I had purchased philips led 39 on 21.08.2016 with 3 years warranty. But now i face problem in this led, when i go to register the complaint, they said i have to pay visiting charges and defective part other tha pcb will also paid by me.

We purchased electric rice cooker. Within warranty period the pot within it got damaged. We are looking for the replacement of the pot. But the merchant says it can not be replaced.

What is the use of the cooker. Just because the pot within gets scratched i will have to go for new cooker. I am surprised that this very much replaceable part is not available even for purchase. I am really disappointed.br...

I registered a complaint few days back regarding my philips led tv issue, which is in warranty period. Technician visited the site and moves out with having both hard & soft copies of my tv bill. I have buy the trimmer in flipkart of phillips make trimmer on 22/12/16, it's working fine still 3 months only it's getting trouble to use & it's a cordless trimmer it's charging also discharge in 10 minutes only when i charged for 1 hours also modle no:qt4011 /15, i believed that phillips is a good product, but i was completely worng, it's very bad product i was choosing i hope that at least philips will resolve the issue....
