My complain no is PKOL[protected], It is register on 17th September 2016. Today is 06th October 2016. Still my complain is pending and I have no status when it will get resolved. Even I tried Mr chandan dasgupta of Kolkata office but he disconnected my call in the middle of conversation.
Which proves that you and your employees don't bother about customer .
Don't worry I will not let you go like this.
I will seek help...

I have very bad experience I buy the TV after one year TV panel is not working properly . Just for one year use I have to spend 40, 000/- because I choose the Philips brand

Purchased home theatre htd 5550 in around june 2016. The dvd player and fm radio not working from day one. Lodged complaint and the technician visited after a week, cleaned the lens and it started working temporarily. Fm radio he suggested to use long wire. After 3-4 days it again stopped working. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY PHILLIPS SHAVER, IT WAS NOT WORKING
IN THE MIDDLE OF SHAVING.IT WAS NOT WORKING EVEN IF I CHARGE -NOT RETAINING THE CHARGE SINCE TWO WEEKS.
