The syrup bottle was found having a crack caussing the syruo oozing out out rapidly.
The syrup has totally drained out from the crack. Kept the crached bottle and the packege.
Request a resolution on this item.

    Hello PharmEasy,

    PharmEasy has failed to deliver the test reports for order id D652906 even after the TAT of 48 hours is over.
    I just have a pattial report being sent across that has just very few tesr results & all other tests & profiles included in that package are still missing. Additionally I have received a message stating I''ll now get my pending report on 15th Aug 21, that is post 72 hours since sample collection. Also nothing about the incomplete partial report is being said.
    The customer care is pathatic & the executives never help you & state they can only write stupid notes to escalate things in system which is seen by backend team to act on it, they are not connected with the lab to know actual status & help on it. They state they have no provision to call & speak with anyone to get things moving & they can't transfer the call to any superior or manager either!
    As PharmEasy has failed to deliver my order with neither delivering reports in TAT nor allowing me to speak with anyone to escalate case furthet, I demand complete refund for this order to be transfered to the source of payment immediately.I am also sure PharmEasy won't respond to this complaint either. That was the last time I dealt with PharmEasy ever I am no longer going to use your pathetic services.

      My order was Diabecon 60tabs 2nos. Delivered one Diabecon and other Gasex. Replace Gasex with Diabecon 60tabs.

          The return pick up for my order id M37439954 was done on 31/07/2021 but the same has not been processed by the company yet. When asked for an estimate on when they can give me an update, they said they couldn't give me a timeline. Not sure how they can just hold my money for days at end.

            I ordered medicines from pharmeasy on 1st August there were 21 medicines. They were delivered to us by royal medicals shop no 17 2nd floor new number 45 survey no. 105/1/4 vill lasudia mori indore 452010

            We ordered on packet of novonorm .5 mg tablet containing 2 strips of 15 tablet. But we received only one strip and that too was torn and there were holes in majority of the tablets.

            Its a request to take an action against the medical shop who have dilevered us the order ordered on pharmeasy.

              I ordered medicine on 24th July. in pharmeasy app it show delivery date 28th July ..but till today means 6th August not get parcel. I daily call on pharmeasy customer care but not get satisfied reply

                I have also ordered medicines from pharmeasy and the order gets placed with Jadhav Chemist even after raising issues on delivery received from this chemist repetitively .
                The problem with this chemist is that they deliver broken seal products and this has happened thrice to me.
                I believe medicines should be deliver with 100% authenticity and such tampering of products should not be allowed.

                  Still it's not delivered and shameless are just lieing every another day.

                      I received promotional offer from Pharmeasy for 400 cashback on lab test bookings on applying GRAND400 promo code. On 11 July I came to know that promotion is getting over on 12th July. So I booked Master health check up for my wife on 11th July itself, total cost was around - Rs 1998/- and applied applied GRAND400. After booking the order I didn't receive any cashback, so I went through T&C, in T&C it was mentioned that I will be receiving only after completion of Order. On 13th July I received the reports and my order got completed, I waited till 14th July but I didn't receive any cashback. So I followed up with customer care, now they are telling me that I didn't apply any promocode so won't be getting any cashback.

                      I told them I applied PROMO code that's why I am doing follow up, even in their order summary they don't mention if any promo code is applied.

                          Dear Officer

                          This is very Painful to state that the Services of Phameasy are really poor, below industry standards and the organisation goals are really not customer centric. Since 14th July 2021 I ordered same medicines thrice as previous 2 ordered were asked to cancelled by your customer care people and requested to make new ordered again and again for faster delivery. So final & Latest order was made on 16th July vide Order No. M37387428 for 2 medicines, which were urgently needed for the consumption, thus made it a *Priority Order*, with extra charges, to get the medicines next day before 10am, but in vain. I personally made n-number of chats and talk over phone calls 30-40 times since 14rh July, with the customer care executives as well as the Senior Managers at the escalation desk and got the fake and baseless assurances every time, that your medicines will be delivered at the priority. Despite of the confirmation call received from Phameasy on 16th that medicines are available and will be delivered by today(16th July) EOD, but till date I am being fooled by Phameasy, and medicines are pending for dispatch even, inspite of Advance Payment made online. Everyday I am getting assurances that medicines will be delivered but in turn getting SMSs that your delivery date has been delayed and postponed to future Date. Mr. Raja, Pls note, This is the world of Best Services and customer delight, but here at Phameasy this is exactly opposite and totally unethical. Now I am forced to take this matter up in Consumer forum as well as social media platforms that how and at what level customers are being harassed by the Company claiming itself No.1 and customer oriented.                             My order ID is D572740 they collected sample on 14th Jul 21 and now they are neither giving report nor refunding.
                            Whenever called customer care backend team is looking.

                            Now the app is showing blood sample collected on 18th Jul 21, which is not true.

                            I am getting doubt how can they get report when I have not got give sample on 18th.

                            They are telling now, you blood sample is collected on 18th, which I have not given and report will be ready ASAP.

                            Looks like me a wrong thing or something not believable .

                            Help me in getting refund.

                            I can say beware of the tests and they are loosing trust with customers.

                                I placed an order with Pharmeasy for Advanced Full Body Checkup with Covid Antibody. The order number is D572400.
                                Anil Kumar from Pharmeasy came to collect the sample at my home on 15th July 2021 and did not take the urine sample with him which was part of the order. I received the report on 15th July 2021 with the reports of the Urine Routine and Microscopy reports, when I did not even give the sample. How can someone trust this company if they can make fake reports when the sample was not even collected.

                                  I ordered some medicines from pharmeasy and got the delivery with a lot of difficulties. I was out of town for a few days because of that I was unable to check if I got the medicines I ordered for or not. I checked today to find out that the package it came from Pharmeasy was totally damaged. The cardboard box was torn in multiple places.

                                    Order no D563673. Blood sample taken on 12 july 2021 but report not received. And now Everyday a new guys calls for collecting blood sample again and again. Its too late now and I dont lost faith with pharmeasy . I dont want report now just refund my paymemt.

                                      I have ordered my product from pharmeasy, they have sent me wrong and damaged item when i have returned it, they came and picked up the item and after that its been more than 2 months now and i haven't recieved my money back.
                                      i had the worst experience with pharmeasy, i had done multiple followups but no result.

                                      i don't want to file petition but there actions are forcing me to do so.

                                        Want to register complaint about the delivery boy who visited at my place for delivery. When my mother asked him to wait for 2 minutes as she had to bring cash from the bed room he started saying i don't have time to wait. Actually I was busy in a virtual call and hence mother was struggling finding money from cupboard. But this guy was arrogant and repeatedly kept saying arrogantly that he has another delivery i cant stop you make it fast.

                                        This all didn't take hardly 3 minutes, but he was not patient enough to wait.

                                        I had to send him back with the material since he didn't had time to wait.
