    I received reply from your company by way of email on 27th November 2018 at 14.20 hours, calling upon me to produce my bank details and a crossed blank cheque with a view of deposit the refund amount directly in my bank account. I have submitted all these required documents on 04th December 2018 and sent you mail informing you about my submission of documents. (Refer to the print out of emails)
    Thereafter I am in receipt of your email on 06th December 2018 at 17.41 hrs, wherein I am assured by your company that Refund is under process and it will be complete within 10 days. But although the given time has elapsed and till today no action is taken by your company for refund of entire purchase amount of the said TV Set. NO one Reply on email

    I, however, thought fit to give you one more chance to act upon my complaint and for refund of entire purchase amount to me within a period of one week from the receipt of this letter and my emails in this regard. Failing which I am constrained to take legal action as permissible under the existing Civil and Criminal Law and also to approach the Consumer Court to claim the entire purchase price together with 18% interest from the date of purchase till realisation of the amout. Take note that your company Philips will the liable and responsible exclusively for the consequences thereof.

      Hi, i purchased philips led tv 42pfl4755/v7 on 25.07.2011 at reliance digital bangalore (Delivery note attached) hoping the tv to service me make me happy for a minimum 15 years time. Unfortunately on the 27. Dec 2018, there was a loud sound and my favorite 42" led phillips tv was on the floor separated from its stand. It is not known how the stand material of the tv can fail so badly and get ripped out of the base. (Photos of tv bottom and base of stand attached for your viewing)
      I contacted technokare authorised philips service center no 24, 40th cross, 9th block jayanagar bengaluru 560041 who after inquiring informed that mostly the screen has broken and a new screen will have to be put in place for which it will cost minimum of rs 18000/-. I was shaken badly that for no fault of mine that i am being penalized for the material failure provided by philips india. My frustrated feeling that i have been deceived of my satisfaction of viewing on my best tv has been short lived and swore that i will never buy or suggest philips brand. It has given me service for 7 years only.
      I have a second tv a 32' lcd which is also on stand and i fear that it may also collapse one day.
      If philips india cares let it be viewed seriously, the complaint be scrutinized and necessary action be taken to rectify the problem to help me view my tv further satisfactorily. I would request you to take action to replace the screen from philips to ensure customer satisfaction without any charge. Please do the need full and oblige. This is my request please.

      Thanks to Reliance Digital for their immediate response. Philips India needs to respond. They need to take action on the genuine complaints due to technical problems. Because of the bad stand which had material quality problem or design being wrong I have been penalized. Philips India is at liberty to do any checking they wish.

      Philips India has not responded. They are a very big brand in India and the failure of this product of theirs is unique. If they are not interested to respond it shows their attitude towards the products that are sold by them to their customers are as disinterested and not customer friendly.
      Just imagine a good product the screen of the TV becoming useless due to the design mistake in the stand!?. Simply ridiculous. Very sad that Philips is not interested to respond.

      Hi Philips,
      It is a month already and Philips are yet to respond on the defect pointed out. Your TV stands are of faulty design. This faulty design of TV stand is the cause for the TV to crash on to floor if on stand. Philips can rectify their defect with on site review. This is important in customer satisfaction point of view. As far as I can see the customer care of Philips is in active as they have not responded. Philips India is sporting a very poor image of itself. Do you care for your customers!!!????? I am firmly of the opinion that Philips don't care for their customers. I must be having at least 4 Philips appliances. due to this nonchalant behavior of Philips India they will be losing me as a customer.

        It was purchased on 29.06.2017 from m/s naveen electrotech pvt. Ltd. Vide their bill no. 14176 s. No.[protected], model : 49pfl4351. It is not working since 21.12.2018 and complaint was lodged on 22.12.18 vide complaint no. Del[protected]. We are told that mother board is not functioning. Sometimes they say that it may take 1-2 days, it may take one week to 2 weeks. They are regularly frustrating. We have only one tv/led to view. Besides, they reply very rudely also. We have talked to mr. Vinay srivastava so many times, but always his reply is different.

        Please get it repaired at the earliest.

