    I have ordered medicine for my wife (Mansi Darji) as per doctors recommendation on 24-Jul-2022 on PharmEasy with Order ID[protected] and amount 379 INR (product price 304 INR and Delivery charge 75 INR). On the next day I received medicines in damaged conditions. Hence I called to service center to inform about damaged product. The representative confirmed to take return of medicine. After that on 29-Jul-2022 the service provider verify and take return the product.

    On the same day 29-Jul-2022 the system message received from the PharmEasy of return amount 304 INR only. They have not returned delivery charges. As a prestige towards the business grow such company has to return customers so hard earn money in return for their fault.

    How can be the merchant keep any customers money for the product he didn't give? I believe it is total injustice to the middle class people of India.

    I as a loyal Tax Payer of India, request you to help me to take out my money and fine the firm against its dirty game of giving damaged products and earning through non returning delivery charges.

      I've ordered the Cetaphil gental skin cleanser 'FOR ALL SKIN TYPES' twice but recieved the Cetaphil gental skin cleanser 'FOR DRY & NORMAL SKIN'. I'm not able to return the item as the same is in non returnable list of pharmeasy. Neither the app or the website has any contact number or mail id for customers grievances. Also I'd like to as to who has given u the permission to change my order history? I've noticed that when I recieve a wrong item my order details are changed in so as to make it suitable for u. This is pure forgery.
      I'd like u to make sure I get to return the above stated item and get my money refunded to my account. Also henceforth, please state cleary, if any item isn't available rather than shrewdly replacing it with a different item. Don't think that the customer is a fool.

        No doubt why this company has 1 rating.
        Extremely rude doctor Nivedita who called me this morning and threatened me that she will cancel my order. I have already uploaded my prescription with the order and she was shouting on the phone that I haven’t done so. I have also uploaded a picture for reference.
        Honestly she didn’t even sound like a doctor. I am pretty sure she is not even 12th pass and sounded like a compounder. I didn’t even bother to continue the conversation. Fire her to save your company for future complaints. These people just live paycheck to paycheck and will leave anytime to find a better opportunity but unfortunately nobody will hire her.
        Nivedita such a disgrace to the whole humanity.

          Test Sample was given on 21-Jul-22 morning for screening and the report came within 10 Hrs. This is was a Harmonal Test and results of the report came unpredictably strange. (Lab code : [protected]/DG007).

          I did not believe to the TSH value of 7.67 from PharmEasy and for my satisfaction/confirmation I planned to go for 1-2 more labs to verify. The result came out quiet lesser than was assumed. The TSH value from Metro Lab report was 4.9 and Dr Lal Path Lab was 4.8.

          The difference in value is almost 2.8 points which is unacceptable. Based on such results a person doesn't feel mentally healthy and could end up in starting medication for thyroid which cannot be stopped later, if started.

          Now I can say that the other Values of Harmones also cannot be considered from this report.

          Hence, I request the consumer forum to help me in getting refund and file a charge against PharmEasy for mental harassment as well so that this could not happen with any other person in future.

          Note: I am attaching photos of result from three mentioned labs for reference and further action. It is to note that in one single day value cannot be dropped.

          Recently on 20th August 2022, lab code(PE002), my sister took a TSH test from pharmeasy and her report came within 10 hours. It showed that she had thyroid, her TSH value was 8.83 and she was so stressed. We went with this report to the doctor and she told her to take thyroid 25mg pill.
          Luckily I saw your comment after one day and I told her to take a offline lab test. We went for this offline the lab test on 24th August 2022. Her report came within 6 hours and when I got that offline lab report, my whole family was shocked!! She didn't had thyroid and her TSH value was 3.95.
          Then the doctor again saw this report and she was also shocked. She told her that she doesn't need to take the pill.
          Never ever trust this Pharmeasy lab test.
          Now I will file a complaint against Pharmeasy.
          Always go for offline lab test.

            I have order medicine from the pharmeasy website on July 19th and the order is confirmed and the order is id[protected]. Still today i didnt received the orders july 22nd 5:20 pm. but the medicines needs to deliver on the same day. but Failed to deliver the order in in time and no proper response from Pharma easy side. July 21st i got the message as "Your PharmEasy order for NOVASTAT CV + 4 other item(s) is out for delivery. It will be delivered by PAILA PRASAD- [protected], 2653 by Today, 11:00 AM-03:00 PM." then i called to the delivery boy 2 times and 21st he did not deliver the order. Today July 22nd 5:20 pm still i did not get my medicines delivered. i have called to support 6 times they are saying they will get delivered by today 5 pm otherwise they will inform logistics provider to cancel the order but sill no response from them. I have decided I will never use their services be it is medicine or lab service. Iam attaching the screenshot till now i can see the same orders details. PAILA PRASAD is on your way to deliver your order
            CALL :[protected], 2653. Please one help from you support team is cancel the order and refund the amount.

                  Refund not issued even after 7 days-fraud company

                  I had booked a RT PCR test(D2095068) from the pharmeasy app on 5th July, although the sample was collected from my house, the technician ended up cancelling the order on the app and that's how the confusion started.I was then asked to raise a fresh order stating that the previous order was cancelled and that the refund for that order will automatically be initiated hence i raised a fresh order and the payment was done but i am still waiting...

