This is to bring to your notice that I have not received complete set of medicines against Order ID 31361608. Initially I thought that it will come in batches hence kept waiting, but to see that it is still not received.

I had uploaded prescription for my sister in Law Ms. Nandini Gupta and received call from your Doctor to verify too. I was billed for Rs. 1, 078/- which i paid online instantly. Kindly let me know where are my medicines and why Levocet M has been sent when it was not mentioned in my Order placed on you.
Moreover, now none of your executive ask for the PIN No. sent on Registered Mobile No.; hence there is no authentication of delivery. I have been regular customer of NetMed but never ever faced such issue. This is really disgusting and upsetting. Being a Pharmacy company, you should know importance of reaching medicines in time. I had to order these medicines from the local pharmacist against full payment and risking myself in these Pandemic times amid so many people.
I have sent complaint with $ Reminders to your customercare with CC to Grievance officer, But till date no response.
PharmEasy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
