Complaint against poor service
Today i have had a very bad and bitter experience with your authorized agency m/s vijay electronics, pavithram, tc 12/481 (1), thekkummppdu, vanchiyoor trivandrum 695035, kerala state. I have been using a philips dap food processor 500w with break resistant jar in my kitchen. Unexpectedly the jar was broken and therefore i approached your agency on 19/04/2019 for replacement. The service that i experienced at the agency is of very poor in quality. There is no responsible person in the counter to attend the clients. I have to wait there in their office for more than one hour to get a reply from the agency regarding my issue.in one stage they replied that the product that i am using is not marketing at present. Therefore they expressed their inability to replace the item. But after some discussion by the reception with some other staff, they agreed to replace the item, and received rs.1000 towards advance (Copy of receipt attached). After ten days i contacted them to know the fate of the product. I didn’t get a definite reply from them. Again after one week i contacted them. Still they could not answer to my call. Every time they are trying to escape from their responsibility saying that the part is dispatched and awaiting delivery etc. Etc. It is clear prima facie itself they are not serious about my request nearly one month before. And to my embarrassment, they are actualy insulting me which is unexpected of an authoried agency of an internationally reputed company like yours. At last on 13th may i visited their office and enquired about the jar. I received the same reply that the jar is in transit and will reach shortly. But i am not in a position to take in to confidence to the agency’s words and demand back the advance amount of rs.1000. But the agency refused my request and turned me out.

I am in very urgent need of replacement of the jar especially because all my children and grand children are at home for enjoying their vacation with me. The negative attitude and also the inordinate delay of m/s vijay electronics put me in untold mental agony.

I hope you will immediately look in to my complaint and to do the needful to redress it expeditiously while taking appropriate action against your erring authorized agency which is bent on tarnishing the image of your reputed company without necessitating legal steps from my side.

      Dear sir,

      I have given my philips television for repair at authorised service centre at himayatnagar on 9th march 19

      They said the the will replace the board n since they were not able to get original board, i was informed they would replace with an alternative. For which i agreed but what they failed to inform me is that in place of 3 usb port (2 hdmi n 1 usb) n 3 av points, i would get only one usb n one av... When i give in an authorised service centre i expect it to have the same number of points. Otherwise whats the need to give them. N mind you the work done is unacceptable (Pics attached). I was charged 5500 for such shabby work.

      I then got connected with mr arun the manager there n he took back the tv n promised to replaced it. I have been in regular touch with him n he promises monday n the monday never comes. Its two months now n the service centre thinks the only work a customer has is to call them up... Is it a harassment from your side.in the mean time i did visit the centre n nobody is bothering to answer.

      Mr arun takes calls according to his convenience and never returns calls.

      Finally i asked him for an alternate tv for which they agree n never delivered n when enquired they wanted to come when the service centre closes around 8 in the night. Also after multiple calls to them

      Doesnt your company have any responsibility towards the customer... Is it only the customer who has to follow up.

      Looking for a prompt n fast solution.

      Sorry to say none o[censored]r customer care no. Works

        I had purchased a phillips led tv of 40 inches having model no. 40pfl5059 on 21.10.2015 from m/s girias electronics, mahalingampuram main road, t nagar branch. The product was sold under 5 year warranty.
        On 06.10.2018 (Saturday) evening, the tv stopped working and then i registered a complaint vide complaint id: che[protected] with philips india customer care which was available on their website on 07.10.2018 (Sunday). After few days, i started to follow up with philips call centre by way of call and chat (Records of chat are enclosed). The call centre was not able to provide any information on timelines or next course of action to be done. Many times, i got a few mobile numbers viz. Area service manager (Selva kumar – [protected]), hari – [protected], mr. Anil jain – [protected] (National service head), but all my efforts of calling and texting them could not garner any fruit. Even after much follow up, when nothing materialised, then, i decided to visit to philips india - southern regional office which is situated at shafee mohammed road, second street, chennai. I paid a visit to the said office, but, the security didn’t allowed me to go inside the office stating that this office does not deal with tv etc. Another employee of the office informed that philips is now not dealing with led tvs and the business was long back sold and now it is managed by third party.
        The company has also contacted me on february 1st, 2019 for submission of documents such as invoice copy and cancelled cheque image for refund of the amount which also was submitted to them on february 3rd, 2019. After submission of the email, the company has not even responded for anything. Again the company called and asked to deposit the tv with a company for getting refund. The person in the company is not picking call. Now, i am totally stuck as to where to go for resolution. I want either full refund or a new tv.

