Tv is not working since months now, despite calling n number of time. (Its 5month now)

Its looks like you people are not interesting in solving our issues.

    My complaint number is ban[protected].
    The complaint was registered on 04.07.3018. Till now it is not resolved. Whenever i am speaking to customer care number[protected] they give number of mr murali krishan - [protected] & mr ramesh - [protected], mr abhishek - [protected]. These people never pick my calls. Yesterday mr murali krishan pick my call and told he had left the job. Murali krishan is the person who had sent mr raju - ph no [protected] to my house on 08.07.2018. Mr raju collected rs 1300 also from my house on 08.07.2018. Yesterday mr murali krishan told me mr raju has also left the job. I am passing through metal trauma. I have also sent one email at [protected]@pemail.in till now i am not getting any solution. By considering philips brand i have purchased the tv. Now i am totally fed up with philips brand. At least people have to attend my calls. I expect company will take serious action against the person who are damaging image of philips.

      Not getting service for repair of ledtv since last 29 days. No one is picking my call. The tv is under 3 years warranty period. The customer care no[protected] has given number of some individuals and they never pick my calls. The person whose number is given by customer care told that he has already left the. One person has already collected service charges from my house on 08.07.2018 and he also told that he has also left the job.

        Hello team, my complaint no is (Tha[protected]), the relevant repair person visited my residence on 12th july 2018, as he said that the part would be available in 15 days.
        But still the part is not yet delivered to the repair service center, this is total unprofessional behavior as the service center people say it will take more 10 days, why is this happening kindly let me know.
        And again if anyone buy a new product it is delivered in 1 day time whatever the situation is, whatever the model is, then why the delay in a part to replaced of a product.
        I will let you kindly do the needful asap or i want the whole set to replaced. I can't wait for more time unnecessarily & also i would complain to consumer court.

          Total lack of support by philips customer support to pick up the subject television since may 2018, as it has an internal screen damage. The response has been disappointing and no one from philips has come to collect the tv. Our initial complaint number was mum[protected] which was closed without any action. Now it is mum[protected]. Most unprofessional....

          On 8th july i have complained about my t. V which was bought recently. The complaint was made. The issue was not attended till today. Today i called again and found that it is closed. I don't understand how a complaint was closed without attending. The complain no. Was mum[protected]. Please look into this matter. Or else you are forcing me to go to consumer court. Because i have called up number of times. Today atleast the person told me it is closed.

              I Tarun Ghai purchased Philips tower speaker
              Model No. SPA9080B
              Purchase Date: 6 July 2018
              Purchase From: Croma, JanakPuri Unity One
              I used the same on the very next day i.e 7 july 2018 and found the bluetooth and speaker's remote to be not working properly and so informed the same to Philips Customer Care on 9 July 2018 on which they send a person to check on 10 July 2018 who agreed with our problem and said that the remote will be replaced within 1 week and for bluetooth we have to take the speakers to the place from where we purchased as they can only change.

              It has been i guess 3 weeks and we are getting no response for the remote, moreover we tried calling 2 times then they just say that your remote is not ready
              THIS MUCH SLOW SERVICE FROM PHILIPS WAS NOT EXPECTED AFTER ALL THE FAULTY REMOTE WAS SOLD TO US FROM YOUR COMPANY IT WAS NOT OUR MISTAKE. ATLEAST TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY!!!

              I have sent mail to philips customer care also but NO RESPONSE !!!

              AND NOW THEY SAY BLUETOOTH PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED BY CROMA...WHY? THIS SPEAKER IS MANUFACTURED BY PHILIPS SO I GUESS IF THERE IS SOME FAULT THEN YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE...BAD REVIEWS FOR PHILIPS SERVICE FROM MY SIDE
              I PURCHASED A PHILIPS PRODUCT 1ST TIME AND THIS WAS NOT EXPECTED!!!

                Phillips 4k model no.43put7791/v7 k19 i bought tv philips in 2016 with five years warranty.. To my surprise the screen developed crack soon after i started using it.. Earlier i could not detect it because the crack was minor and was covered under the labels and stickers it came with.. Within few months the crack started increasing and the whole screen turned black.. Even after lots of complaints i was bot reaponsed properly nor any engineer turned to repair it.. With a company so esteemed as philips it is highly dissapointing i request u to repair or replace the tv asap.. Lest i have no other option then to escalate the matter and go to media..

