Hello Team,

I had given for a headset replacement at MRT ELECTRONICS Bangalore as it was under warranty period.
Model Number Philips SHQ 1205 7-8months ago but still they have not replaced it. They say product is not available and they will refund the money back. They are giving various dates and Various answers but of no solution.
I need my money back as it is been already so many months.
They are just asking me 20 days whenever I call them. I left following them as I am tired of their fake things since these many months.

    I am Bal Krishna Mishra, i have purchase a 32 inch TV on 03/07/2016 with three years Warranty, on 21 st nov my TV's Display does not working, i contacted on customer care no.[protected], first they behave rudely with me with an unprofessional way, but when i requested they lodge my complaint and told me that within 72 hrs. service person will visit your place to repair the TV, but after 72 hrs. nobody was come and when i call again to customer care my call was cancelled without any reason, but i recieve a call from another and person was told me that if you want to repair your tv, pay rs. 5000 and it will be repaired .. but dont ready for this, . after that again i lodge my complaint but again same thing happen.my call was cancelled. again i lodge complain again it was cancelled.. again and again.. minimum 7-8 times i have lodge complaint but each and every time its get cancelled without any reason. even i didnt get a call from service centre or person, ..
    when i force customer car give me the no. of service centre, , , of PRO CARE, mr. Nilanjan Das.. Mobile no.[protected] but when i call this no. its a wrong no. given by customer care..
    now what to do i dont know... i dont understand why this is happen..

    its almost going to be one month after several calls at[protected] and call my problem has not been resolved .each and every time they told me same thing, but today they even refuce to lodge my call .they told me to call mr nirmal ghosh . i spoke with mr. nirmal ghosh service manager of philips TV, he totally refuse to provide service of philips TV ..he told me that they cant give service to philips customer
    now what i can do to get my service under warranty period...

      I had purchased a philips 48" fhd48pfl4, as on 1st january 2016 from metro cash and carry india pvt. Ltd. Ref invoice no.350v1400372 for rs.39999/-. With three years warranty.

      As on 24th sep 2018 noticed issue on picture quality, it was not visible at all.
      24th sept 2018 registered a complain for the same. Ref complain id:- ban[protected].
      After 5 days the technician has visited our house and found that there is an issue with led panel and it should be replaced. The technician told that it will take two days to replace the same. When it has not work out by two days.. I have called to the philips/delta office.. Came to know that it will take twenty days.

      Now around 70 days past there is no response from philips /delta team.

      Now even they are closed their call center services. The call center number is not working. There is no channel to communicate them. I have written multiple mails to philips customer care. But there is no response.

      I have no option to file a suit at consumer court.

        Dear Team

        I have purchased Phillips model no MMS8085B/94 on 20-Oct-2018.Voice of both speaker have stopped coming with effect from 3-Nov-2018.Have raised complaint on customers care with complaint no SUP001/582947 on 11-Nov-2018 & SUP001/586617 on 27-Nov-2018but till date no one have contacted for fixing the issue. Customer care number is also not contactable since than. Worst experience of buying Phillips product from Amazon who don't take any responsibility after return time over nor help in contacting respective brand escalation matrix. Whereas Phillips is worst support and customer care where neither complaint is getting addressed nor customer care is contactable during official hours.

        Please address the problem or atleast be approachable to your customers.

          I have compliant ed regarding led tv was not working which is still in warranty period. The service engineer came (13 nov) and said the on-off circuit is not working, the ordered will come in 10-12 days and fix the same. But know 3 weeks gone the part hasn't come and said it will take another 3 weeks (After 15 dec). This is the only entertainment source for my family and you take 1 1/2 month to repair my led and it is also not guarantee?? I request you either repair my led or replace it urgently.

              I purchased led tv model 42pfl4150/v7 in november 2015. It has got 5 years comprehensive warranty. Today i made a complaint as its picture is not coming. I was told 1350 rs will be charged for service engineers visit. But as per warranty it should be free of charge for servicing and replacement of part.. How can you charge me for services when it is covered under comprehensive warranty... I will be happy if my complaint is resolved.. Hemant naik

                I bought a 43inch smart ultrahd philips tv and its display got black and then i called philips customer care number and registered my complaint on [protected] and the same day company guy visited me and told me that there is an issue with backlight and new part complaint would be registered. So, i told him to do that and he registered but now when i call the company who visited me they told me that your part wouldn't come or it could even take years. So, i called [protected] and they gave me 3 different numbers 3 different times of branch manager, area manager and senior area manager but none of them answers and all of them are either switch off or not answering constantly and i am just going in circles not getting any answers.

                Its been three months, they have my led saying it can't be repaired and doing nothing for three months. This is philips service.

                  As per the above issue im tried to calling customer care but they not response my call am facing issue form past 2 month my tv display not working since 2 month i contact so many time to your svc point agent prasanna mobile number [protected], [protected] and they telling there is no part available to your product so you can contact to manufacture they giving scode s68439 as a customer afire purchase a product form the company end i did't get any king of service and warranty related to my product so please look above issue and tried to rectifies my problem as soon as poosibale.

                  Purchased 42" TV in Nov 2015 and now on 07 Nov 2018 same is not working .Since then, trying for service still pending.