                  Pharmeasy Thyrocare has sent inexperienced and uncertified Technician to collect blood sample for my 8 yrs old kid. The technician was not able to do the job and as a result of my son had to go through a severe painful experience with loss of blood dropped on the floor and on his clothes. The guy was not trained and thereby was not ready to collect the blood on the container tube and injected the needle before hand, resulting in wastage of blood. Please help to file a strict complaint against Pharmeasy and requesting for a compansation ... Here are the details:

                    Order no M63399854 medicines on July 5 and promised to be derived by July 6th. No change in order status till then. After contacting 5th time to support they informed few medicines are not available so the order delayed. I was not informed about it till my 5th call. Then I asked them to deliver the available medicines. They said it will be delivered on July 7th. I waited whole day and at 10pm deli every updated saying customer not reachable. I didn’t get any call from him this is false statement from delivery guy. I tried to call him from app person said wrong number and hung up. July8th I called support again and reported the issue and asked them to deliver the medicines by noon. They says again by eod it will be delivered. Don’t believe these people to order medicines

                    You guys don’t have proper process to have this company. No basic ethics. First understand the seriousness of medicines why customer order and have something in place to have delivery process. Don’t make false promises. Your competitors are far better

                      Dear Sir, I had purchased medicines for my father who was a heart patient on 25th May. I got delivery on 26 May. Unfortunately he passed away on 26th. While purchase was made you had policy for return of medicine with 1-30 days. I called you people on 13th June for return but only 2 medicines were considered for return. When you had 1-30 days window for return then how come it was not entertained. Now you people have changed the policy which is now 1-7 days. When I had ordered the medicine policy was 1-30 days. Would request you to please reconsider my request. Moreover when someone dies in family will I focus on retuning the medicine or do the rituals as per Hindu customs. Please be a bit sensitive and consider my request on humanitarian ground. You will not loose any thing. In past I remember you have considered return of medicine even which were purchased 2-3 months back. You can check your records. I had returned few medicines in month of March 2022. Please see when were those medicines bought.

I was paid full amount. already 31 hours completed I am not receiving reports. It is very urgent for me to consult the doctor. I already called two times to Custmer care.                           Description - I booked full body advanced checkup by PharmEasy for my mother on 22.06.2022. She is fasting from last 12 hrs. but no one from this company came to collect the sample. Time slot booked from 9am to 10 am and i tried to call their technician from last 9.30 am but not reachable. Then suddenly i received a massage that they are sorry for reschedule the technician. i called customer care and they provide another person no which is mentioned above and his name Mr. Raja Chakraborty, and he clearly denied to come and collect the sample.
                          I need my payment back urgently. And for their misbehave my mother suffered as she has other medical problems and unable to take medicines. Such a 3rd class company. worst Experience.

                              I got my blood report done by this company PharmEasy, the report was totally unbelievable as being healthy its showed diabetes, thyroid and many more, so they said to get it tested somewhere else again so they can compare.
                              After I got the second report generated which was completely different, now they are not agreeing to refund the money.
                              Even my wife's blood was tested and the reports are not expected as suppose to be so I am sure that her report is even not correct.

                              How can I get my money back, waiting for someone to revert back.

                              I had placed a order n after two days when i called for report they say samples..misplaced..how can they say that, irresponsible. They didn't even bother to inform us. Never ever trust these...they deliver report late n also who knows they might mix up. It will be a nightmare calling them up n shouting n nothing happens. Dont trust n dont use their service...my advise walkin to a lab n get it done...very bad experience n do not suggest pharmeasy to any one.

                                  I ordered two order of same medicines. I paid one. One parcel cancelled. But both the parcel showed out for delivery. Delivery boy contacted me . I requested him to deliver m62349490 as this parcel was pre paid one whereas i refused to accept m62349355. The boy refused to deliver the parcel and finally i saw the parcel was returned due to incomplete address. I complained your customer care twice. I want to know which action is taken to that delivery boy. Please intimate me or i will drag you to the court as why my medicines was not delivered? though your grievence resolving cell is unsatisfacory.

                                    I took pharmeasy franchise 2 months ago and we were getting 15-30 orders per day as promised. Few days ago the policy was changed and now we are getting only 1-2 orders a day and sometimes even no order online. This is direct breach in contract because they have stated clearly that before making any changes they will discuss with us and then do it but no discussion took place. Our manager ( Ilyas Sabad) no longer picks up our call and has even blocked my number. On contacting him via whatsapp he leaves the message read and doesn't reply. We have mailed several times but have got no reply at all. We are now left in dark since we don't know where to go now. Our business is going into loss due to no orders. Please help us getting our voice reached to them.

                                      Cheating the people in the name of medicine. Its been 2days I have ordered the medicine which I have received Damage and Near expiry. When I returned and reorder the same medicine of same quantity they charged me with delivery charges and additional medicine charges why is that my mistake for damage and Near expiry the time I received the medicine I have paid all the amount 1820rs in cash. When I called customers care every time they are giving me different answer instead of helping a customer.
