Sir I have opened a new fast food restaurant at my place in the most prime location of my area even the distributor agent were also satisfied but they are not delivering refrigerators even after pestering a lot.

I had brought a pepsi bottle from anand vihar platform number 2 from a shop vendor

but the product i git did not tastes like pepsi i think some additional water is been mixed in it

the product sold to me is also expired

I buying 4 lays packet but 3 packet inside fully empty, then i told shop keeper but they not agree now shop keeper and me big fight so will put case in consumer Court, i have one full sealed packet but that packet zero wait. I have one proof

I am the owner Devi Prasad Sahu of Sahu Bakers and Genral Store 123 Bhagirath Nagar Gopal Pura Bi Pass Road Near Triveni Nagar. On The month of January 2020 Pepsi Ajent Abhishek Mittal come to us and offer promotions of pepsico brand. he told us if you purchase pepsico goods of more than 10000, we providing you schemes and give Pepsico fridge for storage. if you not sell pesico good we are returning all or replace.
we give him 12400 Cash and give two cheques first cheque amount of 100 rs and second amount is 10000 rs in the name of Varun Beverage ltd. He give us pepsi Id QS1561131. but after delivered the pepsico goods he didn't make him promise. he refuse to give pepsico fridge. due to shortage of storage we are not selling appropriately. The Purchased goods in January 2020 expired in March 2020. We also complaint against pepsi ajent in Thana Mahesh Nagar but nothing happen. We are valuable customer of pepsico. after that we are not stopping selling pepsico goods. as like good customers we purchase new goods and sell. but our old stock is stuck please help us and change the goods with new date or refund .Please help

Worst quality of lay's american style cream and onion. Potatoes are not peeled so well.
Outer layer of potato is as well in unpeeled potato taste is some what not well as earlier.

Our pepsi refrigerator is pending for repairing since january and technician did closed the complaint without reaching at the location. And they said we did not purchased products of pepsi while that we bought it till december and since january refrigerator is not working. Our dealer selling products at the rate higher than the market rate and he is also not giving us various schemes launched by company. He also did not give us rupees 5000 coupons on products we bought. Due to covid there is no people in the city that is why no income and sale. We can buy products on minimum rates and also refrigerator is not working please repair it immediately. It's a month of august 8 months has been passed and friz is not repairing. I am retailer in south delhi. Your executive is giving me expired lays and not replacing even after so many calls and reminders. From last 15 days like in july 2020 i brought 4-5 packs of tropicana 100% juice from one of the store in arihant garden society near yatharth hospital in greater noida but i found inner seals were broken but the cap was properly sealed, it can make me sick, please launch an enquiry

Hi,

I am shivam from agra. I have purchased one bottle of "slice" 250 ml cold drink (Pepsi co.) from nearest shop.
I found durt particles and polyethylene in bottle.
I have not opened this bottle and kept with me as evidence for further procedure. Please help me on this issue for legal action against contaminated production of cold drinks.
