My cell No [protected] , I have bought LCD 42' and 32' from Croma on 8.05.2011 under 4 years Warranty, In last more six times I have not complaint for repearing due to not working AV systems. In last comlaint have not made on 25.04.2012 and both LCD are working at all, But till nothing has happened, every time at call centre people are promising that it would within 24 hours. So please look my complaint urgently.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I wanted to replace the filtering unit in my Philips water filter. After a series o[censored]nattended calls, i was able to log a service request(request# 190404). Even after 3 weeks, i am not able to get it replaced. Each day, the response that i get it that it will be done tomorrow. The appliance showroom had given me 2 numbers of the philips service center [protected] and [protected], both of which are rarely attended.Can anyone please look into this.

      Philips TV Model 21PT5017 — Poor performance/Not working

      I Have purchased Philips TV Model 21PT5017 From M/s Vijay Sales Mahim/Mumbai/Maharastra/India on 02/03/2008. The same TV become faulty on 18/07/08 (under warrenty) and the complaint was given on same date to M/s Vijay sales vide complaint no 0807B181290. Service engineer came after 4 days on 22.07.08 and could not do anything saying simply that some software problem in the TV. Now the TV is still faulty with us.
      Dear sir kindly tells what should I do. Can we trust on Philips products?

      I had purchased philips home theatre for my home. After purchase I properly insert the wire and everything. But, not working. The same day I complaint to the Reliance Fresh at Palam in Delhi. He said that I have more machine at show room, I changed your machine please come tomorrow. But when I went now I have no machine at my show room, within one week I am changed your machine I proceeded your complaint to my senior manager. But No response at reliance show Room Persons.

      And again I called Philips customer service. Some person visit to home and he said some internal problem. I said to hime please repair it. He said that I have no vehicle and after two days our company vehile come and take your machine. But no one to come my home sofar.

      Philips — Poor Performance

      I bought Philips HL1659 food processor. Its worth not a single penny for which i spent thousands of rupess. An ordinary mixer grinder can do better than this product. All claims that the company shows in advertisements are fake and cheating. Its performance is not good. Its super silence (noise) is unbearable to here. If possible I would surely look to file a consumer case against philips for the disturbance its causing me.

      Now the time has come when the Philips has lost his identity in market which is known for service & quality product. we recently bought a Philips Home theatre from Croma Pacifica Mall. After that our pain full story start.


      1.First after making so many a person is turns up after 3 days to Installed it.

      2.At the time of opening the package he found some items are broken but the units work. We say ok and go ahead.

      3.After Installation engineer told us that there is some manufacturing problem and they are going to replace the unit very soon but after making so many calls nobody turn up.

      4.After some days another person will come up & instead of replacing the faulty unit he told that there some problem with Software & this need to update but nothing will done.

      We requested all the concerns to replace the unit but all is vain. The behavior of service centre in charge Mr. sanjeev belongs to Raj nagar Service centre even not having the sense to how to speak with women’s.


      Now We are going to file a complaint with consumer cell for ditching us & harassment to my wife.

      Philips India — Tv not working

      My TV has stopped working. When switched on, the blue light indicating the TV is on comes on but there is no display or audio. Instead a squeaking noise is heard. Please look into this immediately. Thank You

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        Our daughter had purchased and presented us a Philips Music System-- CD SOUND MACHINE MODEL AZ1852/98, Serial No. GC [protected].. For this Set,we were given demo at the Philips Show Room at Shop No. 235,Second Floor, TGIP MALL, Sector 38A ,NOIDA..A sealed package was given to us. Initially ,we used this set to listen in the cassettes but later tried to use CD but it did not work. We brought this to the Notice of Customer Care[protected] and were advised to take it to Service Centre at A 56, Sector 6 ,NOIDA.[protected]
        2. On 17 March 2012 ,we deposited this set at the HI-TECH SERVICES- Philips Authorized Service center at NOIDA Service Centre .We were informed that ,its MPEG board requires to be changed. Part is being demanded. We kept the set with the Service Center till 28/03/2012. We were informed that the part has been demanded from PUNE and will take some more time.
        3. We requested the Customer Care office Senior Executive Mr. Vikas and Service center I/C Mr. Rajiv ,if we can collect the set so that we may use it for cassettes and will re-deposit it after we are informed that the Part has been received.. Accordingly ,the Set was collected on 28/03/2012.
        4. Till date we have been repeatedly in touch with customer care as well as the Service Center but we do not know if any demand for the MPEG board has been sent. No one is confirming any details on this subject.
        5. Kindly advise what is the Remedy of this problem.

