Iron Model # GC4860 was defective. First complain in March. Philips service partner Rocky Agencies Gopalpuram, Chennai, India came home on April 4 and Vignesh (+91 [protected]) collected the iron to repair. Investigation money was also paid by us. Multiple calls to Vignesh- No response. Complain closed without resolution. Again complain was lodged #[protected] on April 27. Complain closed without resolution. Again complain was lodged #[protected]. Complain closed without resolution. Another complain lodged today but when asked to connect to supervisor, call disconnected - this happened five times. Now I dont have my iron and there is no way to get it back or get it repaired

    I bought philips. Food processor hl 1659#[protected]* on 7th december 2013. I changed the motor 2 times on. 1.19th february. 2016
    2.12th april. 2017.
    Repaired many more times, i can produce each and every bill. Recently i changed the motor on april after one month again. And angain it is not working. For repair i gave on 16th may 2017 now more than one week over the serviced man told me that its parts is not available if the parts is not available what is the purposes to buy these companies items. Service man told many many reasons some times he told that. The repair is due to leakage of water from the jar but i tested it by pouring water in it but i didn't found any lekage
    I am a 65year old lady. I paid so many times for this and for transport

      I have lost my remote of philips dsp 2500 and it didn't get in any store or service centre plz help us becoz its price us near about 6000 we r near about 15 -20 people in miraj that we have complain for this plz make the remotes again becaz it has no use of that hometheator plz it is our humble request plz provide reomote of the model DSP 2500 that's nt fair😭

        We had registered a complaint (Call no. DEL[protected] dated 28th April 2017) for Philips TV (Model No. 32PFL5556/V7) through Philips customer care toll no. [protected].

        The problem we were facing was of screen blank out after 15 to 30 seconds of smooth reception from Tata sky.

        The complaint was attended by Fix Home Solutions, RZ-547, Village Bagh dola, D-Block, Sector-8, Dwarka, New Delhi-110045 Phone No. 45639443.

        We are totally dissatisfied with the repair work for the following reasons:-

        1)Technician who came on 29th April operated tv for about 2-3 min and said motherboard has to be repaired/replaced and took tv with him saying problem would be attended in two days.

        2) On repeated reminders TV was delivered on 7th May 2017.

        3) Motherboard o[censored]nknown company has been installed citing reason of non-availability of the Philips motherboard compatible with the TV. Even though they promised to install Videocon motherboard.

        4) We understand that replacement of motherboard was not actually required since the problem may be due to receipt of weak signals from Tata Sky. This is a case of cheating.

        3) The original mother board has not been given back to us as required. Instead they have given us some old motherboard.

        4) The remote now provided to us is very old & not functioning properly.

        5) The picture quality has grossly gone down.

        Already we have paid them Rs. 1000 as advance.

        We need your support to resolve this issue & would like to have the TV back in original condition.

        Your service totally deflult . i was going philips service center in gorakhpur rajendra nagar gorakhpur . i was purchase phillips trimmer bt990/15 which was distoried blead so i was going service center of 15.05.17 . so dealer speak put trimmer my repaier men was not come today .so you speak tomorrow come take trimmer.

          I got a 32 inch philips led tv. I had a issue with the videocon d2h inbuilt modem. I have paid service charge 850 and delivery charges. After 15 days they asked to change motherboard, so i have paid the mother board cost around 8000. After changing motherboard sound was not coming on tv. After calling many times one technician came and taken the new motherboard stating that new board has some issues. I am waiting for 3 weeks, called many times to philips customer-care and service centre but no one is updating regarding the motherboard.

              1. Cheating: Toll Free number is charging customers
              I called [protected] on 6May17 10:25am. This number is listed as Toll Free Number. After much waiting they picked up the phone and at the end of the call I was charged Rs 20.03 for 801 second call.
              This is cheating your own customers.

              2. Very Poor Response
              I put a request WO160-[protected] to service a home appliance on Wed 3 May17. Today is 6May17 it is not resolved. Calling again and again Customer Care they give me to contact service provider Swaraj Enterprises [protected]. Mr Sudam Kale of Swaraj Enterprises says the engineer has gone on leave. When he comes back he will call you!

              This is very pathetic response to Philips Customers!

                I have complained 4 time in gujarat service center but every time foeverd complain in different locations, i am suffering this issue last 15 day, your engineer today come or tomorrow cume but but not visited last 15 day.. Please provide escalation for regarding this issue,

                And main point my product in under warranty so why gujarat service engineer asking 1000 to 1500 money??? It's not fair... Why i pay any money already my system in warranty why asking money i have not pay any money and resolve my issue

                I am dial your gujarat toll free number but pic call but no asking... Why?

                If not resolve my problem, i complain in consumer court. It's my last choice

                  Chopper was not working and lodged a complaint and the same was attended by the service guy with mobile number [protected]. He informed the case will be resolved within four days and after four days received a msg from the company as case is closed.

                  Now my query is how can the case be closed without resolution and send an sms enquiring about the satisfaction level.??? Justify your action. Please call on the mobile number [protected] and attend the complaint.

