This is to inform you that i have submitted a replacement replacement request of philips headphone model no shl4405bl100 at aman elctronics philips authorised service centre noida sector 10 up on 5th june 2018.

They had assured me that replacement will be done in 2 weeks but now its one month past and no action has been taken regarding this and they want an extra 15 days to replace the product. Please look into this matter deeply and resolve this issue asap.

    I have bought a home theatre on 28/05/2018 within 10 days the home theatre is not working. The product was defeated one i lost the belief of philips product. After that i have informed the customer care on 26/6/2018 they were quite helpful but they told they will come to home and repair the product but no one came to my place i was forced to go to one of there store it is quite far from my place. From there they have collected the product. But still i didn’t get my product repaired when ever am trying to call them they’re telling it will take some time they will call me back itseems. After 10day from my complaint date still the product is not ready this is how the philips service. I hope you will take immediate action about this issue.

      Kindly check my complaint number is SUP001/I47073 reading sound bar issues this complaint was registered 01/07/2018 but till time no call and your support engineer visit my home address and same has been approached your customer care told me please wait 10 to 15 days after that I will check and your gwalior area manager Mr Raj Rathore/Manoj jha told me Philips tie up with other company so due to some payments issue so we are unable to send support engineer so request you to take action according to policy. And request you to please resolve my problem asap.

        It has been 2 weeks since i filed my complaint for TV repair, a service center guy had come on 17th June and took a payment of Rs. 1298.
        He said that the company vehicle would come to pick the TV for repair.
        Its been 15 days now, the call center is not registering my complaints and the representative is not picking my phone.
        The representative had come from Pearl Electronics, New Delhi.
        request help.

          Complaint no. Ban[protected]. No response at all has i have called several times to this phone no. [protected] given to me by a mr. Vijay of bangalore office whose no. Was given to me by customer care executive. Now it has been a month i am waiting for the new parts but still the matter is pending i do not know what to do. Why it is been delayed so much as one month is a lot of time. Can someone answer it.

            I regret to bring to your notice the purchase of a philips uhd led 49put7791 from your showroom located at palm beach galleria, palm beach road vashi, navi mumbai maharashtra.

            Details of purchase are as under.

            Purchase philips uhd led 49put7791 against order no 163-q-sft 270, date 31/12/2017.

            Regret and protest as under.

            1 the showroom has packed and delivered the displayed (Repaired) philips uhd led 49put7791 this being a defective one.

            2. The packing came without any warranty card or user manual on bringing this to notice showroom informs that the bill is the warranty card.

            From day one this tv is giving problems.

            From sound issues to connecting to home theater, to picture quality.

            Frequently while watching a program the tv goes blank with a blue screen. We need to switch off/on the tv to resolve the problem. As of late the tv restarts but background channel plays. (Background is audioble but no picture, screen shows restarting).

            Technicians have checked and confirmed problem with tv and say that "mother board" needs to be replaced.

            This is a new tv still in warranty. I request that the tv be replaced immediately or refund the cost.

            Many such request to vijay sales/philips has been ignored. (Complain ref no: /tha[protected] scode s25061/tha [protected] response code r22379/tha [protected] scode s32423) and many more

            Being a customer i have some rights, please do not trample on it.

            I hope this issue is sorted out at the earliest as it is causing a lot of stress, anxiety and leading to health issues.

            I am attaching a copy of the bill for your kind refrence.

                I have launched complaint on 28/5/2018 and person visited on 30/5/2018.
                problem found that mother board not working. my TV is under waraantee.

                why from last one month spare not available. why such type of service u r providing to customer. one month is much more.
                customer care peoples have no answer
                also registered complaint via chatting they gives me number of ASM and DSM but both are always busy and never answer calls even after ringing.
                i have dialled @100 times to ASM dilip peta and DSM dhanjay kadam, no one responding.

                on tuesday Mr peta said person will come on 28/6/2018 but still not.

                now i am going to register legal complaint against consumer court if no one soleve my problem.

                i already put mails on email id corpcomm.[protected]@philips.com on 22 and 27/6/2018
                but no one is responding.
                I think purchasing TV from PHILIPS is our my big mistake. i never imagine such a poor service from PHILIPS

                  I would like to escalate the issue with regared to a complaint given against my philips tv (Issue with the tv screen)

                  As i mentioned above i have given complaint on 24.05.2018 which is almost 1.3 months back regarding an issue with my tv and the same is not yet resolved at your end. Executive had visited my tv and created request 1 month back at your end for replacement against default tv. When ever i call customer care, i am getting an answer that within a week replacement will be done and this answer is being given for last 1 month.

