I purchased philips radio(rl834/40), order no is[protected]
11:26 pm, mar 25 2017. i received the item on 05/04/2017 . Product is not original . No users manual, no original emblem, no finishing and low quality . I compared with an original one so many different were there .The label describes about power voltage and serial number is too duplicate (serial num printed is :FG1A[protected], & model no:RL384/40)
.I swear its not original . At the cover there is another sticker is pasted on the space the original one is pasted about price . Too bad quality .paytm is fooling customers. Main thing is there is no invoice in the cover.

    I have purchased philips 3d blue ray home theatre htb3520 from vijay sales vashi, navi mumbai on 15 march 17. While purchasing, i have been told that music system will be installed within 48 hours by mr jeetu (Sales executive). Next day of purchase, music system has been delivered at my home. Till date nobody has come to install music system. 2/3 times i called vijay sales vashi, but i got poor response and feel cheated. Once philips service executive called me. After that no response. Please let me know, when my system will be installed. Onwards i will never buy things from vijay sales.

      Sir,
      As i have taken philips 2wt led bulb of quantity of 44 from the retailer Anand lighting address:-mahavir chowk, upper bazar, ranchi(jharkhand) on date 25/72016 and it is under 2 years warranty and the TIN NO:-[protected]. My concern is that the bulb got fused so i contacted the retailer for change and he totally denied saying that it got fused by 440wt through fluctuation bt i hv said dt in our area there is no 440wt line has came, we have only single line of 220wt. N also whatever the reason is my point is it is under warrenty of 2years. So it is kind request to please take some action to provide us a justice.

        Purchased led tv 32pfl3230/v7 on 13-11-15 from great eastern. at that time they told there is 5 years full warranty on philips led tv. So i purchased it over others brands.But now on 3-4-17 when i registered complaint (patchy spot on screen) customer care told that it is 1(full tv)+4(rest on parts) yrs warranty and claiming 500rs and service tax from me.
        how they are making fool to customer? I request you to see the matter and make a step that not making fool to fellow customer. I also sending attach communication record with it.

          I have attached Invoice and paper given by authorized Phillips service center.

          This blender was purchased in jan and in march it did not work hence i called Phillips and authorsed service center took this blender on 10th march 2017 and never returned till date.
          I have tried calling customer care and they are not able to help me...I tried reaching the senior support but it seems they are always busy on another call or they dont want to attend this call...

          CAN ANY ONE HELP ME GETTING MY BLENDER BACK

            Sir, I registered a complaint on 28 feb 17 vide complaint id VIZ[protected], after 25 days of complaint my problem not resolved...
            i spoke lot of time to customer service and his service manager but no result came...
            Also service manager vizag not picking up call his number is [protected]... also commercial department of philips every time told that they arranging the phone call and technician in 24 to 72 hrs but no body came...

              I have repaired my induction 2 day's back from your Authorised Service Centre(Soham Services
              Address::- B-210, Kailash Industrial Complex, Veer Sawarkar Marg, Park Site, Hiranadani Link Road, Vikhroli West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400079). Now today same problem occured again. And i don't have that much time to go back to service station for the same.
              Philips India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              On 18 th or 20th Janaury 2017 i recived philips headband headphone which was ordered from Amazon. It has 2 years warranty but within 2 months it got damaged. Sound is not heard properly from it. It can be only heard to one ear or sometimes sound becomes too low. As per conditions it can be replaced or repaired. So I please replace/repair it soon.

                  Dear Sir,
                  This is complaint for TV. I purchased this TV 1 year back & I have warranty for 3years TV . The TV is now not working and I am following up with customer service from 4 months The customer service of philips is least bothered and they are harassing me to pay extra or leave it. I dont mind even paying it. I just asked them to come & fix and take money even if it is under warranty I am ready to pay extra but they have asked me to transfer the amount first without any confirmation of reciept only then they will take care. I am helpless and after taking money if they dont turn up I will lose money and they dont pick up calls. everytime they make different stories if they pick. extremely irresponsible staff my complain number is BAN [protected].Please can you take action and help me.

