Respected sir, its a sad reality of your agents or authorised service centres. I'm complaining about one of your service agent *delta service * bengaluru who doesn't have manners to co-op with customers. Its waste of time by fighting with them, they aren't worried and cared about us. We had been registered for the parts replacement, since last month and it has been almost 30 days no response from them. If we tried to contact them their reply will be worse and we dont have any other option to seek the information. But unfortunately we had been through rough way. Honestly fed up by using a product (Philips). Only a product isn't matter for customer satisfaction even the service they render will matters too. Need to end this up. Will wait for few days and i'm going to file a suit against all authorised agents and the brand philips.

    Hi there,

    This happen recently, my philips lcd - 32 inch - 32pfl5505, have been restarting a while and few days later, it didn't turn on, when switched on only the side button lights glows. I raised a complain with tambaram philips authorized service center, the representative came and started removing the back panel, i was standing by and watching what he was doing, i saw the main board it very clearly, specifically the component to which the cable wire will be connected, it was so silvery and new, he was trying to solder some components out after a while i had a phone call and i came back while i noticed that he had switched the main board that he was working with and i asked this was not our board but he objected, i was so sure that it was not our board as i noticed that the components were little rusty and finally he fitted back everything and told he needs to take the tv to service center, initially he said if there a major issue in board he would only take only the board for chip level service, it raised my suspicious level toward him, has he had switched the main board with a older one he brought. I gave him rs. 400. This is unethical and worst service i have ever seen in my entire life. I know his intention was to switch the screen too or to charge more i don't know. I can buy one more tv again next month but i would not prefer or suggest philip again because of this incident. I will publish this incident as much as possible to educate other so that other might be careful.

      I purchased a set of 3 philiphs led bulbs through snapdeal.

      The copy in invoice & warrenty card & ouetr case is enclosed for your reference.

      01 led goes out just after 1 year & the second one went wrong 3 months back.
      Now only 1 is working as on date.

      I wrote this matter to snapdeal so that i can get with you, but the respond fulishly.

      Pl. Let me know how (And where) to get these 02 no's of led replaced (That's under warrenty)

      Hope you don't beleive in cheating your online customer's

        There is a serious problem of rusting of blades of juicer, grinder (wet and dry) for repeated instances. This serious problem was brought to Customer Care of Croma and the blades were replaced once for the grinder and twice for the juicer, however, the same problem reoccurred for the third time so I will not accept mere replacement of blades because of the same problem
        recurring multiple times.

        I have informed Croma that I want to return the said Phillips mixer and grinder and replace the same with mixer and grinder of my choice and 2 years extended warranty should remain valid for the new mixer as well.

          This is in reference to the request i had filed on 18.05.2018 as my tv was not working properly. So i had placed request to your service center for tv.

          Serviceman suggested that, there was an issue which required a specific part.

          It has been 17 days since i requested and it has not been resolved yet.
          I tried to contact the service person but everytime he delays saying that "part is not received yet"

          Please look into this matter because it has already been 17 days without tv.

            I purchased a 55 inch led tv with 5 years of warranty i registered the complaint on 6th april 2018 that my tv screen has gone black it's been almost 2 months. Engineer's visited my house they told that the set will be replaced but when i contacted the kolkata's branch manager "sadiq khan" he said that philips company has been shut down so we can't do anything.
            I need a replacement or i need my money back... Worst service and i will suggest everyone not to go with this brand again

              I bought food processor on 26 th may 2018. Within a week i use chutni jar only two times. Unfortunately second time when i made coriiender n mint leaves chutnet the blade is broken in jar. What type of worst product this is!!! I am shocked. I want to replace or change the model. I took four years warranty too. I have no more words to say as a bought this product on its high price. I bought it from croma aashram road in ahmedabad. Where sales man said that it is best product.
              If i grind chutney n the blade had broken than what will going to with food processor if i was supposed to grind dry masala...???!!!???.
              Resolve my compain as soon as possible

                I submitted a complaint to the company's customer care multiple times, at first it got rejected without any action. Later, when i called i was assured that it would be taken care, but then nothing happened. So, when i called again they said that u will be called up by the local dealer. The local dealer said that he does not have any technician to do the required work and hanged up.

                After that, i haven't been contacted or updated on the status, what's going on at their side. It has been around three months but no technician has visited. Such behavior was not expected from a company so prestigious like philips india. If this issue is not addressed i would, eventually, have to seek help of the indian judiciary.

