(1) Refund Rs.161.71 for Ref. #35040356 dated 12/06/2021 and (2) Refund Rs.281.07 for Ref.#35071090 dated 13/06/2021 NOT YET RECEIVED inspite of my umpteen emails calling for refund and for proof for refund status. Take NOTICE legal action shall be initiated today(22/06/2021) for recovering the two refunds holding you liable for compensation, costs and consequences.

    With reference to my order no 31822436 dated 29th April 2021 (Pharmeasy) I was supplied medicines POLYCAP 60 capsules by Abhnav Chemist vide invoice no C[protected] dated 30th April 2021(unable to upload photos). A week before when I was going to take my dose I checked the expiry date which shows May 2022 on a sticker pasted on previous expiry date of May 2021(photos attached). I raise the complaint through Pharmeasy app but they refused to replace the medicines. This is a clear game of cheating, misleading customer and playing with the health of patient. I don't know who is responsible chemist or Cadila Pharmaceutical company.

      This app and the customer service is the worst I have experienced..Booked some tests...the phlebo was not trained to draw blood samples...he put my blood into my husband's Vial and his into mine...I did not receive my reports even after a month now...I have called around 20 times since then...they will just disconnect the phone on your face..Pharmeasy guys I hope u guys face the same kind of harrassment when somebody in your family is sick and you need urgent medical services.u guys are pathetic

        Cancellation of SMS updates

        I have been receiving too many messages (Text messages) on my mobile lately from PharmEasy about products and offers.
        I don't wish to receive any promotional text messages from PharmEasy anymore. Kindly unsubscribe me from the list.
        I have written about 10 emails to customer care and also cc-ed to [protected]@pharmeasy.in But no one has helped me, nor responded....

        I had placed an order on pharmeasy with ordered M33550454 pulseoxymeter placed on 22/05/21 delivered on 23/05/21 since it was a damaged product placed a return request and was picked on the same day I have been following with them they are not processing my refund today we are 14/06/2021 still they are giving excuses

            My Order ID M33935414 Received wrong medicines on 03/06/2021, then I spoke to support team they arranged pick up for the same, on 05/06/2021 Ecom Expess pickup my medicines with AWB No.[protected]. Again I spoke pharmeasy support team they said refund will be issued within 5 days after pick up, today is 14/06/2021 still not received any refund. My Refund amount is Rs.1243/-.

              Wrong medicine delivered and unable to initiate return

              Order Number: M33909941
              Delivered on 31st May 2021.
              Received Wrong medicine of # quantities in ONE item, when tried to raise return for the wrongly sent medicine by default the quantity came as 1 which i did not notice but had to send 3 quantities.
              So called customer service on 31st of May itself and they adviced refuse to return the product and the return request will be enabled again in 24 hrs. I did the same by refusing...

              JADHAV CHEMIST from PharmEasy delivers a tampered pack of medicine in which tablets are coming out of the strip. I have complained for this 10 days ago. But company refuse to give me a refund for this.

              I think I have paid for a fresh medicine, not a Waste product.
              So I want my refund back.

                Ref: Codliver oil 100 CAPSULES order# 34625410

                I had placed the order for Seven seas cod liver oil on 5th June 2021.
                However, I received an alternate product CODVEL in damaged condition.
                Reached out to Pharmeasy customer care but they are unable to help.

                  This is Mohammed Sohail, I want to raise an issue that I am phasing with pharmaeasy they are been very irresponsible at this pandemic time. We have placed an order for a diagnostic test on 31.05.2021 they confirmed the order and said the assistant would come on 01.06.2021 morning 7am we placed the order with the help of the call center but even that was not done properly, the tests which we didn't ask they have added antibody test in the list of the test. 01.06.2021 when the assistant arrived they told us that these are the tests to be done and we said the antibody test we didn't add and that took a very long time as we need to talk to the call center and had to remove the test. And the assistant drew the blood of two patients and he left and he called us in the evening and told us to pay 1500/ each and we booked the diagnostic test for 900/ and we spoke about this in the morning and confirmed then to remove the antibody test. They don't have any proper coordination between them and this took two days longer to resolve the problem of payment. after two days they have givens us the link for payment on 3.06.2021 and we done the payment. One report was submitted on 5.06.2021 and the other report is not yet submitted till date 10.06.2021 and if we called about the reports none are responding properly and not having proper reasoning they are just saying we don't know about the report. and all the information given is wrong they have drawn the blood on 01.06.2021 but showing it as 02.06.2021. now, how can I trust the report how efficient it is.
                  Please don't Trust on pharmeasy.

                    Dear sir,
                    We have booked a medicine on dated 26/05/21 through order no. M33741795 & pay full bill amount by Amazon pay at the time of booking .
                    After that we have received the medicine through COD bill on 30/05/21 .We have paid the said amount by CASH to delivery boy after confirmation of your customer care executive . Your customer care executive said that your amazon pay amount will refund you within 48 hours .
                    We have called many times to your customer care & every times they said always that your payment will receive you within 48 hours.
                    We are waiting 48 hours for last 10 days but still did not receive any response from your side .
                    This type of negligence is not suit for your company as it is a reputed company .
                    Please look into my concern for payment and request to refund my one payment as soon as possible .
                    waiting for your swift response .