                  Hi,

                  I have purchased Philips LED TV-49PUT7692/V7 in dec-2017 and within 3 Months there is problem in Mother board. Still there is problem in TV. I have done online complaints but still there is no any permanent solution. Very bad service from Philips.TV automatically restart any time. Every time need to change source type for connecting.USB sometime working and some time not working

                    I bought an earphone of philips (She 1505/bk black) from paytm. At the time of buyiny they told it has a warranty of 6months. After 3months there came some problem then i go to the nearest service centre - s. P enterprises, ghanty bhavan, 173, g. T road, asansol. There he taken my earphone on 12.06.2018 and told to come after 15 days. After 15days i went there then he said no the earphone has not came yet and when it will come is also not sure. Its more than a month and i have not got my earphone yet.

                      Myself gireesh working with zydus cadila based at trivandrum. Very sory to say about a very bad experience with your service center here at thekkumoodu trivandrum, kerala. My 21 inches crt model philips tv they had taken for service last month last week. As a routine procedure they are liable to give me a work sheet., but you people didn't. Now it is the fourth week even now they didn't get me back. I feel so bad on you, i never expect such a irresponsible behaviour from philips like a reputed firm. Hope sir will go through my complaint very positively and look into it very seriously. Your people at here are very much irritating and irresponsible, they don't
                      Know how to speak a customer too.. Hope you will take appropriate action...

                        What the bloody stupid #s are your philips area service staffs???. How dare them are, especially the service technician
                        And its battallions of malappuram area service dealership. Its shame on your whole philips india pvt ltd. Company. Not only for your malappuram branch, but also for the entire philips company for appointing such a useless # dealers at malappuram division as your service dealer, not only that another irresponsible fellow, service representative, because a company representative must be sincere and trust worthy to his designation.in my opinion, service technician and manager not at all fit enough to put on designation as service manger because of the bloody misbehavior approach that i had from your malappuram area service section, specificaaly from stupid fellow... An bloody irresposible service manger, i had ever seen.

                        Before that, myself giving brief description about me,
                        Myself mr. Kunhimarakkar from tirur, malappuram district, kerala. Had purchased led tv philips 40pfl 5059 fhd tv from my nearby store naming kk moideen & sons 1.6 months ago. But for the last 3 weeks, the picture found to be darked by a half portion of the screen and not only that it gradually get spreading day by day. Due to this reason, i registered a complaint to philips authorised service centre through my personal phone number and an service technician reached my home after 2 days of complaint registration. After through inspection of my tv, the technician revert to me that, " he will come after 2 days, he have to check ones more for the exact trouble". This is his reply, he never given atleast the prorbable reason for the picture darkness. He leave my home giving his contact number to me. After 2 days i didnt get any calls or response from technician. At that time i decided to call him back for remembering about the complaint. But unfortunately he didnt attend my calls. There is no response from him. Still today ie, 25/7/2018, i m continously trying to contact him through phone, but he never ever attending the call. This is the actual problem that myself facing. Now currently our warranty period getting to be exhausted, the defective is not yet replaced. Now my needs to rectify the problem of display or picture without any more payments urgently... Thats my necessity, because, its only due to the irresponsibility of your service staffs that this things had more worst. I had the clear cut solid evidence for all the complaints that i had explained above, the service report copies undersigned for each complaint report remains in my hand.
                        So, under this circumstances, i need urgent replacement of display unit of my tv set. Otherwise i will surely proceed with leagl actions at consumer court.