          I purchased a Philips LCD TV in Mar 2009. Around seven months back, it's power board had to be replaced and expenses were close to 6000. It took me around a month and in numerous calls to the service center to get it back. Now again the TV has gone down. Got very bad support from the call center people. Finally, I was told by the service center people that the Tuner card had gone bad and it costs around 16000 rupees. Such sub-standard products are being offered by Philips. Moreover, pathetic support staff and untrained technicians who are never able to show you the problem in front of you. No one in the call center can tell me How much warranty is being offered on which part and likewise. They just don't have any answers it seems.           It's been around two months my TV is still with service center people. I don't know what for exactly Philips India consumer-care managers are there for. They are such escapists that they haven't given their email ID(s) on the portal also.

            With great dissatisfaction of After Sales Service of PHILIPS (LCD TV 24PFL4505) I am logging this complaint hoping somebody is there to listen me.
            In Dec 2010 I had purchased a Philips 24 inch LCD TV from KD Electronics Noida. Just after completing 1 year of warranty in Jan 12, TV start creating problem in Display.
            I have logged a complaint(ID: PGZB[protected], Name: Devendra Singh, Mobile:[protected]) against the same on 8th Feb 12 calling at PHILIPS customer care[protected].Philips authorized Hi-Tech Service Centre sector 6 Noida, picked my TV on 9th of Feb 12.

            Now, Its nearly 15 days passed still I have not received any response from Hi-Tech Service Centre. I have called so many times then they replied -' there is one SSB card is not working in your TV we have to replace it, and currently they don’t have that Card' and It will cost me Rs 3500/. There is no defined time they let me know Upto what date they will return my TV.

            Same I have complaint at PHILIPS customer care but on every call their executive promised me in 24 hours you will be informed by call for defined date, but still I have not received any Call or date when I will get my TV back.

            Please help me to get my TV back from Philips , because there are nobudy in Philips to here our complaints they are only doing fake promises.

              I purchased a philips electric iron from M/s New Jagdamba Watch Co., Lodhi Colony, N.D., on 08/12/2011. When we opened the pack after 10-15 days, we found manufacturing defect. it’s water tank was leaked.

              We approached to the company call center at [protected]. complaint no. 753256. Service centre person visited after 2-3 days, and told “it is a manufacturing defect, please visit our Gurgaon service center and get it changed.” We visited the place, they refused to change the iron, and asked to get it repaired. They did not co-operate with us. Again one more person visited our place after 3-4 days, and started replacing the water tank. When we saw the water tank, we found that it was used piece. He said that they did not have the tank in the stock, and requested to wait for another 2-3 days. Again he visited after 2-3 days, and changed the tank. When we used the iron next day, we found it leaked. We again approached the call center with compliant no. 761948. today we received a call from the service center that we can not come to your place to change the tank, and asked to visit the service center.

              We are really facing problem with this company, and looking for a solution. Please tell us how can we deal with this company?

                Dear Sir,

                I have made a complaint to Philips service centre as my TV was having some problem. The service centre details are , M/s Electro Care , Shop No. 106, A63, Kamaraj Colony, Dr. Ambedkar Road, Kodambakkam, Chennai - 600024. Tel : 24849494, 24849393

                But they gave me customer care number of [protected], and asked to register my complaint. I did so on 27th January 2012 and the complaint number is PCHN[protected]. But on 30th I got the message saying my call cancelled. When I contacted the customer care they said the service centre person contacted me but I did not responded, but I never got any call from them. Again I registered a new complaint on 30th January and the complaint number is PCHN[protected], I think on same day they took some parts in the TV. But on 01st February I got a message saying that my call again cancelled due to “bill not available”. I do not understand this message and called the service centre, they said they are attending my service and IC need to be changed and 2 couplers to be changed and it will cost around Rs.1100 /-. I asked them to go ahead. On 02 nd when I contacted they said my TV parts are ok and they will deliver it by the day end. But they did not, when contacted them they said the technician who is supposed to deliver went on leave. When I asked to send other person they said my TV part is also taken to home by that person and they said on 03rd morning they will deliver the parts. But when I contacted in the morning they said evening they will deliver. But again when I contacted in the evening they said there is no technician to deliver and they will give it and o4th. Got angry by their response I made call to the customer care person, he simply says only the service centre person is responsible, all they can do is register again another complaint and they gave the number as PCHN[protected]. I again contacted the service centre person and argued to deliver it by today other wise he need to pay a penalty of Rs.200 /-. But he simply say he can not give the parts. Even when I said I will go to the consumer forum he said no problem.

                Since 27th I am making so many calls, I though Philips being a reputed company they will give proper service, otherwise I would have opted to some local technicians. Due to their fault they are delaying the delivery of my TV parts. But they are not at all acting responsibly, I want them to compensate some money as I have spent my valuable time al these days making calls and also I underwent some stress.

