I bought up a Mixer 4m amazon a month ago after using jars for 4-6 time the big jar start to leak a complaint was raise a week (in oct 2016)ago but still there is no follow up from the company side. The problem is just escalated on high level and yet no response. They service is just pathetic, i just want my jar replace or my money back. N pls stop selling your filty outdate product to ur customer.im just pissed with this companys customer care.

Date of purchase--08/01/2015 model no-24pfl3938/v7 product seral no[protected].nobody is ersponding after repeated complain .request you to llok into the matter and resolve my issue.
We purchased philips power bank of 25000mah but we want to return the product bcoz it was duplicate and not working properly...so kindly contact me on my number for receiving return product on [protected]...we contacted customer care no. So many times but always no. Is not receiving and not reachable...

    I am tired of complaining about the mixer grinder. Already 3 times the case has been attended. The cracks in cover continue to appear on the body of mixer. Now it is multiple. Philips don't seem to have the proper know how on kitchen appliances. Otherwise, this problem would have been solved long back. If they can't solve the problem, i want my money back. No more experimentations please

          I called service center for my led tv repair and i got acknowledgement that sending engineer, when engineer came home he asked invoice of the tv, i told him that it is kept in the locker and my wife is at office. Even i told him that i have registered with the company and i got reference no. But the engineer insist on only invoice.
          The engineer name is puneeth and he comes from a agency called delta services.

          When i call the service for registering the complaint they ask all the details and details are available at your side also. Then why are the engineer ask the invoice.

          Please advice the service agency not to trouble consumer and solve the complaint.

          I hv placed a led tv complain on18 /9 /2026 again on 1st sept2016 teachnicians come tke photographs &go this has happend trice in inguire im told ur complain had been forwaded the tv is nt repaired till date inspite of being in warrenty period these people do not hv technicians they hv only photographers

            I have purchased philips e130 from paytm on 18th august 2016. Looking the brand i purchased. The phone display ` became faulty in few days. When i called the cusromer care of philips and requested them to give details of service centre. They are telling there is no philips mobile service entre in karnataka including bengaluru and giving a address near karnataka border. How can the brand company philips can do this. Since there is no service no one is ready to repair the phone

              Dear Sir/Madam

              I am Mitesh R Mahyavanshi Residing at Room No. 23 bhatkar Chawl No.01 Pumphouse Ganesh Nagar Andheri East Mumbai 400093 own your company's Television having product code 22PFL5237 from the date 16/10/2012 from Atlas Radio Corporation Mumbai. I and my family had written to state our sheer dissatisfaction with your brand.

              I wanted to bring your attention the issue faced by me and my family with your mentioned electronic device, Initially first 1 year, the television worked properly, after that, television stopped working as we were cover under warrenty period, the maintenance personnel rectified the issue (temporarily) we have been told that there is a bug with the device's software and its re installation will solve the same and it happens 2 time during warranty period . The device worked another exact 6 month and then stopped working. we then called your maintenance personnel same issue was rectify by your maintenance personnel installed software through his pan drive and after warranty period same issue against faced it was repeated almost 3 time and we paid for it 800 for one time and then 200 Rs. because of of out of warranty.

              We communicate to your personnel to find permanent solution of the issue and shelled out an additional amount of INR 3000/- Bill No. 5867 dated 13/02/2016 by Quick customer electronic service ltd goregaon west. To our surprise the device stopped working after 6 month after so called permanents solution events.

              The personnel sent at our place every time we contact your customer care support is the is the same. We have been time and again victimized in the name of software bug by your personnel. our experience with your renowned name "PHILIPS" has been bitter. request you to rectify the device of its bugs at the earliest we already spend so much money on that and also, penalize your personnel so that the actions are not repeated. This complain must be consider on priority. We would betaking up the matter with consumer forum to resolve the issue if not taken seriously.

                    Your service is purely a fraud. Your rude and unprofessional technicians come and falsely state that problem is resolved without actually doing so. This has happened second time now.
                    But this time I took due care and recorded the video of your technician with his data sheet.

                    To give you the account of services and your fraud, I may tell you that your filter has erroneous working and when started it shows two blue lines instead of working. On repeatedly, pressing on and off, it starts working. This has been going on right after the purchase was made by me.

                    I had filed a complaint with you but nobody visited my home. I again filed a complaint on 7th July 2016. The complaint number was 60-[protected]. However, it was not resolved.

                    Subsequently, I filed one more complaint 60-[protected]. Again the same was closed without resolving the issue.
                    I filed one more complaint on 29th September 2016 with the reference number 60-[protected]. However, again the same has been closed by you despite not resoling the problem. i even sent an email in response of the same at this email id to tell that the problem was not resolved ON 6th October 2016. However, I have not received any reply from your end till date.

