he’s claiming for money for the same. Kindly do the needful asap. Otherwise I have to raise the complaint in consumer court. I had purchased stock from pepsico on15 /1/2021.i asked for printed bill they refuse it. Also they refuse to give me scheme items. When i asked they give excuses. The distributor were sell this product of scheme in black and no one should take action against him.

Hello! Myself Deepesh jain from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Yesterday i purchased a lays packet from a shop Named Rajasthan Provisions, Select theatre Chennai, Tamil Nadu which was near to my house. When i opened the packet in the middle of the chips we found some black small stones inside the lays packet and unfortunately i ate it & it got struck to my teeth after that i need to thrown the packet in the dustbin. Even i have a pictures to show you the black small stones in lays packet.Check attachment file for reference. I was very disappointed the way you packed the chips to your valuable customers without checking or filtering. Please reply to this matter.
