Dear sir/mam,
I had purchased the philips led 39pfl3559/07a9 s. No.[protected] in june 2015 having 3 yrs of warranty. After 10 months i registered a complaint regarding black spots on the led and asked the service center to replace the led panel. On 30 may 2016 i got the service done (They clean the dust as it was the reason for the black spots) with the surety that the same problem will not repeat in the future and if it repeats with any of the reason the panel will be changed in future.
Now the problem is repeated and again there are black spots on the led. Regarding the same i register the complaint on 11 oct 2017. After many follow-ups and calls the local service provider from amroha, name - mr. Ashok & mr. Devendra singh siddhu & phone no.:- [protected] &[protected] respectively, agreed to change the panel. On 1st nov 2017 mr. Gajram brought an old panel of sansui as the replacement but as the model was different, it doesn’t fix in the philips led. They took back the sansui panel with them with the promise to bring the new led panel soon as the solution.
It has been more than two months now, the local service provider mr. Ashok & mr. Devendra singh siddhu is not taking our phone, and after so many follow-ups finally i was able to contact them, but now they are saying that company will not be able to replace the led panel and "agar aapko karani h to dust clean kara lijiye" (If you want than we can clean the dust only) in addition to that they are providing the free advise that we should hang the led in some other room "jahan dust na ati ho" as if we have hanged the led on road.
Again i got a call from mr. Shekhar (As told by him but on true caller it is displaying as vipin, videocon delhi), ph. No.:- [protected], on 09 dec 2017 and he is saying the same thing as above and in addition saying that it is a minor problem and we are making it a big issue.

Let me tell you philips company that we have invested our hard earned money in the product with high hopes and now we are getting such a horrible response.

After all this it is very disappointed from the philips brand and their horrible service which they are providing to their customer and entertaining such useless employees in the company. With such a careless response i will definitely never purchase any philips product in future neither will suggest to anyone to buy the product.

    Tv complaint was resistered on 12 th nov and then after it was repaired at a cost of 6000rs, we went to my brother's marriage and when we come back on 7th dec we saw tv is not working.. Same problem as before.. No picture only sound..
    I am very upset.. And not satisfied with the service at all. They are making the customer fool.. As not properly repaired the lcd.. Only temperarily they repaired it for money only..6000 rs not a small money.. If not solved i ll go to consumer court against the phillips service station in gurgaon.. Made us fool..

      Firstly my toaster (Which i gave in 3 weeks ago and am paying for the repairs for because even though it comes under warranty, because i have lost the bill i need to pay for it myself) has still not been fixed. And after the manager committed to me that it will be done by last thursday (23rd november), the woman at the jayanagar service center (Koramangala) is telling me that it will still take some time. This has been going on for 3 weeks now - "ma'am we will give you a call back. Ma'am it will be done in two days... Ma'am it will be done this afternoon..." and there has always been no response. Extremely unprofessional. I have had to keep calling and checking up on all the gadgets.

        I am very disappointed with philips and its pathetic service. My television is in service centre and its second time in a month. I want a replacement or my money back. I want a quick response otherwise i will lodge an complaint in a consumer court.

        I live in thane ghodbunder road (India) and its second time in a month i have carry my 50 inch television in my car and drop it to the service centre. There us no one to take care of customers after sales. Why should i take all this headache?

        I have spent so much already still you people are not providing me a good service. You have offered me a 5 years warranty for television and now its second time in a month i am going to the service centre again and again.

        I dont want your tv just pay me back otherwise i will lodge a complaint against philips india for poor quality product and pathetic service.

          Dear sir / madam, I have purchased television on 9th Dec 2014 but suddenly it is not working .I call customer care & register a complaint .Your executive Visited to my residential address & Suggest replacement as repair of the machine is not possible.             Hi,

            I purchased philips led tv from aditya birla retail. The tv is not working now. It is in warranty phase.

            We called the local office in hyderabad, they sent a technician. He came on 28 oct 17 and he said there is a problem with panel, and he will replace in one week. He charged rs 950... But till now the panel is not replaced.

            Charging rs 950 just for checking is tv is reduclous. He came by 2 wheeler not by cab or flight. The technician is from ms sainath ref & enterprises.

            When we call them they are saying... I have to pay the amount... I am not getting proper reply.. What should i pay when the tv is in warranty phase.

            Philips co seems like a fraud company... With no ethics...

              I have submitted a philips radio for service on 24/06/2017, afterwards i made several phone calls but whenever i made phone call to the service center at adyar, chennai, tamil nadu they use to reply that appropriate parts are not yet come from the philips. Finally i went to service center on 17/11/17 then also i have received the same reply. But they suggested me that instead of repairing the old one please buy a new radio and may give 5% discount for taking back the old radio. As per their calculation my old radio worth in indian money is rs. 80/- only. As far as possible i always use philphs produces in my house such as dvd player, tv, iron box, radio and speakers. But the way this service center people behaved it is very sad. I took back my old radio without rectifying the problem.