          I need support for food processor given for repairs at service center at hubli. The food processor is powering on but it does not function. It is more than two and half month now, service center is saying the main board has problem and needs repair or replacement but they are unable to repair. They informed the spare parts are unavailable. I need to escalate this issue to higher management.

            Philips india service centre and digi 1 electronic store in bhiwandi, thane is not taking appropriate action to check iron.
            Complaint booked at digi 1 electronic store on 2nd may 2019 till now there is no response from philips india.
            Digi 1 executive also not competent to provide service visit from philps company.
            Very poor service provided from digi 1 electronic store bhiwandi and philips company.

              I was purchase induction cooktop hd 4938/01 in 2/11/2018. This induction repair at more time but issue not resolve. Your service person product repair many time in same problem and it's behavior so rude. I was discussed this issue in your pune office regional. Your products was so bad quality. Please do the needful action against this complaint. Otherwise give me refund my money..

                I own a philips 42inch led tv with a 5 years warranty. That tv has been giving problems since quite some time. Service centre temporarily fixed the issue but the same issue kept arising. They then ordered a panel which i was later informed after 3 months that, the panel is not available. I had to re-register the complaint and i was told that i will be getting a refund but after repeated intimation and submission of documents, philips consumer care hasn't replied to a single email that i had sent them. This is very poor service from them considering that i had spend around 50, 000 for the tv and over 3000 for repairs which i had to pay even though the tv is covered under warranty.

                  I purchased philips masticating slow juicer from croma thane on 26/04/2018.
                  Used it on 1st may for the first time, since i was travelling.
                  As claimed it can extract 80% juice, i failed to extract the same even after putting the pulp again and again 3 times.
                  Extraction is very poor.
                  I am not for such a waste.
                  Please arrange to return the same and refund my amount paid for the same.

                    Under warranty for 5 years. One of your person his contact no is +91 [protected] took 1300/- to replace the panel on 8th april 2019. Now he is saying that the part will never come. He has asked to deposit the tv to some marol address for refund. He is not giving any contact no even your toll free customer care is not bothered to give any reply

                    Its on site warranty so why would we take it to marol without any written commitment from your side about what refund would come.

                    Need immediate remedy

                      I had purchased philips rice cooker worth 1900. Which is not working. Complained many times. Its almost a month now. Wanted replacement.                         I have launch complain for repairing for LED TV 40 inch which is under warranty ( Complain no BAN[protected]). Surprisingly technical is telling that i have to pay Rs.1250 as visit charges upfront before he commences work. I am surprised that even for product under warranty we have to pay visit charges. Customer care team is not responding on same even after repetitive reminders.

                          I had purchased a phillips 43 inches tv in 2016.in october 2018, there was a back lightissue which was fixed by tvk service center in bangalore. The same issue happened in dec.
                          I was given a warranty of 780 hours for the backlight but my tv is not fixed. Mr. Jeffery george has been repeatedly disconnecting my phone. I have already paid rs. 250 as the visiting fees. But even then they are not fixing the backlight.

                          Request some senior management to intervene.

                            The said television was brought by me for inr 49, 999.00

                            It is with utmost regret that i write to you that the television set that i have received is defective and of sub - standard quality. Within a month of purchase the picture quality became patchy. A complaint bearing s. R. No. Gur[protected] was registered at the service center. A technician visited us and said that picture quality was patchy as there was dust accumulated inside the set and he needed to open the screen and clean the dust from inside to make the picture quality better.

