Sir,

Last afternoon, I purchased Miranda 1.25 L bottle from a Bakery Shop.

Today late evening after consuming almost 80% of the bottle we realized the change in color & the taste of the drink that how we checked the manufacturing date which is 23/09/2016 @18.19 with B.B.N : [protected] & as per the disclaimer written on the bottle it is expired on 3 month from the manufacturing date..

We urge for strict against to be taken against whosoever is responsible for the action.

Look forward to your response on this at the earliest.

Ur pepsi brand has tooo larger chain in the world but from now i never drink ur pepsi bottle i found a spoon in ur pepsi sealed bottle...nd i cant imagine tht this brand do this.

My Self Prosenjit Sengupta owner of Sengupta Store, Rest Camp Shuttle Gate, Guwahati - 781012, Assam. I have a small grocery shop. Previously I sold Pepsi brand in my shop & some of the expiry materials I returned to the Pepsi Company sales executive Mr.Debabrata Sen amounting Rs.3000.00 (approx) in the year 2014 but I made so many calls to him in last three years but every time his reply was that he has not got the BBD claim from company & he will settle my claim when ever he got the same. Today I make a call to him but he replied that he left the company & he handover every claim to the new sales executive. Some of the expiry materials still in my hand. So, you are requested to pls. look into the matter & release my BBD claim ASAP. My M.No.[protected].

    My fridge no.UP106538 at heera plaza, sector-8, vikas nagar, LUCKNOW is not working and making loud noise .please send somebody on urgent basis as it is used at my shop and causing lot of inconvenience in storing your products.

      I am the big retailer of your Pepsico company. And also promote to Pepsico product. There is fault in visi cooler provided by the company. There is lots of noise in the air cooler fan.& Also lower down the speed of cooling & create lot of heat.

      The summer season also start and there is need to provide necessary service immediately.

              Hi Sir,

              This is in consent with the Behaviour of the Area Sale Manager towards us. We are a Daily need provision Store in bareilly District and are willing to start the Soft Drinks Business. We asked them to buy the Pepsi fridge and were asking them to give us the required Details to complete the procedure.They said to visit us but from last 1 week they are not coming to us to clarify the requirements and when we are calling them by phone they are not picking up our phone and if we are calling from different number they are picking up the phone but not talking properly and misguiding us by saying that they will come today, after 1 hour, tomorrow etc.

              They are ignoring us Constantly and not listening to us and are preventing us to start the soft drinks business.

              Its Requested to please look into this because such a behaviour from an Area Sales manager is not acceptable and this way shops like us cannot start the business they want to.

                I purchased 1 slice bottle of 500 Ml.
                To my surprise it was mixed with soda.
                Since slice is a plain Mango drink but having soda in it is very suspicious and I feel some quality issue in it.

                As per the date it is not expired also but still it seems to be a very dangerous. When I sipped one drop it was very bitter in taste.

                I think it is a issue.

                  Client number 1213429. Refrigerator is damaged before 2 year in 2014 the repair man came and said to change the refrigerator but still the refrigerator is not change. The product of company sale by me time to time and they promis to change the refrigerator but still now the refrigerator is not changed. If after this complain any action does not take then i will think that this company fake and my trust will be over from this company.

                      we purchased one of your tropicana product . We find that there is something disgusting type thing in the packed
                      its horrible to see that. Always trust your pepsi product and always prefer it but today after seeing this type of

                        We bought yet another packet of Lays - Spanish Tomato, one of our favorite to enjoy it with a cup of tea. This time however, we had a surprise. a HUGE piece of bandage. Well, a bandage in Chips manufacturing firm, you can very well know the origin of that. With the imaginations running wild, it most probably seems to be from an employee who used it and just "accidentally" forgot to dispose it. That's the most unhealthy and despicable thing which one could ever find in a chips packet, and from a renowned brand like LAYS. Maybe, i am new to it and I have never seen an issue with the product, or maybe this is new cost cutting strategy which company has adopted. This was most definitely neither accepted, nor expected.
                        I had several letters sent to Pepsico India but they never "seem to have received it". This is a serious compromise on hygine and a serious feedback needs to be given. I am really not sure what the bandage is contaminated with and for what purpose it was used.The company doesn't seem to care about any such issues as this looks like a regular incident for them.

