I, have registered a complaint about my led tv last on 06.07.2018. My tv is not working since last 3 months, but no anyone responding me about its status now till date. My complaint no. 0040 and registered mob no. [protected]. I[censored] seen this message please take necessary action.
By philips after many conversion, followups on email... Etc.
Customer care center but no result. They are always apologizes for bad services or late response.
I did many follow ups with service center, zonal manager, escalation head and many more concerns people but they always said they will resolve the issue soon but not sure when soon will come. His company service center reply also attached below.
