Hello sir i m sanket naik from vankal, surat, gujarat, i m your food distrubitor in area vankal to umarpada . I have joining the distrubitorship in date:- 13/10/2015 when your asp mr.Hemang pandya meet me first time he told me the company has given 100% replacement in food. And when i m going the market and i have told the coustmer the company has given 100% replace ment after 4 month but now mr. Hemang pandya told me the company has ben not given replacement and he cheeted me i have buying your food 7 times when i order the food of your asp some contain are not given by orderd he send me other product of the order he has not good responce for me after 2 months and your bevrage asp mr. Pratik and mr.Hemang not meet me after 3 months and he has lying to other distubitor he told other distubitor, i have meet mr.Sanket 3-4 times and told to take a bavrege distubutorship but i have not intrested to take a bevrage. Now mr.Hemang create the new distubutor of this area and he nottold mee

            Hello, as we are pepsi customers since 2000 lucky dhaba (zirakpur) and before 2012 they providing good service. chandigarh region they dnot even care about customers requirement. 7 months ago we ask for double door fridge and sincr then they make fake promises to you that they will provide fridge to us. They take our old double door fridge also . When we are out of fridge we repair our old fridge. We also change pepsi to coca cola product . As today us inspection by officers they told us to replace coca cola product with pepsi and also threaten us if we dnot do that they gonna complaint for that.not even todat they offering us double door fridge even tea stall near to us have their own fridge. So please notice my problem urgent take strict action against chandigarh pepsi management.

                  My name is Tushar Jindal, i am planing to open a cafeteria at a upcoming cinema hall at rudrapur, uttarakhand. See my pain of concern is that i have been trying to approach pepsico for a sales opportunity, as i want to install pepsi fountain machine, Pepsi fridge, and pepsi products at the cafeteria.
                  i have approached them through the mail channel and mailed to consumer.[protected]@pepsico.com on 2/12/15
                  Then received a revert from Miss Simi Mehta, saying that yes the concerned team will call me. where on the same mail i replied "ok will wait for the team to call me".
                  Where as there was no response from the company, where i have to again write a mail on 21/12/15 saying that i have been waiting for a phone call or a revert over my query.
                  Now till today i have no revert from the company, where as i have again dropped a reminder mail to the company today.

                  Why a company like pepsi take their client so lightly, here a sales oppurtunity is knocking the door, but may be pepsi guys are sleeping.

                  Its my humble request kindly contact me, so that we may continue for a better business life ahead.

                        I'm Sandeep Jangir, located in Jhunjhunu at Rajasthan state . we started a departmental store / general store . Now we are getting a critical issue from city's Authorized Pepsi dealer . The Dealer told us that someone will visit your shop after that we will provide you products and refrigerator . i gave him address and details of shop but no one visit our shop . i have visited again at pepsi dealer and he talk me like as a enemy, means he have no manners to talk . he is not giving me any response . we want to sale the pepsico products but can't, please help us to start selling the products . our store have 75*26 sq ft area . .                           I recently bought a 200 ml glass bottle from a local shop in sakchi, jamshedpur, jharkhand, east singhbhum, i bought the bottle on 20th of January. I started drinking when my friend noticed few particles in my drink, they were small, about the size of 3mm, the particles were black in color and were clearly visible. I had finished almost half the bottle when my friend had noticed those particles, after seeing those particlees, i couldnt drink further and so i left the bottle unfinished. Later that evening i fell sick, I dont know what those particles were, maybe it was rust, or something I dont know. I like mountain dew a lot and so in refund I want a new 200 ml botlle or 12 rupees back.

                            I bought a Quakers Oats from one of the grocery shops in Gurgaon(Batch No Q2CF131015 Mfd Date 13 Oct 2015). i found insects inside the package. When I went to the shop to replace, shopkeeper denied it. There is no support from pepsi co either. They say to lodge a complaint, based on that they will take action. If this issue is not resolved then then Consumer will not have any option but to go to consumer court.

