I purchased philips spa8000b/94 5.1 pc speakers on 23-apr-2017. After using only for 1 month 2 channel speakers suddenly stopped working. I complained about the issue via complaint no sup001/366869 and 10 days with regular followup by me service engineer visited my home and checked the unit. He found that 2 channel speakers and 2 ic's were not working. He changed the not working ic's and took the 2 non working channel speakers with him for replacement. He told me i can use my home theater system normally with left 3 channel speakers.

In next 3-4 one of three channel speaker started having problem in sound and found that another ic also not working in woofer. I again complained about the issue to customer care. They replied me that service engineer will visit to check the issue and till date no one came to check and also issue not resolved.

Problems in speaker not yet stopped here after 1 week i found that sd card i was using since starting was not detected by unit. I again contacted customer care and they replied me assured visit within next 24 hours. Till now 24 hours are not completed.

And i dont know what will be the coming issue in my speaker unit.

I feel it was a faulty product i received and was not checked properly before leaving manufacturer centre.

Please let me know if i can claim for replacement with this unit.

I don't want my speakers unit to be lying with service centre for the whole warranty period and when actual problem occurs after warranty i have to pay heavy expenses and wait a lot of months for repairing the speakers.

    I have raised one complaint on 23rd of august 2017 regarding non working of induction i asked the company to send some one to my place to check the product. But the company gave me address of the service center which is so far from my place i am very much disappointed from philips india customer care because we are the consumer we trust the company and purchased so costly thing from them and when i comes to service than we have to face so much problem. When you cant satisfy your customers why any one will purchase from philips we will go for that company who immediately resolve the complaints. Eg i had problem in my lg machine service center guy came to my home for repair/replacement. Very poor feedback for customer care of philips india

      I had purchased a philips juicer hr 2775. The juicer is of faulty design and poor quality of manufacture with following defects.
      1) after use the juicer parts can not be easily disassembled for cleaning. The drive shaft is made up of hexagonal tapper tube. After use of machine
      The components gets jammed and really you have to hammer to disassemble for washing and cleaning the parts.
      2) top parts of juicer is made up of thin and poor quality plastics with sharp edges. The plastic profile are cut with hand tools which are leaving very sharp edges causing injuries to the user hands.
      3) the machine is unfit for use by house wife as it can not be disassembled with out force and mechanical tools. It is really a bad design and very poor quality. Not expected such poor design and quality from philips brand.

        Two months back i have purchased philips sennheiser worth rs 1499
        With one year warranty after few days the headphone responding
        Lik khat khat noise sometimes music will play in left and sometimes
        In right ear when move the jack sound will not come at all

        So to listen music or anything you should be expert in handling the
        Audio jack which we connect

        I shown in service center they are saying wire is teared from
        Inside so it is damage we cant replace it
        It is not our fault so this is our fault
        We have purchased this product

          I am praveen kumar, a very reliable customer of philips india from a long time.
          But now very regretfully i would like to say you, few days back i have purcased your vaccume cleaner - fc - 8082/01, and now i am returning it, and switching to another one, other than philips for ever.
          It so bcz, of your very irritating, poor, customer care response as well as after sales service.

          I have called to your customer care service after purchasing your product, and request him to send a guy at my home for demo.

          Surprizengly, he refused to complete demo at my site, said to me your product is discontinued, and unable to provide demo in whole bihar state, alonf with - there is no any demo facility is availabe for vaccume cleaner.
          Is this a joke. Yoy guyes will decide, on which product you will provide demo or not!
          And you are not able to provide service in bihar then plz. Dont sale even your single product in bihar.

            Warranty: product is under warranty (Warranty period 1 year) with door service.

            My address: 3/48, periya palayathammen koil street, old mahabalipuram road, thandalam, thiruporur, dist: kanchipuram-603110.

            Issued with my speaker: i am getting a loud noise when i am powering on the speaker since 19, aug 2017.

            My action towards the issue: i have submitted a complain to the philips customer service through phone (Phone no. : [protected]) on 19, aug 2017 (Saturday) regarding issue with my newly purchased multimedia speaker (Spa8000b).

