Rude Language used by Kushang from escalation Desk. When I was not satisfied as I had no confidence on the Service Centre he says you pick your product and go as we do not give any assurance on your product... Than the service centre executive Sandeep and Kushang start making personal enquiry while I am still having a conversation about some Varun.
Its only when I raise my voice that what is this they put me on mute and both are having their independant conversation.
No Solution provided no Calls
Next I will take to Social Media Platform abt the service

    My Philips LED TV not working since one and half month. After launching complaint, yet TV not repaired. Many engineers have visited and replied that Philips service center is merged with videocon or TV card is not available. I am frustrated with philips service support.         I bought this radio from bhopal, m. P. India.

        Its not working well from the day one. I even gave it for repair but no use. Its still giving problems. Radio stations can t be listened properly. Handle is broken in two months and aireal is broken in three onths.

        Tho i am using philips t. V. Too and its working wonderfully since 5 years without any complaint. It gave me trust in your company and i bought radio without giving any thought.

        I expect you to exchange my radio with new one.

          I had bought the above mentioned product from sankha blander, bongaigaon, assam on 09/06/2014. The product is excellent. But now the cutting head has worn and hence needs to be replaced. I had been asking the dealer for the part on payment. But he is not able to provide the same. Please suggest where can i find that spare.             Today my complaint was attended and executive of co. refused to replace because of the product was purchased more than 1 mth the same and told me to pay the charges for repair

                It has been a two weeks since i had give my order for a part of my multi groomer qg3250 but there is no response from the service centre till date. The service centre whenever contacted gives dates about when they will further contact me and there is no other response. A total miss management is there in the service centre. It also does not open in time. If the timing is 9:00AM it will open till 12:00 at noon. I was called by the manager to talk about what they can provide 10 days ago but he did not show up neither was the service centre open at 10:00 AM while the working hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. They made me wait for 3 hours and after reapetedly calling them they switched off their cellular numbers and the office was closed.

                I have sent email on 15th November 2016 regarding the servicing of my LED TV . Find the below mail for your reference. Still I am not getting any response from your end. So I am very disappoint for the product of Philips.
                Kindly do the needful.

                " I MD Sameer had bought a led in the month of 23rd september (2015 ) with three years warranty . Now from last five months its not working at all, many a times i have called the jamshedpur service center and also the concerned showroom. they sent a person, he checked the Led but he could not find the fault . till now Iam facing the same problem ( screen is completely blank ) .

                At the time of buying it i have not been informed that if i face any problem within the warranty period then also i have to pay extra and no benefit will be given . the person who came to our house for solving the issue said that i need to pay extra for buying some additional equipments . its really very disappointing that you people lying to your customers and in reality there is no warranty period and any kind of benefits for customers.

                Now as a customer please suggest me what should i do and where should i complain about it.the detail of my product id given below :

                  My name is Anil from Mumbai.

                  I was buy Philips Led Tv from Vijay sales in Bandra exhibition.purchase date 24dec2015.
                  but I am facing issue with led in Sept 2016.tv was not working, led panel blank screen on tv.after I filled complaint both in Philips and Vijay sales for my tv repaired or replacement.after 1 week service engineer visited in my place and after checked engineer said the tv panel is faulty but now panel not available in service centre.so we need pickup tv and submit to service centre and if part is not available so tv can be replace and provide new led tv.
                  But after 3 month my led tv in service centre no any stand by led tv arrange for missing.as well as every time I was contact to service centre not any response from service cents.every time they says next week can be deliver your replace.
                  then I visited in Vijay sales chembur for inquires then staff said you need extra 2000 pay for replacement tv because 42 inch led not available now.
                  how can possible I will pay for it my led tv with 5year warranty.
                  I am very disappointed from Vijay sales and Philips service centre.not respond from both.
                  I am last 3 month useless in home because I can not watch tv after pay 420000.please check and replace my tv as soon as possible.

