Even after no of mails and calls to customer care no response. My tv is under warranty. From last 8/9 months no body responding. Even i got local branch manager, area manager, zonal manager contact no but no body responding. Now i don't want tv. Plz refund full amount with extension warranty arranged by philiphs outlet. I raised my first complaint in march 20 2018 for display problem since the tv is in warranty the replaced tv in july 2018 after a long delay in replacement process so when the replaced tv is installed in two days again some other problem occurred in the product but the tv service center or philips management didn't give proper response and the finally i got series from the company by the executive. I purchased a TV on 25 oct 2015 Model No 39PFL5470/V7. TV comes with 5 years of warranty. My Tv screen has gone black since last 20 days.