                        Now, today its 25 of july 2018 now think, how irresponsible stupids are your malappuram authorities. Really its shame on you. Myself concluding with that. This is my final mail warning regards the coolant leakage. If you didnt takeany favourable decision or action against this within 3 days, i will surely proceed with legal proceedings and i will show its after effects. One more advise to philips india pvt and service centre, malappuram is that, customers are your kings, you have to keep in mind and treat them with atmost care, then only you can achieve growth in company profile. So in order to achieve that you have to remove the dirty staffs like stupid service services centres and their staffs.. All the matters that i had discussed above have clear cut evidences in my hand. So think, proceed and find an ultimate solution for this, within 3 days. For any further details, contact onto [protected], [protected]

                          I had bought my philips Bluetooth speaker from amazon India almost a year ago

                          I movement i got the product it was defected and i had to service centre more than 10 time to get the speaker replaced

                          I had to explain the guy about the issue for more than a hour and he said that the product is right now will take more than a week to arrive...it took almost 1 month to arrive and i got the new part finally

                          Again after 2 months my woofers started facing some issue...
                          I called the service centre they again started their drama they were giving some lame reasons
                          The guy at service centre was very restless
                          But still i managed and got a call back ...he gain took 1 month to fix it

                          Again my speaker got the same issue...
                          Again i had to run behind Philips Service but this time they were very rude and said its not possible to fix it...we have to pay for the parts if we want to get it fixed

                          It was not expected from a well known company like philips...
                          I ll never trust philips again
                          They r cheaters should be kicked out of India to cheat consumers

                            This is lokeswar shiva kumar this mail is regarding complaint of my PHILIPS 55Inch Led Tv 5years old brought from tmc kukatpaly.i have given complaint to Philips customer care on Feb 19 2018 & the complaint no: HYD[protected] & Second Complaint no : HYD[protected].Its almost 6months getting irritated with philips service of my led tv no responses properly from top to lower management.Ihave called to customer care they have given mobile no of Vikas, Sachin Sharma & Head of philips bishor not responding my complaint not resolved till date.some time they communicate we will replace tv & some time they communicate they replace mainboard But not resolved anything.Kindly update asap or else iam going to case a file on Philips.

                              I gave my earphones to service center on about 28 of june and he told me that i am gonna get them in about 10 days. I called him last week and he said that they are not here but are approved and i will get them in a week. Its total of a month now and i have not got them. I need them by the end of the week as i am going on a trip. Dont give me assurance give me my earphones by the end of the week. Still support is saying it will take another two months. I want my earphones or give me a refund

                                My 40" led tv is under warranty and unserviceable since last 1 month due to fault in power supply unit. Complaint was registered under reference GUR[protected]. Engineer visited and took Rs. 1000 as service charge despite tv is under warranty(not extended warranty) with a promise to replace faulty unit within 03 days. Bill was given against service charges.. 19 days passed, faulty part not changed. Unable to track complaint status. Service Centre / engineer says, they will replace part only on its availability which will come from aurangabad and same was not available with them. It may take 1 month, 3 month or 6 month they are not sure. worst experience and very pathetic after sales service from philips.

                                  After writing Several emails and doing several calls to your customer service also I am not getting any resolution or any revert from them.Now i don't want your services.I will be going to Court for this harassment and soon you people will be geeing notice from my lawyer

                                  Even after more than a month also My Problem has not been resolved, . None of Area Sales Manager, Branch Manager and Zonal Head is picking nos.
                                  I have Already beard a lot. Now I am not going to wait any more not even a Single day. If today you people are not replacing my TV.I will be going to Consumer Court. My TV was in Warranty of 3 years and it has not worked properly even for 2 year.
                                  Why Should I bear for your problems. You people can calculate your turn around time. If I do not get my tv today with what ever warranty I had of 3 years at the Time of Purchase.I will be filing a case against you guys for Harassment and Irresponsible Behaviour or Fraud what ever you say it in your words. If I will not get my TV repaired today.I will not accept your replacement any more and can wait till I get justice from court

                                    This is to bring to the notice that i have raised a complaint regarding my TV to Philips India around 2 month ago and they promised to get it done within a week but neither they attended nor they are concerned. I have been following up with their customer care as well as their local agency but every time i am getting a response that it will be done within next couple of days.

                                    Please let me know how can i file a complaint against these fraudulent services and assurances. Below are the details of complaint raised with Philips.

                                      bt4200 bluetooth speaker battery problem

                                      I bought this device from your platform on 13 july 2018 which is 5 days ago..

                                      ..and after charging it for 3 hours as mentioned in the manual when i played it...it was giving a 'beeping sound' which it gives when there is low battery...this problem still persists...

                                      ...i hope this problem will be fixed as it is under warranty period...
