Dear phillips
If you guys reading this then i want to inform you that your company don't have any kind of culture and standerd.
I complaint against my display of 32 inch led tv is not working. Their is problem in panel but from last 30 days no one is taking seriously this topic..

I will mention here one contact no. That guy promises me to replace tv on 8th of oct but still no any replay from him[protected]

If you guys didn't take action in next 2 days i will throw that tv on road

    Tv led tv model 55put7791
    The tv was delivered without remote model zw-51006x1. (Supplied later)
    The installation was done by an untrained worker. It was not secured by proper grouting in the wall. So the tv weight pulled the harness down. However no breakage damage to tv.
    The demo team was ill equipped to show complete working demo. Without the remote many features could not be shown. After several visits, the engineer was convinced that the problem was due to some software bug. It took several weeks to sort that.
    Still, there were problems and service calls were registered. Every time the engineer came and fixed the problem but the same problem repeats again and again.
    Till date about 20 service calls have been made and complaints registered.
    Last service call was made on 9 october 2017 and engineer called to inform that the problem was due to software and he would visit after arranging for software.
    I am convinced that i was supplied with a defective tv having manufacturing defects and incomplete or partial software support. Philips must address this and replace the tv with a fully functional and tested tv and provide extended warranty period.

      45 days past but no response either from customer care or from warehouse guys about my replacement. Tried call almost all person but no use. They are not picking phone too. Such pathetic service from brand name philips which i never imagine.
      Whenever i use to call they all are telling me to wait for 24 hours our executive will assist you but i don;t know when their 24 hours will finish.

      They are just buying time but not giving solution. I am totally cut-down from all news.. What is going on in india or in abroad. My child is unable to see his favorite channel and fighting with me daily.

      Its spoil my personal life totally. I don;t want to go home if i go my family asking about tv and i don;t have any answer to tell them.

      Please help me here.

        I have serviced my home theater at clarity electronics services, authorised phillips service centre. Address: ap-866, h-block 2nd street, 12th main road, annanagar, chennai-600040.
        Problem: just power button problem. After checking they called me and said that, "power board is not working properly and need to be changed and the cost around rs.3600". I replied that, ok change a new one.
        And when i was going to receive my home theater i asked my old power board. They said that they will not give to the customer. And i asked for the bill for the new power board with serial number and all. They said that, we are not maintaining that type of stoke bill. They wrote some hts 5520, power supply board and 2 motors with gst. (No amount mentioned for product and corresponding calculation for cgst & sgst etc.,). Not given proper bill for the replaced new material and not given back old replaced material of my home theater.
        I feel that i was badly cheated, as
        1. Without changing the new power board they claimed rs.3600 from me.
        2. By replacing a small rs.100 chip also, they would have rectified my device.
        3. Or just by replacing another old systems board, with lower cost also, they meight have rectified my device.

        Please clarify my confusion.

            My complaint no gha[protected] (Philips led tv) is still unresolved from your side. The complaint was made on 1st sept 2017. Even after 35 days your service department or customer care has no clue!!!. I have made numerous call to phone number provided by your customer care. But again either my phone call is not answered or they say that i have to wait for more days. There is no definite time line given to me even after a month. My tv is with your service center for more than 15 days now.
            I am very disappointed in your service. I bought your company product on the basis of philips brand name.
            Please let me know, how this can be resolved

              Wrt to my complaint no-sup001/434607 regarding starting problem in the sound bar htb 5151k/51. Invoice date-03.10.2014 amount ₹ 34990.00

              The technician visited to attend the complaint on 23rd of sep-17 as the problem was not resolved and spoke to philips service manager about the issue and it was confirmed that the model is discontinued and the spares are not available. However for this kind of issue there is a system called matrix exchange, but as of now not getting any response in spite of couple of mails.

                I have lodged a comment for repair of my led tv. On 26.10.2017. On 29.10.2017. One person visited and told me that i will send my report to our h. O. On approval your tv pannel will be replaced. I asked when my tv is under warranty period what type of approval you require. On 1.102017 i have been informed telephonically that you have to pay 9000/-rs for repair. My tv is under warranty period then why rs 19000/- i will pay. Pl. Resolve my problem. As i am in mental agony how such company of international repute can do such type of joke with their customer. Awaiting your early response., contact [protected]

                Service center at trivandrum functioning is very bad. Undue delays in attending to complaints and repair of the systems. Last repair of my home theater was completed only after repeated calls and the time taken was 1 month and 25day which a stigma to a reputated company like Philips
                Bad customer support and complaint rectification under warranty . For the complaint registerd 2 months back and set wa purchased 5 months back

                  I purchased one sound system through amazon during november 2016 and the same was received by me on 8th november, 2016.
                  Though the system functioned well so far with the philips lcd tv, i found of late, that the unit do not change to other modes function viz usb/sd mode. Assuming the problem to be in the remote unit, i tried to change the mode through the buttons on the main unit itself, even then the system do not change over to usb/sd modes. But the aux and fm radio modes are operating well.
                  Will kindly help me to get over the problem.

