Phillips 6900 series tv purchased in 2013.. All of a sudden it started giving buzzing sound. Checked d2h no luck, it's not happening with google chrome cast connected as well, so it's problem with tv speakers it seems. Plz check this issue and help me out with fix as soon as possible. It's a hardly used television, used only in evening after i come back from office.

      Philips tv when bought from outlet, gives a warranty of 3 years. But when there are problems in the tv. They say warranty coverage is only for one year after which service charges and taxes are applicable.

      Whenever customer care is contacted, they say wait for a minute and put your call on indefinite hold. And with very limited customer care executives, if call is made from the same number again, they again pick the call and keep it on hold. Very worst service i have ever seen with a branded product like philips.

        We have purchased philips vaccum cleaner ci/w69772 gn 85081100 from philips vide inc no-faaafr[protected] on flipkart, but along with this consignment we haven't rec'd all equipment and any demo service after receipt of material we have not able to operate this equipment so we requested you to kindly depute one person for demonstration purpose so we can easy to handling the same. Kindly provide it immediately.

          Greetings,

          We purchased a philips model 4900 from flipkart on 6th october 2014. 2 weeks back the display of the tv started dis-functioning. Only half of the display was properly working. So we called the customer care to guide us. We were surprised that although the tv is under warranty, they were charging us 1000 rs service charge and another 600 transportation charge. I had to carry the tv to the office on my own, and was assured that the tv will be repaired in a week's time. The complaint no. Is ahm[protected], made on 19th of august 2017. A week after my complaint, when i called they said it will take another 10 days time for the tv to be repaired. And since then they are either delaying the repair duration or not responding to calls. This has resulted in a month's time without tv at home. It would be good of you to speed up the process, as i understand it was the latest model that we had bought and it won't be an issue to get parts for it, however it's the service center which needs to be encouraged to speed things up.

          I kept my steem iron box for repair in Philips service center shimoga Karnataka (577201) in 3months back. But till today they are not repair. Every time they are saying reasons.

            I had purchased philips led 39 on 21.08.2016 with 3 years warranty. But now i face problem in this led, when i go to register the complaint, they said i have to pay visiting charges and defective part other tha pcb will also paid by me.
            Sir/madam why this is not cleared to me at the time of purchased/extended warranty. It is totally harassment. I request to do the needful and waive off the service charges.

              Since purchased on 20.10.2015 we faced disturbances in tv for more than one time. Recently we made re complaint to philips cc on 04.09.2017. They visited my house on 6th sep'2017 and that time tv was in working condition, without doing any activities they took rs 850/- service charge, although tv is in warranty period for five yrs. Again we made complain to philips cc, they told that after one year service charge shall be applicable as after one year it is an extended warranty period, not warranty period.

              My question is 1) what is the difference between warranty and extended warranty? 2) in warranty period how service charges can be levied?
              3) for manufacturing defect /poor quality of product why we should suffer?
              4) as per philips cc, after one year it is in extended warranty period, if we send the tv in service center for repair then there is no service charge. How it is possible to take tv like big thing to service center every time?
              5) what is the philips like big company's policy?

              No reply from PHILIPS so far received. I need explanation about warranty and extended warranty period .Secondly During purchased, TV 's warranty given by Company is for five years, so why in between any service is required for poor quality product, customer has to bear service charges after one year from purchased?

I had register my complaint on 25 august 2017 and till now there is no response from your side i have call multiple time in your customer care department but there is no solutions at all. Please resolve my issues by today it self otherwise i will going to take legal action against philips.

                I am on call from last 36 minutes your executive have take me on hold. For more please check attachment and take a action. Other wise am going to post it on social media also.

                They only make promises and provide us to call on there technician but there is no response from there technician also. They provide me multiple numbers but no response from there side . And there customer care executive is not give us a proper information

                  Dear sir,

                  We purchased electric rice cooker. Within warranty period the pot within it got damaged. We are looking for the replacement of the pot. But the merchant says it can not be replaced.

                  What is the use of the cooker. Just because the pot within gets scratched i will have to go for new cooker. I am surprised that this very much replaceable part is not available even for purchase. I am really disappointed.

                  Please find the photos of date of purchase, product details, merchants name and damaged pot.

                  We registered complaint with the merchant 8 months back. Still he has not acted upon it. Looking forward for your intervention and help us get the damaged part replaced.

Technician visited the site and moves out with having both hard & soft copies of my tv bill. Just now i came to know that no action has still taken from technician (Authorized) for issue resolution.

                      Hi,

                      This is siva rama krishna from sitafalmandi, secunderabad. I have given request for water purifier candle replacement on 16th august at your toll free number. I was told by local office that stock was not there and expected in 2 days and would be done by 19th. Till date not done.

                      When contacted local office on 28th august, they tell it might take another week. I am shocked to hear this.

                      Sent mails to customer care yielding no result or reply.

                      When contacted local manager on 28th august, he promised to replace in 2 days time, but no action till date.

                      Later, local office even manager is not responding to phone calls or sms.

                      If you can not give service, you should declare, so that we can go for alternates.

                      But please respond. Keeping quiet is not at all good from your end.

                      Request you to expedite the matter and ensure not driving customers away from philips with unpleasant service.

                      Please act and respond asap.

                        I have hardly used your trimmer and it doesn't even work now. I have even escalated it through your website a month ago, but still no action been taken. What sort of brand and quality of service are you people providing??? I believed in your company promises and that is the reason i have purchased your product. But you should not behave cheap on your promises. Please do not compromise on quality and service.

                        Look in to it and resolve it asap.

