I am very much upset on your sleeping attitude.

    I have file Complain ID SUP001/255500 to service center-24/09/16 regarding my Blueray system repairing They said we will change Spare Part but now they are not looking seriously from Last 45 days at our problem and ask daily spare will came from 45 days this is happening with us and last 3 days not picking my calls.I am also interested with PG solution ( Buy Back) but they provided me higher rate of new system actually in market the same model available minimum pries the diff. between philips shop and market around Rs.[protected].
    Please look into the problem.Days are going on And we are getting poor response from service center, Area manager, Customer care center.

    Dear Sir,

    I am waiting your reply, We have received call for from Philips he asked me repairing not possible due to spare not available in company hence The Philips team ask for( PG solution ) new system with 40% discount, but i am not able to purchase new system due to financial problem and also i have purchase my system around 25500/- Rs.this is suitable for me and new system not available good future.
    So it is to request you that please repair my system any way otherwise please buy back my system and give 60-70% amount refund to me.

      Purchased this tubelights in month of march 16. But failed thrice after replacement also within span of nearly two months. Purchased from dhandai enterprises, nashik, tidke colony.
      Pl give justification for trouble given by philips on this perticular model. I have been given four led tubelights of same model 35037. But all four are not working now.

TV Having 5year warranty.They said we will change backlight but now they are not looking seriously at our problem and tolds daily backlight will came tomorrow . From 20 days this is happening with us and sometimes they also not picking my calls.
        Please look into the problem.Days are going on And we are getting poor response from the service center.

The technician came 6 days after delivery for demo and was not ready to give a proper demo.Whatever asked was answered in'it cannot be connected'.I have complained thrice to your customer care but no action has been taken yet & call gets cancelled without any attendance

            Zidon services which is an authorized service center of Phillips had sent a technician to check the speakers which I purchased from Amazon. The speaker was defective and I was promised a replacement but it has been almost a month now and nothing has been done. I want Philips to replace the item or refund my money. Very unethical as the service center is not picking up my calls now.

              With reference to the said Job order No. in the subject line, I had raised the service requirement with PHILIPS customer care via phone on 28th Nov 2016 for my TV repair. Was informed that within 2 hrs the service center would contact me but nobody did! Thanks to the SMS from the call center, I, received with contact details which I pursued and final on 5th Nov 2016 the service engineer Mr. Raghav came with great difficulty since "the setup he was working with was a one man show". (Eye Fi Serv. Centre- Bangalore)

              HOWEVER THE SERVICE CHARGE for the visit WAS TO BE PAID IN FULL CASH IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED!

              I agreed for my TV to be taken on the 5th itself for repair but it was only picked up on the 7th of Nov 2016 by the same engineer. The understanding was that they would revert with the exact problem and the repair & return cost by 7th evening and on confirmation from my side they would rectify the problem and have my TV returned on 9th Nov end of day.

              Today being 12th Nov 2016, I have still not received any "feedback" from the said service center. The best part is, when I called the service engineer he sends me a SMS stating he is unwell and to contact his boss Mr. Binol on No. [protected]. When I do that on the said number (on the 9th Nov 2016)he turns on the "traffic mode" on his mobile and does not even bother to call back.

              THE QUESTION IS WHETHER THE SERVICE CENTER IS GENUINE AND IF YES, WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY TV!

              Now what should I do, wait for the earliest inconvenient time for PHILIPS service center to repair and return my TV or go public with this information.

              Following up after my earlier post in this site. Contacted Philips consumer care via chat (since their Service- telephonically on [protected] is pathetic) on 12th Nov 2016 and was informed the service team from the said company in Bangalore would call me back before the end of the day. As expected nothing!

              Again tried the same on 13th Nov 9.30 am and was conferrenced with Mr. Murali of the Eye Fi service center Bangalore. It was then that I came to know that they have placed a request for the component and the same is expected on 14th Nov. Also was promised by him that if not on monday itself 14th Nov latest by next day tuesday my TV would be serviced and returned.

              He has committed to contact me on monday and update on the status. The truth, I DONOT EXPECT ANYTHING FROM THEM, LEAST THEY WOULD ACTUALLY REPAIR MY TV. Fingers crossed.

                I am tired of complaining against this company for its poor quality Mixer. 3 times replaced the outer fiber metal cover but cracks continue to crop up. The contents from the jars also are coming out while grinding food items. This product is a total flop. Let them not fool the public by its name. Please circulate this to maximum number of people so that they are spared from future loss.

                Co is is least bothered about resolving consumer problems
                I have purchased mixer juicer grinder on July, with in 10 days chutney jar handle broken and juicer jar not filtering correctly. i raised complaint with customer care, they attended and agreed to replace. but still no one is coming and when ever i call, they reply waiting for stock. very very worst service in Philips. i never experienced such a worst respond.

                  I had ordered this product in Amazon India and I got the product yesterday .when I unboxed i found that the speakers outside cover that is the boom sheet was torn .when I started playing songs it started to buzz and it was a awkward sound and the speakers started to buzz badly and the boom sheet seems to be highlighted damage..so pls replace it as fast as possible

                    We purchased Philips LED TV model no. 40PFL3750/V7, Sr. No.[protected] from Best Price Indore dated 23/10/2016 Invoice no. 7693.