                The Philips head office person has called me and put the concerned service centre person on con call and enquired on the complaint. Then he asked the service person centre to meet me in person and get the complaint resolved. The service centre person has met me in person and apologised for the same. In turn I have given written letter withdrawing my complaint.

                    I have purchase one philips mixer grinder from Nandilath G_Mart,Edappally,Ernakulam, invoice no.EKM_15529
                    dated 22Aug 2010. This is not working properly,every time is going tripped when we trying to grind. Due to this
                    complaint I had send this mixer three times in Universal electronics,Edappally,Ernakulam and first time they replaced trip switch ,second they replaced motor itself and third time they do something and return back. But the problem of tripping is still there. So I am requesting repair properly or replace the deffective device or get it back and refund the money. If there is no response from your side I will compelled to proceede legaly.

                      I have purchased a Philips product QG 3250 on 24.10.2011 from Pantaloon retail (India) Ltd., Raghuleela Mall, Opp. Vashi Railway Station, Navi Mumbai for Rs. 2695.00 I was given free movie and lunch gift voucher for two with male grooming and shaving product. I was asked to register myself to avail the complimentary lunch and movie tickets for two within prescribed time i.e. 14.12.2011. I have registered myself on given contact no[protected] on 10.12.2011. I was told that I will be contacted later. But no body contacted me. After many reminder calls I was given alternate no,[protected]. After I have contacted this no. I was told that my registration is done and I will be contacted by some one on my cell no. But after making many inquiries no one contacted me. Then I was told to contact Premier Sales promotion Pvt Ltd and given no.[protected] at Bangalore. But I did not got any response. I have now realized that I have been made fool by this multy national company named Philips. I therefore request you to kindly take action against them and asked them not to fool people by giving wrong advertisement using celebrity Mr. john Abraham and contact me to give me free lunch voucher and movie tickets for two at the earliest.

                        i had purchased a philips water purifier in sept 2009 from croma, ram chowk,surat, i got a warrantee of 2 yrs from company and i also bought an extended 2 yrs warrantee from croma as they promised complete peace of mind and said that the extended warrantee would cover all the service and warranttee provided by philips, would be provided by croma.(which includes replacing the filter without service charge and only charging for the filter i.e the part within the warranttee period)
                        on 22/11/11 i requested at the croma showroom to get the filter (chargable) replaced upon which i was said a philips technician would come in 2 days and do the needfull, but when the person from philips came he told me that he will charge for the filter and service also, upon asking why, he said SINCE THE EXTENDED WARRANTTEE IS PROVIDED BY CROMA and not philips, so he said he will ask the technician from croma to replace the filter so that i would have to only pay for the filter and not the service charge, but after 15 days also no one came to change the filter, upon personally visiting the croma showroom, i was told that i would have to pay the service charge, i was ready to pay for the filter but not the service charge to replace the filter since i had an extended warranttee, after seeing no solution i had to let go, and had agreed to pay the service charge also and on 15/12/11 i again personally visited croma showroom and asked to replace the filter, and was assured that within 2 days the filter would be replaced, but then too no one came, on 3rd day i got a call from philips service centre and they told me the filter was out of stock so they have ordered for it from the company and it will arrive within 2 days and they will replace it at my place, but since then almost a month has passed but no one has come to replace the filter and upon frequent queries and complains each time i got the same reply from philips and croma that the filter is not in stock and is about to arrive in 2 days and after that they will replace it at my place, i cant understand this reasoning since when i asked them both philips service centre and croma to give it to me in writing that they dont have the filter in stock and will replace it once they get, no is willing to write it on paper and officially say it.
                        It is also very poor service on part of croma since even after buying the extended warranttee i am facing these service and the service department people at croma are simply not interested in the complains and simply saying contact the philips service centre. they have not even a single time, after complaining, for the 1st time contacted me and asked me about the position of my complain ( whether is is solved or not, since its their duty as they have charged for the extended warranttee) , they are behaving as if after selling the product, they have no responsibility towards what is called AFTER SALES SERVICE.
                        when i asked the croma executives "then whats the use of extended warranttee and those promise of complete peace of mind and all" they have a laugh and have no reply.
                        i feel cheated and helpless since its been a long time but nothing is done by philips and croma.

                          I have had purchased a Pilips make 24 Inch LED TV from Keyur Electronics, Paud Road, Kothrud (Purchased in Aug 2011). Within 1+1/2 month Power supply card become faulty. After continues follow-up of 11 days, the representative of Philips service center came with wrong power supply card which is not made for my model. After that i request them for the replacement. Then they are saying that this model is closed by Philips. Till date i didn't get any replacement or repairing services. The complaint was registered to Philips customer care. The complaint no. from Philips is "PPUN[protected]" dated 9th Oct 11. Now they are force me to purchase higher version TV with extra cost, Which i don't want. Kindly look into the matter.

