I, have registered a complaint about my led tv last on 06.07.2018. My tv is not working since last 3 months, but no anyone responding me about its status now till date. My complaint no. 0040 and registered mob no. [protected]. I[censored] seen this message please take necessary action.
By philips after many conversion, followups on email... Etc.
Customer care center but no result. They are always apologizes for bad services or late response.

I did many follow ups with service center, zonal manager, escalation head and many more concerns people but they always said they will resolve the issue soon but not sure when soon will come. His company service center reply also attached below.

I have given my home theatre for repairing in Surat I am not satisfied with his dealing with me.The service centre called me to collect it by paying rs.530 without giving me estimate in advance .while collecting he charged RS.1100.please look in to the matter.

Also the service centre did not return me the parts replaced.on phone they told that your home theatre is services only at the cost of RS.530 only.but they charged RS.1100 while go for collecting it.

    Led get up on operations when food items push through down. Led get does not take any pressure and get up.
    Solid food items remain on the vessel and the juicer does not gets effective.
    Juicer dint take any pressure and the led gets up.
    The main problem is juicer led the pressure which machine cant overload the food juicer is not working properly

      मैने Philips TV 32 inch PCB kit new replacement के लिए Philips TV service center bhagalpur को 3000 rupees advance दिया पैसे paid किए लगभग two months हो गया पर मेरे TV मे ना ही नया PCB board लगाया न ही पैसे लौटा रहा है मैने पैसे लौटाने बोला तो service center वाले ने पैसे नही लौटाया और दो महीना से मुझे परेशान. कर रहा है please मेरे paid किए advance पैसे दिलवा दे पैसे मागने पर मुझे उलटा सिधा जबाब देता है advance paid रसीद हम दे रहे है

        Check this tv mail com - gha[protected] ticket was raised in philips customer care center but no result. They are always apologizes for bad services or late response.

          My 40 inch philips led tv is not working for june month i raised the multiple request and few were closed without took ant action and this tv mail com - gha[protected]"is still open from 7th july 2018. I had a multiple conversation with services center guys, area manager, zonal services manager and escalation head also but no result. I also did many followups on email, always philips customer care is apologizes and said they will resolve the issue in next 2 days now around 4 months gone but they didn't care.

          I was die heart fan of philips and using many products from childhood but it very bad now philips services is top worst services in the world.

            Dear Sir
            I want to inform you that I had purchased the Philips speaker on 15/07/2018.
            But after 1 month of purchasing, he got spoiled. I went to Phillips service center Yashwant Plaza for the replacement of the speaker and I gave it for replacement. But after 1 month no response was received from there Service center and they asked me to register the speaker for replacement at another service center.

            After that I got the speaker register for replacement at another your service center. But today it has been a month again. I have not received any response from your service center.
            I bought speakers from your company's brand. But the service of your company is not so poor that the speaker runs properly nor does he have any replacement. If I do not have Speaker Replacements in the next 7 days, then I will do your complaint in Consumer Forum.

              Woofer makes boom sound ic damaged i think complaint register ed on 19/10/2018 complaint no 577877 but yet not solved
              Unit purchased on 25/12/2016 home theater woofer unit only trouble and gives noisy and boom boom sound and also kir kir sound this is panel board ic problem i think philips had abrand name in worldwide but now adays name is spoiled customer is avoiding philips products due to poor quality.

                My ht 53105 dvd home theatre was not working and i had made a complaint to mauli service, located at om shree swami samarth co-op society, shop no. 5, r-2, opp dadoji kondev stadium, khartan road, thane west - 400601.
                Accordingly mr. Hemant, service technician came home on 20 sept, 2018 and took away the set promising to replace the necessary parts and return it back "within 15 days". I have called up the service centre mauli services twice in the past one month and i am told that the part has still not arrived.
                Does it take one month for the part to arrive?

                Should this issue not be resolved within the next one week, i would have no alternate but to raise this in appropriate media, philips holland, and such other social media as i deem appropriate to show how callous philips india can be in customer service!

                  We buy a home theatre 01.09.2017 after 2 months problems started tecnition came took home theatre for repairing after a 3 months same problem repeated again tecnition told that i have takeit back again for repairing
                  Why should i repair again and again i told the tecnition i won't to be replaced tecnition told that this model is not in stock but he didn't give me in writing
                  If the tecnition have me in writing so that i would have go the court pls do needful

                    I bought 50" philips television with 5yrs warranty. My television got stopped working and i paid service center 1300rs as service charge and 600rs for pick up and deliver for which they did not give bill. Which i think is fraud. Within 15 days of repair again television is not working and they are again asking to wait for 3months to get my television repaired under warranty.