            Complaint no. : sup001/418022

            Response from customer care : the customer service person has registered my complaint along with my address (Given above) and provided a complaint number. He told that i will get a call from local service centre within 6 working hours.

            Issues faced after making complaint: today about 1 week complete but i have not received even a single call from their side. From my end, i have made a call to the kanchipuram philips service centre (Mob.: [protected], number provided by philips customer care) on 21, aug 2017 (Monday). They took more than a day and later they told that they will not be able to come since this area does not comes under them. Then i call customer service again and communicated the same then they forwarded the service request to the adyar philips service centre. When i called to the adyar service centre they told that they will come in the next day. But when i called them on 24, aug 2017, they told they will not be able to come since this area does not comes under them and suggested me to contact kanchipuram service centre.

            Conclusion: there is no service support provided by philips. They are just playing with customer and wasting our time and money.

            Request:
            1) kindly take some steps that can resolve my issue at the earliest.
            2) kindly consider this formal complaint seriously and take a strict action against such fraud companies like philips who makes big-big promises before selling their product and never turn back post-selling.

              Hi!

              I have purchased Philips Home Theatre Model No – HTD 5520 from Spencer’s Retail Limited on 17th June 2017. Now I am facing the issue of audio effect since last 30 days, regarding the same I have logged complaint in customer care of Philips they have aligned one engineer for the visit on 23rd August 2017. After the visit engineer has told me that system has some kind of card issue and it will get changed, which will take around 15 days without any charges as the system is in warranty. Now as a customer I am not satisfied with the product & product performance.

              It is my request to please replace my product as soon as possible otherwise will file complaint against the brand in consumer forum.

                  I have buy the trimmer in flipkart of phillips make trimmer on 22/12/16, it's working fine still 3 months only it's getting trouble to use & it's a cordless trimmer it's charging also discharge in 10 minutes only when i charged for 1 hours also modle no:qt4011 /15, i believed that phillips is a good product, but i was completely worng, it's very bad product i was choosing i hope that at least philips will resolve the issue.

                      The tv we purchased is less than a year old and it has stopped working. The service person asked to drop the tv at the nearest service station. It has been more than a month now and they are still not delivered the tv, even after repeated follow ups.

                      It is very frustrating to see such kind of pathetic service from philips.

                      I don't see any details on their escation matrix. The contact center only provides the manager contact who again is not very proactive in resolving the issue.

                        My tv suddenly stopped working and a burnt smell started coming from it on 5.8.17. A complaint was registered vide complaint no. Del [protected] on 6.8.17.
                        Inspite of regular reminders and follow ups the service centre ([protected]) has not been able to provide us with any resolution till date. They have been giving us excuse of non-availability of the parts which it seems has to come from some place called aurangabad. We are still paying the emi of the tv set which was purchased on 29-10-16 from ep electronic paradise pvt ltd., dwarka, new delhi.

                        The customer care numbers seem to be busy all the time. Very poor customer service. I'm never going to buy anything of the philips brand now.

                          i have purchased a home theater / sound system DSP470U in the year 2014.
                          in oct 2015 the remote of the system stopped working . your customer care deptt advised me to get new remote of system from dizitek service authorised philips service center G-17/16 sector 15 rohini delhi 110085..
                          on 3/10/2015 i have purchased a new remote of system from your authorised centre rohini at a cost of rs 150/-
                          now in aug 2017 the new remote is stopped working I again approach your rohini service centre for a new remote, they issue me remote at a price of rs 480/- when i asked for a price hike .. they inform me that the price is gone up due to GST .. but they have issued bill of remote without mention of gst no and without warranty..
                          pl look into matter and inform me REASON OF HIKE IN PRICE OF REMOTE .. IS IT IS DUE TO GST ? and the actual price of the remote and why they have issued me bill without having GST NO ..

