I have purchased earphones on 20/03/2018, but after the use of 5 months it stopped working so i went to philips authorized service center (Usb electronics, chennai, tn), i gave my earphones for the replacement on 04/08/2018, but till now i did not received the replaced product whenever i am calling to service center they are saying we did not receive the replacement of your product, it is more 2 then months, every time i get the same excuse from service center. Today also i called service center person told me to wait for 2 more weeks.

Last week i purchased earphones in Paytm mall and 6months warranty is available but earphones are not properly working and no one can not lift my call???
So please take my complaint and solve it immediately.

I brought ear phones 6 months backs. After usage of 3 months they stopped working. I went to service centre and gave it. It was about 3 months but they didn't returned any new set, atleast they don't even responding properly. I want new earphones or return back my money. Model number : SHE4305BK100

I typed my wrong model number.. Philips wired headset model number is SHE4305BK/00... It has been 3 months please take further actions and return my money or new headset within short time

    I have purchased a juicer mixer grinder model no hl 7575 & hl 7576 during the month of august 2018. When i opened its sealed pack box on 10 september 2018, jmg was found defective as the lower part (Base) of the grinder found cracked. Thereafter i complained to the toll free number of philips india from there no positive response was given. Hence, it is requested to replace the item or refund the cost of the item at the earliest.       This is regarding my complaint for repair of philips 43 inch led tv display. After making complaint since last two and half month, the problem is still there with so much of harassment. The complaint reference number was run made on 25 june 2018. Here the service engineer visited, took the tv and delivered the tv after 7 days on receipt of service charges. But after two hour is show many black line in display. We had complaint this issue to service men on call. But unfortunately the problem still persisted. On making contact with philip customer care regarding this issue, every time his say my phone is currently switched off, then we registerd another number on philips portal and register complaint again but again the problem still presisted, he was told the call is closed. After many days i got a sms saying the complaint no ran[protected] has been logged. But sadly again there is neither any call nor any visit happened afterward. So i had to make a complaint again via phone. This time again i was told the call is closed. You have to register another complaint and you need pay service visit charges before it is attended. I must say i have not expected such harassment from company like philips for such consumer issue. I really don't know how to escalate this issue or should i take help of consumer forum for legal action.
      Can you please look into this and guide for a resolution.

      Hi I have 50 inches led tv and my complaint no is dem[protected], I have registered a complaint 15 days before but my issue is still not resolved, the seevice center people keep on saying part is not available but there sould be time perood to complete your service, no one knows about when they will recive the part.

        As on date no response received neither from Philips nor from service center. The service center who have charged 800 rupees for repair in the initial call is not even picking calls.

        After one month, I got a call from service center asking for feedback for my unresolved query. Seriously it was a joke on me and the kind of service provided by Philips india.

        I am still hoping to get a response from Philips India.

          I have issue with by display. I strongly feel that back-lit has issue. One of philips support vendor osm services who picked up tv and has further aggravated the issue and collected inrs 8500 from me.

          Now there is center line on the display whenever it is working plus right hand side of tv has become very light (Almost black out).

          Within 6 months of purchase as well back-lit had to be replaced. I strongly feel that this is a manufacturing defective piece sold to me through vijay sales.

          Tax invoice: 108-ch01-1651aofwp 35 dates 10-jan-2016 of vijay sales.

          I am completely disappointed with philips india approach.

          Request you to look into the matter.

            Hai,

            I am Sukanya Josy from Trivandrum, Kerala. I purchased a philips Headset costing 750 INR from a shop. Due some complaint i returned it since, it had warranty of 6 months. It has been 25 days, no replacement made yet.

            I am depressed with your customer service. I was continuously contacting the shop keeper and he is helpless since, company didn't replaced the product yet. If you are not willing to replace the product take neccessary action to refund. I won't recommend this brand for others due to the poor customer care.

            Kindly take care of my problem and please do the needful.

              It is almost 1 month and they have not replaced my trimmer. Neither they have informed me about current status nor they had requested for replacement of the product till today. I went to the service centre on 6th sept. On 13th i received a message on my mobile number that the product has been registered for replacement. I contacted the service centre and customer care both said that the product could not be repaired and therefore, it will be replaced since it is in warranty. Every week from then i was informed that i will receive the product within 1 or 2 days. Till today i have not received it and when i contacted the person named mr. Subhojit, he said that today only they have requested for product replacement and it will take another 10 to 15 days. It is really frustrating and annoying...

