my led tv non functional from last 8 months

Even after no of mails and calls to customer care no response. My tv is under warranty. From last 8/9 months no body responding. Even i got local branch manager, area manager, zonal manager contact no but no body responding. Now i don't want tv. Plz refund full amount with extension warranty arranged by philiphs outlet. Tv purchased from vijay sales, kharghar, navi mumbai.

jar of the juicer mixer grinder got cracked

I purchased a TV on 25 oct 2015 Model No 39PFL5470/V7. TV comes with 5 years of warranty. My Tv screen has gone black since last 20 days. And I am continuously trying to call customer care, No one is ready to pick my call. I also sent an email at philips.[protected]@pemail.in but never get any reply. I am really fade up and harassed. A company like Philips will do like this I never thought.

I have issue with by display. I strongly feel that back-lit has issue. One of philips support vendor osm services who picked up tv and has further aggravated the issue and collected inrs 8500 from me.