And now my complaint is Theo's derive person is very slow and his service was not don done properly that problem was not cleared if he can't do that serives means pls inform us here after we will not buy any of your Philips product and also I will give suggestions to my friends and family also not to buy Philips product.                         Have registered the below complain of my 43"led tv 43pfl4351. (Mahavir enclave 110045 new delhi)
                        There is no action being taken till date. I have then called the customer care and a technician visited my place since the tv is just 45 days old. The technician mr. Girish checked the tv and conveyed to me on 05 march 2017 that the tv panel or logic card is failed and he would report the same to the office (Vg services). After that no action is taken and dont understand want action is taken by philips since i am not having any follow up communication neither any deadline commitment by the philips for the part or product replacement.

                        Such behaviour by a huge brand like philips is not at all expected. I understand philips should have taken care of offloading the service to the third party agency with some responsibility and follow up.

                        The below query was registered on the philips website.

                              I have Philips SHS390/98 neckband headphones. I purchased it through Paytm.The headphones were working very good for me and had amazing sound quality but I have recently been facing some issues with my set. There is something wrong with the headphone jack.Whenever I try listening to music on my phone, it is displayed that the headphones have been connected but I am not able to hear anything. I even tried the same thing on another phone, but the result was the same.The set has stopped working.I bought these headphones from Paytm and the headphones are currently under waranty. Kindly replace my headphones with a new set or get ir repaires as soon as possible.
                              On the backside of my headphone box, it is mentioned that these headphones were imported by Gibson Innovations Pvt. Lmtd., Sector 49, Gurgaon, Haryana.

                                Subject: Faulty service from Philips authorized Center, Bhopal/ product is defective

                                Res Sir,
                                I purchased Philips Home Theatre system (Model no. HTB3510/94) from Lotus Electronics, Bhopal (M. P.) on 12/10/13. I rarely used this player then also a few days back when I tried to play an authorized Blu-ray Disc on the system, the main unit did not accept the disc whereas it accepted all other discs like CD, VCD, DVD and USBs.

                                To find out the solution for this problem I contacted the Philips Electronics India Ltd. on its Consumer Care Toll free number[protected] where they suggested me an authorized Philips Service Center –Sunil Distributor/ Car Audio Cares, Ground Floor, Zone -1, M.P. Nagar, Bhopal.

                                I got it serviced there where they changed the pick-up and lenses on 18/01/2017 and charged me Rs.4026. I brought it home and played it, after half an hour it stopped working and accepted no commands except on and off. I informed MP State /Philips representative Mr. Raj Rathore on his contact no.[protected] and submitted the main unit at the service center on 13/02/2017. Till date they did not contact me, so I called them on 25/02/17(Saturday) and they told me that there was a problem in the Boot/Mother board/Main Unit and approximately Rs.4000 would be needed to recover it again. When I was inquiring the details about this telephonically[protected] they abruptly cut my call twice. Then I called Mr. Anil Kumar on his mobile [protected].He refused to talk to me and said that he was busy in a meeting.

                                This is highly irresponsible behavior and intolerable treatment I got from Philips Service Center –Sunil Distributor/ Car Audio Cares, Bhopal. They provided me faculty service or the fault of Technician from Philips Authorized Center. After the change of genuine pick-up and lenses, Blue ray Disc player stopped functioning immediately, within a Month (01 Month Warranty provided by service center).

                                This clearly proves faulty service or the fault of Technician from Philips Authorized Center.

                                As per the advice of Consumer Care, Philips Electronics India Ltd. already paid Rs 4026/- for change of genuine Pick up/Lenses in authorized Philips Service Center –Sunil Distributor/ Car Audio Cares, Bhopal, Now how can I pay Rs.4000 again just to play the Blu-ray disc as I had already paid Rs.4000. (Repairing cost is very high to run blue ray disc on this player)

                                Either the service center has provided me faulty service or the product is defective. Please look this matter on priority basis as early as possible.

