Hi We intalled pepsi fountain machine in my restaurant. We totally ran out of all drinks and gas cylinder. I called local pepsi dealer many time about giving me some stock. The fridge that I got from the company in scheme is here from march which was not in proper working condition very less cooling I complained in the star agency they had send there employee to get it repaired... Have came n repaired it which worked for a while.. N then again it started showing its colors ..they same way of less cooling...They send their employee two three times to get the fridge repaired but its still in that condition.. Because of it I suffered a loss of fourth thousand from march till now ... No customer come to my shop... no sales of Pepsi is there from my shop...I complained again but now no response from the agency...I said either to take the fridge or to get it replaced..because it is occupying very much space. In the shop... N it is just a model neither I can use it nor throw it ... So it is my kind request to u to please take some decession... To get it replaced... The place is. Hi, mera naam rahul hai.maine hero company ki ek bike aapke bank se finance karwayi thi.jiski emi mujhse 22/08/15 ko cash le ligayi thi or iske baad fir 29/08/15 ko firse mere account se 2100 rupay kaat diye gaye hai.aapki raj nagar ki branch mein complaint kiye huye mujhe 1 week se jyada ho gaya hai lekin jab bhi phone karke puchta hu to kah diya jata hai k abhi hamare paas debit ki koi file update nahi hui hai, to please aap kuch kare or meri help kare kyunki main nahi chahta k main is month ki emi late pay karu.

My name is Padmanabhan Location Chennai Date of the incident - 23/07/2015 My Contact number - [protected] I have found the excessive chemical content found in the Kurkure puff corn yummy cheese. Luckily I found the defective content and the kid at my home was eating the puff corn. I'm worried about the excessive chemical content found in the pack what if the kid would have taken it. I raised this issue to the PepsiCo help desk they never even asked for the apologies they just tried to deny it is not chemical content. They took the chemical content and never gave the result of the excessive chemical content. I bet they would never accept it but it's a chemical content. Please consider this complaint as one of your kid eating the chemical content at y our home. Trust me Kurkure products is not safe for Indian consumers and small kids at home.

There is a slimy creature in the Tropicana tetra pack juice. It is very disappointing. The manufacturing date is still not expired. Expecting a faster positive reply. Otherwise, I would have to contact consumer court along with media. Email id - manasa.[protected]@gmail.com

Found a fungal substance in 7up 200ml bottle. Incident happened on 1st August 2015 in Ernakulam, Kerala, I bought this bottle of 7up from a local bakery at around 9 pm. Took a sip and it tasted acidic. Somewhat like vinegar. When I took a look at the bottle, I found a substance the size of the base of the bottle floating in it. I contacted the local distributor and he suggested I lodge a complaint with Pepsico. Sent email to Pepsico India customer care --consumer.[protected]@pepsico.com but the mail bounced back. Tried calling their toll free number but it seems like the email and the phone number are a bad joke. So much for a company that claims to have stringent quality control and customer service!!

Dear Sir, Kindly registered our complaint against Pepsi company. I have found the some dead insects inside the bottle. It was extremely looking dangerous to get some cheap quality product by a Pepsi Company. I hardly request to you I want strict action must be taken against the company. Complaint: i purchased a dew 200 ml. Glass bottle pack .The shop was situated in ordnance factory market muradnagar ghaziabad (U.P) 201206. The packing date was print 6.6.2015 on bottle.I saw insect inside sealed pack bottle . I am complaint to pepsi authorize dealer muradnagar, but no response .Please response as soon as possible, otherwise i am discuss to food inspector.

I got call[protected] at 12:00. She gave me courier no and com name. It was dtdc courier co. When I tracked the courier. It was deliver at Vijay nagar from Karol bagh.it was not my address and name. So I call back on the same and asked. Her on which address. You have sent my prize she told my correct address name and phone no. She said. Dear Sir/Ma'am, We purchased some packs of pepsi cans containing 24 cans on dated 22nd June' 2015 from the vendor-M/s Krishna Store, Whole sale and Retailers, Trunk Market, Sabzi Mandi, Gurgaon. Two cans were found empty, and when it was informed to the distributor, they said to contact at the company. As it harmful for human consumption, strict action must be taken against the company.we have already sent a notice to the company through Udyog bhavan but no good response has been given by them. Been using your company(Pepsico india ) products for last 10-15 years for our customer and personnel also.Since our purchasing is good your supplier ( khandelwal brothers), om prakash khandelwal mob.No.[protected]) offered us a scheme (In which if we purchased a big quantity then they install a pepsi company freeze on our store).We purchased the same quantity and they installed a small freeze at our store.But after installation they are not providing good services to us.Our freeze has not been working for last 20-25 days.After so many complaints and phone calls your pepsico company representative(Mr.Shyam mob.No.[protected]) came to us 5 days before and told us that we have to change the motor.Still motor has not been replaced and we are bound to do alternative arrangements for cooling water and soft drinks for our customers and your stock is dump in our godown since we have to purchase cold drinks from outside shops.We are very disappointed with the type of services providing by such a reputed company.Kindly sort out this matter as soon as possible otherwise we will have to think to change the products from your company to coca cola.
