Dear sir,
I had purchased a tube light choke - 'philips sumo extreme' on 05.05.2017.
After the said purchase, the said tube light choke has become faulty. I had contacted the shopkeeper, who advised me that the said tube light choke is under guarantee and advised me to lodge complaint at customer care number.
Accordingly i had lodged a complaint no. Phl[protected] at customer care number.
However, till date, no one has attended the complaint or called / visited me for replacement of the said tube light choke.
I request you to kindly replace the faulty tube light choke.
