My LED has been diagnosed with PANEL related issues. I was promised a replacement & given model nos to choose from, however nobody seems to be bothered. Its been more than 45 days & my complain still stands unresolved. I have made more than 50 calls without any concrete response from their side.

The company seems to be least bothered. I am keen on flagging this off to the CEO & raising this on every possible channel in social media.

    I have purchased Philips 40PFL4958 102 cm (40) LED TV with 3 years warranty from flipkart online stores on 30th Jan 2015.

    My TV display has stopped working on 9th sep 2016, I have logged a complaint with Philips, then I took it to service center. They told me that it is out of warranty since you have purchased this in the online store (one year warrant applicable).

    Later I have contacted to flipkart customer care and informed the situation, they took a complaint and did investigation and confirmed me that I’m eligible for 3 years warranty, but you should have to register with your product in www.poweroftwo.in site after the purchase. I told them that I am not aware of this site www.poweroftwo.in since it is not mentioned my invoice and respective emails that I received during the procurement. But I have register my product in www.phlilips.co.in since it is from Philips brand.
    Now, flipkart is telling that you are not eligible since you didn’t register and Philip is asking to get three years warranty card from flipkart.

    I don’t know what to do. Please help me to get resolve.

        My name is harsh mehra. My product code is at10/00. I purchased this product on[protected]. My speaker is not working properly. There is an issue of volume up button not working and bluetooth connectivity. They had submitted my product on[protected] they told me they will replace my product within one week but till present date the service centre did not replaced my product just making the excuses that product is not in their stock. Kindly take strict again against them. I am uploading the job sheet of their service centre.

          I, nishi purchased philips wireless speaker on 11.04.2016 from nutan electronics dilshad garden vide invoice no. Ne/ri/16-17/570. The speaker operates on charging. But after after few weeks it is found no charger is being fit. This piece being defective shut down. I had given to showroom for resolution on 26.8.2016. I was informed co. Engineer has taken it for checking & repairs but for last 15 days i am asking for same but in vain. Engineer is not picking up the phone. I want my speaker back immediately or alternatively new speaker in case it is not repairable.

          I purchased Philips wireless speaker for my terminal case mother who use to listen bhajans and old songs on FM at night when she cannot sleep due to pain of tumor as to divert her attention from her pain. Alas reputed Company is not listening to replace the speaker even after a lapse of 20 days. What will I do with the speaker after her death. The main purpose to keep her happy during her illness is being defeated.

            I bought an induction stove, PHILIPS HD4928, on 01/05/2015 from a retail shop, Singapore Steel House, 166, Nehru Street, Pondicherry. I was told by the shop that the product has one year replacement warranty and another one year service warranty. Within one year it got complaint twice (charging ic/board complaint) and repaired by philips authorised service centre in Pondicherry (Anand electronics, No. 79, Thillai Mastry Street
            City : Pondicherry
            Pondicherry, India.
            Pincode : 605001.). Then last month it has the same problem. But the service centre refused to give warranty as they said it has only one year warranty. But the computer generated service card clearly says it's under warranty till 30/04/2017. They charged Rs.500/- for repairing ( charging ic, rs.350 & service charge 150), but it got complaint agian only after a 5minute use. I went to the service centre, and they need me to pay again for repairing. The product is registered as, Name-Vijithra V J, Mob-[protected]. Please give me a clear thought.                 Nine month back I had purchased a sound bar from big bazzar e zone at the beginning it was playing good sudden off it got burnt inside .i had purchased jus for d brand "philips" but it worked for 8 month .this is how people are getting fooled with the brands .regarding service I had given sound bar for service one n half month back but still I haven't got any response inspite of following back multiple times .i feel very disappointed 😞 . For getting fooled .as I never expected this would happen with philips also .

                  Dear @philipsindia your customer service and support is worst in india. My complaint no[protected] for repairing of dry iron is pending since last aug 01, 2016. Non is accountable for the intensive pain n suffering of customers. I have called customer support helpline more than 20 times but what m getting is next time line only. If you are not able to provide customer support you don't have right to sell any product.

                    We purchased 40 inch philips led tv model : 40pfl4650/v7 on 15/10/2015. Tv lost display on 27th july 2016.
                    When we registered complaint, technician told us display panel/tv needs replacement. Tv is under warranty but there is no further action or response from phillips in spite of frequent contact with area service manager or customer care. They are not responding and service manager is telling us to buy bigger tv with differential price.

                      I have purchased a stream iron box gc 1018 when my visit to qatar in the month of april 2016. I am am using the same in tamilnadu state in the following address of my residence. Now the iron box is leaking water when ironed and i feared it cause shock from electricity. It is two year warantee. So kindly consider this and do the needful.

