We had registered a complaint (Call no. DEL[protected] dated 28th April 2017) for Philips TV (Model No. 32PFL5556/V7) through Philips customer care toll no. [protected].
The problem we were facing was of screen blank out after 15 to 30 seconds of smooth reception from Tata sky.
The complaint was attended by Fix Home Solutions, RZ-547, Village Bagh dola, D-Block, Sector-8, Dwarka, New Delhi-110045 Phone No. 45639443.
We are totally dissatisfied with the repair work for the following reasons:-
1)Technician who came on 29th April operated tv for about 2-3 min and said motherboard has to be repaired/replaced and took tv with him saying problem would be attended in two days.
2) On repeated reminders TV was delivered on 7th May 2017.
3) Motherboard o[censored]nknown company has been installed citing reason of non-availability of the Philips motherboard compatible with the TV. Even though they promised to install Videocon motherboard.
4) We understand that replacement of motherboard was not actually required since the problem may be due to receipt of weak signals from Tata Sky. This is a case of cheating.
3) The original mother board has not been given back to us as required. Instead they have given us some old motherboard.
4) The remote now provided to us is very old & not functioning properly.
5) The picture quality has grossly gone down.
Already we have paid them Rs. 1000 as advance.
We need your support to resolve this issue & would like to have the TV back in original condition.
