It took 30-45 minutes but still, they are not responding and the call get disconnected automatically and my phone balance also got deducted around 100 rupees is deducted from my account.
I have purchased phillips bar blender hr1351/c but it is not working from last 1-2 month and no one is picking up call in customer care and they are also not responding to mail. I want my product as soon as possible.

    Two year ago i purchase full hd 3d philips 42pfl7357 led tv its 42 inches full hd and 3d tv but now not playing any hd movies and video and also input sound system not playing well..
    When after 2hour watching tv half screen black aur half screen white... Its so many problem in philips led please help and i didn't received any wall mound stand... What is this yaar please help 

      I continuous tried over phone ([protected]) by 2 (Two) days, but i have not connected the phone, only computerized voice has been received as - please wait for grahat pratinidhi (Those are busy for another call) or send message on 56363 with the mention "philips" for call back. I already send a message for the same on 27.10.2017 at 19.27 hrs. But no call back till at 12.15 hrs. On 28.10.2017.

      I bought a trimmer online on 11 dec. 2016 from amazon. Now the trimmer is not working properly as the blades of the trimmer are not moving. Only a vibrating sound appeared but blades are not connected with the shaft by which blades are not moving. I want to change it asap.
      I have purchased an earphone on 22nd of August and due to some issues i have deposited the earphone for replacement but till now 2 months have passed but i didn't receive any replacement against the product. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. I am attaching the jobsheet for your reference. The model number of earphone is SHE3205

        As i brought this tv from dubai, and it is working for past 7 month. Now it not switching on. I check with philips authorised service centre at kochi (Kerala) and ask then to give the tv to them. Beginning they told it is board complaint, after a month they told me that it is panel complaint and it is difficult get the same in india. They told me to take back tv.
        So i went their to collect product, when i see the tv its led display panel is physically damaged, and it not at all the condition were the product given. I am very disappointed the way the service centre people reacted. I felt they mishandled the unit and the panel got damaged.

        I request philips india to intervene the issue with concerned service centre. I attaching the work order copy issued by the service centre.

          We are using 32pfl5039/v7 kz philips led 32 inch. On 5 oct 17 (20 days back), screen light is not visible on screen. We registered complaint on [protected] (Number printed on back of led), complaint number - deh[protected] (Service to be done by rakesh-[protected]), svc point written on message received is [protected] (Sanjay g). On 14th oct we receive the led with back light repaired/changed but the brightness/picture showing on screen is in very low quality as back light changed is of local quality or of other company, they give guarantee of back light as 1 month and on the same day, same problem of not showing screen happened. We registered complaint as complaint no-deh[protected] provided serviced will be done by sanjay ([protected]). But from 16th oct 17 to till date (8 days) there is no response from the service center. Now they are also not picking up the phone both sanjay g and rakesh g. We are using it on our showroom as camera screen is displayed on it. This problem we are facing from last 20 days if there is any loss in the showroom then who is responsible for it??
          We already done payment for the back light repair and then also we are facing problem what is out fault?

          Kindly repair our led asap as we are in problem due to not working of led.

            I had purchased a philips home theatre system model hts 3265. From the beginning, it did not function properly and had to be serviced and repaired few times.
            Now, the system is again not functioning and the service center is saying the main board is worn out and it cannot be replaced. So the system is not functional and asking me to take the system back.
            After spending so much money, i have not been able to use the system properly at all. Now it looks my money is wasted completely.
            I want answers from philips and proper service.

              Dear sir,

              I had purchased a tube light choke - 'philips sumo extreme' on 05.05.2017.

              After the said purchase, the said tube light choke has become faulty. I had contacted the shopkeeper, who advised me that the said tube light choke is under guarantee and advised me to lodge complaint at customer care number.

              Accordingly i had lodged a complaint no. Phl[protected] at customer care number.

              However, till date, no one has attended the complaint or called / visited me for replacement of the said tube light choke.

              I request you to kindly replace the faulty tube light choke.

                I have brought philips stellar tube lights online, from paytm ecommerce website (Around 4 months back).
                Now i am facing issue with four tube lights and want to replace it under it warranty in hyderabad, telangana.

                I have raise complaint with customer care complaint number phl[protected] on 16 aug 2017

                When i called the customer case they lift the hands saying they don't have any status.

                None of their representative are responding when i call them, i think every one are busy except me. Even the government office are far better than your service representatives.

                We can find modi appointment than these fellows.

                Kindly look in to the matter with point of view product sale, reliability and durability and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                This is totally unexceptable that a trimmer of philips become dead after using 5minutes on the same day of purchase. It is my humble request to pay attention towards my problem and issue my money back otherwise i have to take strict action against it. I am here by attaching my purchase bill.

                  We have purchased philips handy from amritsar, punjab. But after a month of its purchase one day i just swap my hand on its logo even my hand was not wet its logo vanished... I m doubtful wether it is original product from philips.
                  We hav other appliances also but their logos still persists after long usage and wear and tear...

