I had ordered for Moisturex cream on 17.01.22.
An amount of Rs 1159.62 was paid through my ICICI bank account (BIL/ONL/[protected]AXELIASOLN/httpspha.

However the messages started coming that the delivery for order (M[protected] is ready and will be dispatched after making payment. I got 3-4 SMS. But there was no way of comunicating to you that the amount has already been paid

Subsequently the order was cancelled, even though the amount was paid.

REQUEST YOU TO CHECK YOUR RECORDS AND COMPLETE THE DELIVERY OR RETURN THE AOUNT IMMEDIATELY

    I ordered few medicines from PHARMEASY which was about to deliver on 16th dec 202. I had done my payement of rs 524.22 via upi, scaning the QR code from delivery man's mobile phone, but due to some technical issue it didnt reflected on delivery man's phone, so he didnt delivered me my medicines, i immediately called pharmeasy customer care and told him what happend, customer care executive replied that he will reorder the medicine from his side or he will refund my money. From that very day i had called many time to customer care, talked to seniors, writen mail to [protected]@pharmeasy.in, [protected]@pharmeasy.in but every one answer me the same thing "you will get your refund within 24-48 working hours or 5-7 working days" its been more then 1 month but till today i havent received my refund.Sir its my humbel request to you please look into the matter and do the needfull.

      You are experts at fooling around the patients... You keep the patients fasting for 12-15 hrs and then the phlebotomist will not turn up...When we try to reach out to the help section...the excellent team will take 2-3 hours to respond only to tell you that the tests have been rescheduled...Again next day we'll be fasting and waiting for our blood samples to be collected...and to our surprise nobody will collect your samples this day also...Then as per your convenience you keep rescheduling your sample collection & tests, irrespective of whether we are available or not!!!

      The worst part is the support & escalation team...They don't respond for hours and treating us like fools they hang up the call whenever they feel like...not once... repeatedly!!!
      You guys are setting new standards to how low a company can stoop for earning money...even if it means playing around with people's health...

      Nowhere have I seen such an un-professional and idiotic behaviour from a lab!!!

      I need a response for this!!!

        I had placed an order for medicines on Jan 1 via the PharmEasy website as my sister had tested positive for covid. And it is Jan 3 today, we are yet to hear from this irresponsible service provider. Even after repeated calls made to the customer care service, they are clueless about the status of the order and keep offering to escalate the matter and offer cheap coupons instead of resolving the issue at hand. These people are busy spending money on advertising instead of strengthening the one service that they are meant for. I think this company is waiting for us to recover without the medicines.

          I have booked advanced full body checkup from PharmEasy they have collected blood samples on 30th December 2021 and my order I’d is D1174252. We dint get all the reports after 48 hours, my sister is a diabetic patient and we had doctors appointment on 1st January 2022, I have called PharmEasy customer care 5 times to know the status of FBS report. They are telling that they don’t have any information about the report. Definitely there was some error or issue occurred from PharmEasy side.

          I doubt all the other reports given to me are correct because they don’t have any information on FBS report, how can that happen. The complaint number is 13470454.

          The customer care is a useless because they f do o all fake promises and they won’t provide information at all.

          Till date my issue was not resolved and they are asking for blood samples again.

            मै पिछले कई वर्षों से का ऑनलाइन ग्राहक हूँ / मैंने १४ दिसम्बर को कुछ दवाएं आर्डर किती जिसका आर्डर NO M47923591 था उसमे से कुछ दवाएं गलत आने के कारण मैंने १६ दिसम्बर दवाई वापस करने की रिक्वेस्ट डाली थी लगभग १० दिन बाद तो दावा वापस हुई और अब तक १६ दिन होगये मेरे पैसे भी वापस नहीं हुए /
            बड़े शर्म की बात है इतनी बड़ी कंपनी अपना प्रोडक्ट बेचने के लिए तो तुरंत सर्विस देती है पैर जब कोए गलत प्रोडक्ट आजाये तो ग्राहक को इतने दिनों तक परेशान किया जाता है /
            अब मेरे पैसे वापस आजाये मई अब ऐसी कंपनी से कभी दवाई नहीं खरीदूंगा जिसकी return policy इतनी ख़राब हो

              Hello,

              Recently I had ordered some medicine via pharmeasy which costs around 1500rs.

              I haven't received any notification regarding the order delivery.

              Now the status is delivered and the customer service people are saying that they can't help after 48hours of time frame.

              In my understanding it is their responsibility to track the order and find the solution to help customer rather than escaping saying we can't help.

              So I would either need a reorder of the order or the refund.

                  Pharmeasy has sold me damaged products and when I asked to replace, they said we cannot replace them. Then I asked for refund, they said they can return the products but since they are tempered they will not process the refund because as per company policies damaged products will not be refunded.