                  Hi,

                  First of all take my complaint no.: kol[protected].

                  3 weeks ago on 05may2018, i raised one complaint that my tv is not turning on and needs to be repaired. On 07may2018, a 3rd party technician visited and told the motherboard needs to be replaced and charged a fee of rs900+gst.

                  After that, i haven't been contacted or updated on the status, what's going on at their side. I have contacted multiple people, from the technician to service center authorities but noone is even trying to cooperate with me properly. Because the service center is a 3rd party vendor, so they do not take philips' customers seriously. And, it happened with me in 2016 as well when the speakers were not working. They took speakers of my tv set with them and replaced after more than a month after so many calls and escalations.

                  I have contacted philips in twitter and sent a mail also to the customer care. Mail copy is attached here, against which i have not received any response yet.

                  Today i contacted another person from that service center named mr sadique khan and he behaved with me like anything. When i asked to provide me an escalation contact id, he refused and told me, "i'm not making any hanky panky commitments". Is this a language we can expect from a service center professional?

                  Please help me out in this situation as for a middle-class man a fee of near rs1000 value so much, which i have already paid them only for an investigation. And, now they are behaving like they will provide me service only if they wish to do so sometime.

                  I do not even have a proper escalation contact as people are not giving me that. Also, i want strict disciplinary action to be taken against these people like mr sadique khan (Mob: [protected]).

                    Worst service ever. Please anyone don't buy any products from them. They are a cheat. They don't provide good service. I bought a tv here with 5 years warranty, now the motherboard has been burnt. Now they are making up stories and it's been 10 days still i didn't get my tv repaired. They even said that philips company has been closed down. See you i consumer court.

                    I purchased a Philips sound bar from Vijay Sales Faridabad on 9th may 2018 and just after 3-4 days I noticed that its base sound has gone weak and is audible only on higher volume, whereas earlier it was audible in low volume too,

                        I purchased philips bt 4200 bluetooth speaker about a month ago, but the battery does not get charged. After a few minutes the charging stops. While playing it is mandatory to get the speaker connected with usb.

                        When i purchased it used to work fine but now when i connect it to charging point after some time the charging stops. The charging indicating light gets turned off and when i play the speaker without charging wire, the battery low sound beeps after every 2-3 minutes.

                          I am using Philips 24” Full HD LED TV past one & half year. And the performance is during past duration is good. But now faced the Display issue – Horizontal white lines are appeared on the screen (top & bottom) frequently (once in 3 sec continuously).

                          Since the above issue, I had try to contact Philips TV customer care service center many times past one month through Philips customer care contact center, But till now I didn’t get the proper response for PHILIPS customer care team.

                            Last two years back I purchased new led Philips 93 LED TV they provide me 5 years warranty also right now I am try to call customer care but no response from them,
                            That the reason I called another one service person and he changed small thing and ask 1000 Rs and I paid also my question is what he telling Philps provide all spare parts but service charge is 1000.
                            He will not took more than 5 min to change it but take 1000 Rs.

                              I had purchased a philips 39pfl6570 led set from great eastern, berhampore, murshidabad, west bengal, dated 25/10/2017. Few days ago my tv remote has not working properly, in this connection i call to customer care and after fore days their representative came to my house and he was opened the tv and damage the tv during servicing. After that he told me that the panel of the tv is damaged, so he told they called to company and relapsed the new panel instead of old. But from eight days they have not any feedback from their end, i have called them on 16/05/2018, but they have told that wait another 5 to 10 days, so i requested you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Your kind co-operation is solicited. I have attached the invoice along with the letter.

