Dear respected sir.
I am suhail mohd. I was joining 11/dec/2017 phillips by ikya human resources office delhi. M y employee code-1184081.
I completed 3 days training in laxmi nagar my phillips office palki trader s. After 3 days i say my team leader ajit. Sir my training have been completed. Ajit says you can wait 2-3 days. Continue period i have resigned my previous jobs. Reason is i got a new job phillips. I call after 4 days ajit says you can wait 2-3 days. After 10 days i call ajit. Ajit says we don't hire you. I asked ajit you are not hire me. Why don't waste my time 15 days i got my last job in the your wheel.. Tottaly i asked. Ikya human resources delhi office. Who responsible all this. But ikya human resources delhi don't be do this. So i will be complaint against ikya human resources delhi offce by the indian labour court. And i will be submitted rti against ikya human resources.

    I have lodged a request for philips juicer, the juicer stopped working after 10 days. No one is entertaining the request at all.

    The very unprofessional behaviour shown by phillips.. Truly disappointed. The engineer has called once & now stopped taking the calls. No one has visited to check after 10 days of filing the complaint about service.

    I would recommend not to buy philips product for everyone as they have pathetic service.

      Actually the product is not working properly and i want to replace or make it right and i have my warranty card of 2 years..
      I tried calling the customer care but it was showing busy. This kind of service was not expected. Plz improove the service.. Since days i am calling and it was showing busy.
      Now about my product it is used for 6 months only. Plz consult me regarding this.

        Mixture stopped working within 7 days of purchase, aske customer care about the service, they said that they ll send service person. But no one came. Till now myself booked complaint thrice for this service. Am yet to get the reply.
        My complaint number was chen2806160.
        Its been more than 3 months since it got repaired. No one called back even.

        Worst service.

But now i have seen more spot on the tv screen. One type of ghost. So i request to you please send your mechanic and repair it immediately. So please kindly send. Because i have already complain two times but i have not any response.

            I have purchased beard trimmer on 19-11-17 in etah up within 15 days trimmer power supply was disabled and i complained in super electronics. But shop keeper repiled to submit the product in service center but i returned to chennai and submitted in authorized service center but till now no response and issue not rectified and i am so disappointed and very worst service. If there is no response again i will make this issue as serious.

              Hi team,

              This is regarding the sr# sup001/462415 for the product philips mms-4545b 2.1 channel speakers system. The request got closed without fixing my problem. When i contacted the philips service center aalap services regarding this issue i was told that the case has been closed and i need to contact their manager hemang bhatt on his contact# [protected]. Since then i have been trying reach him but he never answered my call. This guy (Hemant bhatt) never answers or disconnects the call.

              I have been trying to reach him for last 6 weeks but he never answered. This guy is a customer support manager and he does not even have a sense of responsibility. If he is not responsive then why the customer service reps keep providing his number.

              I filed this complaint (Sup001/462415) regarding the faulty product (Mms-4545b 2.1 channel speakers system). The service engineer visited my place after a week and tried to replace the faulty part (Speaker) which was also faulty. Hence he took back that part and asked me to contact mr. Hemang bhatt on his contact# [protected] for further assistance but this guy is non responsive. When i contacted aalap service they informed me that the case has been closed without my consent and they referred me back to the same person who is not responsible enough to answer the call.

              L am extremely disappointed with their service and i may not purchase the philips products again in future due to such bad experience and i may suggest the same to my near and dear.

              My problem is still not fixed and the warranty period is getting lapsed.

                In bareilly there is very poor response from your service center regarding my led tv model 32pfl5039/v7 kz 5000 series. On 11 december i handover my tv for repair but still it is under maintenance. On contact in center they reply spare is not available. Please look into the matter and do needful. They told me no spare of my tv is available and they register their shortage to the company.

                  I purchased a new philips iron gc 1905 but it's spray push button is not working.

                    I ordered philips power bank 30000mah and vivo bluetooth in rs 999 and 100rs shipping charge.
                    Today 19/12/17 dated receive courier by blue dart (Vns) but when i opened the courier, i got local (Company name and power capacity nothing is mentioned) not working power bank and bluetooth is also duplicate, low category vivo bluetooth.
                    This is a very bad thing. I want to refund my amount and please do something to stop such fraud companies.

                        I had given my tv for service. It's almost 6 months and still i haven't got my tv back. When ever i called them they won't pick the call. I have to call then again and again, leaving my work to contact them. Always they used to say board problem that n this... No one has ever turned up till now. I have purchased 8 tvs. Now i have to purchase 4 more. If this is the kind of service coven, why should i go for philips. I really hesitate to buy philips products. This is the worst customer service ever. The agent who took my tv was mr. Harish.
                        It's been six months. Is my tv stolen? That person didn't even give me a complaint receipt. Worst customer care ever. Not even customer "care". It should be customer "don't care".

