Using philips products since last more than 10 years now but the service i'm receiving since past couple of months is just hilarious.

I'm continuously raising request about my 42pfl6577 led ddb television and yet there's no positive response from the service team not just that they're not even visiting my place to get the same fixed and closing the complaint from their end giving false updates.br...

I purchased Philips Earphone on 6 July 18 and it got damage. One side working and another side not working. Then I send it to GURU ELECTRONICS SERVICE CENTRE at Tuticorin(Philips Service Centre) on 29Aug 18.