                    This TV was running well since last15 days but yesterday 06/11/2016 at 09:00 hrs, this TV stopped in running condition, there was no any voltage problem, remote cell also replaced but problem still persist, brief description of problem

                    “ When TV put ON by remote’ Philips’ logo appears on screen and disappear within 2-3 seconds and repeating continuously. ( TV home menu not appearing ).

                    We have informed to Customer care toll free no, and our complain no is PIND[protected], after 30 hours nobody came to attend the problem.

                      My name is siddheshwar Khadtare. I had purchased Philips 42" television before a 1.5 year ago with the 2 years warranty. almost a 2 month ago my television stopped working.i raised complaint to respective customer care, later they took almost 1.5 half month to know that our television need to replace. Every time we had to call them to know the status.very much disappointed with the service.They dont bother with our concern.

                      still my television is not replaced and they are asking me to pay 2500 rs as they dont have same model with them.My question is this why are they committing warranty if they are not able to serve it and where i can get compensation of this 1.5 months which i missed the television in this festive season.

                        I have purchased philips led model - 39pfl4579/v7 and serial no.[protected] dated 25th december, 2014 with 3 year warranty. since the date of purchase of product i am facing problem with the manufacturing defect in the product. your executive visited and replaced one part pcb... etc. thereafter also the problem is still. he also accepted that there is manufacturing defect.

                        1. complaint no.- pgzb [protected] registered dated 30th september, 2016, but closed the complaint without solving the problem.

                        2. again complaint no.- pgzb[protected] registered dated 15 october, 2016, but till now nobody visited to repair the led.

                        I have saved money and purchased this led to get entertainment, but i am facing problem to get it repaired and frequently giving the phone call to customer care. you are requested to kindly assest the problem in led or replace the led with new one.

                            I have purchased the item thro flip cart by paying inr 3419./-. As the amount is paid already, i expect any hindrance in delivering. On receipt of item on 22.10.2016 and on opening i saw two blades washer, cap blade etc has come out. I contacted local office. They r telling to contact mumbai office with irresponsible answer.
                            This is a manufacturing defect and that is to be replaced with addition one for the mental agony i had within a week as other wise need to take it to the next level

                              My hts-5530/94 needs replacement of supply change. For this, spare part of supply change is fixed in my hts, dated: 21.04.2016, costing rs 4800.00. After one month, power supply of my hts gets off and till than, my system is not in working order due to faulty spare part of supply change. Could you tell me why? The receipt book no is 08, s.                                   I ordered a Philips trimmer with model number QT 4005 through Paytm and received a product on 31st August 2016 but on opening the box containing trimmer it was found without blade. It's never possible to use this trimmer as product was missing blade in package. I contact paytm also and try all possible way from my side but still today it is not solve. So i request u send me a blade at free of cost as soon as possible

                                    So this person called sagar from om sai electronics, phone number[protected] from pune, viman nagar brake has just spoken to me. I've made a complaint in start of october to get my speakers fixed. Firstly, i didnt not get a single call from the service agent. I was told that they would call me in 1-2 working days but its been almost a month and i didnt get a single call. After waiting for really long i called the agent myself today on 29th of october and asked him to send his agent to which his reply was "you cant have everything you want, my agent needs to be free and it doesnt work according to your convenience" in hindi. The tone he spoke to me was very demeaning and arrogant. I felt like your service centre agent was literally shouting at me. This is not the kind of service i expected a company like phillips to give me. I would want an apology mail from him and come kind of incentive for this incident.

                                    I want my speakers being fixed by monday latest as today i am not in town.
                                    My complaint no. Is sup[protected]. I humbly ask you to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                                      I have ordered Philips electric shaved thro flipcart. Item received on 22nd oct2016. Payment made thro credit card, debuted to my account. On opening the package two out of 3 blades is in loose condition, that is come out from its position. Could not use, undergoing mental agony as local service informing to contact supplier in Mumbai. Need to resolve immediately, and to confirm by manufacturer will not do harm while using after replacing the same. In addition I need a spare at free of cost to avoid running behind these jokers

                                        Bought in around june 2008 at vijaysales, vashi a 32" tv - a pricy item then. Recently, it developed a problem - it does not switch on or switches on after some time and then goes off. Contacted authorized service center - aryan enterprises, mumbai ([protected]@gmail.com ;[protected], one technician (Santosh) visited on 15/10/2016 and estimated that the mother board is faulty and left. The service center picked up the tv for repair (Ankush - mobile:[protected]) on 17/10/2016 and re-delivered on 19/10/2016 charging rs.3200/-. Almost immediately after that, the same problem remained. One rajendra singh was to visit. Now, the struggle - contacting them, waiting for the person to come, repair it further, etc., - is going on. We understand the job is not done and wont be done to our satisfaction. Repair was done by one - mr. Chandan. We are continuously in touch with the service center / call center.
