As per my service request for my PHILIPS 50PFL5059 LED TV, I am really very much surprised that without repairing my TV the service request has been closed and no repairing services have been rendered.
My service request no is KOL[protected] and I have received the below mentioned sms yesterday.

"Dear Customer, Your Reference no KOL[protected] is closed, If not satisfied send NST on [protected].For discounted AMC call 39404040 or visit www.vgservice.co.in"

Thus, I would request your kind interference and help in resolution of my PHILIPS TV at the earliest.

    I've bought this new Philips Tower Speaker in Jan 2017 which has a warranty of 1 year, while using the speaker its power got off by its own, since then which happened on June 6th 2017. After this incident I called Philips Customer Care representative and they assured me(till now multiple times) that they will fix the problem of the speaker. Now its been over a month still no response or promised call back from any agent of Philips, customer service is very very very poor, nobody is trying to help me out of this problem, they are not replacing the speaker as it is still not working, And the tech guy which they sent twice in 3 weeks, said it cannot be fixed and they will replace the old one with the new one but still the speaker is not working. It's like Philips doesn't care about their customer once they sold the product, got very poor response from representative also, as my product is still not working, I would like to replace the product or refund the money which they took while we paid for that product. Philips sucks and their call center or contact center, no one will help you if your Philips product will be damaged under warranty. This I can bet on.

      Myself raja sarkar, mobile no. [protected]. Email id rajasarkar. [protected]@gmail.com. I have purchased a led tv of philips 3700 series on december 2015. Now it's showing a message "only effect on tv". And list of source is coming simultaneously. Please guide me at the earliest.
      Please help me out. The problem comes suddenly and goes after sometime. Sometimes the problem do not goes for long time. If any suggestion or maintenance is required to be done please guide me. I am also an electrical engineer and may do the defect rectification by my own with your guidance. So please help me out.

        Sir.. I have purchased a philips spa3000u/94 model 5.1 speakers with serial no. Wc1a[protected] on[protected] from the city emporium showroom, which is under warranty. Iam residing at eluru of west godavari district in andhra pradesh state. The product complaint is that it delivers full sound from its sl speaker only and low voice from the fl speaker and the other 3speakers are not delivering any sound from their points even though the connections are all correct.

          Hello sir,

          Product warranty – my product is in warranty (5 years warranty)

          As per i registered my led tv complaint on 20th may 2017,

          After registering my complaint on 20th may the technician visited to my house and charged me rps 1300 (Visiting charge/ service fee)

          After that without even checking my tv he went out by saying that next day engineer would come and check,

          Later the engineer visited to my house he checked

          The tv and said it has some supply issues we would change it soon he said.

          He visited so many times but no problem was sort out and the same thing repeated many times after so many regular complaints. Without solving my issue he said regenerate your complaint again then

          I again registered the complaint on 1 june after this they took my tv with them so as to repair it their service center. After my calling them

          Daily for verifying my status they told that your supply is pending it would come in maximum 2 days but so many days has been passed nothing has been done yet.

          I request you eagerly to help me out and sort out my problem as soon as possible i should get my tv either repair it till monday or give me the new one otherwise i will charged against them legal action.

            Dear sir/ madam,

            I had bought philips tv from snapdeal on apr 14, 2014.in may 2017, there was a display issue. I launched a complaint on may 14.
            My reference no. Is tha[protected].
            On may 18, kailash came for service. He identified that the issue was with the motherboard and he would raise a request for new motherboard.
            On may 26, jamaludin came with a motherboard. However, after replacing this part, the display was faulty.
            On may 30, it was communicated that this motherboard is no longer available with philips company.
            On jun 10, an executive visited our place. He said, philips is ready to give replacement tv. They will evaluate this faulty tv and let us know how much they can offer in replacement. He took photographs of the faultytv.
            On jun 13, an executive called me asking for the original invoice. Provided him the copy of the same. Also, i have attached the invoice copy here as well.
            On jun 16, an executive called to inform that if we are ready to pay 19000rs, we will get a new tv as replacement.
            I asked him for details, which tv, how many inches, led or lcd. He kept on asking me are you ready to pay 19000rs.
            I asked him to send me either an email offering me the same option or send me a letter on philips letter head.
            Till date, have not heard anything ahead.
            It is more than a month now.
            How do philips expect me to buy a new tv, because a 3 year old part is not available with them.
            How frequently does one buy a tv? What kind of service do they provide?
            Is this a way a customer is treated?

            It's may be 3/4 months old now. But Bluetooth not working .
            I am not able to connect it via Bluetooth with any phone.

                It is our humble request to kindly take notice immediately of our complaint of defaulted led tv. We registered a complaint on 12th june, 2017 and an engineer visited and he informed us that the panel of our led tv needs to be replaced. Our led tv is still eligible under the 3 year warranty. We paid him the service charges he asked for : rs.550 and he assured us that the service center would replace it within 3-4 days. But still the engineer isn't responding to our complaints and keeps his mobile switched off. We tried to contact the service center and they couldn't provide any satisfactory information and keeps dodging our queries. We shall be very grateful to you for your humble support and help us to forward our complain and resolve it immediately.