                          I am Nageen singh operating a shop and taking pepsico products since 11years.my monthly consumption is more than 150 caratts of cold drinks.i have been using a very old 200litres of fridge since years.tht also broke down few months back. i have been requesting concerned persons since 4-5 months but still havent recieved any fridge till date.there has been very poor customer service response.i m incurring daily losses due to lack of fridge.every time i jst get assurance tht i wil get one as soon as possible.but thts not helping.its enough now. m left wit no option other than chosin Coca cola.my contact number-[protected]

                            I already make complaint more than one month before after only one time one shobha madam call me after that i send them 3 reminders but no one care from pepsi company i send msg to mr tanuj chaddha sir also but no reply from account department and other officers this very very unprofessional behaviour of pepsi company i don't know why they are not giving my money which they also telling yes company have to pay you but without signature on my final settlement account department close my id with informing me and without my knowledge i don't know who they pay my money please consumer complaints team provide me contact details india head of pepsico india so i can't take my problem to higher authorities so they must know what thi said people doing.

                              Kurkure and its combinations with different food-effects on human health

                              Please test the contents of Kurkure and its effects on human body .Is it Safe to eat it ? Also please check if any combinations like Kurkure /Eno or Kurkure/cold drink are fatal /damaging for human body.Also any effects on kids ( Upto age group 14) should be tested separately since they are the once who are not aware of/can not control their desire for such edibles....

                                I reside in mumbai and was used to having the green uncle chipps. I understand that it might not be cost effective supplying to certain areas but atleast there can be a way where we can buy it online. There are no online retailers and you can charge us according to the delivery area and other additional costs

                                  I purchased Lays Chips from Kashmere Gare ISBT Delhi and MRP printed on it is Rs. 18 for quantity 29.5gm. I also purchased Lays chips from local market in Rs. 10 for quantity 30 gm . Both are having MFD of October 2016.

                                  So company is using double MRP for same quantity of chips. Kashmere Gate ISBT having a public spot, company is charging abnormal and looitng customers.

                                    PepsiCo Rep called my mobile on 9Nov2016 . Assured that they will arrange compensation and pick up from home address of the defective packs . But nothing happened in 48 hours . My son has fallen sick drinking the contaminated juice .

                                    Consumer is advised not to give the defective pack to the Pepsico Rep. Advised to file complaint with District Designated Officer (Food Safety) for regulatory action. He can claim damages if the medical history shows the sickness is due to the contaminated juice.

                                      Respected Sir /Madam after receiving the stock there is no response from lays department I have been left alone with the stock in which few items are about to expire . From the day first am asking your support to get more business as I told you before that at present there is no distributor for lays in Mangalagiri. As I know that at present the customer is placing order to distributor from Tenali which is 24km away or from Vijayawada which is 12km from the market place. This is the only advantage I see and I can distribute the product's to the customer with no problems as we are just 2km away and not only Mangalagiri there are 8 to 10 village's within 20km of radius.
                                      it's a major concern for me to start my business with the rates provided. However it will make the process slow but it will not stop us.
                                      We Syndicate point are ready to accept any given challenge to make lays available at every provisional store, canteen and as we also spoke to all the wine shop keepers about the placement for all our namkeen like shahi mix, moongdal, aloo bhujiya etc And sir/madam trust me for them selling is not at all a problem only problem is availability of the products as we know haldirams is huge challenge for us the only way we can do it is giving the best services to the customer.
                                      However it is not possible without your help I hope this time I will get some response from your side.