                We are bye philips home theater last month december now recently 2month continuously repair on your products list of problem given bellow by
                1. First problem is center speaker is not working, service center taken them products resolving the problem
                2. Then 10days working again surrond left speaker repair again solving the problem on service center
                3. Then now 25 days after again problem is surround right not properly working tank service center asked again and again speaker is not working nobady service engineer reason

                (Very very very worst and delay service please my complent taken action)

                  I am die hard fan of phillips product from last 40 years or so...
                  I have purchased phillips led tv model 58pfl9577 model from nagpur based authorized dealer m/s norwest electronics, nagpur (Maharashtra) on 13.03.2014 by spending about rs 1, 77, 777.00 which is huge amount for middle class citizen like me.

                  The tv was carried by your authorized service center by about 3 months + for carrying out the repairs at your center. I have been chasing tooth and nail for urgent repairs.

                  In-spite all out efforts by nagpur service team till date the tv is not repaired due to non availability of matching/ interchangeability spares.
                  Its really frustrating that for 3+ months phillips could not resolve the spares availability issue.

                  You will appreciate that non availability of spares in 4+ years is extremely worrying especially for such a expensive tv.

                  I make fervent appeal to please arrange to refund the cost of tv so as to ensure that i go for other tv immediately.

                  I hope immediate action shall be taken to avoid my & families mental agony for want of television.

                    I had given my led tv for repair on 21 st july at nearest authorized service center. Initially they told i will get the tv repaired in 25-26 days. Now its more than 2 months and i have been told that the part is not available. When i called the branch service manager mr ramesh before 1 month, he confirmed that the part is not available and i will get a new tv as replacement in next 2 weeks. My tv is in warranty. When i call the customer care they told only one thing that we will escalate the issue and philips support will get back to me. Till date i haven't recieved any single call from philips. When i email to philips support, i have been told to contact mr ramesh or mr m sathyanarayan rao but none of them pick up the phone or get back to me. I feel harrassed and wanted my issue to be immediately resolved.

                      I am raising a complaint to you for the replacement of philips speaker.

                      I purchased a brand new philips speaker model spa9120b/94 challan number 1262 on 23/09/2018 from exclusive brand store unit of hari om retail pvt ltd, a-1/11 sector-8 rohini delhi 110085 and at the time of purchase they did not have any fresh packed product so they people sold me the displayed product despite being asked serveral times for getting me fresh one and they gave me assurance it is fresh and they kept it in display just before couple of days so i trusted on them and bought it, however just in two days system has stopped working and got dead. I have been using many products of philips for a long time and have good exeprience with philips products quality please get the replacement done to maintain your good customer experience. I would request you to kindly replace this product and i dont look for any repair to it and get me the fresh one, as per my understanding from consumer prospective company has to change the electronic item if any fault happens within 10 days from the date of purchase. Please immediately replace it before 30th september 2018 since i have family function at my home on 2nd oct.

                        I had had a lot of troubles initially with the purchase of the speakers itself but when i did purchase it, it has been creating the humming sound ever since. sometimes from one, sometimes from the other or from both the satellite speakers. I contacted the helpline, was told that I would receive a call back in 6 hours. Got one after 4 days, was asked if I was available at my place. Then was told that it will be checked the next day[protected]. And when the technician actually visted my house after a whole lot of efforts, instead of trying to check the product, got into a spat with me. Now I'm being told that no one can come to my place to check it, I have to visit the service center. And this is after I'm offered on-site warranty while buying the product. I don't have much time left with the warranty period of this product, I need someone to help me resolve this as soon as possible. My complaint ID is SUP001/591472.

                          I hv already lodge a complain on 05.09.2018 and technician came on 06.09.2018, he took a photo of a parts and said that he will send requisition for the parts to head office and after receiving the same, he will fit the same on my TV. But after 19 days, no technician will come to resolve my problem. I have bought the same on 19.03.2018 from GREAT EASTERN RETAIL PVT. LTD. UTTARPARA, HOOGHLY. Please look into the matter, I am still facing to watching my TV.