                                I bought quaker Oats from my grockery store in Bangalore (Bellandur area). To my utter shock and dismay, as soon as i poured oats in the pan - a fully grown cockroach popped out. It is unbelievable shocking to me. I have developed a huge phobia and refrain from shopping quaker oats completely I need proper explaination for this? How do you plan to help me?                                     I wrote this letter to Pepsico India on Jan 30, 2015. An Open letter to PepsiCo India, What one expects when one buys a juice carton of Tropicana (Flavor- Guava Juice, Mfg Dt 30 Sep 2014, Batch # 4273BA3, expected to expire in 6 months ie 30 March 2015), ‘one of the top juice brand of the world’? Sweet Guava extract, Right? But this was not the case, when my husband, Shakaib Azhar Chaudhry today (25 Jan 2015) poured second serving of this very juice for my two years old son. A red and black colored rotten, infected and foul smelling mass of good two inches in size came out of the juice carton. I am so angry beyond any sane soul’s comprehension, over such negligence, pathetic quality check and terrible disaster on behalf of self proclaimed ‘world’s No.1 Juice Brand’ Tropicana, PepsiCo India. I am still reeling under the shock and scared to the core when my husband showed me this ugly infected mass coming out of the juice carton. As from this very carton, I had given juice to my 2 years old son few hours before only. Though, I am keeping a close check on my son for any signs of sickness. I will take strongest possible action against you, PepsiCo India for such inefficient processes in Quality Control. Though, I have never been an avid consumer of these canned juices as I personally prefer freshly squeezed juices at home. But I also never detested their consumption out rightly all the times. Therefore, I consumed them if being served occasionally. But now I will do everything possible to make people aware of this incident through every platform, so that people should not blindly trust such tall false claims. And as a profit making organization, you need to do your homework really well before introducing any product in market. Furthermore, take up this issue to Indian Government and concerned food quality control bodies (National Consumer Helpline portal, ) who in turn also need to be more vigilant and stringent towards such mishaps and make you defaulters pay heavily. - I leave for all the readers to make intelligent guesses what exactly it is/was and take a call how much risk we all are ready to take for our own and our dear ones health? - To begin with, I request all the readers to share this horrible experience of mine immediately on every platform (social, professional and personal networks) you seem to exist or move. - Whoever is in professional/personal capacity to take this issue forward, please let me know how and what you can do by getting in touch with me at rukhsar.[protected]@gmail.com or at my Twitter Handle ‪#‎rukhsarsaleem‬ Sincerely Agitated Customer Rukhsar Saleem Founder, Mother’s Digest rukhsar.[protected]@gmail.com Twitter: rukhsarsaleem But No proper response this detailed letter. Good Luck fellow countrymen! PepsiCo India has denied its role in the damage of this Juice carton has outrightly blamed ‪#‎Ratnadeep‬ Store, (from where I bought this Juice) for mishandling and faulty storage. Interesting point is that no one from PepsiCo India, bothered to visit that particular store to enquire or investigate about the storage. ( FYI- Every week, I go and enquire about any investigation/inquiry/complaint raised by PepsiCo India) since Jan 26, 2015. So, its an open house for all, who wrote to me personally about any guidance/help to take actions or create poor food quality standards story in India and MNCs treating Indian market as 'not-so-important' to bother about quality and control." So, till now there has been no proper response or action by PepsiCo India.

                                        I purchased a Slice Glass Bottle (Rs. 12- 200 Ml) from my college canteen (Bottle No. is not identifiable as the print has been damaged). My College is IMI Kolkata. Location - Alipore, Kolkata

                                        I saw the object it floating in the bottle after drinking almost half of it. I have taken it's photos and have also taken a video of removal of the object from the bottle.

                                        This is a very serious matter. I don't think I will ever consume a Pepsi product again. I am not sure if some health issues have happened to me because of this.

                                        I would like Pespi Co. India to get back to me regarding this matter.