                      I have placed an order on PharmEasy app on 13.05.2021.
                      Not delivered till now. It was dispatched on 14.05.2021 & last update was shown in APP on 25.05.2021.

                      Everytime I have callled customer care they said have to wait 24-48 hours for any update but all are in vein.

                      Moreover they had credited 50 Rs in my wallet & my order was prepaid. I have already paid 1004 Rs.

                      Very pathetic & irritating service by PharmEasy.

                        1. I have been Online purchaser of Medicines from the Platforms like Medlife, Pharmeasy, Netmeds and Dhani and well versed with Rules of Purchase & Return
                        2. All Medicines Purchased Online have an Window with certain Time Frame of Returns if the Customer Desires so after receiving the Medicines
                        3. In this Case I have Ordered Vitamin D3 Ultra 10k Strength and Pharmeasy has billed the Same as per Invoice attached but the Actual Medicine received is of 1k Strength so Clear case of Wrong Medicine Supplied and when I go on the App to Return it there they mention this Medicine is Non Returnable which is 1st Violation of Law on Online Pharmacy Sales as there has to be an certain time frame of Return but in this case it is not Just Return it is Wrong Medicine which as to be taken back as per the Law and this is an Legal Right of the Customer
                        4. Calling Customer Dis-care of this Company which is an BIG SHAM is Proved by the Attached Call Recording Clip attached for your Ready Reference
                        5. After 2 Reminders to the Pharmeasy Mail Ids including of their Top Brass this Hardened Customer Harassers are trying to ignore my Grievance thinking that I will forget or get tired by following up within few days but here they are on the Wrong Foot as I am an customer who will not leave the Matter till Justice is Procured and Full Refund and Compensation is Received with Punitive action against this Defaulters which is an Must

                          Dear concern,

                          I'm complaining here because after following up regularly since last 10 days I'm not getting any response from PharmEasy. I booked few tests from PharmEasy, sample was collected on 30th May 2021 and I received my report on 31st may, which was not same which I booked.
                          I received the report of test TORCH IGG but I booked TORCH 4 IGM.
                          I need to consult my doctor regarding this but I'm unable to because of wrong report. This test is prescribed during pregnancy to check the risk factor o[censored]nborn baby. But PharmEasy team is not taking it serious. It's about someone's health.
                          I really hope that after this complaint I may get the correct report of my test or they will take my blood sample for the same test.

                            It has been a devastating and frustating experience with PharmEasy who call themselves a one-stop online medical platform in India.

                            This all started when I ordered medicines online from PharmEasy app bearing order numbers “M34003638" & "M34127735” for my old parents - both the order payments have been done via the app "Prepaid / In advance".

                            The expected delivery date for the 1st order “M34003638" was between 31st May 2021- 2nd June2021. And the expected delivery date for the 2nd order "M34127735” was between 2nd June 2021 - 4th June 2021.

                            I am writing this testimony today dated 8 June 2021 AND the height goes that I HAVE NOT YET received both my orders :)

                            The interesting part during these "harrassing and torturous" days was the false committment that I received from the PharmEasy Customer care executives - both Junior and Senior executives that I will get my orders in next 24 hours. The Next 24 hours have never come until this time when I am writing this testimony.

                            From past 1 week I have been religiously trying to take a follow-up on the delivery of the ordered medicines EVERYDAY by calling the PharmEasy Customer care executives on their helpline number [protected] and on each occasion I was informed that I will receive the delivery soon.

                            I had also raised my grievance on twitter by tagging @dharmilsheth88 and @pharmeasyapp (https://twitter.com/amitjpatole/status/[protected] but till date I havent received a single response.

                            This is my "harassing & torturous" experience with PharmEasy online medical platform. Take care !

                              I have ordered similac formula powder stage 1 for my baby my order no M33761115 .My actual order delivery date 29th may. Everyday postponing my delivery one day. Now the delivery date as mentioned on 8th june. Kindly deliver my order before 8th june otherwise cancel my order refund amout to my source account....

                              Samples were collected for lab testing on 30.05.2021 vide order no. D433785. Received only partial report till date. Today is 05.06.2021 yet to receive complete report.Without the complete report Doctors are unable to diagnose and treat the patient. It's becoming difficult. We have been constantly following up with calls and mail but there is no response from pharm easy team.

                                Hi,

                                I have placed and order for lab test for my wife on 16-May-2021 and sample was collected on 18-May-2021, but for the reports the I have called n numbers of times finally I got 3 lab tests results and 1 report is pending I am calling to the customer they will simple say we will put your call on hold for a min and they will disconnect the call and they are not refunding the money. Please take a action on them sir.