                    When I press start button, it doesnt start on many occasions but the filter works on some occasions and it starts working after repeated switch on and off. The technician stated that it was problem of filter reset and after doing so he said that problem was solved. But it's not the case. Problem has nothing do do with reset.

                    This time, I have recorded his video too in which he has clearly stated that he would send his senior to solve the problem and he didn't do so. Despite that you have closed the complain even without verification from me. The problem exists from long and I am unable to use the filter.

                    I am attaching two videos to show the problem and evident that problem is not of reset.

                    This kind of fraudulent activity is the reason that Philips as brand is losing its customer base. You don't want to provide good service then there is no reason why we would purchase your product.

                      My complain no is PKOL[protected], It is register on 17th September 2016. Today is 06th October 2016. Still my complain is pending and I have no status when it will get resolved. Even I tried Mr chandan dasgupta of Kolkata office but he disconnected my call in the middle of conversation.
                      Which proves that you and your employees don't bother about customer .
                      Don't worry I will not let you go like this.
                      I will seek help from Consumer forum, media .
                      And I will share ur failure in social media also, so that in future u can't make any one fool.

                        I had bought the LED 40 PFL 4958 from Shree Ram Electronics Vishrantwadi Pune Maharashtra in Aug/sept
                        2014
                        I booked the complain to customer care twice complain No.PRUN[protected] dt 6th Auguest 2016 &
                        PRUN[protected] DT 12/08/2016. Complain is like that the TV picture are not appear clearly half the
                        screen show white and half is black and get some line on screen.As per you service engineer there is
                        some problem with the panel. I request them to change it but unfortunately they told me that my warrant
                        period is lapse. The panel cost is Rs.18000/- which I asked to pay. I bought the TV of Rs.380000/- for
                        that I took the loan from Bajaj Finserv Ltd.& paid the EMI in 12 months.
                        Now again if you ask me to pay Rs. 18000/- which is not affordable to me. so my request is that please
                        extend my warranty & replace the panel.
                        In 2015 you are started the to giving the warranty for 3 years so why are not giving the present
                        customer. Being such big brand product I should get the service from you because customer is believe on
                        your product. If you denied me to give me service I will be very upset. I know your any produce is
                        having long life 10 years but if ask me to pay Rs.38000/- for LED just for 2 years it is not
                        justify.

                        So my humble request is to replace my panel with free cost.

                        I am sure if after sales marketing you have not given the proper service nobody will buy your product.

                        Requesting all Don't buy the Philips brand. No customer care.

                        One of your employee Mr. Abhijit Nath selling Phillips product without bills n at cheaper rate thus spoiling the image of the company. At times taking money and not giving product. His ph no. [protected] n landline no. 44024025. His image is also available. If needed can be uploaded. He has supplied dvd player n 5 in 1 system. Then taken back dvd.

                          Purchased home theatre htd 5550 in around june 2016. The dvd player and fm radio not working from day one. Lodged complaint and the technician visited after a week, cleaned the lens and it started working temporarily. Fm radio he suggested to use long wire. After 3-4 days it again stopped working. Again booked complaint and again technician cleaned the lens and went away. Fm radio he said the problem is in thane area where fm signal is not available. I showed him how other fm radios are working in my house. He went away and again next day dvd player stopped working. Again booked a complaint. The technician phoned and said lens mechanism needs to be changed but there is no stock. After a week he phoned and said stock is available and he will visit. Now after about more than 10 days the fellow didn't turned up and my system is without dvd player and fm radio. Such big business house is not having the stock of small spares and treating the customers in very bad way.

                            I had bought the LED 40 PFL 4958 from Shree Ram Electronics Vishrantwadi Pune Maharashtra in Aug/sept

                            I booked the complain to customer care twice complain No.PRUN[protected] dt 6th Auguest 2016 &
                            PRUN[protected] DT 12/08/2016. Complain is like that the TV picture are not appear clearly half the
                            screen show white and half is black and get some line on screen.As per you service engineer there is
                            some problem with the panel. I request them to change it but unfortunately they told me that my warrant
                            period is lapse. The panel cost is Rs.18000/- which I asked to pay. I bought the TV of Rs.380000/- for
                            that I took the loan from Bajaj Finserv Ltd.& paid the EMI in 12 months.
                            Now again if you ask me to pay Rs. 18000/- which is not affordable to me. so my request is that please
                            extend my warranty & replace the panel.
                            In 2015 you are started the to giving the warranty for 3 years so why are not giving the present
                            customer. Being such big brand product I should get the service from you because customer is believe on
                            your product. If you denied me to give me service I will be very upset. I know your any produce is
                            having long life 10 years but if ask me to pay Rs.38000/- for LED just for 2 years it is not
                            justify.