          I purchase the model no. 32pfl3230/v7a2 philips led /lcd on 3/01/2017 from shubahnsh electric at virar east, palghar, mahrashtra, on 18/12/2018 suddenly the television was stopped, its incompletely dead., i contact to my nearest dealer and communicated, he told me ur complaint is registered and service man visit ur place and check and given assurance the parts will be replaced in one month.           new led tv - panel failure in 2yrs 10 months after purchase

          I purchased a new led tv (Model 32pfl3738) on 14-nov-2015 from philips. The tv stopped functioning properly giving double images on 01-sept-2018.. A complaint was registered with philips service on 05/sep/2018. The service engineer from philips service centre came on 07/sep/2018 to attend. He said that the panel has failed and it has to be replaced. He said that he will bring a new panel and install it. I was informed that the panel is out...

          I had given my phillips handsfree to service centre for service, they told me that they will provide me new against my old handsfree in 7days. Today's is completed more than 1 month still i had not received my handsfree. When visiting service centre for replacement they are just making false commitment.
          Very poor services from big company like phillips. Completely dissatisfied from company.
          I'll stop my relatives and friends from purchasing any phillips products.

            I have brought spa 8090b tower speakers and i am unable to connect them to my led smart tv. I am calling every day hyderabad phillips center and they failed to provide srevice even after 8 days.

            All excitement went on drain.

            I am worrying that i bought extra warranty from phillips while purchasing this. After seeing this dirty service i am so doubted on this.

            When ever we call to service center. They will say.. Sorry sir we dont ahave ticketing system. We just send your info.

            Whats non sense is this. Phillips is not a branded?

            I have to hire local vendor in solving this issue. But i will put case on philips for unattending to customer.

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              Please be informed that I Mr. Himanghsu Paul purchased 32" LED TV, model No. 32 PFL3230/v7A2 dated 4-Sep-2016 is not working now. Immediately I logged a complain over phone to customer care dated 29-Oct-2018, having docket no/complain no. S code S10799, Ref. No. KOL[protected], service engineer Rajesh ( contact no. [protected]) SVC point [protected] on 29-Oct-2018. I did not get the service. After repeated communication over phone to the assigned person he deny to give the service giving so many excuse, which disappointed me . After that tried to communicated customer care centre but they did not respond me. In this scenario I got confused what to do with this such a renamed Brand.
              This is not expected from such a big brand. No communication made from your side whether the desired service has been provided or not.
              I am a corporate employee and seldom get time to handle such a ridiculous manner of such a well know brand.
              I am now in big trouble as I cant watch TV for more than two months.

                It's been more than 2 months my TV is not working I have emailed to the Philips TV customer service mail but no one is responding

                Can you please escalate the case to concerned authority and please give me a phone number to whom I can speak to.

                FYI: When i tried calling the Customer Care they are simply saying we are not responsible to confirm on this issue and asking me to contact the Service executive manager. When i speak to Service Executive Manager he confirmed that this particular product from Philips has stopped the production and facing a lot of issues to get the spare parts.

                If this is the case and it will be the case, with all due respect i request to provide my Money back and take back the TV.

                I had submitted my earphones to Philips service center before 1. month, and till yet i didn't get replacement, even then are not receiving the call, and the people from service centre says they dont have update on my call.

                  Hello there

                  I placed an order for a Philips BT64B Portable Bluetooth speaker (Black) on Amazon Online Shopping site on December 7, 2017 and received it on December 19, 2017 (order number:[protected]. It has a one-year warranty.

                  After some days of its delivery, it was found that this speaker did not have enough battery backup, so, I put it in the authorized Phillips Service Center (M/S. AAY AAR ELECTRONICS), shop number. 15, Viveka Nand Chowk, Municipal Market, Below Gumat, Jammu, Tel.[protected]slip number 6757, serial number 161968) for the purpose of repair on July 03, 2018. I have contacted the service center several times, but he reiterated the answer that this product will come in a few days, you will wait for it. More than five (5) months have elapsed but Philips BT64B Portable Bluetooth speaker (Black) has not been repaired / replaced yet.

                  Therefore, it is requested that either my product is in good condition or my money i.e. Rs. 1449 may be returned as soon as possible so that I will not suffer more.

                    Hello there,

                    Using philips products since last more than 10 years now but the service i'm receiving since past couple of months is just hilarious.