                            That done, and a couple of months later i discovered black shadow / spots on the left hand corner covering nearly 30 % screen of the television set. Another complaint bearing s. R. No. Gur[protected] was registered on 16.03.2019. The same technician visited us again and upon a thorough inspection declared that some part was defective and needed replacement.

                            Nearly one month after my complaint and subsequent follow ups i have been told that the part is not in stock and i would have to wait till the part is available.

                            Sir / madam, i am absolutely disappointed. I have spent my hard earned money to provide some means of entertainment to my family, but to my dismay i feel cheated.

                            I am also surprised that one of the worlds leading brand ' phillips ' can sell a product which is of below par quality.

                            I request you to kindly take away the television set and kindly refund my money.

                            I would be obliged if you can process my request at the earliest and relieve me from this agonizing experience.

                              I, Anshul Ojha purchased a LED PHILIPS 39PFL3539 from Discount Point, Khasra No. 33/17, Land Mark Han Hudai Village Samaypur, New Delhi-110042 vide Invoice No. DP-0619 dated 25.06.2018.
                              The above-mentioned TV was defective, as the same started troubling within a month of purchase. Initially there was complete black out of the screen only sound was audible. Later on, on my complaint the defects were cured but the same was temporary. The said TV again stopped function and again there was no display. I made a complaint to the store Discount Point, 20 days have gone by but the said TV has neither been repaired nor has been replaced.
                              In view of the above it is humbly requested that kindly replace the above mentioned TV without further delay. The TV is still under warranty. A man from Digital service Centre, C-11/20, Sector-3, Rohini, Delhi visited our house but he refused to do anything and said to repair as parts are not available.
                              Inaction from your side is harassment to us and selling of defective TV is deficiency in Service. Kindly take action immediately otherwise we shall be constraint to take legal action against you.

                                I ordered a philips she1505 earphones from flipkart with 1 yr warranty, but after 6 months the left earphone suddenly stopped working, so i went to philips service center (Opera electronics, rishikesh) for replacement of the product.
                                Firstly, the lady did not attend me properly and he was refuse for the replacement stating that the warranty period of the earphones is of 6 months only, and that it was ordered from flipkart but after seeing the bill and warranty card she received the request and told me to wait for 10-15 days for the replacement. Secondly, i didn't receive any updates regarding the replacement and when i called the service center after 16 days, they said that there was wrong warranty details provided to me by flipkart and told me to wait another 7 days. Thirdly, after 7 days i tried to reach the center, but the executive didn't receive my call disconnected my calls.

                                  I had purchased philips earphone model number she3205bk/00 on 26/4/2018 having one year warranty... But now it's not working and it is under warranty... Customer care service of philips submitted my earphone on 10 march 2019 for the replacement. But its approx one and half month passed they have not replace it. Whwnever i ask about the new one they always says it will take one more week.../... It's so frustating...

                                    Sir i am ramesh bariya facing problem from philips company is is not responding at all from four months my tv is not working and i complained to consumer care but they checked and said it has board problem they said they will provide refund money. They said you have submit your dead tv to service center. And i submited my tv. Till now no response complained date 7/11/2018 but still now my issue is not resolved i call to customer care they say sir your problem will be resolved within 48 hours but till now it's being repeatedly telling the same but i don't know my issue will be resolved or not please provide solution's to this

                                      Case id - tha[protected],

                                      I am following up to get the status but didn't get any confirmation on it. When ever i called customer care they said, your product can't be repaired as parts are not available, we are providing refund for the same but did not get any process or calls for the same.

                                      Please help to and provide all the relevant information about refund process so that i can get the refund amount asap.

                                        Sir i am sampath facing problem from Philips company is is not responding at all from six months my TV is not working and I complained to consumer care but they checked and said it has board problem they said they will provide refund till now no response complained date[protected] but still now my issue is not resolved I call to customer care they say sir your problem will be resolved within 48 hours but till now it's being repeatedly telling the same but I don't know my issue will be resolved or not please provide solution's to this