                  Asked for repair as per agreement, but they came back for refund and told to wait .still eagerly waiting for refund.

                    I was using phillips bluetooth since june 2018 it was under warrenty period.
                    it was not working properly so that i have returned it to service centre on 9th oct 2018. but still they have not replaced it neither they have updated me the status.
                    my complain.

                      I have purchase Philips LED TV MODEL NO 39PFL6570 from local electronic shop at Dahisar west Snehanjali Eeletronics And Trading Pvt Ltd vide Invoice no K1620645D Dt 31/07/2017 with warranty of Manufacturer 3Year and extended warranty of 2 year. However said TV stop working suddenly from10th of October 2018. I have informed the same to Snehanjali Eeletronics And Trading Pvt Ltd. Mr Magesh More the manager( Mob no [protected]) sales executive Mr Abhay Singh immediately on 11th of October 2018. I have also informed the same to Shehanjali Customer care Mr Patil ( Mob no [protected] /69/70 )and Shruti Madam. After continue follow up with them one of your company representative ( Mr Ramesh mobile no [protected]) had visited our house for verification and repairs during verification and conversation with him, he informed us that material used in LED TV are not original part of PHILIPS but collaboration with Videocon and there is some issue is going on in company and therefore part of the same are not available.

                      I am following up with all the persons continuously of Snehanjali Eeletronics And Trading Pvt Ltd & Shehanjali Customer care and with your customer care department how ever after so many days no solution come out.
                      Therefore if you are really taking care of customer then replace my Philips LED TV MODEL NO 39PFL6570 with original LED TV Manufactured by Philips. or do the needful to refund the money

                        My Philips Smart TV won't start after less than two years of operation. I called the official Philips TV line to report a problem with my 49" Smart TV. In a few days they send a service team to repair it. The team was not of Philips but of an outsourced distributor and they took my power supply board and came back after a month with a repaired power board. They had done welding on a power board and when they connected it to my TV, it won't start. They did a shoddy job (pic attached) and left the power board attached and told me to register another complain. When I called the line again they told me the distributor had told that my job has been done and I was satisfied (with a TV which won't switch on). My first complain was registered on 10th Oct '18 and as of 12th Nov '18 I don't have a solution.
                        When the second set of distributor called, they said we can't repair the TV and closed my request.
                        This is after I agreed to pay charges for components, their visiting fees etc.
                        This is an international brand I am dealing with such a disturbed experience. Every time I call their line, you have to wait 5-15 mins to reach someone and all they do is make a new complain and ask a distributor to reach out to you who is not capable of a solution. Besides it has happened twice when I waited to reach a service person, they said their systems don't work and call back after two hours. This has led me to spend atleast an hour just trying to reach them. Also the call centre won't call back to tell me that my solution has been found and is my TV operational.
                        TV's are not mobile devices like mobile phones that they spoil after a year's of operation. But Philips TV do and they won't even repair it.
                        Now I want a urgent solution from Philips.

                        My self i purchased philips tv in the mnth of january 2017. A message which is cmng on the left corener of the TV as effect on tv and it is nt dissappearing. Phililps gave me five years warranty on my product. I mailed my issue to the philips team till now i didnt get any call. I ask philips team to resolve my issue

                            My philips tv shows horizontal line in the display and this tv has three years warranty period. Three months back i given to the service center.                                     I called up customer care in bangalore on toll free number. For mixer jar repair.

                                    The customer care executive are really horrible.
                                    They don't understand the concern and very rude.

                                    They are not willing to take the complaint and not even willing to let me know, when they are going to send their customer care executive to look into the issue.

                                    Philips appliances are very bad quality.

                                    Really unhappy with philips products.

                                      I purchased a philips tv (Led), model no. 39pfl3830/v7, sl. No.[protected], on 28/03/2016 from m/s vijay sales, mumbai. At the time of purchase a three year warranty with doorstep service was assured. A few months back the product developed some problem related to remote. The problem was resolved by the service centre by changing the some parts from the tv having connection with remote. Soon we noticed that the tv display unit is having a vertically dividing line interfering with the picture on tv. I registered a fresh complaint on 25/08/2018 having reference no. Mum[protected]. After a couple of days the service technician visited and opined that the display unit needed to be changed and he would raise the issue with the proper authority. No response was heard from philips side. Hence, i contacted the customer care helpline after about a fortnight. It was assured that the issue would be taken up on priority and that the complaint has not been closed so far. Meanwhile, the remote problem has re-occurred. The service centre was again contacted. I tried to talk to second level at service centre. The lady passed the line to next level. But despite waiting for half an hour no one picked up the phone. Philips does not have next stage of appeal to escalate the complaints. Consequently you end up calling call-centre who are helpless to help. The website contact is equally non responding. I am really pained to notice such a state of affairs at multi-national company of philips repute. The tv is under warranty till march 2019, when i purchased i was handed over a warranty card which mentioned that "3 year wararanty / save uo to rs15, 300". I attract your kind attention on this issue so that the matter is resolved expeditiously without further delay

                                        Getting issue with my ceiling lights i had bought 40philips lights n out of 40 lights 4 lights are not working properly the start blinking its my request to philips that kindly work on my complaint n help me out as soon as possible we are facing too many problems bcz of the lights n now we r fed up of this plzz resolve my issue as soon as possible.