                    I'm continuously raising request about my 42pfl6577 led ddb television and yet there's no positive response from the service team not just that they're not even visiting my place to get the same fixed and closing the complaint from their end giving false updates.

                    The problem persisted in march 2018 when the speakers stopped working. The same was reported and the technicians came to my place removed the speaker took those with them for ordering the parts and then they never returned back. The same was reported to philips too but i didn't receive any response. Anyways rather than waiting again and getting disappointed i connected the same with the home theatre system and it was manageable. Then the problem arises with the display with one side of the screen getting horizontal lines. I raised a request back in august, one of your representative showed up at my door and asked me to contact videocon then the videocon people said it's philips's look out as the issue is with the led connecting board and asked to get back to philips. I raised a complaint about the same last month no one showed up and they closed their complaint on their own then again the same thing.

                    Now i've raised a complaint on 10th december 2018, it had been 5 days already but no one's coming to check on the same. I'm trying to get in touch when the customer care for the status and they're just too rude in the way they're responding. They're just saying for the technician to visit that may take 2 days or 20 days all i've got with me is to wait which i'm doing since past 10 months. The technician isn't even responding to calls.

                    Enough is enough now i'm filing a law suit against philips for consumer harassment under the applicable indian penal codes with next 48 hours if my issue isn't getting sorted. For your information here's the details of my electronic device :

My area code us 600093 its come under chennai arumbakakam philps authorized service center once i call them they said i should register compliant through customer care only they doesn't take complient directly. They came me[protected] it doesn't work, and[protected] this number also doesn't work. I am feedup to reach your customer care number. Warranty for 5 years but no response from customer care even though i send mail but i didn't get proper reply. Worst service

                            Have warranty of my philips tv 48 inches, due to some issues they changed panel 6 times, later on 6th of november i got a call stating they going to give 50% of money on the purchased bill, but i asked for 80% cash back o else to get my tv replaced, and it's been a month, but still i haven't recived cash back, o else tv replaced and i didn't got the call back too, kindly check and do needful

                              Dear sir,
                              My philips trimmer was not working form one week so i went to registered philips customer care named as"jain communication" at alwar rajasthan.
                              I have registered complaint and submitted my trimmer as on date 16 november 2018 and after that i am repeatedly following against my complaint.
                              I have personally visited 3 time regarding my complaint to customer service center but they are manipulating me all time.
                              Till now 8 dec. My trimmer is not repaired now i am not going to receive it either it is repair or not...
                              This type of poor service show that how a authorised company service care deals with customer and overall this type of work atmosphere create a negative impact on consumer.
                              So as finally i want to say that i am not going to receive trimmer so company has to delivered it at my address because if a trimmer can't repair within 21 days that is very shamefull.

                                I have a complain regarding philips led tv (Model number - 32pfl3230) under warranty 3 years (Purchased dated -10.06.2016) for not working properly on 28.09.18 under job number - k.27.9.18.103 but no action hasbeen taken till date. Even after regular calls and complain from 28.09.18 we are asked to call custamer care of philips by the service center and vice versa. Its seems that these people are trying end warrinty period so that afterthat they can charge for the same. They already charged rs590/-
                                As visit charge and telling about problem. Please help and revert for the same.

                                  I purchased Philips Earphone on 6 July 18 and it got damage. One side working and another side not working. Then I send it to GURU ELECTRONICS SERVICE CENTRE at Tuticorin(Philips Service Centre) on 29Aug 18.
                                  Now more than 4 months completed as todate., That service center man is not giving my product return. Every time he is telling "need one week more" for resolution of complaint.

                                    Since the product is within the warranty period, i was informed that it will take 1 month time to replace the product.
                                    When i went for enquiring about my product, i was said still the product is not ready and the case went on for 3 months like this and then i have contacted
                                    Area manager, mr. Senthil. He said that he will replace with other product so he shared the model and i have confirmed my choice on november 20, 2018 to buy them
                                    And i have asked how will i get the product and i was informed that he will contact me on the same. Still i didnt receive a call from anyone regarding the product
                                    Or a message regarding the confirmation of product delivery.

                                    I strongly wanted to say here that the service provided is worst ever.
                                    Also i need my product as early as possible