                                  I have booked a complaint of my Philips TV model No. 46PFL5755/V7 vide complaint no.GHA[protected] dated Jan 15th, 2017 with handyhome.in which is service portal fro philips TV. Please find below the response activity wise
                                  1. Technician Ankur contact no. [protected], visited on 17.1.17, analysed the problem without much of testing declared motherboard is faulty. The same was earlier replaced by Philips by paid services 15 months back. The man highly unprofessional seems to be some local technician outsourced by Philips service agency. He also tried to negotiate on fixed committed service charges also.
                                  2.No response for a week.
                                  3. After following up from my end some Balraj from Videocon contact no.[protected] visited on 21.1.17, without doing any testing confirmed the same problem. Assured to provide solution by next day but later neither called up or informed nor receiving calls from me.
                                  4. Again received 2 calls from two different technicians inquiring the problem but no further response.
                                  5. Again received call from Mohit Sharma contact no. [protected] inquiring about problem later no response.
                                  6. I have tried to contact their Area Service Incharge Harish contact no.[protected] several time over phone he did not ever bother to receive calls, even I sent sms which also he did not bother to respond or act upon.
                                  7. Lastly to anyone's surprise they have cancelled ( mind it not closed) the complaint complaint on Jan 31st, 2017 without any resolution and reason for cancellation.

                                  Through this forum, I am requesting for strict action against company and service in charge Harish with resolution of my problem or refund of TV purchase price if they have issue in resolving the problem.

                                    Worst service against customers.
                                    I bought a wireless SHC1300/10 headphones. Which was not working after 1 year. I contacted Phillips servicing people but they simply say that it cannot be repaired. If the item is bought before warranty period they would replace.
                                    The item is useless and no body will repair it if it do not work. It costs 1600/ which is not at all worth.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have purchased Phillips LED TV 39 inch from Ezone, Big bazaar, Vijayawada on 10 Dec 2016. The technician installed LED tv on 13 Dec 16 at my home.

                                      During purchase I asked for TV sealed peace. However they informed that they dont have sealed peace but they informed to take the new one which is on display. They also assured that the display piece is brand new.

                                      Based on their assurance I have purchased the TV. Bill attached.

                                      However within a week I noticed a small 'O' shaped white circle dot on the TV. I informed that technical person on 20 dec 16, who visited my home and informed to wait for few days and if doesnt go, customer service may be contacted.

                                      As the circle dot remained, I called the customer service no. of times. However only on 7th Jan 1, the customer care informed that the technician will come and rectify the same. He only arrived on 9th jan 2017. He informed that the TV has to be sent to service center for further checkup as they cannot open the LED TV at home. The same has been brought to the notice of Big bazaar show room at Vijayawada and they are not responding properly and no one is suggesting any solution. I have informed the technician to take the TV to service center. He refused the same and informed that i have to personally hand it over to service center. I have personally handed over to the service center on 28th Jan 2016.

                                      However they have not updated the status. Only when i call them they say they are contacting Head quarters for the new panel.

                                      Around 2nd feb 17, the service center has informed me that they ordered for a new panel and it will take 7-10 days.

                                      After repeated calls, they informed that by 20th Feb 17 which is almost 23days, the TV will be ready. Now today i.e 20th feb, they informed they didnt get the panel and they dont know, how many days it will take.

                                      Kindly provide me new replacement TV and suitable compensation as they caused mental harrasement.

                                      The key system of this product is not working properly .We have purchased this product on 28.2.2017.it needs a repair the key no.1 is not working since we brought it to home from a CSD canteen here in AgraCantt Agra.The model no. of the product is HL 7575.our adress is agra cantt Agra Uttar Pradesh .pin

                                        I m very upset with philips Hl 1632 500w juicer mixer grinder which was bought online flipkart order no OD[protected] . within 5 to 6 days when i was start the juicer it was blast, the jug of juicer was totally broken into pieces ...thanx god i was safe, the pieces dnt hurt me . but can u tell me whose the responisible for all this . i want to replace or refund this product ...thank u