                        My LED TV with model no 40PFL4958 suffered a display issue on 23rd Oct 2016 and we file a request with customer care for support on 24th October 2016. Complaint No for the same is PSUR[protected], we further reminded for the resolution of the issue on 26th October 2016. It was informed by the service centre that display of the product is not working and panel has to be replaced. They said it will take 15 days time for them to get the part. They informed since the part is not available they will replace the product and it will take another 7-10 days to replace the product. We again filed the complaint on 17th November with complaint no. PSUR[protected] and a reminder complaint again on 23rd November 2016 PSUR[protected].

                        They came a with a solution last week for replacing the product with another model as the model code which I have is not available and is not in production anymmore. They offered to replace the product with another one of the lower version with less features.

                        This is against the law of land and cant be accepted at any cost. We spoke to BSM of Surat Mr. Jatin and Mr. Dhiraj, BSM of Ahmedabad where they bluntly said go ahead and file the case in Consumer Court and told if you want to accept the replace product as offered than accept, we will not give any other thing.

                            We are having ld tv 34 inc we have contact the service station & the representative attended us & inform that mother bord is not working .The part will be replace within two or three days. Since 15 days has gone now he is telling that the part is not available in company and your model is not available. We have purchase the tv in 2013 only within 3 to 4 years this is the result.

                              Dear sir/ma'am,
                              A month ago i had called in philips for assistance because my led tv had some issues. After complaining to philips they provide me contact no. Of technician and complaint no. Was plkw[protected]. After 2-3 days customer service executive visited my home and he told me to replace speakers and power key button tray, after that he told me that he will arrange me these parts with in a week. 10 days passed but nobody responses me also a message came from philips to me that your call has been closed. Again i called in philips for the very same and again customer service representative told me to arrange those parts with in a week. This time complaint no. Was plkw[protected]. Again same thing happen and nobody responses me so i called in philips 3rd time for the very same. This 3rd time complaint no. Was plkw[protected]. And nobody responses. This was ridiculous. Also i had purchased my tv on 09/11/2015 so now warranty period is over and also i had called in philips before warranty expires. Kindly penalise them for their misdeed.
                              According to best of my knowledge philips provides best service experience to customers but unfortunately this time in my case i feel worst experience. Please raise my issue to higher authorities so that anybody else can't feels worst service experience by your service engineers.
                              Please send your customer service representative or engineers so that they replace speakers and power key button tray of my led tv 40pfl5059 as soon as possible.

                                  I have file Complain ID SUP001/255500 to service center-24/09/16 regarding my Blueray system repairing They said we will change Spare Part but now they are not looking seriously from Last 45 days at our problem and ask daily spare will came from 45 days this is happening with us and last 3 days not picking my calls.I am also interested with PG solution ( Buy Back) but they provided me higher rate of new system actually in market the same model available minimum pries the diff. between philips shop and market around Rs.[protected].
                                  Please look into the problem.Days are going on And we are getting poor response from service center, Area manager, Customer care center.

                                  I am waiting your reply, We have received call for from Philips he asked me repairing not possible due to spare not available in company hence The Philips team ask for( PG solution ) new system with 40% discount, but i am not able to purchase new system due to financial problem and also i have purchase my system around 25500/- Rs.this is suitable for me and new system not available good future.
                                  So it is to request you that please repair my system any way otherwise please buy back my system and give 60-70% amount refund to me.

                                    Purchased this tubelights in month of march 16. But failed thrice after replacement also within span of nearly two months. Purchased from dhandai enterprises, nashik, tidke colony.
                                    Pl give justification for trouble given by philips on this perticular model. I have been given four led tubelights of same model 35037. But all four are not working now.

                                      We file a complaint to service centre on 24th October .. TV Having 5year warranty.They said we will change backlight but now they are not looking seriously at our problem and tolds daily backlight will came tomorrow . From 20 days this is happening with us and sometimes they also not picking my calls.
                                      Please look into the problem.Days are going on And we are getting poor response from the service center.

                                        I am Divya from Mymbai.Bought Philips tv on 31 Oct '16 frm Kohinoor(Santacruz). The technician came 6 days after delivery for demo and was not ready to give a proper demo.Whatever asked was answered in'it cannot be connected'.I have complained thrice to your customer care but no action has been taken yet & call gets cancelled without any attendance