                          I buy a philips power bank throught online shop the site address is www. Wishingone.com, they are promise to give the product with free samsung bluetooth on cash on delivery
                          But i revived wrong product to màke samsung power bank and bluetooth and both are very poor quality and also dont give company address how claim, kindly take complaint and do the needful, as soon as possible.

                            Sir it is unfair that even after nearly a month of my request toget myset RR200 repaired nothing forthcoming (request made at yourservice center at shanmugam rd Tambaeam west, 600073. for want of recording head, I wonder how an organisation of reputed concer could repairits own product?, Is it service after sales?

                            I have bought Philips mixer last month and it’s service post complaint happened twice with Jar and mixer. Literally feeling helpless where forget about replacement even repair is done shabbily.

                            I tried to find ombudsman in Philips, that is missing too.

                            Would appreciate for any help for refund or next steps can be recommended?

                                Dear sir/mam,
                                I had purchased the philips led 39pfl3559/07a9 s. No.[protected] in june 2015 having 3 yrs of warranty. After 10 months i registered a complaint regarding black spots on the led and asked the service center to replace the led panel. On 30 may 2016 i got the service done (They clean the dust as it was the reason for the black spots) with the surety that the same problem will not repeat in the future and if it repeats with any of the reason the panel will be changed in future.
                                Now the problem is repeated and again there are black spots on the led. Regarding the same i register the complaint on 11 oct 2017. After many follow-ups and calls the local service provider from amroha, name - mr. Ashok & mr. Devendra singh siddhu & phone no.:- [protected] &[protected] respectively, agreed to change the panel. On 1st nov 2017 mr. Gajram brought an old panel of sansui as the replacement but as the model was different, it doesn’t fix in the philips led. They took back the sansui panel with them with the promise to bring the new led panel soon as the solution.
                                It has been more than two months now, the local service provider mr. Ashok & mr. Devendra singh siddhu is not taking our phone, and after so many follow-ups finally i was able to contact them, but now they are saying that company will not be able to replace the led panel and "agar aapko karani h to dust clean kara lijiye" (If you want than we can clean the dust only) in addition to that they are providing the free advise that we should hang the led in some other room "jahan dust na ati ho" as if we have hanged the led on road.
                                Again i got a call from mr. Shekhar (As told by him but on true caller it is displaying as vipin, videocon delhi), ph. No.:- [protected], on 09 dec 2017 and he is saying the same thing as above and in addition saying that it is a minor problem and we are making it a big issue.

                                Let me tell you philips company that we have invested our hard earned money in the product with high hopes and now we are getting such a horrible response.

                                After all this it is very disappointed from the philips brand and their horrible service which they are providing to their customer and entertaining such useless employees in the company. With such a careless response i will definitely never purchase any philips product in future neither will suggest to anyone to buy the product.

                                  Tv complaint was resistered on 12 th nov and then after it was repaired at a cost of 6000rs, we went to my brother's marriage and when we come back on 7th dec we saw tv is not working.. Same problem as before.. No picture only sound..
                                  I am very upset.. And not satisfied with the service at all. They are making the customer fool.. As not properly repaired the lcd.. Only temperarily they repaired it for money only..6000 rs not a small money.. If not solved i ll go to consumer court against the phillips service station in gurgaon.. Made us fool..

                                    Firstly my toaster (Which i gave in 3 weeks ago and am paying for the repairs for because even though it comes under warranty, because i have lost the bill i need to pay for it myself) has still not been fixed. And after the manager committed to me that it will be done by last thursday (23rd november), the woman at the jayanagar service center (Koramangala) is telling me that it will still take some time. This has been going on for 3 weeks now - "ma'am we will give you a call back. Ma'am it will be done in two days... Ma'am it will be done this afternoon..." and there has always been no response. Extremely unprofessional. I have had to keep calling and checking up on all the gadgets.

                                      I am very disappointed with philips and its pathetic service. My television is in service centre and its second time in a month. I want a replacement or my money back. I want a quick response otherwise i will lodge an complaint in a consumer court.

                                      I live in thane ghodbunder road (India) and its second time in a month i have carry my 50 inch television in my car and drop it to the service centre. There us no one to take care of customers after sales. Why should i take all this headache?

                                      I have spent so much already still you people are not providing me a good service. You have offered me a 5 years warranty for television and now its second time in a month i am going to the service centre again and again.

                                      I dont want your tv just pay me back otherwise i will lodge a complaint against philips india for poor quality product and pathetic service.