                      Even after no of mails and calls to customer care no response. My tv is under warranty. From last 8/9 months no body responding. Even i got local branch manager, area manager, zonal manager contact no but no body responding. Now i don't want tv. Plz refund full amount with extension warranty arranged by philiphs outlet. Tv purchased from vijay sales, kharghar, navi mumbai.
                      Now i am in bangalore. No response from anybody.

                          I bought philips speaker system from reliance digital. It's under warranty and not working. I've called service centre to resolve. They said to call customer care. I'm trying to call customer care from 2 months but never got connected. Is this the way to treat the customers? Warranty of the product ends on 21 oct 2018. Reliance digital is not responding and philips customer care is not responding. When you're unable to provide proper service why the hell do you sell waste products?

                              Hi,
                              This is to inform you that your service representative visited my home on 24th September and checked my TV. He confirmed that the LED panel needs to be replaced. TV is under warranty, and till date they are unable to replace the same. Ten days back when I spoke to their office, they are not even able to confirm by what date the replacement can be done? Saying that parts are not available. In the last three days I have contacted your customer care several times and they are blaming the service center guys and they have given me certain managers numbers, namely Abhishek and Jackson and all these numbers are switched off. Your customer care is not even taking the responsibility o[censored]pdating anything regarding the complaint raised. I have send three emails to the customer care in philips.[protected]@pemail.in. It is so shameful that I didn’t even got a reply so far. It’s been almost a month time so far I am waiting for the replacement. What should I do next? Your customer care guys are even suggesting to raise a complaint in the consumer court? May I know what is the credibility of Philips?

                              Till date this issue is not addressed by the Philips team and the complaint was was registered in the Consumer court in Kollam, Kerala. Awaiting the order from the court against this company. Will update the court order here soon.

                                I have purchase philips led tv model no 39pfl6570 from your shop snehanjali eeletronics and trading pvt ltd vide invoice no k1620645d dt 31/07/2017 with warranty of manufacturer 3year and extended warranty of 2 year. However said tv stop working suddenly from10th of october 2018. I have informed the same to mr magesh more the manager (Mob no [protected]) sales executive mr abhay singh immediately on 11th of october 2018. I have also informed the same to shehanjali customer care mr patil (Mob no [protected]/69/70) and shruti madam. After continue follow up with them one of your company representative (Mr ramesh mobile no [protected]) visited our house for verification and repairs during verification and conversation with him, he informed us that material used in led tv are not original part of philips but collaboration with videocon and there is some issue is going on in company and therefore part of the same are not available. Please let me know the fact about the product

                                  Am writing this email to express the terrible service you people have served for my television panel replacement. It's been 3months since the day i have launched the complaint against tv screen issue, till now there's not even been one single update. I have been calling your customer service numbers multiple times and was advised to launch a complaint which has been done way back, the deadline was given to me as on sep 1st week, i was also coordinating with your representative who has not helped me either. Its really hard to believe that companies like philips are being soo pathetically annoying in servicing field.
                                  Have you people ever heard about the concept of crm (Customer relationship management). I would strongly recommend you to replace my television set at the earliest if not i will definitely take this legally. For your information this email has reached indian consumer association as well.

                                      The plastic base of the grinding jar is getting cracks with use the plastic used in the manufacturing is of worst quality. What is the use of buying a product from a big brand like philips if quality is not up to the mark. The cost is the highest as compared to the other brands. My earlier food processorfrom a different brand worked for 7-8years. I bought this product after a recommendation from a known. First experience but worst.

                                        I raised my first complaint in march 20 2018 for display problem since the tv is in warranty the replaced tv in july 2018 after a long delay in replacement process so when the replaced tv is installed in two days again some other problem occurred in the product but the tv service center or philips management didn't give proper response and the finally i got series from the company by the executive. Not even completed 2 months again same problem now i raised one more complaint the are misguiding me and making delay in products.
                                        Following complaint numbers. Ban[protected] and ban[protected]

                                        All those services manager never receive the call. Even if they receive they request us to wait 5 working days but never fulfilled what they said. I fade up with this people kindly do something on it.