                              I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY PHILLIPS SHAVER, IT WAS NOT WORKING

                              In search of a service centre from online. i got the information in the attached PIC. Tried all the numbers and found no response.
                              With the information from one of my friend found the address as
                              RNR agencies-SVN Road warangal.(pics attached)
                              I don't know how this phillips guys give the authorisation for the service centre with this type of infrastructure and branding.
                              IT IS A SHOP NOT A SERVICE CENTER.
                              NO SIGNAGE OR BRANDING IN FRONT OF THE SERVICE CENTRE.
                              IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR OF THE THE SHOP OWNER
                              TELLING THAT THIS IS PHILLIPS SERVICE CENTER AND HE WRITTEN THE NAME ON A WHITE PAPER WITH RNR (written on it)AND SHOWING THE BOARD AND STICKED IT TO A WALL IN HIS SHOP. NOT VISIBLE FROM OUT SIDE.

                              I DON'T KNOW WHY THIS INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES OFFERS THE SERVICE CENTER DEALERSHIP O THIS TYPE OF IRRESPONSIBLE AND CHEAP GUYS.

                                I purchased new tv in raghavendra music center, chitradurga, karnataka. But the mother board got problem within a month and now tv is not working. Is this quality of philips?? Is there any bad quality material using in these kind of tv..??

                                When i goes to purchase new lcd tv i selected philips because i thought it's having good quality in their electronics items but now it's found as lot faulty in the new items such as tv.

                                I hope you'll understand the poor people difficulties while purchasing the items.

                                  Few days back i took my mixie to philips authorised service centre licated at vallalar street, purasawalkmam, chennai. They called me over phone and informed that motor of the mixie is to be replaced which cost Rs.1800. Despite my explanation that motor cannot be a problem as the model of the mixie is water proof they did not accept it. Moreover, they refused to give me an estimate. So i took the mixie back and gave to a local mechanic who checked and told me the field coils are to be changed and the mixie is running well now. He charged me only Rs.500. If branded cos. Like philips is cheating the customers then whom the consumers rely upon. I enclose the foto copy of the receipt they gave me while taking. I have mentioned the reason why i take my mixie back on that receipt itself and signed. Hope necessary action would be taken at the earliest. My contact no is [protected]. My name is sundaram.                                     This is very unfortunate that my issue still not resolved nor any one contacted me for resolution.

                                    I have purchased a Philips 40.2 inch TV through Flipkart on 5th Nov 2015. Tv got installed and was working fine however in Jan 2016 I recognize a slight scratch on the screen hence made a complaint to Philips Call Center.

                                    So far I have registered 5 complaints including one request which is been closed without any resolution. twice their technician visited and physically check the issue, they also took pics of the scratch to proceed the complaint further. however they are unable to resolve the issue.

                                    They are not responding to calls and closing the complaint without any update. so far I have registered 4 complaints - 3 complaints for Scratch issue and 1 request was made for extended warranty. all the complaints closed by their CC without any resolution.

                                      I purchased the aforesaid Phillips Home Theater system Sound Bar HTB5141K in October, 2015, after paying a huge amount of money as I was impressed by the features shown by the showroom, like 3-D, Smart TV etc., which were additional features and would transform the TV viewing an enjoyable feature. However, the after sales and support service is much below the expectation as expected from a reputed company like Phillips.
                                      The company representative who visited for installation and demo appeared naïve and novice to explain and demonstrate the features. The main features Smart TV and 3D were neither explained nor detailed. As I could not understand the said features properly, I again called the Phillips customer care for visit to provide demo of the said features, I was told to pay for the service visit of the person. Though, it seemed unreasonabl;e, I agreed to pay for the visit, however, on discussion, it revealed that the main feature for which the sound bar was purchased, i.e. Smart TV option has been discontinued by the company and is no more supported. It has come as a shock as without the said feature, the sound bar is a simple sound box and paying a whopping Rs. 32, 000/- for the same, it appears I have been fooled. The company ought to continue and provide support to the said feature for the product sold in the market.

                                      You are requested to take up the matter with the company for resolution of the said issue.

                                        Hi my name is Bidyarthi Chakrabortty. I purchased a Philips LED TV model: Philips 40PFL4958, purchase date:[protected], name of dealer: Great Eastern. Now half of the screen has be ome blank. I raised a complaint to Philips on 18th August 2016. The technician visited us and took pictures qnd said the tv would be replaced since it is within warranty period. The tv came with a warranty of 3 years. We were provided with the number of the area service manager Mr. Subhajit Biswas who said he will replace the television. It is 1 month now and despite of several follow ups no steps have been takwn from their side. Mr. Biswas has also stopped picking up the calls. Please suggest what to do