                            I bought phillips rs 2700 juicer grinder just a week ago but since i used it it's all parts going damaged every time... I made a complaint to customer care they sent the mechanic but problem never fixed and finally they said to pay for the parts which damaged... Why i would i pay for anything? It's defective piece...                               Hi my trimmer stopped working within a couple months time and therefore i gave it at a repair centre in hyderabad. The closest one to me is 20kms from my place. I received msg regarding the repair being completed. But no one is picking up the phone in the repair centre. The alternate contact number given on customer care is of someone who has left the job. The next number of area branch manager is unreachable. What kind of service is this. Do i keep travelling from one place to another, and from one number to another for a faulty product.

                                  I am sending this mail to reveal the worst and irresponsible service of philips. I am wondering how philips became famous with this type of worst service.

                                  I am a proud owner of philips mms6200 (Sound bar). I brought it 6-7 months before and it is not working. Since it is in warrenty, i took it to the service center (Authorized philips service centre, global electronics, west tambaram, chennai, tamilnadu. Phone no:[protected],[protected] on 08-jul-17 with a promise that they will give the equipment back after service with in 3-4 days. I called them on 12-july and they told that it will take another 3 more days as the board needs to be replaced. Again i called on 15, july and from then onward, they are playing around with dates. Each and every time when i am calling the service center, they will tell that the stock is not available and will ask for another 3-4 days of time. Now it is going to b 1 and half month, still my sound bar is in service center.

                                  I would have at least made around 50 calls by this time and since there is no responsible answer, finally i decided to go to the service center on 12th aug. They did not move from their words, i got the same reply that the "stock is not available",. I contacted the manager of the service center mr. Santhosh (Ph no, [protected]) where he promised that he will give a confirmation on when the spare part will be available, through mail by 14th. As there was no confirmation mail, i called him again and he told that i have not promised anything like that.

                                  I am wondering, how can philips have a worst to the core service like this. Aren't they ashamed to have a service, or the service center like this.

                                  I want to have my equipment serviced and get as early as possible.

                                      I purchased LED 39' of yours around 1.5 years back, now some panel issue is there for which i am following service center since last 1 week now service center is replying it will be done in 15-20 days as service center does not have the parts..I don't know company like Philips have not stock of their led parts...???

                                      I speak to company person he is saying 15-20 days is very common for LED's. I am very sure that i m not going to recommend any Philips product to any of my circle.

                                      As company is least bothered about their customer's service they are only interested in selling the product. Hope some body is taking care of these complaints...God bless PHILIPS...

                                        I bought Philips Smart TV (43 Inch) on 07.07.2017 from Metro (Amritsar). It was installed on 10.07.2017. After two days it developed a Snag. It’s screen was getting white or blurred. I thought it is due problem in Cable connection and waited for two three days. But found that cable connection was fine. Then I raised a complaint with customer care. After regular follow up I was given Service request no.JAL[protected] scheduled to be served on 17.07.2018. Technician visited and seen the error and concluded that Panel of the TV is seems faulty. Then asked whether he should open the TV and I replied do whatever you want to. He closed the Request saying your TV will be replaced as it’s panel is faculty. I provided him copy of bills on 18.07.2017 and photos of problem. A complaint bearing number 142 was raised for replacement. Till 26.07.2017 I was being told by Sh Baldev and Sh Amrik (Service Center officials) that Replacement request has been approved and now I don’t need to follow up, company will replace the TV at it’s own at my doorstep.

                                        Doubting their commitment I called customer care and got phone numbers of Sh Ravi who gave number of concerned. After contacting Sh Sunil, I came to know that Service Center (Sh Baldev) has not submitted required documents yet. Sh Sunil called up Sh Baldev and asked him to resolve the matter. I got back call from Sh Baldev i.e. Service Center. Now they started saying that instead of replacement a part of TV will be changed. Then I called BH Sh Sanjeev who took Sh Baldev on Concall. During Concall Sh Baldev just backed out from his last statement of replacing the TV.
                                        Philips India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        One steam iron was purchased on 14th August 2015. The water comes out of the iron from the side when it is not hot, steam is not produced in good amount and the light also does not show many a times. Please get it repaired if it is still free of cost.