                  I have been cheated with tempered products. Kindly help else I will lose my money.

                    I ordered medicines in Nov 28th which was delivered on Nov 30th with the order Id M46871113. 2 medicines from the order namely Clopitorva 10 - 6 sheets, Oboravo 25mg- 6 sheets with the value of rs.4127.64 are missing and I raised a complaint with the customer care of dec 3rd which they have told me that the refund would happen in 48 hours but today when I checked my account the refund didn't happen and its already 10 days since I have raised a complaint.

                    The customer care people are only clueless about incidents like these and their response is we can't do anything about this and whom are we supposed to approach and how is our resolution going to be resolved??

                    An amount like Rs 4000 is not a small amount to ignore and be left like that?
                    Please do the needful.

                    I have always placed bulk orders with pharmeasy and never have I raised a complaints like these.

                      Firstly on the 22nd Nov, I had ordered the Pulse Oximeter from Pharmeasy and returned the same the next day i.e., 23rd Nov as it was not working. Then again I had ordered the Oximeter on the 3rd Dec and again the same was returned on the 5th Dec as this also was not working...I spoke to the customer care executive & explained them my issue & they said next time it won't happen. After all this discussion, I again ordered the Oximeter on the 9th Dec, but...the same thing...it doesn't even work for a day...I am really frustrated with this kind of service.. Also, I had requested them to refund my money in the bank account provided instead of the wallet, as I will not be using Pharmeasy anymore.

                      Request others to please think twice before ordering anything from this app..

                        I had tests done through pharmeasy on ~10th Nov [Order #935933].
                        I had not provided one of the samples and report for that was anyways attached.
                        So, I was not sure if the report was correct.
                        I raised the concern and asked them to look into this.
                        They were not able to provide resolution or confirmation for several days so later I asked them to refund my money as this report was useless and I had to get tested again.
                        This also they are keeping me in the dirt without resolution.
                        Every call they keep saying this is very high priority ticket and they will give me resolution in 24hours but they are still not able to either give confirmation on reports validity or refund my money.

                        I have been following up again and again and they are not even refunding the money.
                        After 1 month they cant have any conclusion on the validity of reports and that is why asked for refund.
                        I have to anyways now get tested as this report is useless.

                          I have ordered 2 No. Just tears eye drop boxes for upliftment of my health, but unfortunately only 1 no. Just tears eye drop box has been recieved despite being paid in full for 2 number boxes... I am feeling this is sheer injustice.

                            I placed an order for my father's medicine. Got a call from soo called the fake doctor for confirming an order. He informed the ordered medicine is not available hence we will replace it with a substitute that has the same composition. I always trusted PharmEasy and had more than 100 orders placed however I just went to check the composition and use of the replaced medicine and it was completely for different use. PharmEasy dealing in medicine should be a little more responsible as its dealing with people's life. What if I would have not checked and something wrong would have happened to my father. order num- M47264974

                              We got blood test from pharmeasy. Found most of the reports wrong. I had to get the tests repeated with other labs for proper report and treatment.

                                Is this how medicines are delivered in India?
                                Giving false assurances of delivery.

                                  This is with ref to above order no, We ordered some medicines along with PROHANCE MOM powder through Pharmeasy App. Medicines are delivered by Jadhav Chemist (A-6(i), Shree Krishna, Woolen mill Sonapur Lane, LBS Marg, Bhandup West, Mumbai 400078). But when we opened the box we found many death cockroaches inside the PROHANCE MOM powder.

                                  This is really very serious matter and I want log the complaint against Pharmeasy App, Sun Pharma and Jadhav Chemist.

                                  My wife is a 8 months pregnant and suppose something is happens to her or her baby due to the this dangers powder, then who will be the responsible for the same.

                                  I want complete action against the Pharmeasy App, sun pharmaceutical ind. ltd., Tirupati Wellness Pvt. Ltd. and Jadhav Chemist.

                                    DEAR SIR,

                                    Madam Jyoti Chauhan's Whatsapp number is [protected], and she sent me a message on the 24th of September asking whether I needed any drugs.
                                    I made an order for the following TWO drugs on September 24, 2021.

                                    I had ordered for 8 items vide order no. M43387798. 7 items were delivered to us on 12th Oct 2021. I was told by the delivery boy that the 8th item - Pediasure 750gm would come next. We haven't received this item yet. Now the customer care tells me that since it has been more than 10 days, they would not help with the issue. The value for this missing item is INR 964.

                                      Pharmeasy is selling local medicines in name of brandes medicines. 6 tablets are missing inside the packet. how is that possible. now they are refusing refund.