                    It’s been very disappoint to know, such a big company is least bothered about customer service, it’s been very long i have been writing to resolve my issue i failed to here from your end.

                    I have been raising a service request and observed that same has been closed without my notice and resolution.

                    It’s an last reminder to completely fix my tv issue, otherwise tomorrow morning i am writing to your india ceo office on my query and service experience.

                    Your representative visited the premises to check the product and claims that screen got damaged, its happened post your installation.

                    I have locked my home for few day on our travel, i seen nothing major post my return, i can see a small cracks on the left side top corner.

                    I would like to check with you is the screen is very like, i am an existing user of samsung 40inch tv since 4 years we have sticker a doll another stickers an moved 3 house, sill screen is very strong.

                    Is it you guys making suck a thin screen so same will get affected with short moves or mild hits (I do understand ball hitting a screen please don’t imaging this kind of hits).

                    Is it very bad quality of the products you are producing, need to be circulated to word as not value for money products you are producing.

                    I want someone to speak to me for an understand, product is in a warranty why can’t it to be replaced, or i have to put this incident in a public form regarding quality of products philips producing comparing with competition.

                        I had requested Philips customer care Chennai to send a technician for reinstallation of Philips home theatre on[protected], my complaint no was SUP001/424018, till now no has come, when ever I contacted customer care, I was given a date, but nobody would come.Philips customer care service is very poor, I never expected this from Philips, I don't know why a reputed companies service is so poor to its customer.                             Some spots appear on the philips 32" led tv so i want to send your representative to check. Sound system is noisy. Pl. Do that as soon as possible. The tv screen does not function properly. Sound system and picture quality is not appear clearly. I have sold this tv before eighteen months warranty period is running. So pl.                               I have purchased an electric iron from saravana store, chromepet, chennai on 3 june 2017. The model name is gc 181 year of manufacture is 04/2017 and has warranty of 2 yrs. However there is some workmanship or assembly defect noticed. On calling the customer care number [protected] we were told that it was handling issue and without making any prior inspection of the defect, the complaint was closed.
                              Since we had options of bajaj and other companies yet we decided to but the product just thinking about the brand values of philips company. Hope that the customer satisfaction is maintained.
                              Request you to address the issue as early as possible.

                                  I am in requirement of 2 nos bulbs with model name tl5c, 55 watts, yellow for my philips fixture here in panjim goa.
                                  I have contacted customer care and provided reference no. Phl[protected] dated 16/09/2017.
                                  I have told to contact ashwini. [protected]@philips.com and arjun. Tushar. [protected]@philips.com but these people have not helped me a bit. My philips fixture has cost me 16000/- a pair. Now they are useless as the bulbs are not available here in panjim goa and philips is not helping with the same. It's total careless and care a damn attitude from philips india. Smaller brands are much better then philips india. This will only lead the indian consumers to realise that we should not buy philips product. I am totally disgusted with this attitude of philips. Your area manager has no responsibility and has a care a damn attitude for solving my problem.

                                    Recently i purchased a led tv of phillips from venus enterprises model no. 32pfl4738/v7 and date 22.10.2014. 8 month there is the problem in its display and i made many complaints. The only action was taken from your side is visiting by the technician and always he said your led tv's display is working perfectly. But i continuously made complaints and after so many complaints technician visit and take led tv with him for repair but after repair the problem in the display was same. Now i am feeling that i cheated by phillips selling me a cheap quality led tv and now i lose my patience and last time i write the mail to you to solve this matter on priority basis and if no action taken by phillips on my complaint i further move to court and take legal action against phillips.

                                      I have purchased this product and wanted this to be installed in the wall.
                                      I had given a request with customer care and got the comp. No.426517 dated 05/09/2017 and i was told i must pay rs.250/- plus what ever additional wires is used should be paid, and i agreed for.
                                      But till date no one have come.
                                      Is this the service of your produsts.
                                      Kindly do the needful.

                                        I am having a philps qt4006 trimmer. Its clipper comb is broken as its made of cheap plastic. I did contact local service center but they don't have the replacement comb. I contacted philps customer care via mail and phone but no one responding. I am still having the product under warranty. But philips least bothered to provide the support.
                                        If philips doesn't have replacement part then they should refund my money or provide a replacement product.