                          My tv is in warranty period and part could not be replaced. Services people are saying that tv should be replaced. For past 15 days no action is taken. I have spoken to all the authorities2nd they are convinced with the fact that the part damaged could not be replaced so tv should be replaced. They have verified the tv, taken photographs of the tv and along with that asking for service charge 900 rupees, but for what should i pay. Whenever i call them, they say sorry sir we have received no follow up from headoffice. My complaint no is [protected]. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful

                            I have bought a philips tv in 2010 from bangalore but now i have shifted back to delhi on my permanant address at 62 suraj nagar azadpur delhi 110033 near azadpur metro station. This tv has given thunder sound and has shut down there is no power coming it seems fuse is blown so please send a mechanic. Please send a mechanic as early as possible so that i can watch some programmes. I am dialing your service center numbers but they are coming to be not working.

                              I have purchased a philips 43"uhd smart led tv from metro cash and carry pvt ltd, neptune, bhandup west. And it is having a five year warranty. And suddenly on 16th aug it stopped working and for that i have lodge a complaint at [protected] but i am experiencing a very bad follow up. As per the costumer care he was calling on my number but as i didn't received the call he went back. Later i called on the number but he said i am not in ur area now so u reissue the complaint on the costumer care number again. I again reissued the complaint bt again it was the same reply. I requested the costumer executive namely trupti bhaskar or someone but she said we cannot add any other number as i was requesting her to add any alternate number. She assured me that some one will come within 24 to 48 hrs but again no one came. So i called again and a guy named mr. Aditya i gave him all the numbers available of my family to call them as everytime i called they gave me a same answer that as you didn't received the call ur call is cancelled. So he gave me one number [protected] and asked to call on this person. The person who was on phone was very rude as i had also lost my temper coz i was facing very pathetic reply and lame service from ur side.
                              I just wanted to get my problem solved as soon as possible as now i am really getting pissed off from the reply getting from your service centre. I really did not expected this type of service from philips as i was mistaken that it's having the best products. It's very bad experience with philips and i will personally recommend that is a big no for me atleast to buy any philips product next time. Plz resolve my problem as soon as possible. And revert me back as soon as possible. What's the use to give 5 yrs of warranty.

                                I purchased philips spa8000b/94 5.1 pc speakers on 23-apr-2017. After using only for 1 month 2 channel speakers suddenly stopped working. I complained about the issue via complaint no sup001/366869 and 10 days with regular followup by me service engineer visited my home and checked the unit. He found that 2 channel speakers and 2 ic's were not working. He changed the not working ic's and took the 2 non working channel speakers with him for replacement. He told me i can use my home theater system normally with left 3 channel speakers.

                                In next 3-4 one of three channel speaker started having problem in sound and found that another ic also not working in woofer. I again complained about the issue to customer care. They replied me that service engineer will visit to check the issue and till date no one came to check and also issue not resolved.

                                Problems in speaker not yet stopped here after 1 week i found that sd card i was using since starting was not detected by unit. I again contacted customer care and they replied me assured visit within next 24 hours. Till now 24 hours are not completed.

                                And i dont know what will be the coming issue in my speaker unit.

                                I feel it was a faulty product i received and was not checked properly before leaving manufacturer centre.

                                Please let me know if i can claim for replacement with this unit.

                                I don't want my speakers unit to be lying with service centre for the whole warranty period and when actual problem occurs after warranty i have to pay heavy expenses and wait a lot of months for repairing the speakers.

                                  I have raised one complaint on 23rd of august 2017 regarding non working of induction i asked the company to send some one to my place to check the product. But the company gave me address of the service center which is so far from my place i am very much disappointed from philips india customer care because we are the consumer we trust the company and purchased so costly thing from them and when i comes to service than we have to face so much problem. When you cant satisfy your customers why any one will purchase from philips we will go for that company who immediately resolve the complaints. Eg i had problem in my lg machine service center guy came to my home for repair/replacement. Very poor feedback for customer care of philips india

                                    I had purchased a philips juicer hr 2775. The juicer is of faulty design and poor quality of manufacture with following defects.
                                    1) after use the juicer parts can not be easily disassembled for cleaning. The drive shaft is made up of hexagonal tapper tube. After use of machine
                                    The components gets jammed and really you have to hammer to disassemble for washing and cleaning the parts.
                                    2) top parts of juicer is made up of thin and poor quality plastics with sharp edges. The plastic profile are cut with hand tools which are leaving very sharp edges causing injuries to the user hands.
                                    3) the machine is unfit for use by house wife as it can not be disassembled with out force and mechanical tools. It is really a bad design and very poor quality. Not expected such poor design and quality from philips brand.

                                      Two months back i have purchased philips sennheiser worth rs 1499
                                      With one year warranty after few days the headphone responding
                                      Lik khat khat noise sometimes music will play in left and sometimes
                                      In right ear when move the jack sound will not come at all

                                      So to listen music or anything you should be expert in handling the
                                      Audio jack which we connect

                                      I shown in service center they are saying wire is teared from
                                      Inside so it is damage we cant replace it
                                      It is not our fault so this is our fault

                                        I am praveen kumar, a very reliable customer of philips india from a long time.
                                        But now very regretfully i would like to say you, few days back i have purcased your vaccume cleaner - fc - 8082/01, and now i am returning it, and switching to another one, other than philips for ever.
                                        It so bcz, of your very irritating, poor, customer care response as well as after sales service.

                                        I have called to your customer care service after purchasing your product, and request him to send a guy at my home for demo.

                                        Surprizengly, he refused to complete demo at my site, said to me your product is discontinued, and unable to provide demo in whole bihar state, alonf with - there is no any demo facility is availabe for vaccume cleaner.
                                        Is this a joke. Yoy guyes will decide, on which product you will provide demo or not!
                                        And you are not able to provide service in bihar then plz. Dont sale even your single product in bihar.

                                        Keval naam bada hone se kuch nahi hota, kaam bhi bada hona chahiye.