                              Hi,

                              I had given a Complaint to the Philips Customer Care on 28th Dec, 2011 via[protected]. 48 hours is the time frame for someone to come and check on the complaint. Even after repeated reminders no one has called nor bothered to inform us on this complaint.

                              It's been 5 days now and Philips has not taken any action on the same.

                              Please look into the same and help.

                                I had given DVD to authorised philips service centre jamal road patna for repairing on 03.12.2011. the power wire did not changed properly so that power supply kit got out of order I have again submitted the DVD to same service centre vide work order no [protected] dated 26.12.2011 but centre is charging again for repairing the same where as I have arleady paid charges during of repairing of first time it is requested to took into the matter and intimate accordingle at the earliest.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I had purchased DSP2500 (5.1 speaker system) in November 2011. When I opened the box, I was surprised to note that there were no RCA

                                  cables in the box to connect the speakers with the DVD player.

                                  I have already spoken to your customer service on [protected] many time but no use.

                                  Yesterday I had spoken to a senior Guy Mr Deepak in your customer service and he assured me that my complaint will be resolved in 24

                                  hours but still no action.

                                  I again called philips today and spoke to Mr Gagan. I must tell you that he was the rudest person I have ever communicated in my life.

                                  He did not bother to listen my complaint and kept me on hold for 20 minutes.. And after 20 minutes he started using abusing language on

                                  my questions as to why have my complaint not been resolved so far.
                                  Below are the complaints that I have launched so far.

                                    I have purchased a DVD player of PHILIPS (DVD 3126) last week of September'2011, from CSD Canteen, Head Quarter, Eastern Command, Kokkata. Only few CDs can be played through the said product, the lion share are rejected by the player as " No supporting file" from the very first day. Lots of complaints have been made to the various channels of "PHILIPS". No action has been initiated by the company so far. CSD, Kolkata is also helpless with the "PHILIPS". The purpose of the purchase was to provide some relaxation to my near octogenarian, ailing mother resides alone in the residence, as I left for the office everyday, went in vain. Even an Email complaints to the company directly yield no result. Please help us in getting the product rectified / replaced for the expected yield or to get the price back.

                                      Dear sir/ madam,
                                      I have given my dvd player to your service centre at garia, kolkata on 12.11.2011 for the problem of "no sound".
                                      I did servicing inc sep - oct'11 for the same problem from the same service centre. but the problem has not been rectified. my complain is:-
                                      1. why the same problem has happened within a month time?
                                      2. why this problem has not been solved for last 35 days?
                                      3. i have asked twice to mr. ashok mukherjee of the manager of said service centre to know the reason for the late but he could not explain me the reason. he told me that one electronic spare found defective and to be replaced. if so then why it has not been replaced even after 35 days?
                                      4. if there is no stock in that case why it has not be informed to the customer?
                                      3. why i did not get any feedback from service centre from last 35 days?
                                      Under the above mentioned circumstances,
                                      * i need proper written explanation for the late and non communication to me.
                                      * i need the delivary of the dvd player of home theatre after repairing within 3 w. days from this complain.
                                      If i do not get the materials within 3 w. days, i will take the legal action (consumer forum) for the same against philips and your authorised service centre.
                                      Looking forward to hearing from you within 12 hours.

                                      Philips Home Theatre — Replacement not received

                                      I had purchased HTS3152 home theatre in October 2009. On 21st June 2010 the instrument stopped working. I logged a service request with Philiphs. Their represaentative turned up after 3 reminders. After 15 days he informed that one of the part was not available with the company so they are replacing the entire unit.
                                      Inspite of repeated calls, chats, personal visits the instrument is not being replaced as of today (26 July 2010).
                                      Every time I call they ask me to wait for 2-3 days.
                                      I request Philiphs to please provide me an upgraded version if they have stopped manufacturing HTS3152.

                                      Philips Home Theatre — not giving replacement

                                      i had taken the philips home theatre from vijay sales. they first told me that if the product is repaired more then 3 times consecutively then that system wil be replaced by philips company. i had repaired this system more then 8 times in a year. and they r using the sony dvd drive in this philips dvd player which has stoped working again.
                                      pls do as needfull for me.i want that to be replaced.

                                        Even Big companies like PHILIPS are taking this cheap and easy route to cheat the customers. We never thought that. They surely are taking the help of Premier sales promotions pvt ltd, for this.
                                        They need to be brought into the book. with criminal conspiracy to fraud the common people here.

                                        I had booked my vouchers on 18/10/2011 for movies but still struggling to get a ticket, the Premier people are really very sharp while talking on phone , they are seasoned fraudsters , every time they keep on giving reasons inplace of gift we are entitled. The Last date is 29/12/2011. Iam waiting still, since time is there, or else shall take them to the court for there better service to be provided in jail for the rest of therelife. GOD bless them.
