My ht 53105 dvd home theatre was not working and i had made a complaint to mauli service, located at om shree swami samarth co-op society, shop no. 5, r-2, opp dadoji kondev stadium, khartan road, thane west - 400601.
Accordingly mr. Hemant, service technician came home on 20 sept, 2018 and took away the set promising to replace the necessary parts and return it back "within 15 days". I have called up the service centre mauli services twice in the past one month and i am told that the part has still not arrived.
Does it take one month for the part to arrive?
Should this issue not be resolved within the next one week, i would have no alternate but to raise this in appropriate media, philips holland, and such other social media as i deem appropriate to show how callous philips india can be in customer service!

mera philips tv 39 smart tv jiska model no. 39pfl6570n7a18 hai, jo ki pichhle teen mahine se khrab hai. mere dwara shikayat karne per bhi abhi tak nahi banaya gaya hai.mai aapko warranty send ker raha hoon kripya iska nirakaran karne ka kast karen.