                  I am deeply disappointed with this type of service from philips side and now i am forced to feel that i should not recommend philips products to anyone in my friends circle.

                  I hope i will get proper response and resolution on priority for this email.

                  Please try to retain the trust from customer which is very much important for any kind of business.

                    I purchased a philips led tv one year two months before with extended warranty of two years. I have raised the complaint on 05-may-2018 regarding fire in mother board but still my issue not resolve yet.
                    I am continuously follow up with associated persons who is handling my case but they always reply back that parts not available right now, it will take some days to resolve. Its been almost 2 months i am not getting any support. Please look in to this matter on priority. How it is possible for a company like philips that tv parts not available for almost two months. This is big harassment to customers who have shown faith on company.

                      I had bought a philips juicer mixer grinder hl 7576 some time ago which was recommended by the salesman as the newest model then. I am facing a lot of issues with the product ever since i purchased it and would not recommend it to anybody. Today, i was so fed up of this appliance that i have finally decided to pen down my thoughts about it.
                      As a little background, i am a huge fan of philips products and most of the products in our household, right from hair dryer, hair straightener, iron, garment steamer, hand blended and even our juicer mixer grinder are all philips products so this product has really tried my patience to another level for me to actually complain on a forum.
                      To begin with, the design of the product is the most inconvenient design amongst the entire range of products available in this category. To use the grinder function, one has to open two locks, in the front and back, then remove the waste collection jar on the side (Which falls as soon as you unlock the top compartment) accompanied by the juice nozzle on the right.
                      It is too much of a hassle to remove so many parts and then assemble them back on a daily basis. Thumbs down for the designing gone terribly wrong. At first glance, the sky blue design may look attractive but do not get deceived by the packaging the way i did. Practically, it is extremely inconvenient.
                      Secondly, the juicer nozzle is quite narrow, unlike our previous appliance (Which was also a philips model). This means, everything has to be chopped quite small in order to juice it.
                      Thirdly, the quality of the plastic is not suitable for the product, the plastic outside is so terrible that the plastic on 1 of the 3 jars had cracked in hardly anytime of purchasing the product.
                      Lastly, and my biggest issue with the product is that no matter which of the jars you use, whether to blend or grind, the product always spurts out the contents in no time. If the voltage was that high, the company should have atleast put locks on all sides of the jar to prevent leakages. I am attaching of photo below of what you can expect when you attempt to make chutney using this product.
                      Seriously, you guys sjhould immediately discontinue this product if you'll dont want to lose anymore cusotmers. As for me, i will ensure i do not get lured into buying another philips appliance in the future.

                        Hello,

                        I had purchased philips tv 4 years back through flipkart and it had gone faulty last year. Subsequently the same was replaced and again within 8 months the new one too has gone bad.

                        I called up philips for service on 8th june, but they are refusing to do repairs on the ground that i don't have the bill for the replaced tv.
                        Bill was never given to me as it is a replacement product.
                        Tried calling them for assistance but no one has a clue on how to deal with this.

                        Can anyone help?

                          This is namrata dargude from nasik, maharashtra.
                          Last year 27 february, 2017 i bought philips led tv model : 50pfl6870/v7 a18 and as discussed with dealer of the showroom he told me i will get 3 years warranty on tv.
                          Now since few month i am facing issues with inbuilt videocon d2h connection. I have raised 3 complaints two times videocon engineer resolved issue by putting some packing in backside panel of tv but last time he asked me to contact phillips and ask for some part replacement (Out of 3 times 2 times i got charged for the service as it was after one year of my purchse)
                          I have few questions for you:
                          1) when dealer told me i have three years warranty on tv as discussed with your team why should i pay for phillips engineer service charge (I. E. 1100 inr) & videocon engineer (I. E. 250 inr)? This is we consumers call it as hidden charges.
                          2) also i have raised a complaint (Complaint no. Aur[protected]) but they are saying it will take 12-15 days for that spare part to come.
                          3) also if this new part which is they are going to replace if it will again have issues after one month again i have to pay the phillips engineer service charge (I. E. 1100 inr)? Why?
                          I am really afraid of your service after sale by your chargable service and parts guarantee with time consuming for parts replacement.