I was assured and told that it has 2 years gurantee and if its malfunctioned then it will be taken back and i vl be given a new one. He wrote the purchase date on bulb and sold me.
                    This bulb got fused on 18th of october 2017. So i took this bulb to store and same way he put the date but he wrote the date of purchase of previous bulb which is 29th august of 2017 instead of 18th october. But my concern how can he put the date of old bulb purchase date. Please call me

                        I have a 40 inches philip led tv which is fall down and the picture is coming and after 1 or 2 minutes the picture goes off and the screen goes white. And after few seconds it gone totally blank. I have already had a word with customers care but they keep on sending someone but it never happens. So i am raising a complaint regarding the same. And i really want this to be escalate to a higher level.

                          My complaint number sup 001/440893.
                          I made the complaint regarding the non function of few of the procvisions like not switching over to usb and sd reader mode, on 5th of this month.
                          Till date even after lapse of 9 days no representative reported and no feed back is coming forth.
                          On few time contacting one techinician by name mr. Senthil phoned and enquired about the problem and there after no response. Again contacting chennai office on number [protected], after two days, it was conveyed that the spare parts have been ordered and expected within two days and the technicion will come and replace the product at home.
                          Since nothing was progressing again after four days contacted your chennai office (On 14th october 2017) and still they convey that the spare parts is not received, and it will take time.
                          On contacting the incharge of the service centre mr. Santhanam, said that the unit has to be taken to workshop and after 2/3 days after replacement of the parts it will be returned. After explaining that the speaker system is used with philips led tv (48pfl4958/v7, which has poor audio system) and if the speakers (Mms4200) taken out for long time we will be facing problem with tv. Then he said that they will take the speaker on monday morning and return in the evening after fixing the problem
                          I fail to understand the following:
                          1) is philips not carrying such small parts with them in their chennai centre?
                          2) does it take more than 9 days (And even more) to get the spare parts from other locations?
                          3) why no technician reported for assessing the problem upon complaint?
                          4) initially it was said that on receipt of spares the same will be replaced in my house itself, but why they want to take away the unit for fixing now?
                          5) when spare part is not received for such a long time and the availability is not known, how by monday it will available at the workshop and repaired by the same day?
                          6) the non-availability of spare is only a false execuse to purchase time/ to avoid repairing the fault?
                          I need a definite response about the replacement.

                              I had bought this shaver 4 years ago in 2013 from croma, new delhi. It stopped working last month. I took it to the philips service centre last week and they told me that its a fault of the shaver's motor. And philips doesn't repair motors and doesn't supply motors for its shavers as spares.in other words with an otherwise perfectly functioning shaver i was told to throw away the same as it cannot be used anymore...
                              Isn't this appalling that products like shavers made by philips are only good as long as they last... Just 4 years, and then need to be thrown away?
                              Will the multinational company philips accept this fact? If yes then maybe i can educate my friends and acquaintances and share this with them so that the are careful and aware about what they are buying when in the name of a philips shaver...

                                  The tv was delivered without remote model zw-51006x1. (Supplied later)
                                  The installation was done by an untrained worker. It was not secured by proper grouting in the wall. So the tv weight pulled the harness down. However no breakage damage to tv.
                                  The demo team was ill equipped to show complete working demo. Without the remote many features could not be shown. After several visits, the engineer was convinced that the problem was due to some software bug. It took several weeks to sort that.
                                  Still, there were problems and service calls were registered. Every time the engineer came and fixed the problem but the same problem repeats again and again.
                                  Till date about 20 service calls have been made and complaints registered.
                                  Last service call was made on 9 october 2017 and engineer called to inform that the problem was due to software and he would visit after arranging for software.
                                  I am convinced that i was supplied with a defective tv having manufacturing defects and incomplete or partial software support. Philips must address this and replace the tv with a fully functional and tested tv and provide extended warranty period.

                                    45 days past but no response either from customer care or from warehouse guys about my replacement. Tried call almost all person but no use. They are not picking phone too. Such pathetic service from brand name philips which i never imagine.
                                    Whenever i use to call they all are telling me to wait for 24 hours our executive will assist you but i don;t know when their 24 hours will finish.

                                    They are just buying time but not giving solution. I am totally cut-down from all news.. What is going on in india or in abroad. My child is unable to see his favorite channel and fighting with me daily.

                                    Its spoil my personal life totally. I don;t want to go home if i go my family asking about tv and i don;t have any answer to tell them.

                                      I have serviced my home theater at clarity electronics services, authorised phillips service centre. Address: ap-866, h-block 2nd street, 12th main road, annanagar, chennai-600040.
                                      Problem: just power button problem. After checking they called me and said that, "power board is not working properly and need to be changed and the cost around rs.3600". I replied that, ok change a new one.
                                      And when i was going to receive my home theater i asked my old power board. They said that they will not give to the customer. And i asked for the bill for the new power board with serial number and all. They said that, we are not maintaining that type of stoke bill. They wrote some hts 5520, power supply board and 2 motors with gst. (No amount mentioned for product and corresponding calculation for cgst & sgst etc.,). Not given proper bill for the replaced new material and not given back old replaced material of my home theater.
                                      I feel that i was badly cheated, as
                                      1. Without changing the new power board they claimed rs.3600 from me.
                                      2. By replacing a small rs.100 chip also, they would have rectified my device.
                                      3. Or just by replacing another old systems board, with lower cost also, they meight have rectified my device.
