Rrf tickets no 8503482, 8494354 and 8527868. Against order id M32934377 dtd 14th of May 21.All the tickets were issued to me but sorry to inform you that nothing has been done yet even grievance officer did nothing till to-date. How long pharmeasy people cheat your customers like this?Very arrogant and irresponsible behavior shown to me from pharmeasy customers care team.
There was no proof that I was received the above the order id.There is no security prevail for the customer against the delivery of orders.There was no sms sent to me mentioning security pin to be given to delivery person who was a cheater falsely marked my order delivered.
I totally lost my trust towards farmeasy .
If possible try to reply me immediately against your action taken.
This order was paid for rs 2904 but no action yet had been taken.
Therfore I request you to kindly take strong action against Pharmeasy.

I have been receiving daily spam SMSes from pharmeasy.

I raised the issue over email with the Pharmeasy Helpdesk and also on Twitter.

The company keeps coming back saying it’s resolved while I get multiple messages every single day.

It’s an extreme nuisance that needs to go away. There is no way to opt out from app and Helpdesk doesn’t stay true its own words.

Kindly help!

I have even asked for deletion of my pharmeasy account but no avail.

I have booked with pharmeasy diagnostic tests on 16 June 2021 vide order no D 491950 and sample was collected on 17 June 2021 with information that soft/ hard copy will be provided on 19 June 2021 .The amount for tests for Rs 994.10 was paid online on 16 June 21. But I am pained to share with you that neither report is received by me till date nor the refund demanded by me is initiated despite o[censored]nending mails to customer care of pharmeasy and unending telephone call on their number. The case is simple either they provide me the report or refund me the amount paid by me online for not rendering the services ordered. I request you to intervene in the matter and resolve the issue by refunding amount of Rs 994.10 in my account

I am subhashis parida a customer of pharma easy having premium membership. I have a complain regarding the cheating services of this company. I had booked a lab test of lipid profile and as per their advice I had in fasting for 12hrs. But the sample collector did not come and did not pick the phone. I called the customer support regarding this matter and they assured me send another person to collect sample. But no one came through I had waited for 15hrs. automatically they have changed the schedule with out my knowledge.

My order ID is 34455171. I have ordered medicines on 03/06/2021 and it got delivered on the same day itself but the entire package was damaged as the Dettol Bottle had a leak. So I had placed a return request for all the medicines on the call on 3rd itself. The entire package of medicines was collected on 05/06/2021 by your delivery agent (Mr. Mohammad Shah). I received the refund of Rs 2358/- whereas I had paid Rs 2384/-.
After I called customer care I came to know only the price of 2 strips of metadoze IPR 850mg is refunded to me, whereas I had returned all the 3 strips.So I have been received the less amount of refund of Rs 26/- for the 1strip.
Despite of making numerous complaints no action till now is taken yet Following are the complaint numbers

Refund the difference amount as soon as possible and do improve your customer service.

I had bought Accu chek sugar testing strip by mistake. I asked them to change it to One touch. It has only been one week of purchase. Yet they are refusing to change it.

Placed order on 26th June and received call from delivery guy that security guard is not allowing him to deliver at door step thus he is handing over to him. Upon checking with guard he said no one visited and there is no restriction to disallowed delivery guy at door step. On call itself delivery guy was sounding hesitation to deliver at door step. After multiple complaints over call and email haven’t received any updates from customer care. Really feel cheated and worst part customer service is not providing any updates. My monthly stock for diabetes medicine is getting over and need solution.

I have raised complaint though their website and tried to contact them on twitter with no success. If I don't hear back from them. I will be sending the lawsuit from my lawyer friend.

My father is diabetic patient .i am ordered some his regular medicine from pharmeasy site total value of 2500 but today receive on damage condition 3 tablets strip are missing and 4 tablets missing from other strips.

I ordered Face shields for Covid19 protection. The product is of such poor quality that the moment I put the transparent film in the 4 holding pins, it pops out from the 2 outer ends. The reason is the shield film is so flimsy, it cracks when we insert it in the 4 holding points and the hole becomes big enough to let the film come out.

PharmEasy is not accepting returns because I opened the pack. The quality of the product cannot be identified by visible means until I open the film and insert it in the holding pins.

Pharmeasy Customer service and Grievance officer refuse to accept the return saying I opened the pack.

I am looking for niacne soap, niacne cream, niacne facewash, isonine 20 mg since many days but it is not available. Can you tell me when it will be available at pharmeasy website. So that I can purchase.

The company (Pharmeasy) dealing in delivery of medicine, has put an advertisement on there web page, as well send messages to there client for FLAT 30 off on medicine.

Only while placing the order, we come to knew that there was an upper cape of not more than Rs. 500/- will be offered as a discount, these details are nowhere mentioned in there website.

Why a brand like this is wasting customers' time, by wrongly putting some promo codes just to grab the attention of the customer. Some action needs to be taking against such type of companies so that moving forward they think twice before placing such codes.

Hope some action would be taken for this complaint.

This is to inform you that two diagonasis test i.e FBS and PPBS booked on 8th June with order ID - D463282 for patent Bidyut Kumar Kar, and only one diagonasis test sample was collected as the phlebotomist came late and collected the sample only for PPBS and not for FBS, same was brought under the concern of pharmeasy.in and we are awaiting for the resolution ever since but no proper solution was provided, the partial report for the PPBS was uploaded which is not acceptable without FBS report and therefore the doctors consultency has to be cancelled, this was an unprofessional and unethical act from pharmeasy and a full refund is supposed to be made by the service provider and the service was not completed and disrupted causing lots of suffering from patents side. pharmeasy.in have made many false promises on resolution and told that the call from the higher authority will be made to me with proper resolution but no one called.

(1) Refund Rs.161.71 for Ref. #35040356 dated 12/06/2021 and (2) Refund Rs.281.07 for Ref.#35071090 dated 13/06/2021 NOT YET RECEIVED inspite of my umpteen emails calling for refund and for proof for refund status. Take NOTICE legal action shall be initiated today(22/06/2021) for recovering the two refunds holding you liable for compensation, costs and consequences.

With reference to my order no 31822436 dated 29th April 2021 (Pharmeasy) I was supplied medicines POLYCAP 60 capsules by Abhnav Chemist vide invoice no C[protected] dated 30th April 2021(unable to upload photos). A week before when I was going to take my dose I checked the expiry date which shows May 2022 on a sticker pasted on previous expiry date of May 2021(photos attached). I raise the complaint through Pharmeasy app but they refused to replace the medicines. This is a clear game of cheating, misleading customer and playing with the health of patient. I don't know who is responsible chemist or Cadila Pharmaceutical company.