                            My 49" LED Philips TV stopped functioning on 15th Aug, I registered a complaint in Customer care on the same day and the service center employees came to home and they bring my TV on 18th Aug saying it will take a week to return. But its now more than a month they are not picking up the calls and they are not providing the status. The TV is in warranty.

                            I have reported a fault in me Televison set over 15 days ago, no one seems to be bothered to get this issue resolved. I have been told that there is a display fault and its awaiting parts. I have been made to run from pillar to post to get in touch with the concerned person however he never answers the call or doesn't call back.

                              We still not get any reply from philips company. Please need your help in this matter, philips 2.1 home theater (Model no:mms8085b, serial no:wc1a[protected]) by amazon online and i get delivery on 4 july 2018, from 1st days its volume not satisfactory it getting low volume but after use of 16 days it's totally stop working suddenly.                                 I bought philips led tv in 2015 and then after one yeaf we are facing problem of back lighg in our model no 55phsosg/v7az
                                In past one year we it had happend for 4 times...
                                And service from philips was ridiculous... As you engineer never came on time and gave proper solution even..
                                I am requesting for such flavourable responce from side... And this time i am not going to accept this model please take give another piece.

                                  Everybody is complainung about service centers not responding. My speaker is in service since 3rd july.

                                  — everybody who has this kind of problem we should contact consumer service india and file complaint about bad service. —

                                  They are saying there is reforms going in the company.
                                  It does not take 3 months in process.
                                  We dont even care abot that now.
                                  We buy branded product because of good service, if company can't provide service in time so whats the point of spending money on a brand.
                                  Three months are more than what is required.

                                  If i dont get my product in one week im going to register consumer complaint against company.

                                  Everyone should register consumer complain so that they can understand value of customer.

                                  It is good quality
                                  But now there is some issue in sound quality when I go to the service center in jaipur they replied me that they do not exchange earphones

                                    My new music system is not working when i complained they give me a complain no-sup001/557456 after that they are simply saying me it will take more 10 days in every 10 days when i am calling they are saying more 10 days it will take and now it was more then 2 months. They just waist my time and do not take steps for solve my problem. So i request you to solve my problem.

                                      I try to contact many time mr. Narendra rathod incharge of philips service center (Shree sai electronics @ [protected]) whose handle our this complain. But his mobile number always diverted and no answer of my call. Not respond during this 2 month. After 2 month they not provide me solution yet.
                                      2nd time i also contact engineer ([protected]) whose visit to check home-theater at our home first & last time but he is also not pickup phone on time, and when he pickup than we get answer like that he is on official leave and he is unable to give solution and also not provide alternet phone number of "shree sai electronics philips service center". He reply there is no alternet contact number of philips service center.
                                      It's not over here, we also call philips customer care support he give me number of area-manager of philips (Mr. Hemang bhatt - [protected]) but whenever i call him it's phone ring but he did not pickup or reply. Before 10days he pickup phone than he tell me "after 1week i will get solution." but after 10days i contact yesterday he reply that "it need also more 10days for solution." he just give me time not solution yet.
                                      Now i am totally disappointed with philips service department and company too. I think my decision of purchase philips home-theater is totally wrong. I never thought this kind of very very bad service philips provide to their customers like this.
                                      So i request you to, please tell them to give my refund back i don't need repair service for this defective home-theater.
                                      I also attached call-log & voice records of amazon customer care, philips service center engineer, mr. Narendra (Service in charge), area-manager (Mr. Hemang bhatt), and purchase invoice receipt. Please find the attachment.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      We still not get any reply from philips company. Please need your help in this matter, Philips  2.1 home theater(Model No:MMS8085B, Serial No:WC1A[protected]) by Amazon online and I get delivery on 4 July 2018, from 1st days its volume not satisfactory it getting low volume but after use of 16 days it's totally stop working suddenly. I booked complain at Philips customer care on 21/july/2018 & complain no. Is SUP001/553809.

                                        I have purchased philips tv on 01/10/2017, vide my invoice no [protected] from malika appliance, i hv registered my complaint with your customer dept vide complaint no.6505 dtd 04/08/2018 register with mobile no.[protected] but after 45 days not getting proper responce and not repair my tv.
                                        So poor service rendered by philips nxt time i wil not purchase any philips commodity and also give to media we r purchasing 60 thousand tv and within 7 months it's gives problem and company not providing service.
                                        Request you to please look in this matter urgently or give me higher executive/cmd numbers