                          Please resolve my issue that for how long i have to pay for your spareparts fault?

                            We have lodged a service complaint for an led tv as per above cited subject whose sound was errant and at times no sound at all.

                            The service was attended by one mr. Rajesh having m#[protected] from m/s smart care services on the 06 june and a service fee of rs. 580/- charged.

                            It was told that the new speakers have to be obtained to correct the sound system and we have given our consent on the same.

                            On the 12 june the tv was brought to our address and while installing it was found that the unit was not properly fitted and many screws were missing which is very bad on the servoce centre of a high repute.

                            The tv when installed did not operate well though the sound is ok but channels could not be seen despite several attempts by the technician who has come to install.

                            Another concern we ask them to produce us the old speakers and the new installed should have their serial number mentioned on the invoice copy.

                            Finally the tv was taken back the same day for final correction and till date nothing has been heard from the service centre who were assigned this job.

                            The matter is of serious concern and taken a longer time to get re installed.

                            Your earliest intervention in this matter shall be highly anticipated to initiate any consumer complaint for in efficient service.

                              I have bought 43’’ led tv on 9th sept’2016 from metro mall, attached is the bill of purchase along with the warrantee card of 3 years as well extended warrantee from bajaj for 2 years.
                              In the month of 1st march’18 my tv screen got black out i have registered the complaint accordingly on your customer service no[protected] the service person has attended this call on 13th march’18 and notice that the led has worn out, he has suggested to send this product to service center. Immediately within 3 days the service people from kandivali - east service station (Videocon service station) people visited to our place and taken that tv to their service center for repair, i have asked for any report or challan or any documents to that person, he replied not required as this is going in service center, the service center people will call and communicate with you for exact problem as well as delivery and if any changes to be done.
                              After rigorous follow-up with the after service center person the repaired tv was delivered in the month of april’18 however it was noticed that the corner of the tv was broken and scratches on the glass which we immediately notify the delivery people and they have agreed and told it was damaged in the transport and immediately they have taken back this to service center, form service center we have been told that the said tv being under warrantee will be replaced with new tv within 15 days time. This was the discussion in the month of end march’18, since then we have been following up with several peoples but nobody is responding & till today we have not got our tv.
                              Whenever we are calling your customer service no every time they keep on giving some different no to call, but every time we are not getting any answers/ reply
                              If we don’t get our tv replacement, we don’t have an option but to go in consumer court,
                              We never expect this kind of support and services from brand like philips.

[protected] visited on same day and told us that control panel has gone. Our is under 5 years warranty, then also he has charged rs, 950/- as visiting charges.                                 Till date Philips India customer care was not responded . Very worst service by Philips India Ltd. Please do not buy any Philips product in India. They don't have any spares and reliable service center in India.. I made a blunder mistake in life that i had purchased LED tv of Philips. The TV is under 5 years warranty and Philips India neither repairing my Tv nor replacing TV with other brands. They are cheaters in the market.

                                  I purchased tv i found display problem for the same i have called philips customer care on 18 th jun 2018, recived sms technician will visit with in 24 hours but till today no one is turned up, again and again i am calling customer care they are least bothered to give answer.

                                  Worst service ever scene.

                                    I purchased a 48 inch led tv with 5 years of warranty, but it is not working properly, half of the tv screen has become hazy. We raised a service request on 13th may 2018 and some mechanic visited us to check the tv. He found the problem and said since it is under the warranty period, the defective part or the tv will be replaced by philips. The service request number is kol[protected]. It is over a month now but it is still not rectified. When i call the service center, they also don't provide any timeline for replacement of tv/ defective part.
                                    This kind of poor service is not expected from a reputed company like philips. Please resolve my issue at the earliest

                                      I received the philips qt4011/15 trimmer for men through flipkart on 11th aug 2017. Of late i am facing a issue in the product like top portion of the trimmer is not aligning properly on the bottom part so i couldn't able to use the trimmer.                                         I have raised the complaint on 17-may-2018 but still my issue not resolve yet.
                                        I am continuously follow up with associated persons who is handling my case but they always reply back that it will take some days to resolve. Its been 27 days, i am not getting any support. Please look in to this issue on priority.

                                        Issue: pending for replacement.
                                        Philips India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        The blade of my grinder is not working and while i am using it, it makes a weird sound.