                Now, after 2 1/2 months of registering complaint, company personal is calling and informing, that the product has been discontinued. So service can not provide. He is ready to offer discount on new product that i will buy in future. This is not the response we except from "philips". Shameful

                  This is amarnadh naidu. K. I am senior reporter in a reputed media house at hyderabad (Tv5 news). I have purchased philips 40 inches led tv from flipkart. Model no: philips 40pfl4958 101 cm (40) led tv. At that time i got 3 years extended warranty with that. I have registered online for that successfully. Today i have a problem with my screen. It is visible half only. So i need your assistance because i am under warranty. Here i am attaching my invoice copy and extended warranty card. Please go though this and do needful asap. I am not able to call your customer care number [protected]. Please solve my problem asap.

Two days back while i was grinding i found black smoke coming from the motor. The service centre-sapphire sale and sevices-located at b44a, kalkaji, new delhi., promised to send us the technician on saturday (4th november 2017). Till now no technician has come. Each time we used to call the centre, they would say the technician is just reteaching and i have left office early to be at home. The complaint is unresolved and the people at the service centre are rude. They now do not pick up our call nor are sending the technician.

                      I wonder if philips even cares for its customers or just in showing its sales figures. If the after sales service continues to be pathetic, the sales are surely going to fall.

                      I registered a complaint to repair my food processor on [protected], which after my 10th call was attended by a call centre executive. I was promised the service centre would contact me in four hours. My complaint number is[protected] which was placed on 2 november 2017.
                      The service centre-sapphire sale and sevices-located at b44a, kalkaji, new delhi., called us on friday and promised to send us the technician on saturday (4th november 2017). It was a paid service but still no technician arrived. Finally on monday when we called back they said, he would reach by 5 pm. Everyday i have been leaving my office early so that we can be at home for the technician.
                      Till now no technician has come. Each time we used to call the centre, they would say the technician is just reteaching and i have left office early to be at home. The complaint is unresolved and the people at the service centre are rude. They now do not pick up our call nor are sending the technician.
                      The service centre is pathetic and so are the executives at the toll free number.
                      I shall be approaching the higher authorities in case this complain does not get resolved in next 48 hours.

                        I am writing to you from a small town called mavelikara in alleppey district in kerala. I handed over two philips toasters, model no. Hd4815 to ramco electronic service centre after obtaining instructions from the service technician at the phipips service centre located in alleppey. This was done on[protected]. It is now well over two months and my toasters are still to be repaired and handed over to me. I gather that the heating elements of both the toasters need to be changed. I have been an ardent admirer of philips appliances all my life, but i am very disappointed with your services here in mavelikara. I would be extremely grateful to you if you can get this matter looked into and get my toasters repaired without further delay. Please take necessary action soon or you are bound to loose a devout customer.

                              Problem: it is mainly about the rechargeable battery in that it is too long period to keep charge and too less period of time i can use that. While using that it is not smooth that as mentioned and comfort please look the problem for this model

                                Bought philips air purifier ac2887 from hari om electronics.
                                They sold it with the verbal guarantee that the filter will last atleast 1 year if not more. This being the selling point of the purifier.
                                Used it for a week and it stopped working.
                                After talking to the customer service, the head says they dont take guarantee for the air filter. What use is their 1 year guarantee if they dont change the filter when it doesn't work?
                                We believe they have sold us a used product, otherwise the purifier does not work at all.

                                Shredder and slicer blades missing when the pack was opened . The seller vijay sales, thane refused any help .

                                  I have registered complaint on 01.11.2017 and they have noted down all the detials of purchase, date of purchase, my address and told that a person will visit till tomorrow (My complaint no.-wo160-[protected]), as the (Philips hl1632 500 w juicer mixer grinder) is not rotating at all, its motor is not working and this product is under warranty and after that i have several time followed up on their customer care no. Each time they reply that up to tomorrow, a person will visit, but only assurance and no one has come to resolve my problem.

                                    Philips tv (Model: 40pfl5059 42 inches) was bought with bill no. 256 (D-19/4/15). As it got some defect after 5 months o[censored]se, the company replaced it with another tv (40pfl4650 40inches) which also got some defect after 1year of the use (Comes under warranty period) and the company is telling to replace it.                                         I am complaining about mixers steel jar which has cracked from it's mouth and i have not used it more than 6-7 tyms. Liquid iteams come out from the cracked spot. Its become very difficult to use this jar and that jar is very important for daily use but i am facing problem to use it. I have called to customer care number also but i have not received any response. Plz as soon as possible solve my problem because i had purchased this appliances by it's name but now felt that i was wrong because i am disappointed.
                                        Philips India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