                                मैंने जून 2017 में एक फिलिप्स स्मार्ट टीवी 39 इंच का खरीदा था जो अप्रैल 2018 के पहले सप्ताह में खराब हो गया | दिनांक 13-4-18 को ऑनलाइन शिकायत दर्ज कराया जिसका न. कम्प्लेन LUC[[protected]] था और एक कर्मचारी आकर टीवी देखकर गया और 8-10 दिनों के भीतर टीवी ठीक करने की बात कहकर चला गया | उसने बताया था कि बोर्ड खराब है, बदलना होगा, अधिकतम 10 दिन में हो जाएगा | सर्विस सेंटर पर एक अधिकारी ने टीवी बदलने की भी बात की | आज दिनांक 15-05-18 है और लगभग एक माह से जयादा दिन हो गए हैं, मेरी टीवी ठीक नहीं हुई | ग्राहक बड़े मेहनत से एक-एक रुपया जोड़-जोड़कर इतनी महंगी टीवी खरीदता है फिर आप द्वारा उनके साथ ऐसा कृत्य किया जाता है | आखिर हम कहाँ जाएँ ? क्या कानूनी उपाय ही इसका समाधान है | आप मेरी टीवी शीघ्र बदलने की कृपा करें और एक नया टीवी देने की कृपा करें | मैं एक महीने से परेशान हूँ, कृपया शीघ्रातिशीघ्र टीवी बदलकर देने का कष्ट करें | रारम्भ से ही इस टीवी (39PFL6570/V7) में सॉफ्टवेयर भी अपडेट नहीं होता था तथा youtube में साइन in नही होता था, कोई एप्प काम नही करता था, स्मार्ट टीवी के नाम पर साधारण टीवी दे दिया गया है | DDB सुविधा है मगर कहने के बाद भी कोई इसे इंस्टाल के समय शुरू नही किया गया | कई शिकायते हैं जिसे दूर करना आवश्यक है | इस बार मेरी हर समस्या का अवश्य समाधान करें |

                                    Sir i have buyer philips juicer model no hr 1832 almost 1 year. My complaint is about the juicer whose left pocket has been broken i have called on the customer care number but no one is answering me and every time they used to say that the technician will call you or you will getting a call within the next working hours. Sir please see to this matter as my grandmother age is 90 years and everyday she needs vegetable juice. Kindly sir i am requesting you to please send the technician to repair it as soon as possible.

                                    Sir I have a complaint against the service center as they are not helpinge every time when I used to call them they used to tell that you will get the call within the next working hours or the technician will call you. My complaint is that I had buyer Philips juicer a year before whose left handle pocket has broken and no one has came to repair it. My grand mother age is 90 years and she used have fruit and vegetable juice eveyday. Sir please see to this matter as soon as possible.

                                      sir almost one month gone to my complaint
                                      no one repair my tv why is this for
                                      my tv speaker having problem, the service man say i come tomorrow
                                      and change the speaker, he take service money from me but he not come
                                      again and not attand my call his number [protected] mr sandeep mehta
                                      he says that company not provide him that speaker, ?

                                      sir company is out of stock ?

                                      my cable tv rent 650/- i paid because it is in cycle
                                      when ever you use tv or not you pay monthly charge

                                      i never buy philip product again

                                      please help me and send some one to repair my tv

                                        I have register a complaint on 07th april for my tv but nobody has turned up till yet to repair my tv. I'm continuous doing follwo-up with their team but facing lot of issue.

                                        I'm finding very difficult to get in touch with philips customer care representative over the phone. I tried more than 100 times & got connected 3 times only. And also after connecting there representatives are disconnecting the call in between of communication & they have no answer for any question. After insisting so much they have given me one service center manager no but he is also not picking up the call.

                                        I have bough this tv in the year of 2015, after this my tv was repaired more than 10 times and got replaced once in 2017. After replacement also my tv was repaired for 3 time and again same problem is persisting.

                                        Today i have received a mail from customer care that they have closed my complaint."complaint have already canceled on 2nd may due to you are not ready to pay charges"

                                        • this is to inform you that i have not received any call from your technician on 02nd may 2, 2018 in regards to charges or closing the complaint, i have received one massage from your side stating that the my complaint will be attended by 04th may by technician name mr. Ajay.

                                        • on last monday i. E. 30th april i have received a call from dombivali branch and they informed me that the complaint was rebooked on 21st & old complaints is closed because thane service center is closed & now i’m out of warranty.

                                        • i was provided with mr. Shamshuddin shaikh (Videocon hr) mobile no [protected] to escalate this matter & they will send the technician to repair work on priority.

                                        • i had tried to contact with him n numbers of time but he is not picking up the call. It is very disappointing to see the such service, after registering a complaint 20 days back nobody has visited to my place to attend the complaint

                                        Please explain why should i pay charges when i have registered the complaint within a warranty period on 07th april 2018 (Complaint no – mum[protected]) which was closed by you & new complain rebooked by your office on 18th (Complaint no – mum[protected]) & 21st april (Complaint no – mum[protected]).

                                        Request you to kindly look into this matter & help me to resolve the issue.

                                        Dear sir i am purchase Philips LED TV on feb 2018 amd my product is under warrenty and main think is my product have same problem second time in three month so am not satisfied with your service so plz do needful its panic for me
                                        that time problem is the remote not work properly on the TV but the the remote r work but the TV not support this...