I will not suggest my friend that not to go purchase a philips product. It's never support at the time of service. I have tried many time for service but never response.                     I bought induction cooker from kota (Invoice copy attached) when we tried to make roti with roti option, we could not make roti then as suggested by seller, we took it to philips authorized service center, he too not able to demonstrate with induction cooker with model.

                    Matter taken up with philips customer care, we recd standard reply enclosed. I have send counter reply and reminder but they do not paid heed to it. Also sent what's up message to customer care but no response.

                    Relevant documents are attached for ready reference and perusal.

                      I have just purchased a mixer grinder from our local store mittal electronics address g. T road, bandel hooghly, west bengal date 23/04/2017.in this mean time i repair it 3 times, but a few days later it was not working. I think manufacturing defects in this product. So i want to replace this product as soon as possible, otherwise go to the customer forum for justification.

                        Hello sir/madam, this is ashok kumar t, i took a tv of model no "philips led 40pfl6770" at devi international, 2nd block jayanagar, bangalore, karnataka dist. But now in display 2 lines are coming and again and again some problem wil come about tv, we are already registered a complaint before once and half month but no one responding us. And even we talked to prasad head of this company, he is also not responding to us. So we want to return this tv and return our amount back as soon as possible. We are already fead up this.. This is a big headache to us... Now only 2lines are coming afterwards display wil gone. Please kindly response to us, otherwise will take serious action.. Even i m ready to go for consumer court... We are already talked to satyanarayan, ramesh and prasad too but no one understanding our problem. I think all are very irresponsible and won't reply to customers complaint neatly. So please response to us as soon as possible...

                          I registered complain no. Sup001/354450 dated 22.3.17. This complain is not yet resolved. Bl uetooth device of this product is not working properly since i purchase this product and i am trying call again again to the area manager name - kapil, mobile no. [protected] but he never picking his mobile up. How careless this guy appointed by philips. Even service center is not able to solve my complain.
                          Today i regretting on myself that i have purchased this philips product.
                          I don't know how i get my problem solved.

                              My parents gave philips led model no: 40pfl5059/v7 aza, in my wedding which held in oct 2016, bought it from sargam electronics karnal, haryana.
                              We opened it in april and it was opened by official philips person to setup it. It worked only half hour and then it stopped. I called the customer care they came and said a part need to get replaced. They replaced the part, it started working infront of them and again stopped after 20 mins. Again the same process they changed something, it worked for few mins then stopped. Now again they are saying they will change the plate if it works properly then its fine else they will replace. I dont understand a brand new led doesnt work 3 times after the changes and they are not replacing it.
                              This is so frustating its like buying a brand new item which is second hand. I request the officials to take this complaint as priority because may be it works after changing the plate, but who knows it stops working after 2-3 months then i will be out of guarantee period and moreover its about honour of my parents because its my wedding gift.

                                I bought this product from amazon and within a month it has started causing problems it is not working from the distance 1/2 foot sometimes when connected to old bluetooth devices and even in new bluetooth devices the music stops in between sometimes. And when i am using ubuntu os in my laptop then it is unable to establish connection, i even tried blueman bluetooth driver.
                                And when i am calling to your customer helpline no -[protected] this no is not working before the ring of the call it is saying that"the no is not accepting any calls" please help.

                                  I bought a philips food processor on 2nd december. 2013 model hl1649. After 6 months it is always in your service shop. Every year changed the motor. Now last month your service man changed the motor again it repaired now 12 days over they told me that the parts are not available. When i bought the. Processor the sailes men told it was the best processor. Give some reply. Mixy's price and service charges i paid more than 15, 000. I can produce all the bills. What is the next step from your side.

                                    There is no point in complaining about your product. There's total lack of proficiency & efficiency. I'll advise everyone not to buy Philips mixer. Within one year it saw service centre 4-5 times but without success. I have thrown it as scrap. Hats off to Phillips team! The mixer developed cracks thrice after replacement by the service centre each time. Then motor started malfunctioning, later the blades, Gasgets, one by one it started disintegrating. Complaints are simply registered for the sake of registration. Neither it gets resolved nor any follow up from the company. It seems it's interested just in selling its product rather than giving importance for image building. Nobody should buy this product of Phillips

                                        I purchased one philips led tv (Philps-led-29pfl5937/v7 az-1377 serial no.[protected] display size-74cm/29 inch) from maharaja electronics bijainagar (Ajmer) in april 2014. I got some display issue in aug 2016. Then maharaja electronics biajainagar send my led tv for repairing to your authorized philips service centre ajmer (Contact person-narendra kumar mob-[protected]) on 17th aug 2016 with complain no.-pjai[protected].
                                        Even after 9 months, i didn’t get my led tv or any positive response from either of them. Your authorized philips service centre ajmer contact person-narendra kumar mob-[protected] is not attending my call now & he was giving excuses from last 3 months.
                                        Please look into matter & provide me my led tv back.
