I reside in mumbai and was used to having the green uncle chipps. I understand that it might not be cost effective supplying to certain areas but atleast there can be a way where we can buy it online. There are no online retailers and you can charge us according to the delivery area and other additional costs

    Hi,

    I purchased Lays Chips from Kashmere Gare ISBT Delhi and MRP printed on it is Rs. 18 for quantity 29.5gm. I also purchased Lays chips from local market in Rs. 10 for quantity 30 gm . Both are having MFD of October 2016.

    So company is using double MRP for same quantity of chips. Kashmere Gate ISBT having a public spot, company is charging abnormal and looitng customers.

      PepsiCo Rep called my mobile on 9Nov2016 . Assured that they will arrange compensation and pick up from home address of the defective packs . But nothing happened in 48 hours . My son has fallen sick drinking the contaminated juice .

      Consumer is advised not to give the defective pack to the Pepsico Rep. Advised to file complaint with District Designated Officer (Food Safety) for regulatory action. He can claim damages if the medical history shows the sickness is due to the contaminated juice.

        Respected Sir /Madam after receiving the stock there is no response from lays department I have been left alone with the stock in which few items are about to expire . From the day first am asking your support to get more business as I told you before that at present there is no distributor for lays in Mangalagiri. As I know that at present the customer is placing order to distributor from Tenali which is 24km away or from Vijayawada which is 12km from the market place. This is the only advantage I see and I can distribute the product's to the customer with no problems as we are just 2km away and not only Mangalagiri there are 8 to 10 village's within 20km of radius.
        it's a major concern for me to start my business with the rates provided. However it will make the process slow but it will not stop us.
        We Syndicate point are ready to accept any given challenge to make lays available at every provisional store, canteen and as we also spoke to all the wine shop keepers about the placement for all our namkeen like shahi mix, moongdal, aloo bhujiya etc And sir/madam trust me for them selling is not at all a problem only problem is availability of the products as we know haldirams is huge challenge for us the only way we can do it is giving the best services to the customer.
        However it is not possible without your help I hope this time I will get some response from your side.

          I'm distributor of pepsi name Shine cold drink Company appointed me for PepsiCo beverages for part of Malad West Malvani, Jankalyan nagar, Bhoomi park area Malad West Mumbai Maharashtra company committed me for extra 12-/ rs commission for my market which I gave to retailers this all activity company personal knows and they appreciated me for my work style I started my distribution November 2015 and in February 2016 I started asking my claims and others expenses which our TDM Mr Rajesh Kadam and senior officer Mr Parvez Vaccha sir committed to give me but no money realease which company officer committed.from February company told u will get 15000/- monthly ANM u can use this money for sale increase and 12/- u will not get from February and November 2015 to February 2016 which I expense in market you wo get in some day but I didn't get that amount till company suddenly close me without informing me when company stop stock I was having 3 lakh stock in my godown no one care this 2 lakh goods I sold this stock with my relationship in market and I started asking my security deposit and others dues which is approximately 1 lakh 75 thousand including my security deposit from June month company told Company will deduct ANM money for Feb, March, April I told I already distributed that money for company sale increase how can company deduct my money which I use in market instruction given by officers since February I'm asking my money but company only given me false promises and date not a single rupee I got not from security deposit also because of sudden close my business I got loss of more then 2lakh rs my 2 Delivery tempo and my godown rent all I got loss last conversation made 15 days back with company person name Mr Nishikant CE he told Company close my ID and your final settlement done but I don't know who make my settlement and how Company close my ID company never call or tell me always I call and msg but still no payment received please if anyone can help me to take my refund please help me I will be very thankful I'm attaching one last whatsap msg you can understand by this msg how I'm getting reply.

            Dear Concern,

            I have just purchased a packet o[censored]ncle chips and had really very bad experiance and i was very disappointed by the product as the chips inside the packet are burnt (over backed) its classic salted but are brown in colour the batch number is (MD111016) and the bar code number is[protected]. Such attitude was never ever expected from your products.

              Respected sir/madam as discussed before about non availability of lays in the market I got a response from Andhra Pradesh team. After discussion I provided all documents asked to get started my services to the customer. But now for me its a bigger challenge to sell the products with the rate provided to me through Gayathri Enterprises Tenali. As after doing marketing for lays i got huge response more than expected from all the customer but due to the price no wholesaler is ready to accept the deal. As all our customers from Tullur, Mandanam, Mangalagiri, Tadepalli etc. are located within 20km radius which is a advantage for us to provide best services. Due to price issue I have been facing huge problem . I request your good self to please help me with this issue.please find the attached price list.

