I movement i got the product it was defected and i had to service centre more than 10 time to get the speaker replaced

I had to explain the guy about the issue for more than a hour and he said that the product is right now will take more than a week to arrive...it took almost 1 month to arrive and i got the new part finally

My 40" led tv is under warranty and unserviceable since last 1 month due to fault in power supply unit. Complaint was registered under reference GUR[protected]. Engineer visited and took Rs. 1000 as service charge despite tv is under warranty(not extended warranty) with a promise to replace faulty unit within 03 days. This is to bring to the notice that i have raised a complaint regarding my TV to Philips India around 2 month ago and they promised to get it done within a week but neither they attended nor they are concerned. I have been following up with their customer care as well as their local agency but every time i am getting a response that it will be done within next couple of days.

Please let me know how can...

I bought this device from your platform on 13 july 2018 which is 5 days ago..

..and after charging it for 3 hours as mentioned in the manual when i played it...it was giving a 'beeping sound' which it gives when there is low battery...this problem still persists...

...i hope this problem will be fixed as it is under warranty period...

Philips customer service sucks that is what I can say it's been more than 20 days now my television has gone bad which is in warranty n no help from anywhere been sending emails and making calls on daily basis still no help.. Philips I heard was a good company but the channels to resolve or help customers are not good at all..they should hire people who are serious in their work n not just hire useless people..hoping that my issue is resolved...

I submitted my complaint about my LED TV.Engineer came to us on 29/06/2018 and charged Rs944 and recipt with complaint no.-[protected]. which was ok.But its been more then 2 weeks there is no respose coming from company.and when we call CUSTOMER CARE they just say we need to wait till tomorrow.Every day we call the they say the same [censored]ing dialogue.and we r getting irritated due to this.i think the last option is to file a complaint against...

Our tv is getting a problem of backlight again again . We had took it to the service centre upto 3 times and now it's the fourth time that it is getting the same problem
When we switch on our tv within 5 -6 seconds the screen gets totally black, sound is audible but the picture is not visible.How many times do we have to take tv to the service centre and pay that charges? And even after taking it to the service centre the problem doesn't...

This is to inform you that i have submitted a replacement replacement request of philips headphone model no shl4405bl100 at aman elctronics philips authorised service centre noida sector 10 up on 5th june 2018.

They had assured me that replacement will be done in 2 weeks but now its one month past and no action has been taken regarding this and they want an extra 15 days to replace the product. Please look into this matter...

I have bought a home theatre on 28/05/2018 within 10 days the home theatre is not working. The product was defeated one i lost the belief of philips product. It has been 2 weeks since i filed my complaint for TV repair, a service center guy had come on 17th June and took a payment of Rs. 1298.
He said that the company vehicle would come to pick the TV for repair.
Its been 15 days now, the call center is not registering my complaints and the representative is not picking my phone.
The representative had come from Pearl Electronics, New Delhi.

Complaint no. Ban[protected]. No response at all has i have called several times to this phone no. [protected] given to me by a mr. Vijay of bangalore office whose no. Was given to me by customer care executive. Now it has been a month i am waiting for the new parts but still the matter is pending i do not know what to do. Why it is been delayed so much as one month is a lot of time. Can someone answer it....
