It has been more than 3 months since the fault was reported and i have been given, false promises of replacement of defective peace, followed by assurances to refund the money. Various lame excuses have been given by authorities at various levels in your organization (So called international repute) for the delay in refunding my money invested in buying product of philips. Me and my family has been deprived of watching television for the past 3 months. Unfortunately i had already paid the subscription for the cable tv which they charge in advance. Now they are not also, prepared to refund the amount. Every time i call the executives at various levels
1. Area service manager mr. Awnish kumar ([protected])
2. Escalation team mr. Akash gera ([protected])
3. Senior escalation head mr. Raj kumar jha ([protected])
4. Corporate head mr. Ashish bhan ([protected])
I hear the same lame excuse that the accounts are sealed and until the accounts are released, they cannot refund the money.
I feel cheated by both the organization as a poor helpless consumer. You please let me know, how can you solve the problems because a consumer is not concerned with what is happening to your organization on financial basis, because no organization will stop functioning because of these lame excuses. They have to pay salaries to their employees, day to day functioning and other expenses. When millions are being spent, how can a paltry amount of 48000/- (Forty eight thousand) could be withheld.
I would request that my problem should be solved, without giving any excuses.
1. Till the refund is arranged, an alternate television set should be installed at my place.
2. Compensation for my cable tv subscription should also be added.
Kindly help in resolving the my issue.
