Sir, i purchased philips home theatre 5.1 model number is spa5190b at sarava stores 6th floor at padi, chennai on 31/12/2017 @rs.5352/-, but the home theatre back side fr output option not working, all speakers are working condition. I called many times to customer care no.[protected], but they are attending the call and stay on the line upto 30 minutes every time regularly. And again i called to sarava store 6th floor, the landline number is[protected], but they are not responsing.. Please rectify the problems immediately... Otherwise i returned the home theatre...