                        Good evening sir, myself lalit yadav, invoice no. Ri-1285/11-12, regular customer of philips products residing at balachadi, 30 kms away from jamnagar approached to d 'rajdeep services' on 28th july 2016 to change d damaged blade of my shaver.
                        Orry to say that even the boy attendant was unable to search a new one due to all things of whole shop was in d haphazard manner. He gave me assurance to get it within 5-6 days but he failed when i approached back to service centre and handovered d trimmer. Again i got assurance to get it next day. I'm working in a defence set up where we have to work 24x7 and taking out time is d most difficult task. Permission is to be sought from d authorities to move out from d campus.In such case still i somehow managed to visit thrice but i got poor response and false promises. On 10th aug i rang service centre to confirm d availability of d blade. He told me that it has come but when on 11th aug i sent my representative to collect d same but the height o[censored]nprofessionalism was shown and the centre owner negated about d availability of d blade. And when i rang him twice but he hasn't picked up or call back.
                        I was really very disappointed as d product is high utility in my daily schedule but i'm not able to use it since 15-20 days due to their lackasaidal & casual attitude.
                        Services of authorised philips service centre at jamnagar is pathetic. Even do not pick up d call most of the time. Unable to provide normal blade of shaver since 15-20 days while he's still posessing my trimmer and above all i had to face mental & financial harassment. Excpecting quick redressal.
                        Uch people r spoiling d goodwill of philips products. I'm now discouraged alongwith my known / colleagues to purchase any philips products in future.

                          My trimmer charger stopped working (Bt3200). I confirmed that at nearest service center and asked for replacement as i have 2 yrs warrantty (I purchased on dec 2014). He suggested me to contcat main service center located at himayat nagar, hyderabad. I called them checked for availability of the charger for replacement (Conveyed the specifications on the product). They said its available and ask me to come and replace. I traveled for 25 km from my place on the belief of that guys words. But finally i went there, he simple said charger is not available. The guy who talked to me on phone not in the shop, when i went there and not attempted my call when i tried calling from there it self.

                          I kept leave on that day for this purpose, they were wasted one complete day 4hrs of travel (In hyd traffic).

                          Very worst irresponsible service i have ever seen in any domain.

                          Please take action on that dealer (Himayat nagar, hyderabad mahalakshmi electronics)

                              Compliant No PCCC[protected], dt 15th June. The TV was collected by Service centre - ( Murali [protected]) in mid June 16.
                              I am not getting any positive reply from Service persons, they have not given a quotation.
                              I was told the Power coil is to be replaced, its not available.
                              I requested for the No. which is not shared, I offered to get the coil from outside Bangalore.
                              Now I want to get back my TV in whatever condition it is!!

                                Imade a complaint and my complaint no is plud[protected], the complaint is that when you put it on it comes to stand by then it goes to main on selection where as now it was functioning erratically some times it will work and some times it wouldn't work. Complaint was-attended by the mechanic-from service center ludhiana. He diagnosed that motherboard is faulty and the order for another mother board was put in by the manager of philips service center. After ten days a new mother board came and on replacing the new mother board it was detected that the new one is also faulty. Now who so ever is in charge please answer what is the use of you being in place, name of the company is put to dust. Sorry for harsh words and expect some speedy action on my tv thx

                                  I have registered a complaint of my colour television on 01/08/2016 and my complaint No is [protected].A technician is come my home on 01/08/2016 and charge me Rs 400 for visiting charge.when I ask for payment receipt he told me to give bill next time but he not come again and cancelled my complaint request at Philips company.I once again request to company on 04/08/2016 and my complaint No is [protected] but till date nobody come to check my television.I request you to kindly take necessary action against technician Mr.Girish M:[protected], [protected].

                                    I made complaint on21julyand 29july regarding my tv not working. gtech. checked tv on 22july and told display not working. changed in 8days. when enquired manger told me to replace upto 2 august but upto today no action has been taken. custmrecare again lodged complaint today. i can not understand the procedure of attending complaint s. pl inform me when my tv will be repaired. thank u.. a ksingh

                                      I brought a Phillps LED Tv of 50 inches on 9/11/2015 and Tv stop working on 30/07/15. I was lodge a same day complaint on Philips customer care and Service engineer visited on the next day. he told us that there is a backlight problem in the Tv and he will collect the Tv on Monday but yet nobody come to visit or collect the tv. I had again called the customer care and he had given indrapuram gaziabad service centre owner number but when I called him he rudely said that he was out of station and asked me to call service centre number.
                                      I had again call service centre but no satisfactory answer is given by the service centre worker.

                                      kindly request you to please look into the matter and do needful help.

                                        It's been 20 days now my complaint not been resolved the technician has visited 2-3 times in my house everytime he is giving different story, i am keep on speaking with deepak who is area sales manager for delhi he is also not giving any positive response my tv still is in under warranty complain no is - [protected]
