Damaged product sent that could have been fatal

Seal was broken and content was changed. It was an expensive order. No action taken and no refund provided despite complaining daily for 7 days.

Medicine order cancel and reschedule by delivery boy

Pharmeasy delivery is not proper. We have complaint to pharmeasy escalation team, then they ensure me order will be delivered today. But still not delivered. Very poor management....

Refund not issued even after 7 days-fraud company

I had booked a RT PCR test(D2095068) from the pharmeasy app on 5th July, although the sample was collected from my house, the technician ended up cancelling the order on the app and that's how the confusion started.I was then asked to raise a fresh order stating that the previous order was cancelled and that the refund for that order will automatically be initiated hence i raised a fresh order and the payment was done but i am still waiting...

Incompetent Technician Sent for Blood sample

Pharmeasy Thyrocare has sent inexperienced and uncertified Technician to collect blood sample for my 8 yrs old kid. The technician was not able to do the job and as a result of my son had to go through a severe painful experience with loss of blood dropped on the floor and on his clothes. Medicines did not delivered

Order no M63399854 medicines on July 5 and promised to be derived by July 6th. No change in order status till then. After contacting 5th time to support they informed few medicines are not available so the order delayed. I was not informed about it till my 5th call. Then I asked them to deliver the available medicines. They said it will be delivered on July 7th. I waited whole day and at 10pm deli every updated saying customer not reachable....

Issue in return of Medicine

Dear Sir, I had purchased medicines for my father who was a heart patient on 25th May. I got delivery on 26 May. Unfortunately he passed away on 26th. Diagnostic tests

I was booked Diagnastic tests on 3rd of July at that time in PharmEasy app displays with in 21 hours they send the reports . The tech came and collected the samples. Wrong blood report and not ready to refund

I got my blood report done by this company PharmEasy, the report was totally unbelievable as being healthy its showed diabetes, thyroid and many more, so they said to get it tested somewhere else again so they can compare.
After I got the second report generated which was completely different, now they are not agreeing to refund the money.
Even my wife's blood was tested and the reports are not expected as suppose to be so...

Delivery boy refuse to deliver the parcel

I ordered two order of same medicines. I paid one. One parcel cancelled. But both the parcel showed out for delivery. Delivery boy contacted me . I requested him to deliver m62349490 as this parcel was pre paid one whereas i refused to accept m62349355. Change in policy and No reply at all from them

I took pharmeasy franchise 2 months ago and we were getting 15-30 orders per day as promised. Few days ago the policy was changed and now we are getting only 1-2 orders a day and sometimes even no order online. This is direct breach in contract because they have stated clearly that before making any changes they will discuss with us and then do it but no discussion took place. Wrong medicine delivered and harassing during refund

Wrong invoicing and damaged medicine

I received damaged medicines from PharmEasy. However, my return request was rejected stating that the batch no. of the returned medicine does not match with the invoice. So it turns out that I was sent damaged medicine and deliberately wrong batch number was mentioned in the invoice so that I won't be able to return it.
