I had given my defective earphones for replacement.At the service center I was assured that replacement will take atmost 7 days.It has already been 1.5 months now and still nothing.I have called many times to inquire.The people at the service center are the worst.They speak to you very rudely almost to the point of abusing.I was insulted every time I had called.I fear now even to contact the center as new unpleasantries would be hurled at...

I have purchased a philips tv on 31/july/2015 with one of our dealer; the same product had some issues with display and had to send it for servicing with jentech services (33/2, sakthi nager main road, arumbakkam, chennai 106) on 26/may/2018.
Having got a 3 year manufacturer warranty, i was told by jentech that it would replaced as the spares is not available to fix the tv display...

I have purchased a philips tv which is 32" & the display is not working. This product is under warranty. Hello team, my complaint no is (Tha[protected]), the relevant repair person visited my residence on 12th july 2018, as he said that the part would be available in 15 days.
But still the part is not yet delivered to the repair service center, this is total unprofessional behavior as the service center people say it will take more 10 days, why is this happening kindly let me know.

Total lack of support by philips customer support to pick up the subject television since may 2018, as it has an internal screen damage. Phillips 4k model no.43put7791/v7 k19 i bought tv philips in 2016 with five years warranty.. To my surprise the screen developed crack soon after i started using it.. I have purchased Philips LED TV-49PUT7692/V7 in dec-2017 and within 3 Months there is problem in Mother board. Still there is problem in TV. I have done online complaints but still there is no any permanent solution. Very bad service from Philips.TV automatically restart any time. Every time need to change source type for connecting.USB sometime working and some time not working...
