I have been trying to sort out a problem with my tv screen for 3 months, after being requested to send loads of information and pictures it was deemed the screen needed cleaning, not a warranty job, they put me onto eqinox for the job. They have now said that its not a clean but the panel is faulty and needs replacing and now no one at philips will listen. The tv is 18 months old to is well in its warranty. They requested proof from equinox and now they have it all they say is "make a complaint to philips because we have already said its a out of warranty job"
I will be taking this all the way to consumer rights if i don't get this sorted soon.

    We have lodged complaint with respect to our television with specification mentioned above on 24th dec-2017. And the tv is under 5 years of warrenty. Even after 2 months no reply from vendor and we are taking continuous followup. It is totally frustrating and worst experience ever. We have purchased tv from vijay sales thane. We were not expecting this from philips which is such a renowned brand. I am forced to logde complain against company as i am totally frustrated.

      I have purchaed philips pop up toaster from croma kandivali west mumbai o 28/06/2017 after two months white bread could not be toast i went to croma they said due to dashhera and diwali festivla i must come after festivals agin i went at that time i was told to call servvice centre i amde acompalint twice the engineer came but the thermostat problem could not be solved i am a sr citizen undergone by pass there after product was taken to service station on several follow ups on 26.1.18 i was said that the product is delivered i assured them that i have not recieved my product but they are not ready to agree i asked for the signature when i have recieved the product after 30.11.17 as i managed to show them that my product was taken by nitin who visited my house from my society register but they are not responding nor giving my product back

        I purchased philips tv of 50 inch and within 10 months there is problem in display. After registering complaint, technician visited my place and told some part has to be ordered. After 5 days when i called the customer care they told within 1 week they will get the parts. Even after 20 days there is no news from the technician nor company. When i call customer care they give different numbers saying they are higher technicans and they dont have any idea about this. When i call these technicians they dont pick the call (From past 5 days). Consumer court is only the solution i feel.

          Hi,

          I would like to escalate few things. Please let me know the process. Following are the issues

          1. Day 1 - i was promised that someone will attend the issue within 4 hours but no one came or even bothered to call
          2. Day 2 - the engineer came and told that charge of 400/- for opening the system and check. The product is covered in warranty
          3. Day 3 - the engineer dropped the unit and damaged it. Now even buttons stopped working. He asked not to worry as it is covered in warranty. Now, the unit has to be taken to service centre and will take at least 2-3 more days
          4. Day 4 - i called the 1800 number and was made to speak to pradeep. Who promised to call directly and help sorting out but he did not bother to call

          It is ridiculous service from such a big brand in electronics.

          I need philips to replace the unit or at least the broken parts and fix all the issues at the earliest. I will wait for 48 hours and will file a formal complaint against philips in consumer court and other forums.

            We have purchased 1000 nos of tube light from our regular vendor m/s. R. A. Electricals, mumbai vide our po no. [protected] and party has supplied 1000nos tubes vide invoice no.8962 dated 10.03.2017 of model: steller bright led tube light with batten (Duramax technology) wattage 20watts, t8 type. Bearing product nc code:

            We have already registered complaint with you vide complaint no. Phl[protected], in connection with frequent failures of tube lights. As on date, we have 50 tube lights have failed and chances are there for further failure.
            As mentioned on tube light warranty is for 2 years, hence we request you replace the failed tube lights at the earliest

            Even after registering complaint, we have not received any feed back from you. Hence it is again requested to take our complaint on priority and address the issue.

              I have used a number of phillips products and i was happy with those. But my experience with tv has forced me to think otherwise.
              My tv stopped working suddenly and i complained about the same. Your service representative visited my home told about warranty coverage.

              I was told that your tv replacement is approved and needful will be done at the earliest, however till date nothing concrete has happened!

              I am have been suffering on this account since 15th of january

                  I had purchased 32pfl 4556led 81cms 4000 series model tv on 17/03/2012. Towards the second week of january 2018, a problem found on display.in the middle of the screen was showing av 1, and taking little delay for on. I had contacted the philips authourised service centre agency. Agency name n details. Universal electronics, 34/91 a, market road, near bye pass, edappally, cochin 682024. They checked the tv and solved the problem. I had made a payment of rs.3550 in this regard. Ten days later a black spot started appearing on the screen. I had contacted the same agency and told the problem. But their responsr was totally unprofessional and talking in a harrasing way. They were not ready to take responsibility of repair done ten days back. They are asking 11000 rs not even before physically inspecting the tv. It was totally unethical and believe to take some responsibility of the product. Also want to inform you that these kind of service centers are spoiling the good will of your company. I expect an early response from your end to repair my tv with some other reputed service centre with a proper written detail of complaint and estimate.                     Dear sir/ madam,

                    I had purchased portable bluetooth speaker fro croma on 16-11-16 vide invoice reference slf02a[protected] dated[protected] for an amount of rs 2639/-. The said equipment rendered non-operation and was landed at your service station in sector 29, faridabad.

