I had purchased philips rice cooker worth 1900. Which is not working. Complained many times. Its almost a month now. Wanted replacement. No one responding ever after 8 complaints. Mailed the bill and images to them a week back. They are saying it will be replaced in 2 months and are disconnecting the phone. My number [protected]. I am going out of station in 4 days and wanted replacement before that. Pls call to resolve...

I have launch complain for repairing for LED TV 40 inch which is under warranty ( Complain no BAN[protected]). Surprisingly technical is telling that i have to pay Rs.1250 as visit charges upfront before he commences work. I am surprised that even for product under warranty we have to pay visit charges. Customer care team is not responding on same even after repetitive reminders....

I had purchased a phillips 43 inches tv in 2016.in october 2018, there was a back lightissue which was fixed by tvk service center in bangalore. The same issue happened in dec.
I was given a warranty of 780 hours for the backlight but my tv is not fixed. Mr. Jeffery george has been repeatedly disconnecting my phone. I have already paid rs. 250 as the visiting fees. But even then they are not fixing the backlight.

The above-mentioned TV was defective, as the same started troubling...

I ordered a philips she1505 earphones from flipkart with 1 yr warranty, but after 6 months the left earphone suddenly stopped working, so i went to philips service center (Opera electronics, rishikesh) for replacement of the product.
Firstly, the lady did not attend me properly and he was refuse for the replacement stating that the warranty period of the earphones is of 6 months only, and that it was ordered from flipkart but after...

I had purchased philips earphone model number she3205bk/00 on 26/4/2018 having one year warranty... But now it's not working and it is under warranty... Customer care service of philips submitted my earphone on 10 march 2019 for the replacement. But its approx one and half month passed they have not replace it. Whwnever i ask about the new one they always says it will take one more week.../... It's so frustating......

I am following up to get the status but didn't get any confirmation on it. When ever i called customer care they said, your product can't be repaired as parts are not available, we are providing refund for the same but did not get any process or calls for the same.

Please help to and provide all the relevant information about refund process so that i can get the refund amount asap....

I have called many times on customer care number 39404040, no one picking up phone. I tried to call on another customer care number [protected], they said that they work for other department hence they cannot support for tv and cannot pass on complaint to respective tv service department.
There is no service center available for philips tv in vadodara, gujarat city.
My only question for philips is that if you do not have service...

I purchase model no 43PUT7791/V7 LED TV on 20/10/2016.
Within 2year its Backlight is not working
I bought Philips TV as Philips has quality Products,
But looking at my TV problem within 2years, I am doubtful about quality of Philips Products.

This is never expected from PHILIPS.

Also, the sales man gave me warranty...

Philips offers service and repairs through GK ELECTRONICS SERVICE WHICH is at #39, 1, 2nd main road yeswanthapur blore 560022.

for the first service they have charged me 6850 and have done that software installation for TV confirming that there will not issues for two years the service was done on 12th march 2019. today the same issue has popped up. now the guy doesn't respond stating today Tomorow... happening from past 1...

The connector joining the top & bottom part of soup maker got burnt. The unit is less than year old. It is over 3 weeks, a rs. 100/- worth connector spare not available and not made available. I had sent a complaint mail to corpcomm. [protected]@philips.com. I have not received any reply and not even an acknowledgement.