                  I was deeply hurt by the attitude of Customer Service Center Lucknow Nirala Nagar no.[protected]. In Nov 2016 I have surrendered by music system but still not delivered to me. Only false assuring by service center to deliver shortly.

                  It is very disappoint for customer and I will never recommend to any to purchase of Philips' products.

                    I have purchased led 32 inches model 32pfl3439 & sl. No.[protected] at vasanth & co, chennai-600010 on 28/12/2014 vide bill.[protected], last month there is a problem in red colour and in visual, red colour are shown as yellow colour. We inform this to your chennai customer care and register a complaint on 12/04/2017 vide complaint no. Che[protected]. Service person visited on 13/04/2017 and informed that it is panel problem and it will be replaced in a week of time. But despite our repeated remainders over phone on april 17th, 20th, 21st, 24th, 26th and 02/05/2017 the service centre person informed that panel has not arrived and it will take one week time.
                    It is very sad to see a global brand not satisfy the customer in time and also dragging the period.
                    More over our's a philips family, we purchased another philips led 24 inches 2 months back, mixie, taperecorder and even tubelights also we used philips brand.
                    Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                      I had purchased philips iron model diva, model GC137, serial number:[protected] on dated 22 june 2016.the produt is under warrenty for two years.the iron got sparked on 25 april. i purchased it from Vikas electronics Suratgarh (sriganganagar), rajasthan. i gave the product to the shopkeeper, He told me there is no warrranty of cable, if there is no warranty, than cable should not be faulty in such a short period of time.on checking the cable, he found that the insulation of all the three wires of the cable were broken at many place and the whole wire was not usable. the quality of the products of philips was never so bad as i have many products of philips.please rectify the problem at an earliest.

                        My Epilator is not working. I have purchased this product online between July 2016 and Feb 2017 still in guaranty period. I do not know the exact date of online shopping. I do not remember from which online shopping site I have purchased Epilator. And the worst part is that i have lost the bill and there is no proof in my inbox mail. I took the epilator to service center but they said it is a scrap now and of no use if i do not have bill. I have been searching the bill for last 2 months but can not find. I really need to know from which online site i purched epilator so i can get the invoice from them.

                          Have purchased a 43" led tv in jan 2017. When the tv was installed it was found that the input email was already displayed showing searched sites on the tv. To which the technician told me to check with the company if the same is a used tv. On informing the dealer they said it is a company issue. After several calls and reminders after 2 weeks finally it was informed that the tv was opened for testing and on closing the same the technical engineer forgot to format the searched site. Which sounds fake to me. Hence i told them to send me an email confirming the same as was mentioned on the phone by a philips mumbai officer. They reverted that the company policy does not allow them to send emails like that. I informed them that since it is an error from the company i would need an email confirmation or else a replacement of the tv. However i have may doubts if the tv is really a packed piece? Since the display showed searched sites hence it could be a used tv given to me.. The officers in philips are taking their own time to resolve my query which is not appreciated. I need some one to loo k into this matter urgently since everyone i speak to has been passing the problem to the next person kindly investigate as to why such a reputed company is handling the issue so un-professionally?                             After follow up from philips customer care email id philips.[protected]@pemail.in. I did not get any response. I never expected this from philips. Please look into my issue and resolve as soon as possible.

                            This is regarding my complaint no. PBLR[protected] & PBLR[protected].

                            My philips LED TV 32PFL7977/V7 was taken for service on 27/09/2016.
                            Sl No.[protected]. I have attached the service receipt for your reference. After two weeks of follow up with service engineers and area sales manager Mr. Binal. I did not get any response on my TV status.

                            I was out of station for last 4 months, hence i am requesting for status of my TV.

                            Request you to arrange to get my TV back to my home. i have attached the service receipt. The receipt doesn't have any address.

                                I have purchased philips 32pfl5578 led (Exm[protected] from your authorized philips product distributor i. E. Sairaj electronics (Shirdi). This product having a warrenty period of 3 years (From[protected] to[protected].
                                My problem is, i have given my complaint to sairaj electronics 7 days before regarding faulty condition of my above mentioned led tv. But, still, there is no any action taken by your side. This is really a very embarrassing thing which i have experienced from your side.

                                  I had purchaagted a trimmer 6 month ago. It was being told that the warranty period is till 14 feb 2018. But rimmer stopped now. The motor of the trimmer nad battery is not working...
                                  I dont know whom i need to contact.. Although i have all the doc. With me.. I want to replace my trimmer to be replaced other wise i ll raise this issue to your higher authority.

                                      Hi - I am reaching in reference to my service request no "60-[protected]"...I have raised it related to my Philips Iron box which has not been functioning properly...Firstly, I was completly suprised to see that my request was closed without even anyone visiting my place to fix the unit...Upon escalation, somone has visited my place and he has the water tank has gone faulty and will need to replaced, he said will revert in two days time but its been two weeks now and I didn't receive any update at all...Appreciate your immediate assistance in getting my unit fixed.