                Respected sir /madam as discussed before about non availability of lays in the market i got a response from andhra pradesh lays team and after discussing the same with them i got a opportunity to provide my services to mangalagiri, tullur, mandanam etc areas which is in 20km radius. We took it as a advantage for us. And after doing the market customer response is more than we expected. I started with ₹60000/- worth stock but after customer response am ready to invest more as market requirement is huge but due to the price provided from gayathri enterprises tenali customers are stepping back. I request your good self to please help me with the pricing so that i can start my services. Please find the attached price list.

                  I had requested for a visi cooler at my shop in Badarpur, New Delhi in the month of march. They gave me product worth 15k and told it will be installed within 2 weeks. They were not able to install visi within 2 monthI inspite of calling them on daily basis. So I returned 20 crates of mt, all filled with beverages to pepsico. Since then they have paid me only 2200 rupees only. They are saying it will take time. How much time ? I have mailed my concern to consumer.feedback as well but no result. Have called on toll free no and at gurgaon office as well. They only say our sale team will contact you. As if now no one has contacted me. Dev is the person whom I know.
                  I have wasted more than 3000 rupees on phone calls made to dDev

                      In gujarat state in vadodara city @ tandalja we have restaurant named 'Almadina' in patrakar society.The owner charges Rs15 for Mountain Dew of Price tag Rs12. When asked why he charges so he said distributor had said so.

                      why does a distributor will do such activity and ask a dealer to sell the product at his own price.

                      Charging a product not as per the company price tag is illegal and cheating with the customers. The extra Rs3 earned by the restaurant owner is a black money for which he doesn't pay tax.

                      If PepsiCo is allowing such act then I think it's a big problem as distributor is not concerned about the image of company and asking dealer to sale product at his own price

I got a call from Pepsico and I have been told that soon pesico Andhra Pradesh team will call me but there is no response. I request you to pls take it seriously as I am confident and am sure that with your help I can generate huge business. Brand like lays in India don't need any introduction it is really easy for us to make good business but at the same time it is very difficult to understand that why no one is showing interest. Bt i don't know why no one is showing interest in the new capital for andhra pradesh amravati n surrounding rural n urban areas. Itc yumitos, haldiram n various other local made products are covering all the areas. I love to take this opportunity to change that. I am not a big investor but yes if i get a start i can make lays available at every store. Before it was not the same but from past few months lays is getting vanished from the shelf i can see that in 174 shops i know n i give services to them.

                                  We have running a grocery shop at electronic city phase 2. The pepsi supplying agent mr. Ananth had contact us for take down the cool drinks product of pepsi. Then we demand to a refrigerator. And we gave a deposit amount for that also on before 2 months. After got money he said, "we will provide a refrigerator within 5 days". But still we didn't get that. And if we called to his number, he didn't pick ours calls. We were frustrated with yours service.

                                    Iam venkatesan from no.6, annavasal main road, nedungadu, karaikal, puducherry, we have a own shop at a same address from last ten and above years and maintained by my father. We are three times applied for the fridge with suitable documents, but no response. My father expired two years before, so i changed the license to my name and running the same shop. Last 7 month onwards no one came to take order from my shop. I called so many times for the distributor which is you appointed, they are not response. Finally i went your authorized distributor of karaikal, (M/s. Nandhika traders, kamarajar salai, karaikal.) and argue with the manager, and surrender my new application for fridge, but he is also not respond me and told my documents are fake and duplicate. They irritated me. So i want some clarification from you, because i am also worked as a sale person in a reputed company. I know about the route plan. Kindly explain they maintain route plan. Once they have shop details, they easily identify the particular shop. Ok i have ten empty bottle grade for pepsi, 7up and slice. I gave 5 grades to my friends because of your stockist not come to take the orders. Now i have only 5 grades of empty bottles, please take my empty grade and settle the deposit amount.                                         On 15/7/2016 i bought a pepsi from pamp bakery opposite ksrtc, thiruvalla.
                                        Its expiry date was 28/6/2016...
                                        So it's about 18 days since expiry...
                                        Don't know why the shops are careless like this or are they doing it intentionally..