                    I have been informed that system cannot be repaired as required spares are not available. This is really surprising. How can spare support for an equipment of such a renowned firm vanishes within a period of about 1 yr 3 months. If such is the service and spare support of philips, i would surely reconsider my future purchases of this brand.

                    May i kindly request you to look into the issue.

                      This is with with ref to psl[protected] regarding replacement of product 31111 65k led ceiling 22w dim. So far no action has been initiated by the service providers mr prem and mr surseh. Of philips bangalore.

                      Now it is more than seventy days, all my effort to calls and messages are falling on their deaf ears, absolutely no response from them. Customer care is pathetic. I am repenting for buying this from philips. Pl bring this matter with higher ups and resolve before we loose complete faith on philips products.

                        It has been more than 3 months since the fault was reported and i have been given, false promises of replacement of defective peace, followed by assurances to refund the money. Various lame excuses have been given by authorities at various levels in your organization (So called international repute) for the delay in refunding my money invested in buying product of philips. Me and my family has been deprived of watching television for the past 3 months. Unfortunately i had already paid the subscription for the cable tv which they charge in advance. Now they are not also, prepared to refund the amount. Every time i call the executives at various levels
                        1. Area service manager mr. Awnish kumar ([protected])

                        3. Senior escalation head mr. Raj kumar jha ([protected])
                        4. Corporate head mr. Ashish bhan ([protected])

                        I hear the same lame excuse that the accounts are sealed and until the accounts are released, they cannot refund the money.

                        I feel cheated by both the organization as a poor helpless consumer. You please let me know, how can you solve the problems because a consumer is not concerned with what is happening to your organization on financial basis, because no organization will stop functioning because of these lame excuses. They have to pay salaries to their employees, day to day functioning and other expenses. When millions are being spent, how can a paltry amount of 48000/- (Forty eight thousand) could be withheld.

                        I would request that my problem should be solved, without giving any excuses.

                        1. Till the refund is arranged, an alternate television set should be installed at my place.
                        2. Compensation for my cable tv subscription should also be added.

                        Kindly help in resolving the my issue.

Dinesh talwar, (He told me he is a authorized service men for philips) he replace power supply board and he charged service and repair charges 5750/- (Rupees five thousand seven hundred and fifty cash) immediately we found tv display not repaired properly, for that service engineer mr. Dinesh talwar told me that wait for 3 days then it will become automatically good ok or he will do repair work again, tv display is very bad only 50 % of display looks good and other area looks very dark and bad.

                            Philips tv purchased on 26.06.2015. Has 3 years warranty. But now led display showing white lines. We gave this to the star service center at vytila for repairing. We have the invoice but we don't have the warranty card.

                            Now they are asking warranty card for replacing the panel.

                            Please do the needful to get this done. As you know that the warranty has not expired.

                              This is w.r.t my Philips LED TV 55" which is in extended warranty.
                              My TV has Blackout issue for which I logged complain on 22nd Oct 2017 #BAN[protected]. I had to drop my TV to service center on my own cost and then repaired and given back to me which did not work for 2 days. Black out was seen again and logged complain again on 2nd Nov 2017 #BAN[protected] and dropped TV again on my cost to service center.

                              Service center was unable to Fix for 1 month and offered replacement. I agreed and they reverted after 25 days that even replacement is not possible.

                              They offered Refund, I agreed and shared my Bank account details 5 days back.

                              I called customer care[protected] to check complain status and found that all complains are closed. This means they did had any complain to track Refund.

                              I do not have any update and time line by when they will process my Refund.

                              I dropped email, tweeter, whats app etc but NO update.

                                  I have purchased philips 3900 model led on 28 december from udaipur show room of philips dealer.
                                  In 10 days i got following problems

                                  1. My led was not installed in 24 hours they took 5 days for installing and they installed on 3 january.
                                  2. It's most important to tell you that person who installed (Neeraj shah) my led don't have any manners to talk with my relatives.
                                  That person just installed and didn't setting my led picture, color and all other thing. He also tell me i will not work you can call other person for installation.
                                  3. Last and finally problem is now that my led setting as like picture, color, sound etc are not in proper way.
                                  So i have requested you please send a gentleman and good person for setting that all things.

                                    During the warranty period, certains defects had developed in the set and the same was reported through csc vide docket no. Coco[protected]. Philips authorised workshop repaired/replaced the parts about four times. Even after the same, they could not identified the error. Finally on 5-1-2018 they took the set to their service station. On enquiry, they are waiting companys clearance for the next step. Please interefere and do the needful. I am very depressed with the service and no responsible official from the esteemed company after reporting my complaint from july 2017 onwards. This may be verfied with the concerned and ascertained the veracity of the case. Please give necessary directives to the service centre to replace the set since we enjoyed the performance of the tv only very little days.

                                      Ebay.in on september 2016 but unfortunately the bulb fused on
                                      September 2017. It was covered with 2year warranty period. We had admitted it in our near by repairing centre.although it's Curie is not get vanished ...so plz help us how to cure it plz...we need your help although it is your product.
                                        Mixer is giving us the trouble from the date we purchased.

                                        We were not communicated by your dealer that the rotor of the food processor is consumable item and should be replaced everymonth.
