I bought an induction stove, PHILIPS HD4928, on 01/05/2015 from a retail shop, Singapore Steel House, 166, Nehru Street, Pondicherry. I was told by the shop that the product has one year replacement warranty and another one year service warranty. Within one year it got complaint twice (charging ic/board complaint) and repaired by philips authorised service centre in Pondicherry (Anand electronics, No. 79, Thillai Mastry Street

Pincode : 605001.). Then last month it has the same problem. But the service centre refused to give warranty as they said it has only one year warranty. But the computer generated service card clearly says it's under warranty till 30/04/2017. They charged Rs.500/- for repairing ( charging ic, rs.350 & service charge 150), but it got complaint agian only after a 5minute use. I went to the service centre, and they need me to pay again for repairing. The product is registered as, Name-Vijithra V J, Mob-[protected]. Please give me a clear thought.
